  Erin Bause was by far the most professional, clear communicator, with outstanding and delicious food selections. We had a room temp. supper in our barn for our Friday night rehearsal dinner which was out of this world. In addition to great food, Erin sets a lovely table with flowers which makes a very elegant presentation. We will be using Bause again in the future for our daughter #2's wedding reception in the future!

  I cannot say enough good things about Bause Catering. They did my Wedding and I know that day went smoothly because of them. Their attentiveness and attention to detail was way above what I was expecting. I had a contract and no surprises on the day of. Her staff made me feel like royalty! I never had to ask for anything. The food was incredible (I continue to get compliments!) and there was a ton of it! I have nothing bad to say about Erin and her staff. Only to hire them before they're booked because they book well in advance!

  Bause Landry Catering delivered fantastic quality and service for my wedding! I have heard nothing but wonderful feedback from my guests and they cannot say enough about how impressed they were with the food, service, and setting that they provided. Erin, Amy, and staff handled any and every request effortlessly and did so with a smile. They put my mind at ease and this allowed me to give full confidence in them. You CANNOT beat Bause Landry's value and excellence when it comes to catering your wedding or any other event. I will certianly use them in the future and recommend them to all!

  Bause Landry Catering delivered fantastic quality and service for my wedding!   Upon first meeting they gave us samples.....was not expecting that!! Every contact I had going forward was good. Everyone couldn't stop talking about the food. My husband who is particular when it comes to cakes was very impressed that he even ate some of the leftover. Have given their information to friends already.

  Bause-Landry did a superior job providing a meal that was suited to our tastes. Their food was excellent and the cakes were beautiful and delicious! Their set-up and clean-up as well as service throughout the night was thoughtful and efficient. They even included cute little ice cream cones with sorbet as a bonus since our wedding day was so hot. Highly recommended!
