Hire Jason as your DJ!

Jason absolutely hit the mark at our wedding at Osprey Point in June 2024. Our guests had such a great time and he really got the dance floor going. We had him do our ceremony and cocktail hour music too which was perfect. He was always responsive and very easy to work with. Pick Jason as your DJ! He's a true professional and gives the best advice!

Jason was our DJ for our Chesapeake Bay Beach Club wedding in September 2023. He was kind, professional, easy to work with, organized, and incredibly helpful in leading us along the way. The Bay Deejay's music portal was fantastic and made it easy to request songs for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He was even able to find me an obscure instrumental song that I wanted to walk down the aisle!

Jason did an incredible job MCing the event and kept the evening flowing. He read the crowd to pick the best song to play next (We had a lot of young kids and my goodness did they have the best time rocking out!). I can't thank Jason enough for his expertise and we couldn't be happier with our choice to have chosen Jason as our DJ, his advice was so appreciated. Thank you!

Amazing DJ

Jason DJ’d our wedding back in March and we could not have been happier. Super professional and really easy to work with. Our guests had an amazing time singing and dancing, and our dance floor was constantly packed!! We had several friends and family members tell us how great of a job he did. Would highly recommend.

The Best DJ -- Truly.

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Jason of Bay Deejays. Going into the planning process, I didn't fully understand how important a DJ could be -- I felt like DJs hadn't been stellar at a lot of the weddings we'd gone to, and I wasn't that excited about the decision. Thank goodness we found Jason easily and clicked with him right away -- he's incredibly kind and easy to talk to, and we felt like he instantly understood what we were thinking.

For anyone else who's planning a wedding and not sure how important having an *amazing* DJ is, here are a few things that I wouldn't have thought of, but made all the difference: every music cue was set up perfectly and seamlessly for our ceremony, so it just felt like magic as guests arrived and we processed in. Microphones were in the right places and at the perfect volume outside for every guest to hear our officiant, readers, and vows. Cocktail hour music played seamlessly through the indoor/outdoor venue. Jason perfectly timed first and parent dances to be long enough to feel special, but not so long that we felt self-conscious with everyone's eyes on us.

And that doesn't even touch on the absolute highlight of our wedding for us and our guests, which was the dance floor. Jason took our ideas, requests, and general vibes and came up with the perfect, surprising and amazing mix of songs that had our guests (of every generation) packing the dance floor until the very, very end of the night. I'm still getting compliments from people, six months later, about how incredible the music was. But it wasn't just a great set of songs. Every song Jason played reflected us as a couple--a mix of our tastes, what we grew up loving, and songs each of our families went wild over--making the dancing feel as special as the ceremony and toasts.

Throughout the process and the day-of, Jason had a calm, professional, and positive attitude. We got married at the Tidewater Inn and Jason knows the venue inside and out. He checked in with us and our coordinator at the perfect times throughout the night, pivoting effortlessly as we made a few last-minute timeline shifts. Jason even gracefully handled a family member requesting many songs from our "do not play" list.

I can't imagine our wedding without Bay Deejays. If you have the opportunity to hire them for yours, don't hesitate!

The best DJ for our crazy covid wedding

Jason was extremely flexible with our crazy- 3 date change- covid- almost 5yr engagement. I gave him a handful of requests then told him to pick all the rest. I was way too exhausted by the time our wedding actually happened and had full on bride burnout. Jason delivered and all the guests loved him!

Highly, highly recommend!

We were so lucky to have known about Jason through family because we could not have selected a better DJ! The portal Jason had to organize song selections and timelines was so user-friendly and it definitely made our lives easier when trying to plan for everything! Jason spent a Friday night on a late zoom call with us to solidify everything and make sure we felt comfortable. We felt very confident and comfortable knowing Jason would take care of the music, feel out the crowd, and keep everyone happy! During the reception, there were always people out on the dance floor, which is exactly what we wanted! We are so thankful that Jason delivered to perfection on our wedding day!

Bay deejays is amazing!

Jason was so great, we moved our date 3 times due to COVID and he was always so responsive and accommodating. Book Jason ASAP for Weddings or any events!

My husband and I were a COVID-19 wedding couple and had to reschedule our date three times. Throughout the whole process, Jason was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Jason was accommodating, reassuring, and worked with us to make a final wedding date a success!

Everyone had such a great time we asked if he could stay past his allotted set.

Jason truly is a professional, a great MC, and is an absolute pleasure to work with especially in such challenging circumstances.

Dancing All Night Long!!

Jason was great to work with! We loved using his DJ website beforehand choosing our first dance song, mother/son, and father/daughter songs. We were able to choose must play songs and do not play songs which was nice. Jason read the crowd extremely well with choosing which songs to play to get everyone on the dance floor! He met with us in person twice and was extremely accommodating about my requests for the wedding night!

He was recommended by our venue (Chesapeake Bay Beach Club) & we would recommend him for your wedding! We loved using Jason as our DJ!

Better than we could have ever expected!

Jason did a fantastic job DJing our wedding this past June. He was really helpful during the planning stages, and he has a real talent for knowing just the right song to play at the right time. We were blessed with gorgeous weather on our wedding day, and everyone wanted to spend some time outside to appreciate the incredible view and the breeze off the Chesapeake Bay. But he still kept the dance floor full at all times. That's the mark of a great DJ, but frankly, there are many great DJs working in this area. Jason's flexibility and quick thinking on the day of the wedding are what put him head-and-shoulders above the rest.

My favorite moment of our wedding reception was the father daughter dance. I started dancing with my father, and then spontaneously included my mother. Then she brought out my husband. And then we brought out his parents. And then everyone was on the floor dancing in a circle. It was a really beautiful moment, and I didn't realize until watching our wedding video that Jason had made it all happen. By the time we had added all the parents, we still had a lot of song left, and awkward swaying is the only option for a group of that size. Sensing the situation, Jason called out for everyone to join us. It was a perfect, and the greatest gift we could have never asked for. And it was only one of the many moments that Jason beautifully curated during our wedding and reception.

Jason is so much more than the guy playing music; he's the man who quietly and unobtrusively makes everything work and allows you to experience all the wonderful moments of your wedding day. Thank you, Jason!!

Our Favorite Vendor!

Although we had a great wedding "team", Jason from Bay Deejays was probably our favorite vendor to work with from planning stages through our wedding day. His knowledge of our venue and the staff was evident from our first meeting. The online planner he uses was super convenient and most importantly he followed our request list and respected our "don't play list" (we didn't want any cheesy line dances). Responsive, experienced, and Diligent

We honestly could not have asked for a better experience with Baydeejays. From the beginning of the process, Jason made it as convenient as possible for us to meet up. After one meeting we knew that he was the DJ to go with. He is extremely professional, asks questions you didn’t even know you needed to look into, and was very open to our then half-baked vision. Closer to the wedding date we talked a few times - he always made himself available to chat. It was extremely easy to use the software he provides to lay out the timeline and choose our songs. He also worked with our unique Lebanese/American wedding timeline and music selection. I came to him with a list of Arabic songs that were vetted by my in-laws and he came with some of his own songs that he’d asked a friend about. My husband’s friends were extremely impressed. On the wedding day he did a phenomenal job, arrived early, had everything up and running, and moved through the program with ease. I would highly recommend Bay Deejays to any bride who wants to not have to have a single worry about programming or music on her wedding day.

I have worked with Jason for several events starting with my 16th birthday and leading up to my wedding. Dancing the Night Away at the reception

Whn my daughter was planning her wedding last spring and told me that she and her finace had chosen Jason Walsh of BayDeejays as their DJ, I waw thrilled. Jason Dj'd her Sweet 16 Birthday Party 16 years ago, so it seemed just perfect that he would also be there to help create a party atmosphere on her wedding day. Jason is a consumate professional. He does what you want a DJ to do at a wedding- get the party started and keep it going with great music, making sure the flow of activities works smoothly, and does it all without stealing the limelight. I have been to some receptions where the DJ makes the event all about him (or her), rather than keeping the focus on the bride, groom wedding party and guests. He worked with my daughter and her fiance to make sure the music they wanted was played and the order of events was their choice. His music selection included the couple's favorites and also music that appealed to a wide age range so that all guests were enthused about making their way to the dance floor. I highly recommend BayDeeJays if you want a great party, a professional DJ at a reasonable price. Thanks, Jason!!

From the moment we first spoke with Jason, we knew he would be the perfect DJ for our wedding. Jason was knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible during the planning process, and his wedding portal made it easy for us to pass along information and update details. Jason's vast experience deejaying weddings was evident, and greatly simplified the planning process.

Great company! My fiancé and I met with a few different deejay companies for our wedding and thought bay deejays was the best fit for us. Punctual, flexible, professional, entertaining. They responded very quickly to any questions we had and were very fairly priced. Absolutely worth every penny and we recommended them to all our friends and family getting married after us. Jason delivered an amazing performance as our DJ at our son’s wedding. He provided the ceremony music, pre dinner music and then had everyone on their feet during the reception. He played the music at the best volume based on the activity. He was very professional and everyone enjoyed themselves. The baydeejays website was easy to use and had so many songs to choose from. Jason came highly recommended by a co-worker and he met all my expectations.

Jason was awesome to work with from early planning to our wedding day itself! We utilized him for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Clyb and throughout he perfectly blended our favorite genres of country and motown, coordinated all of the key moments and microphone needs, and put us at ease along the way. I would recommend him to anyone!

Jason was amazing. He couldn’t have done a better job at our wedding. We left most of the music up to him and there was never a lull all night. At one point my wife and I looked around and every guest was on the dance floor. Jason is the best there is.

Bob and Jen were amazing! They were so helpful and very independent. Bob is a phenomenal DJ and my husband and I really just wanted to let him do the work (we didnt say too much on what we didnt want played or what we did, we gave him an overall whatever gets people on the dance floor and he did it, perfectly!) Every song he chose was perfect. And having Jen was like having an additional party planner that I didn't even pay for! She fluffed my dress right before I walked down the aisle, she was making sure every thing was on time and made sure everything was going smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Also backstory: I originally inquired about Jason because I heard him at my neighbors wedding, he was so awesome too! But unfortunately he was already booked for my wedding day BUT he went above and beyond and contacted who he said he would hire if he had an event. He did the leg work for me to find another DJ and let me say I was not at all disappointed!

We worked with Jason from Bay Deejays for our wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club in Stevensville, MD, and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made! Jason was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He was always available via phone/email and to meet in person to iron out details for our wedding. Bay Deejays also has a great website that allowed us to upload song preferences, an event timeline and names of the bridal party, which made planning really easy. When we initially contacted Jason about DJ-ing our wedding, he let us know that, being in the wedding business for as long as he has, he is much more than just a DJ, but assists with wedding planning as well. He was so helpful in organizing a timeline to make our wedding run smoothly and to maximize the most fun. When we told Jason that our biggest hope for our wedding was to keep our guests dancing, he made sure of it! Not a single guest sat down the whole evening and the dance floor was packed till the end of the night! Everyone had an absolute blast! Jason was also very helpful in recommending other vendors to us, and helped us find a photographer and videographer whom he had not only worked with many times, but also who knew our venue very well. It was very reassuring to have a DJ (and a team of his recommendations) who were familiar with the location because it took any possible guesswork out of the day. If you envision a really fun wedding with a packed dance floor that is executed flawlessly, do not hesitate to book Jason/BayDeejays!

We used Bay Deejays for our wedding last week, and we had a fabulous time. Chris was able to get everyone on the dance floor (after everyone came back in from watching the beautiful sunset). He was even able to obtain a hard-to-find mp3 of our first dance (which was a cover). A few days before the wedding, Chris called us and went over the entire reception timeline and asked for pronunciations of everyone's names. It was a huge relief knowing that he had everything taken care of.

We worked with Jason for our wedding and he was more then amazing! He was friendly, helpful, and SOOO knowledgable. We got married at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club a spot where he is very familiar with and he planned out our timeline so perfectly. During our meeting he even took time out of the way to check the time of the sunset so he could make sure that is something we did not miss. We requested about 3 songs to play during the reception and the rest we left up to him, he had the dance floor PACKED the whole night! He played an amazing mixture of songs from older songs to newer. We were so blown away by his online account that he gave us where we would go to plan the whole day out. On there he had a sheet where the timeline was, a sheet with everyone from the bridal party, all the songs you would want to be played during our ceremony, cocktail hour, introductions, cake cutting anything you could possibly think of was on there! All you had to do was log on to your account and everything about your day was right there, it made it easy to pick what we wanted and kept everything really organized. The thing we were most impressed with was his music selection on there where you could put songs you wanted played and songs you did not want, there were different playlists for top father daughter songs, mother son songs, cake cutting, garter toss and so much more (which really helped)! Jason made special announcements for us, came to our wedding looking professional, and interacted so nicely with our guests. He truly exceeded ALL of our expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend Jason to everyone, he was so easy to work with and made our day so perfect! We could not thank you enough for all you did for us!!

Jason was our first choice for our DJ, and I am so glad we booked early!! He was amazing to work with throughout our entire planning process. To begin, he had never worked at our venue before and he took it upon himself to reach out to the staff. By the time our wedding came around, he worked with all of our vendors as if he had done hundreds of weddings with them. A true pro!

We also were fairly selective (read:picky) with our music choices. We had selections that were not included in his database that he happily purchased for us. We also had a little bit of a longer "do not play" list-- with a lot of wedding staples-- that he worked with us to create a perfect set list. Our dance floor was packed all night long- even our bartender said that in 10 years he has never seen a dance floor like that! All of our guests commented on the music and how much fun they had. Jason is also a great "master of ceremonies"-- he is a great announcer, communicates well with the photographer and coordinators, and is intuitive about music choices for the guests. We couldn't have made a better choice!

I honestly can't review Jason highly enough! We booked Bay DeeJays nearly a year in advance since I was planning from across the country, and he was the absolute best to work with. We didn't meet face to face until 3 months before the wedding, but he was always quick to respond to emails, kept us updated and on track with filling out the needed information for the reception, and when we finally did meet he was funny and personable - exactly what you want for someone who is driving the flow of the party. A few days before the wedding, he called me to make sure he had everyone's names pronounced correctly and to verify a few last minute details.

As for our wedding day itself - I could write a book full of praises for Jason. He had everything set up and ready to go (helped by the fact he frequently does events at our venue), and as soon as we got there after the ceremony he found us to give us a quick update on timelines. During the ceremony, he was exactly what a great DJ should be - someone who reads the party to keep it lively, introduces people without stealing the spotlight, and guides the events throughout the night.

The one thing we had asked of him was for our wedding to be a fantastic party where everyone is involved - and did he deliver! We've heard from so many people that it was the most fun wedding they've been to - all ages were up and dancing, and no one felt left out.

TL;DR - Jason and Bay DeeJays are priced a bit higher than many budget DJs, but that's because of the quality of his work. He's fantastic at staying in touch, and was able to put together a playlist of exactly what we wanted even from the wide variety of songs we gave him. He is a funny, personable guy who steered our party right. Book him right now!

We absolutely loved working with Jason from Bay Deejays! Throughout the whole process he listened to what we had to say, took our personalities to heart, and truly made our wedding day so much fun! Jason was an incredible choice for our wedding. He met with us a month before the wedding, calmed my nerves, and helped us plan the wedding reception order of events. Our cocktail hour was fantastic with all the smoother jams we requested. He then ran an incredible party for the rest of the reception. We had so many requests and Jason played them all. Our dance floor was literally packed for 3 hours--the napkins became headbands! Thank you so much, Jason! Our wedding was incredible and that was largely due to Jason's skills.

Jason was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so helpful during the planning process with music suggestions, making sure everything would flow together and kept everyone dancing the whole night. We were so happy to have Bay Deejays provide the music on our wedding day. Jason was really fun and easy to work with. The company has a web site where you can personalize the music for each part of your ceremony and/or reception, which makes it really easy to organize and add things as you plan. You can be as involved or as hands off as you want with the specific music choices. Jason provided the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and it all went really smoothly. We had several specific music requests which were all fulfilled as he had hoped for. Jason made the whole planning process super easy and we didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding! He offered to make any special announcements and even to help us pack up our items at the end of the night. I highly recommend Bay Deejays for all of your music needs on your big day! Jason was incredible! From music suggestions to helping plan out the sequence of events for the day, he really was a great asset to have during the planning process. He really took into account our style, and what would be the best tempo of music through the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. He was great at getting everyone out on the dance floor, and once they were on the dance floor, no one wanted to leave! Could not have asked for a better experience!

Jason is the best! He helped us when his friend and our original DJ suddenly passed. Jason did an incredible job. He got everyone dancing the Hora and had everyone continue dancing. Jason was absolutely amazing to work with! He did an incredible job on our wedding and we received many compliments on the music choices. His fun personality definitely shines through when he is DJing! Jason was recommended to us through an old high school friend and I am so glad I listened to her. WONDERFUL! wonderful wonderful. My husband handled all communication with Jason and said that it was easy and really brought him a lot of ease during the process. Jason also provided lights for us and really transformed an empty metal commercial building into something gorgeous. The music was great as well! down to the dinner music. In our first meeting we told Jason that we were not "group dance" people and man did he deliver. I remember he even asked me during the reception if he could play wobble becuase someone asked for it, which of course we did! but he was so on point, and our wedding was perfect people were dancing ALL night, there was always someone on the dance floor. :)

What do you say to a DJ who returns a call to you from a cruise ship while on vacation....you're hired. Yes, Jason at Bay DeeJays did that! Jason was amazing! My husband and I wanted Baltimore club music but thought he may not have any- not only did he have some, he had it ALL! That's when we knew we had picked the right DJ for the job. Bay DeeJays thinks of everything and the best part is that they can get you through any mishap. Our sweetheart table collapsed during the Father-Daughter dance- Jason got us through it so that it wouldn't ruin the moment. Something will come up and I'm willing to bet this company has seen it all.

Both Bob and Jason at Bay Deejays were a pleasure to work with. They helped us plan our playlist from the pre-ceremony through until the last dance, and we feel that things could not have gone better. Bay Deejays was incredibly responsive and professional for the entire time leading up to our wedding, and Jason was there on the day of setting up hours ahead of time. Our guests danced as long as they possibly could - even people whom we thought couldn't dance at all!

We cannot recommend Bay Deejays highly enough. Chris was fantastic to work with and really understood our likes and dislikes. We're not a top 40, pop loving couple and Chris was able to cater to our more eclectic and indie tastes. We weren't looking for our DJ to be the star of the show - it was our day! Chris kept everything moving with the utmost professionalism and made sure everyone had a good time without being a showman. The dance floor was packed the entire night and guests were commenting on the great mix of music. If you're getting married at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, you really shouldn't consider any other DJs. Bay Deejays works with CBBC all the time which ensures a seamless and stress-free night. We didn't have to worry about the set-up being correct or the time line or if there happened to be any delays or issues. We just got to enjoy our night, which was priceless.

As I'm sure any and everyone that is planning a wedding can relate, choosing a DJ for your night is hard. With so many "imposter" DJ companies out there, its almost impossible to whittle it down to the company that makes the most sense for you, from both a performance standpoint, as well as financially. That is not the case with Bay Deejays! My wife and I live in New Hampshire, but she was born and raised in Maryland, and had a desire to get married back home. Wedding planning is stressful enough, never mind doing it from another state! We met Jay one night over "Skype" and knew right away he was our DJ. He took the time to ask us what we wanted, and what our goals were. Over the course of 6 months we spoke regularly through texts, calls, email and even Skype to make sure he was hitting on every detail, and we weren't missing anything. Jay was extremely easy to work with, and was easily reachable and responsive. Our dance floor was packed all night long, and he had people begging him to stay for another hour! I would highly recommend Bay Deejays to anyone looking for a good, reliable, honest DJ that excels in high attention to detail and really understands the music industry!

Chris from Bay Deejays was so great to work with. He responded to all of my emails extremely quickly and was so incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. We had an initial phone call where he put my husband and I at ease with his thoroughness and great ideas throughout. He also made sure to have a call within the week before the wedding day in order to ensure he had every little detail squared away before the big day. Bay Deejays also gives you your own site to put in these details and they take out the hard work for you. Leaving space for everything you could think of in terms of music, but also the ceremony order and announcing your parents and bridal party.
Chris was so great during the night of as well and just wanted to make sure that my husband and I were having fun all night long. I would recommend Bay Deejays to everyone that wants to have the most fun they can on their wedding day!

You tell them things that you’ve never shared with another soul and they absorb everything you say and actually want to hear more. \r\nWhen something wonderful happens, you can’t wait to tell them about it, knowing they will share in your excitement. JASON IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! First off he is the best at pronouncing peoples names which is a huge plus and really wants to make sure everyone is taken care of but most importantly the bride! Jason has great communication and really catered to all of our wishes and everything was FLAWLESS!!!!!! This isn't just a "DJ" you're getting for your wedding, Jason is someone who becomes a very important part of your day and goes above and beyond to make your day as perfect as it can be. My husband and I got married at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club which referred us to Bay Deejays and we could not be more grateful!! We had the absolute best experience working with Jason from Bay Deejays. The first time we met with Jason, we were blown away at how organized, professional, and experienced he was. He had an entire iPad presentation and a pre-made folder full of information for us to go through with him. Needless to say he was the first and only DJ we contacted, as we knew immediately that we wanted to work with him. Jason set up an account online thru his company's website where we could pick all of the songs that we wanted and didnt want to be played throughout the entire wedding, which was so convenient and helpful. Jason was always very responsive via email and extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. Jason had a vast amount of experience working at our venue and had worked with all of our vendors in the past which made the entire wedding go smoothly. When it came to the day of the wedding, Jason was a total saint! He helped work with the photographer to keep us on schedule and helped us to get the photos that we needed to done, he carried my bouquet for me and he even went and got me fresh plates of food so that I could eat! His music playlist was amazing and kept everyone on the dance floor thru the entire night. He was so wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend him to everyone we know. Should there be an occasion in the future that we need a DJ we will certainly use him again!

Jason and the team at Bay Deejays did an absolutely amazing job!!! My husband and I had around 185 people at our wedding and not one person was sitting! From the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the rocking reception Jason did an amazing job!! We discussed the timeline, what we wanted to include/not include. He was so accommodating to a few last minutes changes as well. He made us feel som comfortable and gave us the night of our lives!!

My partner and I hired Bay Deejays for our recent Sunday afternoon wedding reception. I talked with Jason after reading a variety of reviews about his company on-line and had never heard him spin music before . My partner and I are a same sex couple and we were having a Jewish wedding ceremony, so I wanted someone who was comfortable with those particular issues as well as having had a lot of experience with weddings.

From the moment I spoke with Jason, I felt like he understood what I was asking for and what we wanted in the service. He was easy to talk to, made useful suggestions, and just had a good vibe around him (my only surprise when we finally met was that he seemed to be younger in years than his experience and background would suggest). His web-site to select music and design your timetable is easy to use and allows you to hear the songs that you might want to include at your ceremony. Jason went out of his way for us and found a song that was important to me (an Italian opera that is sung in Hebrew) prior to us even signing a contract and we used that song for our wedding processional. He kept in touch during the process (which we started about six weeks before our wedding) and coordinated well with the event planner at the venue.

Our guests and the employees at the establishment where we had the wedding all raved about Jason and the music that he played - everyone said the music was great and we had lots of dancing including a traditional hora, disco music of the 80's (our choices), current & contemporary music that is on the radio, and background music for the meal. We had a great time and Jason's music was a big part of that.

We were very pleased with Jason and would highly recommend him as your DJ as well - we had a blast and hope you do as well.

Chris is an awesome DJ and I would highly recommend him to any and all brides who want a great DJ. He has great charisma and a wonderful personality! He is very easy to talk to and gives great advice on wedding day music. The website they have set up is very professional and easy to use. It gives you a lot of ideas on different songs and top songs for different points during the day- ie- cake cutting, father/daughter mother/son dances, etc. It is very user friendly and allows you to group the songs into different categories- like must play or absolutely do not play. Chris is great in working with you to find songs that aren't on the website to make sure he has the right version you want played. Great company and Great DJ!

Couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Jayson was extremely professional, attentive, and dependable. The web-based music selection tool made the whole process a breeze. They did such a great job collaborating with my venue and coordinators, I was so impressed.

Bay deejays was a great DJ service for my wedding! Jason was our DJ and was extremely helpful during the whole planning process that I did not have any reservations about the entertainment for my wedding. He offers an online account where you can pick your songs you want played or not played, as well as the whole wedding schedule. This made it so much easier to plan things and see the event layout. Jason will call you a couple of weeks before the event to go over everything. When we went over my event, the level of detail and forethought were impeccable. If you pick Bay Deejays you will not regret it!

Our reception music went perfectly thanks to Jason and Bay Deejays! My fiance and I met with other companies as we researched DJs, but when I called Jason I immediately felt at ease. We talked on the phone for a half hour about what we were looking for and set up a meeting. At our consultation we booked him on the spot. He knows what he's doing and we knew our music would be awesome!

Bay Deejays have an easy to use web site where you enter all your wedding info, music requests (and do not plays), and special notes and announcements so the DJ has it all there in front of them at the wedding. This made planning the music very straight forward.

We got so many compliments on the music from young and older guests. Friends and family who don't usually dance were on the dance floor having a blast. He played a great variety of music so all generations would have fun. Towards the end of the night he mixed in some throwbacks from our high school days (we are 30 and our friends are around the same age) and everyone went crazy. My husband and I don't usually dance ourselves, but knew we had to at our own wedding, but honestly I had so much fun dancing and I know that's because of the music!

The week before the wedding we met with Jason for an hour just to go over everything and I left that meeting feeling great knowing that our music was taken care of. The night before the wedding I emailed Jason some one liner jokes we came up with for the bridal party intros at the reception, and he responded right away and added them no problem. That really impressed me.

I would recommend Bay Deejays to anyone! We got a really personal experience I don't think you would get with a big cookie cutter DJ company.

Bob at Bay Deejays was fantastic!! He brought along his fiance Jenn, who helped him and I out a ton! She was there to line us up when it was time to go into the tent and it didn't stop there. She went and inquired with the caterer as to where my sister-in-law's vegetarian plate was; she helped look for an earring that I lost during the reception; and just really helped everything to flow nicely. Bob played all the songs on my list that he had time for, and made a very nice mix between slow and fast songs. If I had messed up on any part of their online database - which was awesome to use - he would shoot me an email to clarify what I meant. We had several meetings together, and he was prompt and courteous at both! If you are looking for a DJ, you couldn't go with a better company than Bay Deejays!! Thanks Bob and Jenn!

Jason was just fabulous! Prior to our wedding, we had many phone conversations (that probably lasted much longer then he wanted :)) to ensure that everything was just perfect. He was extremely patient and went through each detail of our wedding with me. We went through everything from timing of the ceremony music, to special songs, to timelines, advice and even vendor recommendations.
I felt like Jason took the time to get to know my husband and I so that he could "wing it" if need be during the reception. I was completely clueless on what I wanted as far as music... I just wanted fun, upbeat music that everyone would love and that is exactly what Jason delivered!
He made the time to touch base with me throughout the reception to make sure that everything was going as planned and that we were having fun. Everyone LOVED him!
During my brother/sister dance, my brother was MIA...but Jason was great with making light of it and distracting everyone until he made it back from the RR- which was awesome.

I hate to write a long review... mainly because I hate reading them, so if you read nothing else just know that JASON IS AWESOME!!! He made everything super easy and took so much stress off of my shoulders.
I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! He really made our wedding come to life :)

A friend/co-worker recommended that we use Bay Deejays for our Wedding. We met a few times before the big day and each time he gave us great advice and recommendations for our music as well as our timeline. We never felt rushed at our wedding, even when our event was running a little behind. We did not need to cut any major events out for time constraints. The music was awesome, his announcements were off the hook, and everyone said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Thanks Jason for making our night amazing!

I cannot begin to say enough amazing things about the guys at Bay Deejays, but I am going to try.

I knew that Chris and Jason were amazing from the start. While we were looking for vendors, my now husband was recovering from one of many cancer surgeries, and when I told Chris that we wouldn't be able to drive out to meet him, he immediately suggested that we Skype instead. He was very amenable and understanding that we couldn't make it out to him, so he made it work for us. As that was a very hard time for us, we were so grateful that Chris was willing to be so helpful.

Chris was also super helpful with answering all the questions we had for him. He even gave us some great suggestions on what to do, how to structure the ceremony, etc. He stuck to the "Do Not Play," even when family members were giving him a hard time. He also had a really good feel for the crowd and there was a really good variety of music, which was really important to me. When one song started playing and he saw that no one was into it, and he faded into another song really well without having then dance floor empty. He kept the party going all night.

My husband and I are so, so happy we had Chris DJ our reception. People are still telling me how awesome the music was. I strongly suggest the guys at Bay Deejays. Not only are they easy to work with, but also a whole lot of fun!

We had SUCH a blast at our wedding and Jason at Bay Deejays totally played a huge role in creating a truly magical night. Everyone that we spoke with told us how much fun they had at our wedding and they all said that Jason did a phenomenal job keeping the party going. We’re SO glad we went with our gut and chose Bay Deejays to do our reception. Jason promised to get everyone up on the dance floor and he succeeded with 95% of our guests. He played our song requests as a guide and filled in his selections, using the crowd as a guide for what worked with our crowd. We had music played from nearly every decade as well as a Greek wedding dance and a polka for my grandparents.

I could tell that Bay Deejays would be a good fit for us just reading the website and we were not disappointed. From the moment we met Jason, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely vested in making our wedding as special as he could. Jason also provided the uplighting for the Sheraton Ballroom, transforming the large space into a special atmosphere.

We highly recommend Jason at Bay Deejays!!

Jason at Bay Deejays was thorough and professional throughout the planning process. He went through our timeline and event details in advance and had online tools we could update as we wished. He was there on time to set up ceremony & reception spaces (including lighting) and checked in with us immediately. Despite some glitches with the online music selection tool, he filtered through emails from myself, family & friends to make sure all the "must plays" were there. We told him we wanted a non stop dance party for the reception, and many guests of different ages commented afterward that it was the most fun that they had at a wedding. One of my aunts told me at breakfast the next day that she got out of the dessert line 3 times because her favorite songs were being played.

If I could give Bay Deejays 10 stars, I would! They are simply THE BEST! If you are looking for a wedding DJ, stop here and hire Bay Deejays...I can personally guarantee that you will LOVE Bay Deejays! Jason is by-far the best DJ we've heard at ANY wedding! He was able to squash any fears about hiring not only a DJ but also provided advice for other vendors. He knows the CBBC so well (probably like his own home). He was prompt and qualified and professional and innovative! Stop looking around for other DJ's because if you don't hire Jason, you'll regret the great time your reception can be! Jason was able to accommodate our party to be both inside the venue as well as facilitate entertainment in the outside areas. Again, he is the greatest and was a great value! I loved working with Chris Hart at Bay Deejays! He understands the dynamics of weddings and his experience was very much appreciated. He was very flexible, allowing us to be as specific or vague about the music details of the big day. For us, we had few "do not play" songs and a few "must play" songs but other than that we trusted his experience -- as a result, the dance floor was packed the whole night! Everyone, old and young, had such a great time and he played a huge role in that. He worked with the other vendors, seamlessly orchestrating every detail. Very professional and personable, I would recommend him to anyone!

Jason Walsh was very flexible and came to Ocean City all the way from Baltimore for our wedding! We never considered any other DJ. I have been to a couple of friends' weddings where Jason worked and had the best time. He does a wonderful job of managing the evening, and keeping everyone on the dance floor. This was a priority to me at our wedding and Jason didn't disappoint! The dance floor was packed from start to finish. During the planning process, Jason was very responsive and made himself available to discuss details in-person - much appreciated. I have also worked with Jason on several company Galas. When planning a Gala with so many details, it's a relief to know that this aspect of the event is in such professional hands. Jason jumps in whenever necessary to make announcements and do whatever is needed. He's always creative and flexible with our theme. For example, during a 1980's-themed Gala, he brought in old music videos to show as well as Nintendo games from the decade to complete the entertainment for the evening. I highly recommend Bay Deejays and Jason Walsh - exceptional quality of service and value.

LIFE.SAVER. Two months before my wedding, I realized that the DJ we had booked did not represent himself as professionally as we originally thought and in a complete state of emergency fired him. A friend of mine, referred me to Jason at BayDeeJays and I never looked back. From the first phone call Jason exuded professionalism and a calm demeanor that this stress-ridden bride desperately needed! He worked with me to find a time to meet immediately and granted complete security that all my nutty details could be accomplished. He was organized, honest and informative. His website alone would make any bride feel confident that he would succeed at the helm of the biggest party of their life. He played all the music I wanted and kept with the genre of the whole wedding, maintaining a steady dance floor of people for nearly five hours. He gracefully evaded requests from guests (at MY request) and made sure to attend to my MustPlay/Do Not Play list to a tee. Truly, the best I ever made. I had guys on the dancefloor that never danced before and sent props the next morning at brunch to our "amazing DJ-- he played a great mix of songs, I couldn't help but get up there, and I NEVER dance!" Success to Jason and success to us for a fabulous night and a great start to celebrating our marriage! THANK YOU!

Perfect... From the time that I first contacted them, I felt at ease with the quick responses and excellent suggestions. The reception music was a huge hit thanks to Jason's suggestion of using songs from the Vitamin String Orchestra when I asked for something different, but classy. Everyone danced all night and we actually extended the reception for an hour because everyone was having such a great time.

Jason was awesome!!! Super profesional and supplied the best play list ever. Everyone was out on the dance floor, in fact my dad was dancing and he NEVER dances at weddings! Everyone was saying how great the music was the next day. I would DEFINITELY recommend :)
