I could not have asked for a better team! When we came to them and said we wanted our wedding reception at Top Golf I knew it was going to be a stretch, but we were blown away with the results! Amanda and her team jumped in and was able to make our ideas come true! We could not believe how well everything came together! Amanda and her team are the only ones who could have made it all come together the way it did! All of the vendors recommended were spot on, and we were thoroughly pleased with the results. Thank you Amanda Reed Weddings for all you did for our ski themed Top Golf Wedding! You all are the best! -

Best Planning Company!!
Katie is hands down one of the best in the business! She made the planning process SO much fun and not stressful at all. She cares about every little detail just as much as you do and will not disappoint on the day of! My whole day was an absolute dream that I will never forget. If you're thinking about getting a wedding planner, DO IT! Katie will be your right hand gal the whole way through!! -

Absolutely Incredible!
Amanda Reed Weddings is the best of the best! She took care of the entire wedding process from start to finish. There was not a single detail missed. She and her team are absolute miracle queens. Our special weekend (& year) would not have been what it was without Amanda and her team. They made our special day something that we talk about, cry about (happy tears, of course), and laugh about all the time. She does more than just design and plan weddings, she brings families & friends together to create a memory that will last a lifetime. Amanda and her entire team are one of a kind. Amanda Reed and her team are simply the best. She’s organized, communicative, and has exquisite taste (especially when you need her input on what actually works and what doesn’t, etc.)— she’s ALL the things that you need in a wedding planners.
Amanda helped my mother and I to keep our sanity through the entire wedding planning process so, for that, we are eternally grateful.
We chose an unconventional wedding venue wherein no one had ever previously been married/hosted a wedding reception and somehow she made it work. It was beautiful and so much fun! -

Greetings, review world. I’m going to try to not sound like 1) the self identified President of Amanda Reed’s fan club or 2) the girl that has an unrelenting friend crush on Amanda, but acknowledge I am 100% likely going to sound like both of these people with the following review. A lil’ background - Amanda did my sister, Lindsay’s, wedding several years ago (Sassafras Winery in AR). It was an absolute masterpiece, from the venue - to the decor - to her team - to literally just every aspect one would imagine being part of a wedding. My interactions with Amanda were minimal with this event of course, as I was a mere bridesmaid as she tamed the entire production that day; but from our brief encounters, I was able to tell she was a gal about her business and clearly possessed an immaculate skill set to plan a wedding as beautiful and entertaining as my sisters. As such, it was a no brainer why my mom had Amanda on speed dial when I got engaged in April 2020 (my husband, Shane, and I were wed in November 2021 - holy cannoli, this was almost a year ago, why on earth have I waited this long to write my love letter review to sweet Amanda!).
It’s difficult to organize/explain all of the things I loved about having Amanda planning our wedding - there’s obviously the tangible things, like Amanda being the most incredible guide when it came to choosing invitations, flowers, touring venues, coordinating with vendors, discussing logistics of tables/seating charts, ceremony, etc. I am a girl who did *not* have a clear, defined vision of what was wanted for her wedding - I am also a girl who kind of blacks out when it comes to conversations like flowers and choosing color schemes, because I unfortunately did not inherit my mother’s eye for detail/decor and as such can’t really verbalize what my “vibe” is as far as aesthetics (but obviously I wanted something unique and beautiful, because hello, its my wedding okayyyy). Despite this, Amanda is clearly so attuned to her brides that she was literally able to go off of my few, menial “ideas” and created the most INSANE and BEAUTIFUL wedding of our dreams (like, literally, it was e v e r y t h i n g - homegirl may be a psychic/medium or something with how she saw through me and made a vision that was 1,000% quintessential Shane and Maddie come to life).
Outside of the tangible elements of a wedding, there’s also the interpersonal, more heartfelt moments that took place when working with Amanda - she is SO kind, she actively listens to her brides/family concerns and questions and she will go above and beyond (and then some more) for you - like, going to Walmart late at night for some iridescent fanny packs for your Flower Bros! She never made me feel ridiculous when I'd ask silly, obvious questions or require quite a bit of review to make sure I had a good grasp on allllll the wedding things, questions/tasks I needed to answer to, etc. throughout the process. Amanda makes it her mission to remove any and all concerns from your radar the day of your wedding; if there were things or people going awry the day of, we NEVER knew or heard about it - I imagine Amanda and her team as like stealthy little wedding ninjas underneath, but still somehow possess the ability to be the most approachable, validating, kind and FRIENDLY people ever.

absolute dream to work with. Wedding day was absolutely beautiful and stress free for myself, my husband, and our family. They took care of everything and were so professional throughout the entire process. I had countless compliments on how beautiful the design was and how effortless the entire day was. I lived out of state throughout most of the planning process and Katie handled everything and communicated with me every step of the way. We loved working with Amanda Reed Weddings - both Amanda and Stephanie Benton! The entire team worked so hard and helped us plan everything down to the very last detail. We used the crew for both planning and day of a Friday night Welcome party, as well as our Wedding day. Both events were absolute stunning and came together perfectly, thanks to the ARW team! We had plenty of obstacles along the way, from COVID, to planning everything remotely from multiple cities, to rescheduled dates and more, but Amanda and Stephanie helped keep things in order and moving forward. Best decision you could make
I don’t think there are words to express my experience with Amanda Reed. The whole process was organized, fun and enjoyable. From the first conversation I knew Amanda was the one for me. She took a chance on an out of state wedding and it was better than I could have ever dreamed. Her taste and experience are unmatched. She was diligent with every decision to make sure that we were making the correct choice keeping in mind cost effectiveness and value. I trusted her to handle anything without having to micromanage every decision. When my mom and i were asked how wedding planning was going from others with a sense of pity in their voices, we could gladly reply “it’s great. Thanks to Amanda”. All those close to us knew who Amanda was by first name only. Which speaks to how involved and important she was in our special day. She flawlessly worked with our multitude of vendors to have the whole day flow smoothly. She was quick to respond to my immense amount of emails and never made me feel like a bother. Although she is a very busy woman she never made me feel like my special day was not the highest priority. Now that the wedding is over I truly miss interacting with her what felt like every day.
I think my experience on the day of the wedding truly sums up how amazing she is. I spent the whole morning getting ready with my dearest friends, taking turns peaking out the venue window watching the most spectacular event come together right in front of our eyes. I then got to reunite with my husband and watch him see everything we’d been talking about for months come to life. It was truly the most perfect day and I owe that all to Amanda and her team. Every member of the team we worked with was truly first class. Every time i think back on the day I am filled with emotion about just how beautiful and perfect it all was. I will be an ARW hype girl for life!! For anyone reading this, if you do one thing throughout the wedding planning or any special event process work with ARW and everything else will come together!! -

Stephanie with Amanda Reed Weddings made all our wedding dreams come true!! She is the best!
Stephanie and the whole ARM team orchestrated our absolute dream wedding at Crystal Bridges! They are professional, knowledgeable and work so well together and with us. Stephanie kept us on a great timeline for planning and organized countless small details that made our day absolutely perfect.
The ARW team has extensive vendor connections in the NWA area which was very helpful for me and my family because we were planning the wedding from out of state. The vendors trust the ARW team and Stephanie was in constant communication with them to make sure all our visions came to life.
Our wedding day ran smoothly and I was able to fully enjoy the whole day thanks to Stephanie and the team! They made me feel like the most special bride and I can't sing their praises enough! -

Amanda Reed is a master at her craft. I decided in September that I wanted to throw a wedding reception on New Year's Eve and had big dreams of what the night would hold...Not only did Amanda take on the challenge, she over delivered and my dream became a reality. She and her staff are friendly, punctual, full of great suggestions, and work hard to create magic. They also become your friends through the party planning process which makes it all so much better.
