The absolute best!

Brooks and his team did a beautiful job for our fall wedding. From the first time we met with Brooks, he immediately understood our vision and helped us make exactly what we wanted. The bouquets and centerpieces came out amazing and we got so many compliments on the unique and well done they were. Brooks did a phenomenal job and making sure everything was perfect. Brooks was excellent!

We worked with Brooks at Basset for our wedding in October, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. The bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids were gorgeous, with succulents and fall colors sprinkled throughout. Our centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous, pictures are attached. 5/5 stars!

Exactly what I wanted and more!!

Brooks and the team at Bassett Flowers are amazing!! After a short conversation, Brooks took my vision and ran with it - and I didn't have to worry about a thing! What he delivered was SO SO beautiful and really took my breath away. Brooks was friendly, warm and very accommodating. Working with Bassett was one of the few things I actually enjoyed about wedding planning :) - and my favorite vendor by far. Thank you Bassett for making my wedding look gorgeous!

Exactly what I envisioned but better!

Our flowers were perfect! Brooks listened to every word I said and took my vision and improved upon it with his talent, knowledge and passion. Sarah helped set up with Brooks and everything was gorgeous! We received so many compliments on the flowers not just on the tables, but on our welcome sign, in the bridal party's hair and all the boutonnieres and bouquets. I highly recommend this shop - I can't imagine there could have been a better choice for us!

Amazing & Beautiful!

I worked with Brooks for wedding this past September (9/8/18) and it was truly one of the best vendor experiences I had throughout the whole planning process! He is not only friendly and professional but He really is a mind reader! I gave him general ideas about the look that I really wanted and he put together the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen at a wedding. I actually cried when I saw my bouquet and the bridesmaids and the amazing center pieces and arch Brooks created. He captured the whimsical, boho vibe I wanted - from the expert use of lots of greenery to the flowy ribbons tied to all the bouquets - and truly made my day come together! I would recommend Basset Flowers (Brooks!) to anyone looking to have a stress-free experience with a real professional team.

Fantastic Experience

I had the hard task of trying to plan a wedding in NJ all the way from London and Brooks and his team made the planning effortless. He really listened to the things I liked and disliked, and on the day, I couldn't believe just how GORGEOUS the flowers turned out. The flowers incorporated the loveliest colors of roses, one of them so rare that a retired florist at the wedding said he had never even seen a rose that color! Brooks is absolutely fantastic and so friendly, but also incredibly professional. I can't recommend him enough!

This review is long overdue and beyond well deserved! Brooks and the rest of the wonderful staff at Bassett made every step of the planning process easy and super fun!! As soon as we walked into the shop we were greeted with a warm hug and a huge smile! It honestly felt like we were sitting around the kitchen table choosing our arrangements with a friend we’d known forever. We came prepared with a vision and a packet of example bouquets, boutonnières and centerpieces - and Brooks brought them to life and gave us exactly what we were hoping for! Bassett effortlessly handled our additional request for flowers for an arbor that we added to the ceremony shortly before our big day, and also perfectly placed flowers on our wedding cake which gave our ceremony and reception the extra little touches that we loved. Not only did he make us feel incredibly special throughout the planning process, but when we arrived to our final sit down meeting before the wedding with my mother whose 60th birthday was the next day - Brooks went out of his way to make her feel special too, running to the back of the store and putting together a simple bouquet to make her day! It was this gesture along with all of the other ways that Bassett helped to make our planning more fun and incredibly easy that make us beyond certain that you won’t regret choosing them for your big day! We ised Brookes at Basset for all our bridal party flowers, about 25 people, center pieces and church flowers and couldnt be any happier with the beautiful job that he did! Upon our first meeting we met him at a bridal show and knew he would help to make our day so special. I told him the colors I would like and he created the most beautiful samples, including flowers for the top of our cake. Now we use Brookes creativeness for any special flower arrangements we need.

Brooks was phenomenal!!! From our first meeting we knew Brooks was going to do amazing things and he did not disappoint. I didn't have an exact plan of what I wanted, I just said I wanted bright colors and gave Brooks my bridesmaid colors and he made the most beautiful bouquets for them and me. And our centerpieces......WOW! We got so many compliments and everyone wanted to take them home! Brooks made us feel so comfortable and we knew we didn't have to worry about our flowers. We could not have been happier with table arrangements and bridesmaids bouquets. They were as we requested....rustic elegance. A variety of colors,sizes of flowers,textures. I absolutely love Brooks!! As soon as I met him I felt like we knew each other forever and he put together exactly what I envisioned. The flowers in the shop were so fresh and beautiful and the pictures from weddings they did I completely fell in love with. The prices were very reasonable which was an extra bonus! Brooks at Bassett Flowers went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined my wedding flowers would look like! As a bride who didn't know the different between a peony or a pansy, I wasn't really sure what I wanted in my centerpieces, bouquets, or aisle arrangements. I basically said I wanted, white, some pink, wintery looking things, and sparkles. Well, Brooks made that very vague vision a reality and I was blown away by his talent!!! I absolutely adored my flowers and was so excited to see them for the first time on my wedding day! I didn't even want to see an arrangement beforehand because I trusted Brooks that he would create something beautiful. He was such a pleasure to work with every time we went into the shop and on the phone as well. The flowers added such a beautiful touch to winter wedding. During our initial consultation over a year out from our wedding date, he was extremely attentive and accommodating of our requests. We learned after that appointment of first hand reviews from family and friends. Everyone we spoke to had wonderful things to say about Brooks and his team at Bassett. He was a pleasure to work with during the whole process and couldn't have been more kind in offering to do not just one but two trial arrangements, as well as answering numerous requests and questions during the process. The flowers on the day of the wedding came out amazing! He couldn't have done a better job on the centerpieces, bouquets, and large floral arrangements for the outdoor ceremony garden. My wedding was this past Saturday at Brotherhood Winery, and let me tell you I am beyond thrilled with how my flowers came out!!!! From the bouquets to the boutonnieres to the tussie mussies (got to learn what that was!) to the centerpieces...PERFECTION.
I live in Queens NY so planning a wedding a little over an hour North was a little stressful. I spoke to two recommended florists from my venue. The first florist immediately shot me down with my budget and made me feel uncomfortable. Then I had a phone conversation with Brooks and without even being in the shop in person, I was ready to sign a contract! So accommodating and so friendly, which when your planning a wedding, working full time and in grad school you REALLY appreciate.
I'm sad I do not live in the area so I can give Brooks a huge hug in person! I cannot wait to get back my professional photos to share with all of you! I will upload what I have for now!

Brooks was my florist at Bassett and he was awesome. My centerpieces came out even better than expected. I had a couple last minute changes, with flowers being added, and he made sure everything was taken care of with no hesitation. Bassett Flowers did an extraordinary job creating a very beautiful and classic floral theme for our wedding. We found the planning process to be very professional and easy with them. Especially Brooks, our floral planner, who was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job listening to our needs and making suggestions, while staying within budget.

On the day of the wedding, delivery and set up went very smoothly, all happening ahead of schedule. Our Church and reception looked amazing and turned out better than we imagined. We loved seeing how everything was done with great care and attention to detail.

I was referred to Brooks as the best in the business and he did not disappoint! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted for my wedding flowers... but a very specific budget as well. Brooks worked with me to make my vision a reality and I absolutely loved his work. Leading up to the wedding day, he was easy to communicate with, super friendly, and knowledgeable. Day of, I was was ecstatic when I saw his work... I had sent him tons of pictures as well as close ups of the lace on my wedding dress and asked him to mimic the cascading lace. Bassett Flowers has a customer for life!
I met with Brooks earlier this year for my wedding consultation. I went in with pictures and all the ideas in my head, and Brooks got it and me right away! After our initial conversation, I felt completely confident in my choice of florist. Brook kept me in the loop during the entire process.

Once my samples came in, I was floored! They were gorgeous!! Flowers i have never even heard of! Brook got my vision to a tee! He completely brought my enchanted forest theme to life. He thoroughly explained each flower, color, idea, cost, and item we needed for our wedding. Even my groom got excited by the arrangement!

I 100% loved and appreciated the open communication Brooks offered my groom and I. He worked with us from beginning to end. Countless guests at our wedding commented on how gorgeous and unique all of our florals and centerpieces were.

From the second I met Brooks I knew he understood exactly what I wanted and during planning i can truly say everything I hoped for happened. Brooks is amazing at what he does. He answered all of my questions promptly (which is so important in wedding planning) every detail of the wedding day was perfect because of Brooks. He was fabulous to my family and a joy to work with. My bouquet, down to the flowers in the bathroom, and everything in between were beautiful. Simply amazing florist!

They really were on the money with the bouquet designs, the center piece designs - and all of my flower choices. My cascading bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and classy - even with the very elegant handle.

We could not be happier with how everything turned out!

The flowers were really amazing - so full and lush. I am already trying to preserve my flowers because I want to keep them!

Brooks was very attentive to all the details every step of the way - from the time we first saw Bassett at a wedding expo, to the first meeting - and right through to the very end.

I just got married yesterday, but before I can even pack for my honeymoon I had to write this review because the flowers at my wedding were even more spectacular than I could have ever dreamed of. I have told and will continue to tell any future bride that working with Brooks Allen is the best decision they can make. First of all, he has an incredible personality and puts you immediately at ease. He goes above and beyond to work with your style, personality, and vision. I knew that I wanted sunflowers and I wanted my colors to be vibrant, sunny, and happy. He went out of his way to show me how the flowers would look using real flowers, rather than pictures. We discussed how we could set up for the ceremony and he placed sunflowers along the chairs of the aisle and he placed coral rose petals lining the aisle as well. On my wedding day when I opened up the bouquets, they were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The centerpieces were spectacular, everyone commented on their beauty! The ceremony he set up was breathtaking as well. The photographer told me that she had never seen such beautiful arrangements!! I truly could not have been more happy with Brooks!! He is an incredibly talented artist and I recommend him 110%!!!!!

Brooks at Bassett Flowers was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. From the first meeting, we felt completely at ease with him. I'm one of those people that has very clear ideas of what they want but isn't always able to describe it very precisely - a "know it when I see it" type - and Brooks was very patient in figuring out exactly what we were hoping for and bringing it to life.

Our centerpieces were gorgeous, and all of my girls and I loved our bouquets. He added in a bunch of little extras and special touches that really pushed everything over the top, like a few peonies that I loved but weren't in budget to include everywhere, and extra boutonnières for the groom and best man in case the first ones wilted. Also something that really impressed us is that he never tried to up-sell us on arrangements or add-ons we didn't need - our venue was outdoors and stunning to begin with, and Brooks was wonderful about creating arrangements that complimented the natural beauty instead of trying to compete with it.

The few hours before the ceremony are a bit of a blur and I unfortunately don't remember the name of the woman who was at the venue to set up and make sure everything stayed fresh and pretty, but she was very sweet and helpful, and everything looked fabulous even on a very warm and sunny day. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Brooks & team for helping make our day so beautiful!

Brooks from Bassett flowers was the most helpful, creative, kind and helpful florist. I had interviewed 3 other florists before him and truly fell in love with his ideas for my wedding on 6/28/14 in Central Valley, NY. He was extremely flexible, helpful and patient. He gave us a very reasonable price and included many extras. The flower petals down the aisle were an incredible touch. He created the most beautiful wedding canopy for my wedding and the centerpieces were raved about. He arrived early to set up and stayed well into cocktail hour to make sure everything went smoothly. He is extremely easy to work with and a true delight to be around. I cant thank you enough Brooks for the beautiful watermelon, orange, cream and white flower combinations you came up with. People were raving about all the flowers. Will miss working with you and recommend you to anyone in need of a florist. Brooks was amazing! From the first meeting he really got the vision that I had for my wedding flowers. He even gave us a rose when we left our first appointment! He always was happy to see us and was more than happy to relieve any concerns that I had. Brooks is THE BEST! Truthfully, I had a hard time getting myself very excited about table arrangements & bouquets -- but Brooks really changed that. He executed my simplistic vision PERFECTLY and was such a breeze to work with. I live in Washington, DC and Brooks made it very easy to plan from afar-- rearranging his schedule to meet with me when I was in town and always making himself available via phone. Every time we spoke he made me feel like I was the only wedding he was working on -- when I know in reality he is working several events per weekend. He was even able to come through on special requests (adding a sentimental piece to my bouquet and changing the look of the chupah without much notice). If you're getting married in Rockland/Westchester you have to choose Brooks!!!!

Bassett Flowers is the place to hire for your next important event. Brooks Allen is a wonderful florist with wonderful ideas about flower arranging. From the ceremony, flowers for the bridal party, to the reception room, every detail was addressed and handled with great care. The floral arrangements for the banquet tables were stunning, using the colors my daughter had chosen, purples and blues. The gazebo was adorned with a garland bursting with color. The flower girl had her own special basket of petals to toss as she walked down the aisle. The men looked handsome in their boutonniers, and the mothers and grandmother wore their corsages with grace. Thank you, Brooks for doing such a great job at my daughter's wedding!

Bassett Flowers was amazing to work with! Brooks took my appointment and was so pleasant on the phone. We met in person he was open to our ideas and actually made our vision even better with his own. We got married in July 2013, so we wanted bright flowers and Brooks delivered. I showed him pictures and he produced flowers and arrangements that were prettier than we imagined! When I went back the second time, Brooks showed me a sampling of the centerpieces and we happy to make any changes that we wanted. After some time passed and I got a little more crazy (as all brides do!), I called Brooks and asked to see a sampling of my bouquet and the girls bouquet at which point he told me to come in whenever I was available and he would sit down again with me. Going to Bassett Flowers, I felt like I was just visiting a friend because Brooks was so nice and welcoming and truly showed a passion for his work. Besides the gorgeous flowers, Brooks and Bassett Flowers were very reasonably priced. Not only did we purchase the standards for weddings, we also rented an archway that Brooks and Bassett embellished with flowers and everything was well within our budget. The flowers were beautiful (I'm STILL getting compliments) and the price was fair; it was also a pleasure to work with Brooks. All of my future flower needs will certainly be handled by Bassett Flowers.

I had Angela as a consultant for my wedding flowers and from the start she was such a pleasure to work with! She really listened to what I envisioned and even let me adjust my center pieces a bit. My husband and I got married on July 14, 2013 at the New York Country Club in Rockland County. The venue is situated on a golf course with lots of windows for guests to see the amazing greenery and mountains in the background of our ceremony and cocktail hour. It was very important to me to build on the natural surroundings and include a romantic, garden like feel to our wedding. Brooks Allen worked with me throughout the year and a half leading into our wedding to find exactly the right combination of flowers to accomplish my vision while working within a budget. I absolutely loved my flowers! They took my breath away when I saw them and can't stop looking at pictures of the arrangements and huppah. This piece of our wedding was one of the most important to me. I picked the bridesmaid dress color based on our decisions about the flowers. Brooks was extraordinarily patient, creative and informative when working with us to design the arrangements. He was very conscientious in building out the lush arrangements for the reception, the bouquets for the bridal party and the accompanying huppah for our ceremony. His artistic eye created elements of continuity throughout our most special day. He created tall arrangements for 20 tables including two different types of roses, hydrangeas, hanging amarantheus, and other beautiful greenery. All of the guests raved about the flowers. The flowers filled the room, complemented the surroundings with the most vivid and elegant colors and created a beautiful setting for the entire day. In addition to his artistic talents, Brooks has great relationships with the vendors making sure to work with the venue closely to ensure excellent service. We highly recommend Bassett Flowers and Gifts in New City. You tell them your goals both creatively and financially, and they'll work with you to achieve them.

It's too bad I can't give 10 stars (or more) because that is how AMAZING, INCREDIBLE and FABULOUS Brooks at Bassett Flowers is! I came to Brooks with a vision and he made all my wedding flower dreams come true! Words cannot express how much I LOVED our flowers! I actually work in the flower industry so flowers are very important to me, and Brooks exceeded our expectations more than I could ever hope for. From start to finish he was easy to work with, worked within our wedding flower budget, and placed some of the freshest flowers I have ever seen in ALL of my arrangements. Not only did he do an amazing job on my birdcage floral centerpieces, bridesmaid bouquets, bridal bouquet, boutonnières, and cocktail hour flowers, but the floral designs he created for my ceremony were MAGICAL! He designed a curly willow huppah that was so beautiful that I couldn't believe it. In fact everything about my ceremony flowers was even better than I envisioned it - the rose petals down the aisle, the flowers on the chairs for my guests, etc. I can go on and on and on about how PERFECT my wedding flowers were and how much my guests loved them (and fought over the birdcages ;), but I will spare you of the novel. Do yourself a favor though and look nowhere else but here for your wedding flowers if you're getting married in the Rockland County, New Jersey, or Westchester areas - you will be happy you did!

We were so amazed at the beautiful work Brooks Allen did with my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, flowers at the church and centerpieces at the venues. He was able to get my gorgeous peonies and decorated my bouquet with my grandmother's rosaries and other heirlooms. Brooks is fun, totally flexible, and really tries to understand the vision. Thank you Brooks and Bassett Flowers. Your flowers added that extra special touch to our already enchanting day!

Brooks at Bassett flowers is AMAZING! He was very accommodating for all of my requests and immediately liked my vision with pinecones, candles and flowers. They took to time to figure out a way to sink pinecones in a vase of water which they had never done before and incorporated mini pinecones into my bouquet! Everything looked exactly how i had pictured, the bouquets, branch and flower centerpieces were beautiful, as well as everything ordered from them! Brooks was always willing to take my call, always called right back and worked with my budget. He is amazing and he and bassett flowers did an awesome job! Everything was there in plenty of time for the ceremony and looked beautiful! Go with Bassett flowers, Brooks is amazing and so much fun to work with!!!

We used Bassett Flowers for our wedding in July and highly recommend them. Brooks was amazing!! He created an unbelievable bridal bouquet, along with beautiful bridemaids' bouquets and centerpieces. People are still talking about how vibrant and pretty our chuppah was for our ceremony.

I cannot express how happy I am to have chosen Bassett Flowers for our wedding on September 2nd. I only had a few ideas before meeting with Brooks..he immediately grasped my vision, ran with it and exceed my expectations. Everything was absolutely beautiful, we're still receiving comments on the bouquets & centerpieces. My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning, the bridesmaids flowers perfectly complimented their dresses and the lush, vibrant centerpieces with extra votive candles made the ballroom glow. Brooks was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout this entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a wedding florist. Bassett Flowers is now the only florist my family will be using for future occasions.

I used Bassett Flowers and Gifts for our wedding in August, 2012. Brooks helped us throughout the planning process, which went very smoothly. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and truly enjoys the work that he does. Our wedding flowers were exquisite and we received many compliments on our beautiful centerpieces. We decided to go with half high and half low centerpieces, and they looked phenomenal. Brooks arrived early to set up everything and to provide us with our bouquets. I was thrilled with the bouquets, as they were more beautiful than I had envisioned. Bassett was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him to everyone looking for a talented and reliable florist.

First let me say that I absolutely adore Brooks. Not only was he our florist, but also played the roles of friend and therapist during this process of planning a long distance wedding. I told him exactly what I wanted the first day we met, and not once did I have to worry that it wouldn't be right on the day of my wedding. Everything was GORGEOUS and I couldn't have been happier. Brooks went above and beyond and it showed in every one of our pics and all our guests compliments. You cannot go wrong using Brooks and Bassett for your wedding. I highly highly rec. them!

One word. No, two - BROOKS ALLEN! I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding flowers. All I knew is that I wanted dramatic centerpieces and classy/elegant flowers for everything else. Brooks worked with me to fulfill this vision and worked within our budget without sacrificing my style or what I wished for. I changed my mind on the centerpieces at some point, but he was very accomodating. On the day of the wedding, I was extremely satisfied with everything. He exceeded OUR expectations! I love love LOVE Brooks' energy! Loved his vibe from the moment I sat down with him and most importantly I appreciated his creativity. He was a pleasure to work with!

Brooks at Bassett did an awesome job with our wedding flowers. My bouquet was even more beautiful than I imagined it, and the centerpieces he came up with were gorgeous, especially since he was able to make them within my budget - and they were PERFECT! Love love love Brooks Allen from Bassett Flowers. From the moment I met him, I knew it would be an easy, fun and beautiful experience, and my search for a florist was over. We were pleasantly surprised that on top of all that, it was completely affordable - a steal for the amazing quality of work! Throughout the whole planning process, Brooks was so friendly, prompt and professional about answering any of our questions and bringing our story together. I booked Bassett flowers through meeting them at a bridal show as well as a friends recommendation. I visited several florists who did not impress me, but actually pushed me away by their lack of attention and personality. This was NOT the case here at Bassett. The wedding specialist I worked with ended up leaving the area, but I never once worried when Brooks took over. He took care of everything to a "T." The flowers were perfect, they even took a few extra steps when I asked for specific ribbons for the flowers. Great florist, I now use them for everything!

I am extremely happy I chose Basset to do my flowers and decor for my wedding. Brooks was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. He was always available for any questions and concerns I had. He understood the the look I was going for and he went above and beyond to make everything better than expected. Anyone who asks me what my favorite part of the wedding was I tell them definitely the flowers. The bouquets were so beautiful and exactly what i wanted. The pue bows and church decor were perfect. At the reception I was taken back by how beautiful everything was. From the card table to the cake table to the centerpieces, I've never seen a more beautiful room. I will never be able to thank Brooks enough for everything he did to make my wedding so beautiful. For future events I will be going straight to him and would recommend him to everyone.

I had the privilege of working with Brooks at Bassett Flowers and it was a WONDERFUL experience. He really listened to my vision and went over and above my expectations! Brooks of Bassett Flowers worked magic with flowers on our daughter's wedding day! His floral arrangements for the wedding party and throughout the reception room were stunning and made the wedding photos sparkle! We received lots of compliments from our guests. Besides his artistry with flowers, Brooks is a wonderful person to work with. He gave us individual, personal attention in planning and then tirelessly put it all together and delivered everything on the hottest day of the year! Our guests absolutely loved our flowers. Working with Margie was a dream, she took my wedding dreams and turned them into a reality. I am not a big flower person, and my husband didn't care much about the flowers either. With that said, I was blown away after meeting with Angela! She took the time to walk through the flower options. While I initially wanted to DIY our centerpieces and only have bouquets, Angela's suggestions for centerpieces convinced me. She even made a centerpiece demo for us before we signed our contract. Their prices are affordable and flexible.

The flowers were delivered on time to our hotel and our venue. They looked incredibly beautiful, and we received so many compliments. It was very warm that day, but the bouquets stayed in pretty incredible condition despite being outside during pictures for hours.

I am so glad we chose Basset flowers!

I was very particular about what I wanted for my centerpieces. I was going to do the centerpieces on my own because I thought it would be less expensive and I had a vision of how I wanted them to look like. I wasn't sure I would find a florist that would create that vision at a reasonable price. I met with many florists that I saw at bridal shows and many of them were expensive. When I was getting close to giving up, I decided to contact Brooks at Bassett Flowers who I met at a later bridal show. I came in to show Brooks my vision and he listened to every detail about the centerpieces and bouquets. He was very friendly, down-to-earth and we got along so well that it seemed like we had been friends for a long time. On the day of my wedding, my vision came alive. There was no doubt that i had picked the right florist. Brooks created my vision and it was even better than I had envisioned. My guests still can't stop talking about it. The bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful. I love my bouquet so much that I'm preserving it. I couldn't believe I got all that for what I paid. And I shopped around, too. Their work is beautiful and worth the money!

My parents 31st wedding anniversy was the same day as my wedding. So my dad choose to send my mom flowers the day before. Working with Brooks was the only way to go. He took what we said and worked his magic. My mom was speechless, the flowers were breath taking and well priced! The only reason I did not give them a full 5/5 this time around was the younge guy who delivered the flowers called before hand to ensure my mom was going to be home and told her he was delivering flowers. She informed him for next time he prob. shouldn't ask for the person he is deliving flowers for or just not say its flowers and just simply make sure someone will be home. But other wise we love Basset and Chris!

We used Bassett Flowers for our wedding on October 7, 2017. To say Bassett Florists is amazing is an understatement! Brooks (owner) and Angela (designer) really are creative and offered excellent ideas and designs to make our decisions simple and easy. They helped us easily choose the bride’s bouquet, corsages and boutonnieres, the chuppah, the sweetheart table and guest table centerpieces. I gave them basic color choices and Angela came up with gorgeous flowers and designs. All were truly beautiful and hit the mark! Every flower was so fresh looking that each appeared to be cut that day. Everything we were promised, Bassett delivered and their prices were fair and very competitive. We strongly recommend them for your wedding you won't be disappointed!

Brooks at Bassett flowers was wonderful to work with! So kind; so relatable. I went in there to talk to him about bouquets and table décor for my wedding and ended up staying longer to talk about our significant others and pets. My bouquets came out BEAUTIFUL. I didn’t even really know what I want, but I gave him a couple of rough ideas, and he came back with home runs all the way. Gorgeous arrangements, with amazing accents to every piece. They are great with pricing, and will make sure your deliveries get where they need to be on the day of your events. Highly recommend to anyone!

We used Brooks at Bassett Flowers for the flowers at our July 2014 wedding.
We were very pleased with the flowers on the day of as well as our experience working with Brooks during the planning process.
We ordered reception centerpieces, an arch for the ceremony, and other florals for the ceremony and reception - they were all very lush and exactly as described. I found working with Brooks to be refreshing - he is very helpful and honest. He isn't trying to upsell you on anything - he is trying to give you what you are looking for and is willing to work with you within your budget. He made great suggestions on questions we could ask our venue regarding candles, linens, and those types of things, so we could end up with a great looking reception area.
What first drew me to Bassett was that it was close to our venue site, but I would recommend them to anyone in the NY/Northern NJ area.
The arrangements were great and Brooks was great to work with. I was wedding planning from out of state and Brooks was willing to work around my schedule for appointments, even coming in really early on a Sunday morning to meet with me, which was really appreciate.
A big thank you to Brooks for a job well done!

Brooks is a dream. My MOH and I met with him for a consultation on the flowers for my wedding. I was most nervous about finding a florist because I had a very specific look in my mind and if I couldn't achieve it I knew I would be disappointed with my wedding. Brooks got it on the spot. Unfortunately my initial idea for centerpieces was out of our budget; however, Brooks clearly understood what I wanted and ran with it. He was able to create a centerpiece just as beautiful that fit our budget. He worked with my favorite flowers and had them incorporated in different ways.

When it was time to see my sample table I was a nervous wreck. The sample Brooks had set up was breathtaking, it brought tears to my eyes because it was exactly what I pictured. I was even more excited about the event having seen the sample.

The day of my bouquets arrived early and were spectacular. Brooks really out did himself with my bouquet and the bouquets for my bridesmaids. All of the colors flowed together seamlessly and looked amazing!

When we first entered our ballroom; it took my breath away. Brooks and the girls at Patriot Hills did an amazing job setting up the room to bring my dream to life. We still get compliments on our centerpieces!!!
