Incredible videographer!

I could not recommend Baysinger Films more!! Lars was the BEST hype man, very personable (memorized all 11 of my bridesmaids’ names), and took and edited amazing videos. My husband and I are trying to plan out all of the times in our life we can possibly use a videographer, because we need more of Lars’ videos! We are so beyond thankful we used Lars for our wedding and that we have his amazing video of our favorite day to cherish forever. I would hire Baysinger Films over and over again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bekah and Lars are an absolute dream to work with! Being in the wedding industry for 6 years, my husband and I knew Baysinger Films were going to make our dreams come to life! Matt was the videographer at our Wedding, and I highly recommend using his services! Matt was a pleasure to work with, he's a genuinely nice guy and became a friend instantly. We met once before the wedding, and from there it was so easy. Matt handled everything without any direction (being the bride, I appreciated!). The highlight video & full length videos turned out better than I could imagine -- we will cherish them forever. My sister has also booked Baysinger Films for her wedding this summer.

Words can’t truly express how thankful I am to have had Matt film our wedding. It was an amazing day, but of course it went by so fast. Having our wedding DVD to look back on is the most precious thing to me…because as the days past…the day begins to blur. But when you watch your DVD, the entire day is brought back to life!
First you watch the “highlight video” (before having my wedding, I thought the highlight real was what was going to be most exciting and treasurable part). Matt did an incredible job with this. He is a true artist and perfectly captured the entire day in 7 minutes. How did he do it? I have no idea! He is amazing. The color is stunning and the sound is so clear!
But after the highlight real… you get so much more in your dvd. The ENTIRE ceremony, the cake cutting, the speeches, the garter/bouquet toss, etc. These are the moments I couldn’t possibly keep memory of without these videos! Not only do we get to see how happy we were on the best day of our lives, but Matt also shows family and friends surrounding us and we get to see the joy on their faces! It is incredible!

Not only is his videography spectacular, he’s also an incredible person and a joy to be in contact with before, during and after your wedding. From the moment we sat down with Matt, we felt like we had known him for a long time. He’s so friendly, warm and genuinely excited for you and your fiancé’s engagement—He is truly an upstanding and honorable guy. We loved having him at our wedding and hope to keep in contact with him for years to come. You will not regret hiring Baysinger Films!

Wedding Wire should allow a ten-star rating for Matt since a five-star just seems too low for this caliber of service. His attitude, quality of work, and willingness to help throughout the day were above and beyond what we expected from not only our videographer but from any of our vendors. Matt is truly passionate about capturing the biggest moments of his clients' lives, which shows in his amazing final product. From our very first phone call with him, we were put at ease and knew we were in good hands. Matt is unique. Although we were 3 hours away, he set up a time to Skype and help finalize our plan to ensure he had everything he needed to capture our big day. He has a demeanor that makes you smile and is pretty good at making you cry while watching his videos. We highly recommend Matt Baysinger.

Matt with Baysinger Films is both professional and personal. After my husband and I met with him just once, I knew he viewed his work as a piece of art. I also knew where to get the best BBQ in Kansas City!

A few days before our wedding, we changed how people were going to be seated (down the side aisles, versus the center aisle). I was certain this would be an issue with setting up camera stands. When I talked to Matt, he told me the day was ours and he’d work around any situation without a problem. And he did just that!

On the day of the wedding, Matt captured every detail in the most natural and beautiful way. One of my favorite parts is that the video captures the sounds of the wedding--the music, the ceremony, even the quiet moments between my husband and me. In reality, Matt created much more than a video. He created a piece of art.

Matt Baysinger is the best videographer around, and a must-book! Matt is an incredible videographer, but more importantly, an amazing person. He was so easy to work with and very accommodating; our wedding day was on his wife's birthday, and he still agreed! Matt is great at capturing perfect wedding moments without being intrusive. He is easy-going, polite and an absolute blast to work with. If you have watched any of his videos, you know that there is no one better than him! He creates a story out of the wedding day. My husband and I could not be happier the highlight video we received from Matt, in addition to all the other footage he sent us. The highlight video was the perfect mixture of happy, fun and sentimental, and it has even made strangers cry happy tears! Matt is a rock star! He completely put us at ease and got along great with our photographer. The highlight video he put together was so special. It included all the special little moments through out the day, compacted it into a short video set to music. Six months after our wedding, we can still not stop watching it! It brings back wonderful memories. Matt also edited the complete ceremony, first look, first dance, cake cutting, speeches etc, and did a fabulous job! We watched the completed video the day we received it in the mail and are beyond happy that we picked Matt. There is not a better videographer in the KC area!

There are not enough compliments that I can give to Matt Baysinger and the wedding video he created for me and my (now) husband. During the wedding planning period Matt was one vendor that was completely relaxed. He contacted us occasionally to get a grasp on our style and relationship and met me in person to better solidify his understanding of what my husband and I wanted in a wedding video. But it was really during the wedding and time after that Matt's talents truly shined. Not only did Matt film during the wedding day preparations, he joined in on the conversations and events taking place, making everyone feel extremely comfortable. He caught every moment, never interrupting the flow but adding suggestions and comments on how to make moments last. During the reception Matt even pulled me, my husband, and some of my family members aside to show us moments he caught -- sentimental and hilarious! My husband and I SO loved Matt before and during our wedding, but we are absolutely beyond impressed by Matt when we surprised us with the video he created. It is PERFECT. It captures every single moment a couple would want to relive forever. It captures every person a couple wants to see with them on the best day of their life. It has the perfect music to create the best emotions when you watch it. Since Matt provided us with our wedding video we have watched it countless times. At first it was several times a day, then a couple of times a week, and now, even after MONTHS of having the video, my husband and I ... and our family and friends ... find ourselves watching it. Matt's wedding video has made us want to relieve our wedding day over and over a thousand times. We are beyond impressed by Matt's talents, creativity, professionalism, and friendship. We love Baysinger Films!!!!
We contracted with Baysinger Films to videotape our daughter's wedding in August 2014. We think Matt did a fabulous job capturing our daughter and son in law's BIG day. He did an incredible job with the entire, long, HOT day, but his edited version (4 minutes) was perfection!!!! We are so happy Matt was available to come to Lincoln, NE to film our daughter's wedding.
If you are contemplating having a videographer, we recommend you do; even more, we would highly recommend Baysinger Films. They delivered a beautiful, memorable rendition of our daughter's wedding. We watch the video over and over, and we are thrilled to have this cherished video of the BIG day by Baysinger Films!!!

I used Baysinger films for my wedding last August. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Matt and his staff. Our wedding was at a lake cabin in Missouri and travel was no problem for Baysinger films. Unfortunately Matt was unable to shoot out wedding himself but I had no worries with Addison and alex being the ones to acutually capture our day. They were awesome! They totally fit right in with our families and our photographers. We had quite the team! It was the hottest day of the summer, but you couldn't tell from the video. They captured our day perfectly. Especially when we almost sunk our pontoon boat with our whole wedding party and photographer and videoographer on it. Luckily no one had to acutually jump in, but they were soaked from the waist down and some equipment got wet. I have to say, they rolled with it all and I never saw any stress on their faces. I was freaking out, but had so much reassurance that all of our images would be fine. In the end, we have a great video with footage of the boat going down in it! Hilarious after the fact for sure. I originally wasnt going to have videographers, but I am sooooo glad I changed my mind and that my sister found Baysinger films online. When we talked to Matt he seemed like a perfect fit. Totally worth the money!!!

Having a videographer was extremely important to us in planning our wedding. So much so that we wanted to be flexible in our choice of wedding date in order to get Baysinger Films – we had seen their films and the way they captured all of the important details of the wedding as well as the story of the couple and the intimate moments of the day. Matt Baysinger was so awesome and worked with us on scheduling so that we could be sure to get him there. From our meetings with him, planning timelines, to the actual date, and delivery of the videos, Matt was personable, professional, relational, charming, helpful, and fun! He cared about what we wanted as a couple, what we wanted out of having a wedding video, and how we wanted our wedding day to go. I was never once stressed about the details of Matt filming, the scheduling, or the actual film content and quality itself. I knew Matt would come through for us in an awesome way and he totally did! While filming, he was great at filming in a way that we hardly noticed him there so that we could have our intimate moments like our first look, but he also managed to get such amazing, sweet, and intimate moments from our day that I truly treasure having on video. Having our first look on video was a huge priority to us because we had decided to read personal letters and vows to each other during that time, so that we could be vulnerable without having to cry our eyes off in front of our 250+ guests (although we ended up doing that anyway! ;)) The footage from that moment is so special to me. We saved our wedding video until our 1 year anniversary so that we could watch and reflect upon our marriage and wedding day and it was so worth it. Watching the full wedding, with great sound and visual, all of the different moments and great shots was so awesome. Matt was the absolute best. If you are reading this you don't need to look any further you've found the best videographer. Matt’s experience and creative eye truly helped us create so many wonderful memories. He always makes you feel at ease and gets along with everyone at the wedding. From the first coffee meet and greet to the high five and hug on the dance floor, Baysinger films has it all. Matt was such a special part of our wedding day.
My maid of honor said it best when she said, "I feel as if we have been friends with him all along!". Matt was not only a professional, but was someone who made the day fun and entertaining! After receiving our video (aka masterpiece), I wanted to do nothing more than call in sick to work the next day so that I could watch it 10-20 times more! He captured every detail and every moment perfectly.I am still blown away by his creativity. He was able to turn our special day into a story. For someone who we just met, he nailed it!! When our daughter got engaged, the very first vendor she wanted to book was Matt with Baysinger Films. Having watched many of his wedding videos online, with each one bringing tears rolling down our faces, we knew Matt would tell the very best story of the wedding day. Matt made everyone feel comfortable with his friendly personality, great sense of humor and professionalism. He truly has a gift of taking hours of video footage and somehow finding the perfect moments to tell the beautiful story in a 5 minute video. Wedding pictures are a beautiful keepsake, but a wedding video captures the tears, laughter, dancing, speeches in a way that can put you back in the moment each time you watch it. I cannot imagine a better gift to pass on to your children.

To say Baysinger Films is awesome is a huge understatement. From the first email to receiving the DVD of our wedding, Matt was professional and personable (and is very talented).

Matt captured our ceremony, toasts, dances and special moments, as well as created a highlight video, that we will be able to watch over and over again. I went into our wedding planning not expecting to get a videographer, but my mom told me to just look into it. When I talked to Matt, heard about what Baysinger Films was about and saw the work products he produced, there was no doubt in my mind that I would be adding Matt to our vendor list. Here are 3 reasons why having Baysinger Films part of your day is worth it!

1) Keying Into What Matters: I lived out of town so I had to communicate mostly through email and over the phone, but Matt was responsive and was truly concerned about what we wanted for our video. During our first phone call, we got to know each other and talked about the details of our wedding and specifics around videography. I found that not only is Matt a professional and very knowledgeable about videography, but he's a great person in general. Through everything, he keyed into what matters most, for us it was family and Christ's presence in our wedding day, and told our story based on those key elements.

2) Being Discrete: He was like a ninja the day of the wedding. Matt and his assistant arrived on time in the morning, greeted us with a smile and hug, and then started filming. There were a couple parts of the video I didn't even realize they caught on film. He didn't interfere with us or the guests and captured so many candid, special moments.

3) Patience: Wedding days can be hectic at points. Matt and his team went with the flow, did whatever they are told, and had a smile the whole time.

I can't thank Baysinger Films enough for capturing our story!

Wow! The highlight video of our daughter and son-in-law's wedding absolutely blew us away! Matt was a pleasure to work with from day one through the wedding day. He was able to accommodate the bride and groom’s living out of town and took time to get to know them. The video captured the emotions of their special day and even after viewing it many, many times, it still brings back the love that we all saw and they felt on their wedding day. Matt was the consummate professional and even though he got amazing video throughout the day, he was not intrusive and never interfered with the events of the day. We had high expectations for Matt and he far exceeded them! We would highly recommend that you hire Matt to capture the memories of your wedding day!

Today marks my 1 year anniversary and to this day I cannot believe how lucky we are to have such a great video of our wedding day! When planning the wedding I had looked up a few videographers but I kept going back to Matt's website. If watching videos of people I have never met can make me tear up he must do a good job! I love that I can relive our day anytime I want. Pictures are great and so was our photographer but there is something about having a video. We booked Matt about 2 years before our wedding (long engagement) but he was so good to work with! We didn't actually meet Matt until our wedding day but through our multiple Skype chats it seems like we had been friends for years. Not going to lie, I was a little nervous about having a camera in my face but Matt was so professional and tended to just blend in. He captured the moments of the day and I can't thank him enough. Seriously, book Baysinger Films. You won't regret it!!

When we were in our engagement process we asked already married couples what they wish they would have done differently for their wedding- on many occasions we heard that they wish they would have had a wedding video.
My husband Matt and I both knew Matt Baysinger through different outlets, but both had the same feeling of Matt's sincerity and passion for his work. His reputation has spread in the KC area and we knew it would be a perfect fit.
As much as we love Matt and his crew, we hardly noticed they were there! They blended very well with our friends and family and got along with the other vendors as well.
Bottom line though, the final product was amazing. We have watched our video numerous times and have shared it with all of our friends and family. It will be something we will always have and owe so much of our wedding memories to Baysinger films.

I could write paragraphs about how phenomenally lucky we were to have Matt Baysinger as our wedding videographer, but I'll try to keep it as simple as possible so that you'll really hear me when I say this: Hire Baysinger Films. Just do it. This is the correct choice.

From our very first phone conversation, I knew that Matt Baysinger completely heard and understood what we wanted (and didn't want), and that we were very much in sync in that regard. He heroically worked with us to find a package that fit our budget and our needs, he patiently dealt with an out-of-town bride on a four-month timeline and tight budget, he communicated with us clearly, quickly, and comprehensively, and most importantly, he has given us an absolutely incredible record of our wedding day.

We (and our family and friends) are obsessed with the perfectly edited and gorgeously shot 3-minute highlight video, and when we received our DVDs with all the footage (also perfectly and beautifully shot/edited), we were truly able to relive the day together, laughing and crying and hearts full to bursting. Also, my husband's 95-year-old grandmother was too frail to attend the wedding, so we got to show her the whole thing--thanks to Matt's absolutely impeccable capturing of the day, she felt like she had been there after all.

We are going to treasure his wonderful work for the rest of our lives, and there aren't enough words to get across how grateful we are.

I can't say enough great things about working with Baysinger Films. The owner/cinematographer, Matt Baysinger, was friendly, respectful of my churches rituals and very approachable. The outcome of our wedding videos was beyond anything I could have dreamed of. We got copies of both the full wedding video and the smaller (4-5 minute) montage which has brought tears to the eyes of almost everyone who's watched it to date. There's truly no better way to document such a wonderful day. I HIGHLY suggest Baysinger Films. Amazing.

I have nothing negative to say about Matt. At all. Not only is he one of our good friends now, but his work is wonderful. I'm so glad that my husband and I were able to have Matt and the Baysinger Films crew hang out on our wedding day and capture all the fun! Working with Matt was one of the easiest parts of the wedding planning process. I planned the majority of our wedding from long distance, but I never had any issue getting everything figured out. Matt was very friendly and answered all of my questions quickly. He even e-mailed me periodically to check in on my wedding planning and asked if there was anything he could help me with!

My husband and I didn't have a chance to meet face to face with Matt before our big day, but it was not an issue. He showed up and was just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. Some people might find it strange to have someone you just met follow you around with a camera all day, but we didn't feel weird at all having Matt and his team with us.

All in all, choosing Baysinger Films was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day!

I first witnessed Matt Baysinger’s work when a friend sent me a link to the 5-minute “highlight” video from her son’s wedding. Though I didn’t know the bride and groom, after watching the video I felt like I did. It was so moving, I found myself sitting at the computer crying as if it was my own son or daughter.

I started looking at all the clips on Matt’s website and he captured the personality of each bride and groom, along with their family’s. I had debated spending money on a videographer, but changed my mind immediately after seeing Matt’s work.

Matt is truly a gifted videographer and artist. What made the package even sweeter is that he is such a great guy. He is personable, professional and a delight to work with. He took lots of time before the wedding to get to know me, my daughter and her fiancé. I even had Matt do a couple special projects for me, including the transfer of my decades-old wedding VHS tape to a DVD.

Matt could not have done a better job capturing the essence of my daughter’s wedding day, from all the preparations before the wedding to the ceremony and the reception. We have the full video of the ceremony, along with full coverage of the toasts and first dances for those of us very close to the bride and groom to watch and treasure for years to come.

But we also have a 5-minute video that is perfect to share with family and friends who want to recapture the day if they were there, or to get a feel for what the day was all about if they couldn’t be there. It is very simple to share via an email, and I can’t tell you how many replies I had from friends saying that they were in tears before the clip was over.

When my parents first suggested to me that we hire a videographer for our wedding, I was more than hesitant. I had been to/in weddings before where the videographer made it feel like you were filming a reality television show: they were in your face, dictating the entire feel of a moment. Matt could not have been more of the opposite of this. I first knew that Matt would be different than the stereotype in my head when he reached out to me. He called to introduce himself, to learn a little more about me and my fiancé and to schedule a time that we could all meet. He was very easy to talk to and genuinely seemed interested in hearing about how we met, our interests, our personalities and what we were hoping to get out of our wedding video. A few weeks later, Matt went out of his way to meet up in a neighborhood near us. If you’re planning a wedding, you know how many different aspects there are and how many different people (and types of people) you have to interact with. It can be very overwhelming! Never did we feel any of that with Matt. We met up a couple of different times and I felt completely confident that he would respect our wishes for our wedding day, capture who we are as individuals and as a couple and produce a high quality video. He and his assistant went above and beyond! We barley noticed him during the wedding day, and even had people come up to us and say “you’re videographer is awesome!” and “he really stayed out of the way!” Honestly, after how awesome he was in the preparation and on the day of the wedding I probably wouldn’t have been too bummed if the video itself wasn’t very good. Instead, Matt provided us with something better than we could’ve imagined. He managed to capture everything important to us from that day in a very moving five minutes, and then provided an extended version of the entire day. Using Baysinger Films was hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding! They are reliable, experienced, professional, hilarious, and very enthusiastic about their job. They love what they do, which just adds to the excitement on your wedding day. They really take the time to get to know you before your wedding so that you feel comfortable around them for the big day. Overall- it was worth every penny and we cannot imagine our wedding without them there. Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL video they produced for us after the wedding. We have watched it probably 50 times and it still makes me cry. They capture every little detail that you will want to cherish forever. I can not rave enough about Baysinger Films. Even though Matt and I had known each other in college, he made it a point to meet with the FH and I a few times from the very beginning and leading up to our day to get to know "us" as a couple. He was interested in the details as well as the overall picture of who we were so that he could capture our personality genuinely and wholly on the day. His attention to detail was unbelievable and I am so grateful for his artistic talent because he was there for moments that we will never be able to recreate. I barely noticed him on the day, and honestly I forgot he was at the reception (sorry Matt ;)) The entire experience working with him was definitely enjoyable, and I would say to any future bride that is considering Baysinger Films that she will not regret it. He is a professional through and through, is honest, has the highest level of integrity and I would recommend him to anyone.

I don't even know where to start, Matt may have been my favorite vendor in all of my wedding! My wedding day was beautiful and the next best thing to reliving the whole day was getting our video from Baysinger Films back! Capturing our whole day was one of the most important things to me, so I devoted a decent amount of our budget to doing so. While it was hard to write the checks, I can honestly say that our video is the most cherished, and "worth" what we payed.
I watched a few of Matt's highlight videos before we chose him, but he really sealed the deal when we met him. I felt like we were having coffee or lunch with a friend and it really felt like he was just part of the group while we were getting ready the morning of- he made a couple jokes, so if you're not a fan of fun- you wont like Matt, but I'm pretty sure everyone at our wedding loved him.
Matt did a fantastic job of capturing us, as a couple and as individuals. I loved being able to see what my husband was up to the day of the wedding, while I was getting all glammed up! Our highlight video brought tears to my eyes, and I'm not much of a crier. He worked in all of the things I wanted to see again into our highlight It was just so amazing to see us while we were enjoying our day, and seeing all of the other details we may have missed! (i.e. the tears in my husband's eyes when he saw me come down the aisle, him putting his suspenders on backwards, my family laughing at our reception, and the loving looks that my brand new husband I exchanged). We couldn't have asked for a more talented or fun videographer!!

Matt was fantastic to work with. I knew we wanted to have a video of our wedding but wasn't prepared for how easy Matt made it for us. When you talk to Matt, he is very easy going and makes it clear that he wants you to have the best day possible. He and his partner kept things very easy for us on the day of the wedding and he partnered with our photographer very well. Matt's work is amazing and is simply a piece of art when he's done with it. It comes at no surprise that Baysinger Films has been awarded as the best of weddings for the past several years. Matt Baysinger's work is simply incredible. My husband and I were able to sit down with Matt and express to him our specific desires and even hesitations about wedding video. At first, I wondered if video was worth making room for on the budget. After seeing his work in our personalized wedding DVD, I can't imagine not having it! Matt Baysinger. Even his name has a fantastic ring to it. His artistry, coupled with a personality that never inches near lackluster, is exactly what my husband and I wanted on our wedding day. He has a keen awareness when it comes to professionalism as well. The way he is able to capture moments is haltingly breathtaking and seemingly effortless. His excitement for us definitely shined through on our wedding day...and, of course, in the video he created for us. His raw talent is one to be reckoned with!

So would I recommend Baysinger Films? A resounding YES! The number one choice on your wedding day: your spouse. The number two choice: most definitely Baysinger Films.

I got married this past May and used Baysinger Films, and I'm so glad I did. One reason why is because they are so easy to work with. Matt Baysinger is simply a standup guy who you will enjoy being with and who is more than happy to do whatever it takes to get what you are looking for. Some people in the business do things their way and that's what you get, but with Baysinger films you get your video tailored to you.

His films are also simply phenomenal. I've been able to see little snippets of some of his other wedding videos and by the end of the clips I'm usually near tears and I don't even know the couple! My wife and I are thrilled with our video and would highly recommend Baysinger Films to others. I can't imagine finding someone better in the KC area.

Matt was about the most accommodating, kind, truly professional friend we worked with on our wedding day. And I carefully say "friend", as he genuinely attempts to get to know the folks with whom he works, in an attempt to make the best (read: most personal) product for them as possible. Not only on wedding day, but throughout the planning process, Matt & his team were instrumental in making things great. Both my wife & I were careful to hire someone we trusted & jived well with for video, since we knew they would be our shadows for the better part of wedding day; Matt (and his associates) are simply *fun* to be around. I knew I wanted a videographer for my wedding but was having a hard time committing to any that I had met with or seen online. And then I clicked on a link to Matt's website. I was blown away and I'm pretty sure I spent an entire lunch hour watching videos and crying during each one. I would have signed a contract before meeting him but once we met for coffee I knew I had made a decision. Matt is incredibly easy to talk to and genuinely was excited to hear about how I met my husband and how wedding plans were going. Matt was great about keeping in touch during the whole planning process so I knew he hadn't forgotten about us.

Leading up to the wedding, Matt arranged everything he needed directly with the church which was extremely helpful as it took some coordination off my list of to-dos. He was on time and ready to go at the time we had agreed upon on the wedding day and was well coordinated with his assistant. Matt and his assistant both were happy and calm with smiles on their faces all day and I felt like it was just another friend there. He was not intrusive and didn't take any attention away from the day or night but still got amazing shots.

We received our highlights video and my husband and I and our whole families were so amazed by it. It captured all the best moments and all the most important people and was a great summary of the whole day. The video is just as beautiful as all the videos on his website that made me fall in love with his work. I am so excited to have it and make my husband watch it over and over and over again.

I have no hesitation at all recommending Matt to anyone getting married and will be strongly recommending him to anyone I talk to about weddings in the future.

Matt was the second meeting of three I had with videographers. After I met with him, I knew I he was my top pick between him and the first one, and that I felt sorry for the third guy because he had a lot to stand up to. After my third meeting, I emailed Matt right away wanting to book him. The money we spent for our package was the best money spent. Matt and Raegan were amazing to work with on our wedding day. Matt was so easy to work with and had such a fun personality! Him and Raegan worked well with our photographer, wedding coordinator, reception coordinator and DJ. They filmed everything, yet I hardly noticed them. When Matt showed us our highlight video I was in tears. Apparently, I wasn't the only one. Everyone who watched it said the video brought tears to their eyes. I was able to re-live the best day of my life (times 100 because that is about how many times I have watched it!)

I have received many compliments of Matt's work. I found him on The Knot and hope that my recommendation can do the same for another bride, as a previous review urged me to contact Matt. I can't wait to see my full video, hope my hubby is ready for a movie night! :)

Hiring Baysinger Films was the best decision we could've made as far as our wedding details went. We've been married for not even three months and we've watched our highlight video countless times. Matt was incredibly professional and extremely friendly. He is a very accommodating person and really makes the extra effort to get to know you both, as a couple and individual people, instead of saying "Yea I'll just show up on your wedding day to shoot the video." He genuinely cares about your wedding story, day and process. The fact that, during each of our prewedding meetings and on the actual date, he was visibly excited to be a part of our special day made all of the difference! This video is something that we share with our extended family and friends unable to attend the wedding. The ones who have watched the highlight video we showed to friends left them shocked and in awe, saying that it was something completely unexpected and much more than someone with a handheld camera. It is definitely an investment to understandably and thoroughly consider but in our opinion it was well worth it for the spectacular results. We could not have been happier with the experience!

My husband is active duty military and 2 weeks after finalizing our wedding locations/vendors we learned that he was receiving new duty orders that would leave him completely unavailable for our original date of May 24. The only date available was 1 measly month away. It was already February, the wedding would be in March. All things needed to be changed, but I was devastated when I realized Baysinger Films probably wouldn't be available any longer. I emailed Matt as soon as I found out about the change and was shocked when he replied and said he was available, literally, only on the one day we had picked for our new date. Even though his schedule was packed, he worked us in. And the blessings didn't stop there. He offered me his services if we needed any help in finding last minute vendor replacements. He continually touched base with me in the weeks/days before the wedding - just to make sure I wasn't going completely insane. I cannot tell you what a huge blessing that was to this very frazzled bride - reworking our entire wedding in one month. Matt Baysinger is not only incredible at films and cinematography - but in being an invaluable resource and friend to the bride/groom. There was a huge snow storm the day of the wedding and Matt gave me his coat to use in between outdoor pictures and "first look". The results were epic! I have received SO many compliments on our highlight video alone. My wedding day looked like a fairytale. Our DVDs have been such a joy to watch, as well. The quality is incredible. I cannot recommend Baysinger Films highly enough. Not only is the quality excellent, but Matt and his team are fantastic!

I am still unsure how I was able to get in contact with Matt at Baysinger Films, but I am pretty sure it was a God-thing. I was going back and forth on whether or not we should have a videographer for our wedding. After a couple of failed phone calls and growing hesitation I emailed the last one on my list, Baysinger Films. Within minutes, and I seriously mean like 3 minutes I already had a response! Matt was so personable through his email and we got in contact soon after. He was beyond excited and passionate about what he does. He made me feel so comfortable and pressure-free. I knew that we had to book him after I saw some of his videos on his website. I told Matt about the vision we had and he promised he would get us exactly what we wanted. That was the biggest understatement. We were able to see our highlight video a couple weeks after our wedding and EVERYONE loved it. It was beyond perfect- something out of a movie. I am still in awe and catch myself with the silliest grin every time I watch it. He has given us the most special treasure that we will be able to share for a life time and more. The video itself would be enough to give him the highest rating… but Matt was much more than the video. He was so caring throughout this whole process. He really made us feel important. Originally Ryan and I didn't think we wanted to spend the extra money on a videographer as we looked and looked and didn't find one worth spending the money on. One day on Facebook I saw a colleague of mine from University of Kansas put a video up of a wedding he shot and I was more than impressed. I immediately emailed him to find out details on his services. After viewing his work there was no question about using him. Ryan and I both are so happy we chose to do it and the video is priceless. Matt has such a great eye for this stuff and the way he puts the video together is very creative. We would highly recommend him for anyone, even if you're not in Kansas, he seems super flexible to make it work out.

Matt was SO much fun to work with. He was very professional and made us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera. My favorite part about working with him was that he made sure he got to know me and my husband and everything that we would want in our engagement and wedding videos. I was hesitant at first about getting a videographer, but after my fiance showed me some examples of Matt's work, I was all in! We have gotten our video back from the wedding, and it is AMAZING!! My mom talked about it for three days straight. I've even had friends tell me they want to get married again just so they could get a video like ours. Capturing our big day on video was something we both wanted from the start. While researching potential videographers, we saw that Baysinger Films was running a contest where the winning couple won a FREE videography session! So, we threw our name into the hat and patiently waited for the results. Little did we know, we would win the contest and the best gift ever - the ability to watch our big day long after the music stopped!

Baysinger Films was wonderful! They captured not only our ceremony, but many of the special moments in our day, including getting dressed, hair at the salon, our first viewing, and our post-ceremony wedding party celebration at our favorite local establishment. After our big day, we could not wait to view our video! When the day finally came, it took all we had to not hit replay every time we watched it. It was perfect! My husband and I chose Matt Baysinger for our June 9, 2012 wedding. He did a great job on our video and was fantastic the day of the wedding. He was very accommodating. For example, he worked with and around our photographer's schedule to make sure he was present for all the "big moments." He was able to blend into the day so much that I hardly noticed he was there--in a good way!
We purchased the Faith package, but that was really just a starting point. Matt allowed us to tweak the package to suit our needs. The highlight video was an awesome way to share our day with family and friends, and will be a great memento for years to come.
For any bride on the fence about a videographer: it is WORTH it!! The day goes by in such a blur, and there are so many details that you can't take in at the time. Photos help fill in the blanks, but a video adds sound and movement and life to your memories. If you choose Matt as your videographer, I promise you won't regret it!

Matt truly made our day AMAZING!!! It was like he wasn't even there and the video captured all of our special moments... You'd be lucky to have him do yours!!!! He's the BEST!!

Hiring Baysinger Films was the best decision we made at our wedding- other than saying "I do" of course :). Matt flew all the way from Kansas to Buffalo to film our big day. He puts so much care and special thought into every shot he takes. In all my wedding planning and attending, I have never seen a better wedding highlight video! We have watched it over and over again, and it still brings smiles to our faces each time. The shots, the editing, the music and the professionalism are all perfection from the Baysinger team. Seriously if you aren't hiring this team you are crazy! And even if you don't live in Kansas you should still give them a call, you never know where they would be willing to travel to film your event. Thank you so much Baysinger Films for capturing the biggest day of our lives in a classy, stylish, fun and loving way!

While planning our wedding, it was important to me to not only find vendors who were really good at their job, but I also wanted them to enjoy their job and to be as excited about my wedding as I was. I definitely found that in Matt Baysinger. He did an awesome job of capturing our day and put together an awesome video that brings back all of the emotions and feelings from the day. The day goes by fast; therefore, I am really glad that we have a video that we can look back on in 5, 10, 20 years from now to help us remember our special day. Not only is Matt great at capturing the moments and putting them together through video, but he is also awesome to work with. He is professional, super nice, sincere, and generally just a really good guy. I am so glad we used him for our video and would recommend him to anyone!

I actually met Matt through my wedding photographer when we discussed doing our engagment video. He told me that he had this friend Matt that he wanted to help him with the video and asked us if that would be okay. We said sure and we are so glad we did!! The video was the highlight of our wedding, having almost everyone in the audience in tears. We still have people talking about it! Matt has a very unique and artistic style that we loved! We couldn't be happier

My wife and I got married in Grand Cayman in June 2012 and we had the privilege of having Baysinger Films come down with us to capture our wedding week. From leaving the airport in Kansas City, to swimming with Stingrays and snorkeling in the Ocean, all the way through our Reception, they were with us.

There are so many words I can use to describe the work done by Baysinger Films. Great doesn't fit. Amazing doesn't cut it. Spectacular is better, but still not even close. Breathtaking is more like it. The way Matt captures each moment makes you feel like you are right there. Each laugh is captured, each tear is caught, and each smile he uses to tell a story of Love.

Yeah his work is incredible and will be a great way of saving our memories forever, but once you get to know Matt (and his wife) you know you are well taken care of. He doesn't do this for the money. He does this because he knows how happy it makes people. He is very comfortable to be around, very kind, considerate, and when all said and done, I really feel like we made a great friendship.

Matt is kind and very personable, was a blast to have around on our wedding day! He is professional and worked extremely well with our photographer, planner, etc. In fact, all of our other wedding vendors we're excited to hear that we had booked Matt and they would get to work with him so that makes you feel good going into the day. Before we booked with Matt we sat down and talked about what we liked best about his films or wedding films in general to make sure we got what we were looking for in our final product. We enjoyed working with Matt and would definitely recommend him to others!

Matt was simply a joy to work with leading up to and on our big day. He was always so positive, smiling and just brought a sense of calm - everyone in the wedding party really enjoyed working with him, too! All this on top of the fact that his videos are amazing! Matt really took the time to ensure our video was exactly what we'd envisioned, showing us rough draft version, listening to feedback and editing it to ensure it included every little aspect we wanted. Of all of our wedding vendors, Baysinger Films was our favorite by far. Highly recommended! :)

My husband and I did not originally anticipate using the services of a videographer. We were not certain the extra cost would be justified within our wedding budget. In the few weeks before the wedding, we had a change of heart and found Baysinger Films online as one of Kansas City’s best wedding vendors on TheKnot.com for 2012. That last minute decision to include a videographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From our initial contact with Matt, he surpassed every other vendor we had worked with respect to responsiveness and client service. Since we were travelling from Australia for our wedding in Kansas City, we only had limited time before the wedding to meet and get acquainted with Matt. Matt accommodated our schedule and our first meeting was so effortless. We could immediately tell that Matt was a true professional as well as a genuinely kind person. On the day of the wedding Matt and his co-videographer Matt captured every important moment, but were never in the way. They were thoughtful and considerate to our family and guests, in fact, they blended in as if they were part of the party. Matt listened to all of our priorities and suggestions and really captured the emotion of our day. Additionally, as we were hosting a reception in Sydney just weeks after our Kansas City ceremony, Matt prioritised the editing of our wedding highlights video so that we could share it with family and friends at our reception in Sydney who were not able to travel to the wedding. Everyone loved the video and really felt the emotion of the day. Matt’s thoughtfulness and professionalism in delivering our highlight video in time for our reception meant the world to us. We cannot say enough positive things about Matt Baysinger and Baysinger Films. We absolutely loved the video and we are so grateful to Matt and Matt for providing such an artful, beautiful, thoughtful and professional service. Thank you! Michelle & Iain

Matt did a fantastic job on the entire video. I have two more daughters to marry and I'm surely going to use Baysinger Films again.
