I had such a worry free wedding day. I had a trial and i did my engagement hair and makeup with Claudia before my wedding and the day of my wedding she did not disappoint. I had to reschedule my wedding and she was so understanding and accommodating. My bridesmaids looked stunning and I had so many compliments. I would definitely recommend BasicImage and her team. -

My daughter and I had the honor to have Claudia do our hair and makeup for my daughters Quinceañera. She was very patient with us, came on time and did a great job on both of us. Everyone loved our looks and it looked so natural and beautiful. Makeup and hair held up all night. I highly recommend her. -

I can not say enough about Claudia and her team. I totally had a last minute wedding, my fiancé was very spontaneous and I cannot believe that Claudia and her team were so ready to spoil my bridal party in myself. They came in at the early a.m. and were on it, three ladies at the same time, hair make up airbrush lashes, I cannot say enough we were magically turned into beautiful queens. I love love love love everything about their services. Thank you Claudia, can’t wait for my trash the dress shoot!!! I totally recommend Basicimage.biz !! -

Claudia Duqué is a wonder woman! I came to her fairly late in the planning process for my vow renewal. I have naturally very curly hair but wanted a blowout with Hollywood waves. She assured me it’d be possible without damage to my curls. She took gentle care with my curls for the trial and used minimum heat to achieve the look and I was thrilled! Make up was also on point.
On the big day I went with my daughter in tow with the hopes she could do something with her boyfriend-shorn short curls. Claudia didn’t bat an eye at the unexpected extra client. In no time she got me in curlers & set me aside. Then did amazing twists with a side swept comb on my daughter, then did her makeup beautifully! She got back to me and by the end had us both looking like movie stars!
Over the few months I interacted with her, Claudia was always responsive, professional and just very personable! As a VERY low maintenance gal, she consistently put me at ease and actually had me looking forward to my “transformation appt”. Multiple people asked me who did my hair and makeup. Even with all the dancing, etc. we looked flawless all night. -

She did an amazing job with my daughter's pre-quince shoot. It was so much fun, my daughter was made to feel like a princess. The day of the event she was punctual and prepared and full of energy. She made her special day absolutely perfect and forever captured the memories with so many awesome and fun photos. ❤

She took her time with each person but made sure we stayed on track time wise. I actually walked down the aisle on time LOL . I would definitely recommend, I have 2 other friends who have already booked her for their wedding! -

Claudia was very responsive when i messaged her and arrived on time to the hotel to get us ready. However she seemed arrogant as the first thing she did was place an envelope on the bed asking for the cash payment, with tips not knowing if we were going to like her work. Her assistant was a very young girl that DID NOT knew how to do airbrush or hair. Claudia took over to finish hairstyle and makeup. My hair did not look anything like the picture i showed he which was very disappointing. The makeup was terrible, and i didn't even get my eyebrows painted. I had to do it myself before leaving. The airbrush foundation used on the maid of honor had to be redone several times. Each time the color was extremely dark compared to her natural skin color. i do not like giving bad reviews but I am providing honest feedback. -
