Rick and his team were absolutely incredible. From design all the way through the event, he made sure everything was up to par with what we wanted for our wedding. Not only were his florals absolutely stunning, but his desire to go above and beyond to make the day what it was cannot be overstated. Not to mention, he was entirely upfront with cost and was willing and able to work within our budget. Our wedding came to life because of Rick and I couldn’t be happier that I chose to work with such an incredible vendor. 12/10!

Bayfront saved our day!
Like the title says they were able to help us within 30 days of our wedding! We thankfully got out of another horrible floral contract after their mock up for us was atrocious. Within 24 ours of that Bayfront sent us our proposal and scheduled a day for us to meet in person. Rick personally made sure everything was perfect and he definitely kept his word it would be incredible. Please don’t make the mistake of going elsewhere and hire Bayfront from the start!!

I could not be happier with Bayfront Florals. Rick and Emilia listened to the vision I had for my daughter’s wedding and far exceeded it! Their recommendations were on point and made an impact in the overall look. Double draping behind the band had such a visual impact, I absolutely loved it! My daughter and her fiancé also visited their showroom and were listened too, and they always had a centerpiece waiting for us to look at based on conversations. This made planning easier and we could visually see our vision come to life. The flowers were spectacular and one week later they are still alive(repurposed at home- love them). Bayfront not only took care of all the flowers, but we used them for our rentals. The wrap of the dance floor was STUNNING! I cannot recommend them enough. Emilia was available any time I called or stopped by and took care of everything! She is such an asset and wonderful to work with! I never had to worry about anything. I interviewed 4 companies and I am grateful that I chose Bayfront Florals!

Expect beauty!
Our colors were shades of indigo. I know it’s not an ideal color for a wedding but my husband’s favorite color is blue and mine is purple. I didn’t really know what flowers I wanted I just wanted those colors and honestly Bayfront Floral exceeded my expectations! I loved my wedding bouquet (which was not common to have the handle as a crystal) the crystal handle was a custom work that came with a styrofoam sphere on top meant for dry flowers. We removed it to add in an oasis for real flowers and it was beautiful. My center pieces were just as beautiful. The flowers popped. Bayfront floral were very understanding and personable when it came to opinions and suggestions which my family and I appreciated.
I loved my flowers so much that each centerpiece including my bouquet have been preserved for our home. Thank you again!

Floral dream come true!
I knew the Emilia and the Bayfront Team from work, so when my husband proposed back in March 2022, I knew I wanted them to be a part of our day.
I reached out to Emilia with my vision, color scheme, and budget all the while asking her to please be realistic with me on what can/can't be accomplished.
She put together the proposal quickly and it was everything I wanted, and within my budget!
Throughout the process, I changed my floral designs a few times, and added a few items on, and she was patient and kind throughout the whole process.
Once our wedding day came, and I walked into the venue, I was in awe. Everything looked stunning! It was truly everything I wanted and more.
All of our guests complimented how beautiful the flowers were, and my grandma even wanted to take my bouquet LOL.

I do not regret not once to hire this company!! i am going to talk specifically about Emilia Dubon. She treated me in such a caring way, she made me feel soooo special throughout my wedding, she was always helping me and my mother with everything, always quick to answer, always understanding, the most humble business woman I have met in my life, working with love towards her brides, no interest in between. Amazing! Bayfront floral was absolute amazing for our wedding. I sent in a few inspiration pics and they immediately seemed to know exactly what I wanted for my centerpieces and bouquets. They created the most beautiful flower arrangements, and I wish I could’ve saved them forever. Hands down, the flowers were ointment my top 3 favorites lists for wedding day. We are so happy we chose Bayfront Florals for our wedding! After shopping around, we were pleased to find a company who was very transparent about their services. On the initial meeting, we created a vision board together so she knew exactly what we wanted. Every detail was meticulously perfected and they created exactly the look I saw in my mind. Our wedding florals were breathtaking and everyone kept saying how gorgeous they were! Danielle was so receptive to suggestions and even provided alternatives to stay within our budget. Bayfront always kept in touch without making us feel overwhelmed and handled every tiny detail the day of! We cannot recommend them enough; best of the best!

The absolute best!
I wish I could give them 100000 stars because 5 does not seem like enough. I worked with Emilia at Bayfront Floral and she was so helpful, understood my inspiration and surpassed anything I could have dreamed of. I visited the showroom (which smells like what I would imagine heaven smells like) and Emilia and Rick were amazing, Emilia gave me some suggestions that I am so glad I went with. All of my guests complimented the flowers and said they were the most spectacular arrangements they had ever seen, and I agree! I am so happy I went with Bayfront, they beyond exceeded my expectations and were so nice and easy to work with I am so thankful I went with them.

We spoke to several florists who either did not understand our vision or could not work with our budget. Emilia removed all of fears and restored our faith in the process. She was professional and a pleasure to work with. Her proposal and creative ideas were amazing. We were blown away on our wedding day when we saw the floral arrangements. Beautiful Work and a extremely Accomodating
Emilia and her team were absolutely amazing! They were so,patient, kind and understanding when weather was uncertain. A last minute call had to be made for my clients to move to “plan b” and the ceremony and cocktail reception had to be moved inside. Knowing that the bride and groom would be disappointed, they allowed us to wait until the very last minute to make the call. They created a dreamy indoor site for us. Great Florist
So easy to work with them! I gave them inspiration photos and everything I had hoped turned out perfectly. They really do an excellent job, arrived on time, and got everything done. Trust me - you do not want to have to worry about anything on your wedding day and they make sure you don't think about flowers or candles the whole day.

Bayfront Floral did an incredible job with our wedding flowers! I loved my bouquet, and am not an expert on flowers. Despite my poor descriptions they were able to perfectly capture the bouquet I had in mind. It was perfect! The centerpieces looked amazing too! I always knew I wanted a romantic garden themed wedding and Bayfront Floral made my dream a reality! From the chuppah to the lush centerpieces, they made our wedding look absolutely amazing. I am so grateful to Bayfront Floral for making my dream of a "tropical chic Miami wedding" a reality. Emilia and Rick are amazing! After receiving my email Emilia immediately reached out with some suggestions and sample pictures of arrangements and bouquets. She took the time to really refine my vision into reality. I really enjoyed the floral arrangements the Bayfront team put together for my wedding. I wanted to go for a tropical theme and made some modifications the week of the wedding and they were able to easily accommodate me. Unfortunately, my wedding was the week of a hurricane in the Bahamas, which led to one of the flowers I wanted not being available. However, the team contacted me promptly and was able to make a change that worked perfectly. Overall, I was very pleased with how the arrangements turned out.

Made our wedding look like a fairytale!
Rick and his Team were such a pleasure to work with! When I started researching florists for my wedding and narrowed it down to 3, as soon as I spoke with Rick, I knew he would be the florist I would chose. He was so informative on the whole process and was flexible with me when it came to negotiating for the event. He was very professional as well and one of my hotel's preferred wedding vendors (Eden Roc Hotel) which spoke very highly of him and his team.
We live in Tampa but Rick was super accommodating to scheduling us to go to his shop to see our table design and pick our final flowers. That was the day we met Emilia and Nico (their lead designer). They were amazing and so fun! Even by husband had such a fun time with them when we went to go pick out the table design - they made it such a nice and fun experience!
The day of the wedding was so beautiful and everything we had spoken about with Rick, Nico, and Emilia, beautifully came to life exactly like we had planned it - it was stunning and so beautiful. It was Perfect! Emilia and Nico were both there that day and Emilia even came up to my room to say hi before the wedding! I would 100% recommend Bayfront Floral as your florists for your wedding day!

Words cannot describe how BEAUTIFUL Rick, Stacy, Emilia, and the entire Bayfront team made our wedding. Disclaimer: when I met Stacy last year, I HATED flowers at a wedding. I just wanted a lot of candles, but my mom and mother in law were fans. Stacy walked through the process and flower needs from start to finish. After meeting with her I felt more excited to have flowers and see what they could do.Then, when we got closer to our wedding we were about to see some sample centerpieces and make changes if need be. I loved that. Proof all they want to do is make sure you are happy. I cannot even begin to tell you how much they blew me away! I had high expectation and they quadrupled them. They were the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. I don’t know if I could have even dreamed up more beautiful! Our entire decor, was drop dead stunning - the flowers, candles, just everything. Not only did they do amazing work, but their customer service, kindness, and patience were truly appreciated. We were expecting a hurricane near our wedding day and they called to make sure we knew it would be a beautiful day and they would be there. I think that shows not only are they phenomenal florists and take their job very seriously, but amazing people as well. From the bottom of our hearts thank you guys for everything! We are eternally grateful!!!

What can you say when a florist creates a sensational ballroom beyond anything you might have dreamed about! From the magnificent flowers to the candles and all the minor details that went unnoticed but definitely created an incredible spectacle of beauty! Cannot say enough about how much we loved Bayfront Floral. After a brief meeting, Rick knew exactly what we were looking for (better than we knew ourselves!) and delivered the most beautiful arrangements on our wedding day. My bouquet was stunning, and the driftwood and floating candle centerpieces fit our wedding perfectly. We were in awe when we walked into the ballroom. Rick was amazing to work with, so helpful and responsive, and his prices are incredibly competitive and fair. Cannot recommend enough!

Absolutely the best! Rick and his team are the ultimate flower wizards! They were able to bring to life my tropical paradise wedding of my dreams! The flowers were so incredibly stunning, we received endless compliments on the flowers! Being from out of town, Bayfront was fantastic to work with long distance. My consultations were easy, emails were answered super fast! All my questions were answered and when I showed up at own wedding, wow! I was so blown away! My mom and I could just hug Rick! Bayfront Floral not only creates the most beautiful floral arrangements, but also provides the absolute best customer service. I planned my wedding away from my hometown of Miami and selecting flowers and creating arrangements from afar was no easy task. Emilia was so sweet and understanding throughout the entire process. She was extremely responsive to emails, provided photographs to help guide me while we decided on the details, and the day of the wedding we had no worries whatsoever with our arrangements being delivered and set up as we had requested. The flowers were absolutely stunning and they made the entire process stress free!

Bayfront Floral did a fantastic job with the flowers for our wedding! They were able to piece together our ideas to come up with the perfect bouquets, boutonnieres and arrangements! They were creative and came up with suggestions when we were not sure of exactly what we wanted initially. BEAUTIFUL flowers and AMAZING team! We had a destination wedding at The Palms Hotel & Spa on 12/2/17. We mainly worked with Emilia via email and phone. When we were in town we had the pleasure of meeting Rick and Nico. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and detailed. The process was easy and they were very responsive to all of our questions. My mom works at a local flower shop in Missouri and she was very satisfied with the service, staff, and final product!!!! They truly went above and beyond to make everything look PERFECT for my big day. We highly recommend Bayfront for all of your floral needs, you will not be disappointed!!

I couldn't be happier with Bayfront Floral and Event Design!!! We got married on the Venetian Lady Yacht and they were more then accommodating, understood my vision and the restrictions with the set-up on a yacht. We had a destination wedding and they exceeded all my expectations. I always think its best to leave the professionals to do what they do best and not stress over trying to do this on your own. I would highly recommend them, they are topnotch!!!

Incredible service! Ricky and his staff made us feel like family. Flowers were fresh and plentiful. Ricky was so intent on providing us with exactly what we envisioned that he took us into his enormous workshop and allowed us to hand pick the flowers we liked. I would reccomend Rick to anyone getting married in the greater Miami area. For example we spoke to him a few months before our wedding and told him what we were looking for as an overall vision for ceremony and reception at Ocean Reef Club. He came out 4 months prior to do a walk through at the site and tell us how everything would look and be set up. The day of He and his team were great. They showed up early and were set up with time to spare. We were pleasantly surprised the way all the decorations looked. Everything was wonderful and he was able to make all of this happen while remaining in our budget. I would recommend Rick for anyone getting married at the Ocean Reef Club or the greater Miami area.

We originally met with Rick from Bayfront Florals, and he immediately put us at ease, and in one conversation, he knew what we wanted, and would work to get us there. He asked us our budget, and we appreciated immensely that everything stayed in that budget. Emilia provided a inspiration images for our wedding, and helped us go back and forth until we had everything exactly as we wanted. Nico was our direct link for the wedding, and he did an amazing job with everything. The set up and arrangements were beautiful, and everything went extremely smoothly. We would recommend Bayfront Floral to anybody for any event, as they were so nice, organized, efficient, and flexible to work with. They really helped make our flowers and chuppah beautiful, and we couldn't be happier that we worked with them.

My husband and I are from Miami but are currently living in Texas. I discovered Bayfront Florals through Wedding Wire. I sent them an email and received a reply almost instantly from Carmen who asked for more details about my wedding and also had me set up a call with the owner Rick. From the moment he greeted me over the phone I knew he was someone I would enjoy working with. He was extremely friendly. From that point on, I continued to exchange emails and images from Pinterest with Carmen via email. I eventually met with Rick, Carmen, and Niko and they were all just as warm, flexible, and professional in person as they were on email and on the phone. During the meeting we ran through all of the details and went over more details. Before the wedding, Rick called me twice within the last month of the wedding to check in on me and make sure that my vision for the florals was clear and that he had everything in order for the big day. The calls were brief but extremely helpful, you could tell that they wanted to make sure everything was perfect for the big day. On the big day, they were very punctual and went above and beyond to make my vision come to life. Its been a month since our big day and everyone is still talking about the florals. Our wedding would not have been the same without Rick and his team.

I am an Event Planner (owner of ANS Event Planning, Inc) and Bayfront Floral and Event Design were absolutely wonderful. I initially had another florist for my clients before I proceeded with Bayfront. Unfortunately, with less than a month away from the wedding date, the other florist would either not reply to my emails nor answer my phone calls; however, fortunately, Bayfront Floral was extremely attentive and did more work with less than a month's notice than the other florist did during the entire time frame they had. Come the day before the wedding, Bayfront called me with a back up plan in mind for our 25 mph wind that was to be expected and the following day, they completed plan B flawlessly. My clients and their guest were in awe with their work and loved the detail. ANS Event Planning, Inc. looks forward to working with Bayfront Floral in our future events!

Don't even think twice! Bayfront is THE choice for your wedding/event florals. Being located at the intercontinental and seeing their work at a bridal show, my mom and I thought this company would be out of our budget. Luckily, we took a leap of faith and met with them. They found a way to not only work with our budget, but make the florals the centerpiece of the entire wedding. It poured on the wedding day and we had to relocate to another room. Thanks to the flowers provided by this company, the room did not disappoint! Beautifully large fall arrangements filled and decorated the room that we used at a needed "plan B". I cannot say enough. Very professional, highly recommend.

Bayfront did a fantastic job on flowers for our wedding and helped to make sure details were perfect with setup! They listened to my general idea for the day and then were able to craft something beautiful within our budget. The owner was happy to let me do some pieces DIY but always ensured that decisions were made on time so no one was stressed. It was great to work with someone creative and flexible!

Rick and the Bayfront Floral team were amazing! Throughout the planning process my main point of contact changed twice which made me slightly nervous but each pass was communicated well and I always had someone I could call/email and ask question. The day of Rick came to say hi early on (around 12PM) since I was getting ready at the venue and he was also there at the end picking up flowers when the party ended at 2 AM. Beyond the great service, the flowers looked beautiful and I had multiple people compliment my bouquet. The cocktail hour with the flowers and draping Bayfront Floral provided made it look stunning and romantic.

Nico and Emilia were so helpful in such a difficult planning process. The beginning was quite a bumpy road with Bayfront because our first point of contact person left the company and we hadn't met with anyone else. As you can imagine, I freaked out. Thankfully we met with Nico and he calmed my nerves. He made us feel extremely comfortable and I felt confident he would do a good job... he did a fantastic job. Bayfront catered to all our requests, even the most simplest. We are so, so happy with how everything turned out. The tables looked lovely, my bouquet and the court's bouquets/boutonnieres were beautiful; all the floral arrangements were STUNNING!
Thank you so much for helping make our wedding exactly how I imagined it.

Nico is the very best! He had an amazing vision for our wedding at The Palms Hotel and did such a wonderful job. Nico made the most wonderful suggestions for our flowers and the result was the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen! His vision and creativity are nothing short of perfection! Our guests are still raving about our beautiful flowers and wedding! We cannot thank Nico enough and strongly recommend him for anyone looking for the best florist ever!!

All I have to say is WOW! Rick and his team went over and beyond my fiancé and I expectations for our wedding. The entire process was very easy and the team did a great job listening to what I had envisioned. When I walked into my reception I was in shock with the beauty and attention to detail. I cannot begin to thank Rick and his team enough for the beautiful flowers they provided for my wedding! My Fiance and I knew how amazing Rick and his team were prior to meeting with him as Rick had done the flowers for my sister-in-law's wedding. I had researched other florists but I had always known I wanted to meet with Rick. I was an out of town bride and was only able to meet with Rick on one occasion. He was extremely flexible with me on dates we could meet! I trusted Rick immediately and knew he would arrive on my wedding day with exactly what I imagined!
My centerpieces and personal flowers were something I did not stress about throughout the entire year of planning for the big day! Rick delivered my bridal party flowers personally and kept in touch with me the day of to keep me informed of what time he would arrive and if there were any delays.
My Mother-in-law commissioned Bayfront to do the flowers for the rehearsal as well and the centerpieces were stunning. I was able to take them to my bridal suite and place them throughout the room for photos the next day!
I can say without a doubt if you are considering Bayfront floral you will not be disappointed!

Mia was great and helped me carry out the my vision for the wedding really well.
The flowers were gorgeous and the arch they provided was exactly what I requested.
Everything looked so beautiful and with minimal planning on my part because I was from out of town. They made me feel secure that everything would be executed perfectly and it definitely was on the big day.

Bayfront Floral and Event Design exceeded my expectations. I assisted my sister with the panning of her wedding. From the moment we entered their office and discussed the logistics of the event we were at ease. Mia was phenomenal. She guided us through the process while explaining everything with visuals and then sent a thorough proposal. When we arrived for my sisters sample again Mia along with Nico, exceeded our expectations in everyway. as the planning went on and we made edits to the proposal and the floor plan, Mia continued to send updates to both my sister and I. The day of her wedding was seamless. Again Mia and Nico went over and above to make sure we were pleased with their work. The flowers were even more beautiful than we remembered.

I recently had my wedding reception held at that the Intercontinental Hotel Miami. Bayfront helped me conceptualize my flowers and decor for the ballroom and cocktail hour. Rick and Mia went above and beyond to help to this very anxious bride stay within the budget and still get everything I hoped for and more! Bayfront is amazing! We had our desitnation wedding in Miami Beach, and our venue had recommended them as a vendor. After doing some considerable research with other vendors, we came back to choose Bayfront. The reviews alone had us hooked! Mia is an absolute gem and made sure that everything we wanted in our centerpieces, bouquets and more was handled perfectly. I have never seen such beautiful arrangements and the quality is something our guests are still raving about. There is no better vendor for florals! Highly professional and a customer service that cannot be beat!

I would highly recommend Bayfront Floral to anyone. Their professionalism was outstanding and my bouquet was exactly the way I had pictured it. I am so happy to have found Bayfront Florals! Last minute we decided we wanted a garland, so our venue highly recommended we get in touch with Bayfront Florals, so we scheduled a meeting with Carmen. She was amazing, extremely profession and brought our idea to life. The garland was unreal and the missing piece to our ceremony. They also made the most beautiful flower crown for our flower girl. We had such a great experience and would most definitely recommend Bayfront Florals!

Really liked how everything came to life at my backyard wedding because the flowers, even though few, brought it all together. They were great, professional and communication wise right on point. Always received timely responses to all of my emails no matter when during the long process of wedding planning. Would highly recommend.

All of the flower arrangements at my wedding came out absolutely beautiful! I had provided Mia with pictures of what I wanted some of the arrangements to look like and everything ended up looking exactly like the pictures. Rick and Mia were amazing. I couldn't have been more pleased with my wedding flowers and the quality of service that Mia from Bayfront Florals offered. They exceeded my highest expectations! I received countless complements on my flowers and decor and the arrangements lasted for almost two weeks after the event! They were such high quality arrangements but the cost was very reasonable. Mia worked with me to get exactly what I wanted without going over my budget. Save yourself the time of reviewing other floral vendors and book with Bayfront. They will not disappoint!
