I cannot say enough about this place! Sammi is so great to work with! She handles all things organization and communication between you and the stylists. She finds the best stylists to accommodate you and your needs, all while making sure you are top priority and being flexible in booking trials. Megan is easily one of the best makeup artists EVER. She made us all look so beautiful. I wanted natural, but to stand out, and she did exactly that. And Victoria is the sweetest soul to ever come do your hair! She listened to everything we wanted and made our hair look so good and it stayed all night! Could not have asked for a better experience. They were there early to set up and made my big day even more special.

Megan, Victoria, Alex and Sydney are extremely talented and have an eye for creating a look specific to each girl bringing out true glam beauty. The girls were very professional, kind and it was like they were part of my bridal party! As a bride, hair and makeup is a huge part of the complete look and really tie everything together. Victoria was my hairstylist and Megan did my makeup - they both nailed the look I was going for and I was absolutely over the moon! I had six girls in my wedding party, one flower girl, my mom and mother-in-love. Our glam squad worked efficiently and quickly - they ended ahead of time and my bridal party was in love with their hair and makeup and in awe of how amazing they were! I'm beyond thankful for the team at Bat N Rouge for making all of us look flawless, beautiful and glowing!!! -

Fantastic experience with Bat N Rouge
I would absolutely recommend Bat N Rouge for any makeup/hair needs. I booked them for my wedding that was originally going to be June 2020. Once I had to postpone it, I immediately emailed all of my vendors to see if they would be able to move my date. Bat N Rouge (and all of my vendors, honestly) made it so easy to switch everything to my new date. Once our wedding finally came around, Tori and Cheryl did an incredible job getting me + my bridesmaids wedding ready. They were fun, personable, professional, and incredibly talented. Highly recommend! -

A wonderful experience!
Autumn and Natalie came to my cabin prior to my wedding and provided amazing services! Bat N Rouge was always super friendly and quick with any responses to questions that I had prior to the event. They made the morning of my wedding effortless and non-stressful which is the perfect way to start a normally stressful day! I definitely recommend using them for your special day! -

Hayley and Autumn traveled to my wedding venue at Oak Haven Resort in Sevierville, TN.
They arrived on time and were very friendly, caring, and professional. My hair and make up took under two hours and looked amazing. I didn't meet with either prior as I booked online through Wedding Wire. I was a bit nervous about not meeting them prior but lived 4 hours away so I took my chances. I am glad that I did. Both ladies know what they are doing, listened closely about what I wanted and my hair and make up were simply beautiful! Thank you for all the correspondence and your professionalism. Sammi was amazing! She did my first dermaplaning facial and I will definitely be back! And the spray tan looked PERFECT! I’ve never had a spray tan that didn’t make me look orange, and this was beautiful. The salon is very clean and everyone there is friendly. -
Maria Sent on 08/15/2018Bat n' Rouge Beauty provided hair and make-up services for my August 11, 2018 wedding in Gatlinburg. Kristi Abercrombie was my stylist, she is fantastic. She did a beautiful job with my make-up, she matched it perfectly to the photos I had hoped to mimic. My makeup stayed on the entire evening. I also had a halo extensions for volume, which were a bit of a pain to work with, but she made it work and it turned out beautifully. She also provided hair and make-up for my mother and bridal party, they looked great! They selected hairstyles prior to the appointment, she and her associated matched their vision exactly.
Bat n'Rouge Beauty was very responsive to my initial inquiries, and all follow-ups. I would highly recommend this vendor. -

I worked with Bat N Rouge for wedding makeup for myself and three of my bridesmaids. I was super happy with my experience, from the communication, to the trial appointment, to the wedding makeup itself. I would recommend! Only downside is that my bridesmaids didn't really like their makeup - it was super heavy and dark. Other than that, great experience! -

Tori did my wedding hair and makeup and they both turned out great. I had a few things I wanted done differently after my trial and she was able to make the changes I wanted so that I was happy. She even worked with the clip-in extensions I brought so that my updo could have more volume. Tori also worked on my bridesmaids, as well as Autumn, and everyone was happy! -

I used Megan and Rachel for my wedding Party hair and make up. They were both wonderful and listened to everything I said I wanted and were flexible to make changes. They also got everybody ready super quick. I was very impressed with them both.
I also got my spray tan there (can’t remember her name) but it was perfect. -

I was very happy with my trial appointment. During my wedding day however. She was running late due to the fires (which was totally fine). Very helpful with my hair and makeup. My bridesmaids were disappointed with their hair. It fell pretty quickly. I would've paid more for another hair do. It made my pictures weird due to their hair not looking done and mine being great :(
