Brooke was amazing to work with. She did my makeup, two mom's and my bridesmaids makeup. She knew what she was doing and was able to pick out colors that matched each of us perfectly. I went in for a trial and even bought my lip stick color and lashes that day. I wanted to be able to keep the same lip color throughout the day. My photos turned out amazing and the makeup looks perfect in each one. -

Brooke and her whole team of makeup guru's were very helpful. Brooke did an amazing facial, eyelash extensions as well as airbrush makeup for my we day. She also added fake lashes to my MOH and did airbrush makeup and lashes to my mom. Everyone loved my makeup and it was just the look I was going for on my wedding day. I will continue to use BB makeup. -

Brooke was absolutely AWESOME!!!! Her personality is very fun and she is great at understanding what look you want to go for! My makeup looked FANTASTIC all day and night! I've also used her lip gloss several times since and love it as well! -

I had a fabulous experience with Brooke. She was professional, knowledgeable, and talented. She even allowed me to come in on a day that she was technically closed for my trial makeup because that was the only time I could do it since I was planning my wedding from out of state. And needless to say my makeup was exceptional. I definitely recommend to all brides to go with the airbrush makeup and false eyelashes... it really was flawless! -

Brooke did a fabulous job on the make-up for all the girls (and moms) for the wedding. I was a little "unsure" about the false eyelashes - but I'm SO glad I got them. I loved them and people were surprised they weren't my own, they sure enhanced my look! I loved the air-brush foundation too! What a really wonderful splurge for such an amazing day! Brooke made me feel so glamorous, yet natural at the same time! I highly recommend Brooke and her great products! -

Brooke helped me with my wedding and bachelorette party. She did everyone's at the bachelorette party and for the wedding she did mine and 5 other girls makeup and 3 girls hair. She did us all in the matter of 3 hours and everyone looked great and I felt very natural for my wedding day. That was one thing very important to me on my wedding, that is why I didn't really want my makeup done. At my first consultation she re-assured me it would not look that way. I didn't feel over done at all and the pictures turned out great.

I used Brooke for hair and makeup for all the girls in the wedding party including the mother of the bride and mother of the groom. It was so wonderful to have all the girls get their hair and makeup done together as a group. Brooke came to out hotel and was incredibly flexible and professional. Furthermore, I loved my hair and makeup. I met with her prior to the wedding to go through a trial run. The best part was that she also sells the makeup so I could purchase extra powder and lip gloss to use throughout the night. The mothers enjoyed that the makeup was age appropriate. i could definitely tell that Brooke is very experienced at weddings. In addition, the cost was perfect. It was within everyone's budget, which is hard to do with five bridesmaids. I would recommend Brooke for any special occasion or spa party. -

I used BB for their hairstylist Lauren Hanke. Myself and 3 bridesmaids got our hair done with her. Lauren is so sweet and accommodating. I got married over the 4th of July weekend and not only did Lauren come in on a holiday, but it was also her normal day off. All of our hair stayed in place and turned out amazing! -

Brooke did an amazing job, she was easy to work with because she has a great personality and you have to give her an idea of what you want and she will make it happen. Everything was great, and Brooke is very responsive and accurate with what you want. She will travel to you, or you can go to her studio.
I love that she includes a pre-trial in her bridal package, which should be included with more artists considering how much the cost of make-up application is.

Brooke was a lot of fun! She made me look and feel beautiful for our big day, and I never once had to worry about touching up my make up (exactly what I was looking for!). I also saw Brooke for a facial shortly before the wedding and it was AMAZING! My skin looked and felt healthy and beautiful for the big day.

Overall I was very happy with the way my makeup turned out. However I paid extra for airbrush and lashes so overall I paid over $200 for makeup. Plus I might be wrong but since I don't know a ton about makeup but I honestly don't think she ever used the airbrush on me. That's pretty crazy. I was also charged a travel fee that I didn't know I would have considering our venue was about 10-15 miles from Hudson and it was not mentioned beforehand. There was also a lot of confusion about if I had paid the deposit or not. Luckily I kept my receipts. Like I said my makeup turned out well and the girl who came did a good job and was just doing what she was told I'm sure so nothing against her. I probably wouldn't use them again. -

She was very nice and would change anything we asked if we didn't like the makeup. But I believe she ripped us off with her pricing. I spoke to my hairdresser who informed me you are never supposed to put a down payment down for a service before they do anything to you. Also, she up charged for eyelashes that fell off after 2 hours and airbrushing but never used an airbrush and just claims its a technique. She does a great job but seems to be shady business women to me. -

This is very difficult for me to write this review, especially since all of the other vendors we worked with were so wonderful. First of all, I must say that the END PRODUCT on my wedding day was wonderful, unfortunately it was a pain in the behind to even get to that point.
Brooke is a nice woman, but the way she handles brides needs some work. I booked her back in the fall of 2012 for our September 2013 wedding. I was the first bride to book which she said gave me priority for timing. When it came time to nail down a start time on the big day, we had it set for 9:30-11:30 am. When I went to Brooke to make sure that my hair stylist's schedule worked with her makeup schedule I was given the response "I have you booked out of a starting time of 930 and a end time of 1130. I do 4 girls in an hour. Does that help you at all?" A simple, "Yes, that works" would have been sufficient. I decided to brush that off. Then 1 week before the wedding she was trying to switch timing around so she could leave earlier. I explained that we had a timeline that was created from the times she gave us and this was not going to work. She finally let it go. The morning of she decided to text me and again bully me into changing times so she could leave early. She actually had the nerve to say "This is why I hate doing schedules with makeup." If it wasn't 1 hour before she was supposed to arrive I would have said, "If that's the case, I will hire someone different."
I hate to say it, but Brooke brought on a lot more stress that day than I needed. I confided in my photographer several days before and even he was scrambling to find me a new makeup artist, but I figured since I hired her I should follow through and hoped she would step up her game.
Did the end product look good? Yes. Was it worth the pain? Absolutely not. -

Just a heads up to anyone that is thinking of getting their lashes done at this location... I got mine done about a week ago and had awful reaction due to the glue and over stacking of the Individual lashes on my eyelid/ eye lashes I emailed the employee who completed my lashes and did not receive any response. Over the weekend my lashes became very irritated due to this. I reached out to the owner today and was rudely spoken to and blocked without any resolution. I had to go to a different spa to have the lashes removed immediately due to the irritation. What i learned is that this salon is not clean and the staff is not properly trained. I was very disappointed that I spent over $150 dollars to end up with an eye infection and no resolution. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from BB and taking your business elsewhere.Hopefully my awful service can steer a few people away from this location. -

TERRIBLE! My trial was horrible, lashes came off in less than 3 hours, airbrush looked GREASY, and my future husband did not like the makeup. When I arrived for my trial Brooke brought me to a back room to get on a table and said "you are here for lash extensions, right?" Nope. I called and emailed to try to work through and make it right, but after two weeks of no response I cancelled. She demanded I pay in full for myself and 6 bridesmaids even though I cancelled. I expected to not get the $200 down, but she wanted me to pay for services that I was not going to have and threatened her lawyer. Horrible business owner, recent reviews from former employees confirm things are not good there. My trial (with lashes and airbrush took less than 15 minutes!!!) Certainly not quality work and not what I wanted on my wedding day! -

I booked the owner to do my wedding/wedding party's makeup. I went to the trial and I did not feel that my suggestions were taken at all into consideration. The makeup that was applied was very heavy and dark, not what I feel/felt was "bridal" The girls at the store who worked there, who represent the business were snarky making fun of customers that had just left-we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I ended up canceling with BB makeup. The reasons being- I was told they would do my makeup in 1 hour for 6 people, there was no set time even made for the wedding date, the company seemed very unorganized and unprofessional. I think as a bride you want to feel content with your vendors, honestly canceling BB makeup was one of the best decisions I made when planning the wedding. I ended up booking a company that has amazing ratings from past brides and professional reviewers. I had a whole day were my needs were met, amazing value, and most of all I felt beautiful and comfortable- how a bride should feel! Brides-please look at your options! -
