The absolute best!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bartz Viviano Flowers—they absolutely nailed every floral detail of our wedding day! From the very beginning, I had the pleasure of working with Corrin Jacobs, and she was nothing short of amazing. She took every vision I had, no matter how vague or specific, and brought it to life in the most beautiful, thoughtful way.

Corrin was so patient, kind, and truly collaborative throughout the entire process. She listened to my ideas, helped refine them, and offered creative suggestions that elevated everything beyond what I could have imagined. Whether it was the bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony arch, or the little touches in between—every arrangement was pure perfection.

When the flowers arrived on the big day, I was blown away. My bouquet was exactly what I pictured (if not better), the bridesmaids’ florals were stunning, and the reception space looked like something out of a magazine. The color palette, the texture, the balance of soft romance and modern elegance—it was all flawlessly executed.

You can truly see the care and talent behind every stem. Bartz Viviano is top-tier, and working with Corrin made the experience so easy and enjoyable.

The Best Option in Toledo

Amanda and the team at Bartz Viviano went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our special day. The arrangements for our bouquetes were absolutely stunning and the centerpieces left me speechless. I had intended to use my own stands which Amanda was totally supportive of but when the time came and they were not sturdy enough, she swapped them out for her own free of charge. She was so easy to work with despite me being 1000 miles away in Boston. I can't recommend this team enough!

Gorgeous arrangements!

Bartz Viviano was so easy and enjoyable to work with! They were extremely helpful throughout my wedding planning and really made our vision come to life. The arrangements were absolutely GORGEOUS and exactly what I envisioned! I was so impressed with their ability to make our reception look magical. The delivered more than just flower arrangements, it was the entire atmosphere! Fantastic customer service, excellent prices, overall wonderful vendor. Bartz Viviano is a must for any event in the Northwest Ohio & Southeast Michigan area!

Amanda Viviano exceeded our expectations by far. We could not have found a better florist to work with for our wedding. She created the most beautiful bouquets & flower crown for our daughter. Highly recommend hiring her for ALL of your flower needs! Bartz Viviano also has the cutest gift shop, we purchase so many things from there for our home and kids!

Amazing and so helpful!

Bartz Viviano Delivered a Tropical Paradise

Wow! Bartz Viviano did such an amazing job with our wedding flowers! I worked with Amanda throughout the planning process, and she was so helpful and detail oriented. My husband and I chose tropical flowers, which is not a typical wedding request, and Amanda recreated our Pinterest-inspired photos beautifully! I was in love with my bridal bouquet. It was just breathtaking! Amanda was also willing to work with our limited budget, and the value for money was superb. The Bartz Viviano team, who delivered the flowers, was so friendly and did a great job setting up all of our flowers. I highly recommend Bartz Viviano for your wedding or any event that needs a little flower power!

Absolutely perfect!

Bartz did the flowers for our wedding, but they were so much more than a florist. Amanda took time to get a vision of what we wanted our wedding to look like and put so much extra effort into helping us style our wedding beyond flowers. She also made sure to give us a few options at different price points, and never made me feel bad if I didn't choose the most expensive option. Our arrangements ended up absolutely beautiful. Bartz Viviano has a customer for life!

We chose Bartz Viviano for our wedding and I am incredibly thankful that we did! Amanda was extremely kind, understanding, responsive, and supportive throughout despite all of the constant changes due to COVID-19. When we couldn't have a large reception in Detroit as planned, she helped create an amazing bouquet for our minimony on short notice that was above and beyond what I imagined. Absolutely amazing ! Gorgeous Flowers! We used all silk and you would have never known they were not fresh flowers !

Go with Bartz!

Amanda was absolutely amazing! I made a lot of changes and additional requests (including adding chairs close to the last minute), and she expertly and very helpfully accommodated all of them. And of course, the most important thing, the flowers and all the decor they provided turned out beautifully and were EXACTLY what I wanted. I have not a single complaint about my experience or the end result. Don't waste your time anywhere else, go to Bartz Viviano first!

Best Decision Ever!

I loved every moment working with Bartz Viviano and would recommend them to anyone! We used them for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day and everything was exceptional. I knew I was in good hands when Amanda had taken my conceptual ideas and transformed them into a tangible inspiration board that truly fit my vision for the day. I was planning my wedding from another city and Bartz Viviano was incredibly flexible working with me to secure in-person meetings when I was in town and being available via phone or email for all other communication. We utilized a vintage getaway car and wanted a floral garland draped along the bumper and brought this idea to one of our meetings. Bartz Viviano worked flawlessly with the driver of the vehicle, ensuring that the application would not harm his car and the end result was perfection. We were also able to find efficient ways to utilize flowers from the ceremony for the reception and everything was transported between the two venues exactly as planned and looked beautiful in both spaces! I am so grateful for the team over there and will certainly be using them again for other events in the future!

Perfection!

My initial meeting with Corrin at Bartz was what made me select them. After answering a few questions she was able to show me images of exactly what I had decscribed. Their detailed proposal included images of each item. They had great communication throughout the entire process! The cost was more than reasonable. Everything was on time and beautiful the day of our wedding! I could not have been happier!

Perfection!

BartzViviano did such an amazing job on our wedding flowers-- they were gorgeous! One of the first meetings my husband and I had after getting engaged was with Amanda, the wedding coordinator at Bartz-- she listened to my vision for our wedding, and from that drew up an estimate of everything we discussed and even several different options of décor to help meet our budget. She was always quick to respond to any questions, and also super helpful when asking her opinion or recommendations. Finally the big day arrived and the flowers were INCREDIBLE-- I even emailed her that night after the reception to thank her because I couldn't wait, they were truly perfect! They delivered and set up everything (even candles I had ordered on my own), and it all came together wonderfully. It was such a great experience working with BartzViviano, and my husband and I will always be thankful to them for helping make our wedding so beautiful!

Our wedding was 7/8/17 at Nazareth Hall in the Cadet West Ballroom. Amanda at Bartz was absolutely wonderful and gave awesome advice throughout the whole planning process, while making sure to keep in mind our budget. My favorite part was definitely the flower comb that Amanda helped design for my hair. It was stunning and I received so many compliments throughout the night! I highly recommend Bartz Viviano for wedding arrangements! :)

The service Amanda at Bartz provided was awesome. She was patient with me, took her time answering all my questions and always gave me options and ideas. The flowers were beyond amazing at our wedding. They were absolutely breathtaking! Flowers were everywhere, they were in full bloom and gorgeous! Amanda was amazing to work with!! I had troubles finding a florist that would return my call or emails - I NEVER had that problem with Amanda! She would return emails at all times of the day and was more than willing to help but our vision into reality! We worked together via email up until our meeting. Amanda would put together new quotes or help with ideas as many times as needed. Our flowers were beautiful on our wedding day! We highly recommend Bartz Viviano!

Thanks again Amanda for making Heidi's wedding day so special. It was great sitting back and not having to do a thing decorating the hall. My husband I got married at Inverness Club. The wonderful thing about working with Bartz Viviano is their connection to the venues in Toledo. Amanda and the team of designers were creative, professional, and developed centerpieces that exactly fit our vision. Her relationship with and knowledge of our venue was invaluable. Amanda also provided great guidance regarding table settings and color combinations. She was open to discussing ways to save money and increase the value of our pieces. We did consider other vendors in the area, but ultimately chose Bartz for their reputation and knowledgeable quote. We were very happy with our decision to work with Amanda and continue to receive glowing reviews from guests months after our wedding.

Frank and Amanda Viviano were absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. From start to finish Bartz was always on the same page with us. They saw my vision and they just got it! And that's saying something, because everyone I know was like "uhhhh.... What?" So when Amanda and I clicked right from the start I felt so confident and relaxed. And they truly delivered! Everything was stunning and they made such great suggestions (like adding a crystal wrap around my bouquets for just a few bucks extra!) Bartz Viviano created my dream flowers for my wedding! The flowers were a crucial element in designing my organic, rustic, Tuscan-inspired wedding, and after meeting with Amanda for our brainstorming session (which I didn't have much prepared for!), she managed to take all my ideas and create a cohesive design that perfectly reflected what I wanted. The flowers were all gorgeous and perfectly in bloom upon arrival, and the greenery was lush and verdant. We rented lanterns and votives for centerpieces and those were gorgeous as well. The team at Bartz definitely knows what they're doing and I couldn't have pictured a more perfect look for my wedding day. I was really happy that Bartz was able to work with me via phone calls and emails as I was an out of town bride. I like that they helped me adjust my original quote to fit my budget and helped me find flowers that would work with the money I had, yet they still looked beautiful and not cheaply done at all. They were very reliable and everything was set up by them before I even arrived on my wedding day. I didn't have to fix a thing and they made my vision a reality.

Bartz Viviano delivered beautiful flowers on our wedding day. After a brief planning meeting with Ann and a few emails back and forth, we had the vision set for our winter wedding. I cannot begin to describe how absolutely stunning my flowers, church arrangements and centerpieces were the day of my wedding! I was completely blown away! I showed Ann a few pictures of what I was looking for in my bouquet and centerpieces and she exceeded my expectations! I also loved that Bartz shows a sample centerpiece before your wedding to give you an idea of what they will look like and allow you to make any changes if necessary. And for all of the flowers we ordered, they were VERY reasonable compared to a few other places we met with in the Toledo area! I would highly recommend Bartz Viviano to anyone planning their upcoming wedding!

Look no further -- Bartz is simply the best. I can't thank Ann and team enough for making our vision come to life! I had no idea I could hand Ann my magazine tear outs and Pinterest board and have her nail it so perfectly. She captured our vision -- warm, elegant, neutral -- perfectly. Ann was kind enough to meet with us before the wedding for a consultation where she asked very specific questions about what we wanted to get it right. She met with us again for a sample table before the big day. She was extremely responsive throughout the process. The day of the wedding her team was on time and friendly. They said let us know if you're unhappy with even one flower and we'll fix it. Everything was beautiful -- our bouquets, center pieces, etc. I have never seen roses so big! Seriously these were huge. I loved peonies which were out of season but Ann made great suggestions for a similar look. BV also provided beautiful accents -- candles, table numbers, etc. Saves the bride a lot of time and money! I saw similar accessories at BHLDN for twice the price. Everything was great and I can't recommend Bartz enough. Thank you for making our day beautiful.

I still can not describe the beauty, freshness and creative flair that the flowers brought to the wedding! Every detail involved the flowers and it made the event spectacular! Ann at Bartz Viviano was so professional and helpful. Initially, I had very little idea what style I wanted for the wedding and she provided a lot of guidance. I was very indecisive and she was willing to meet a second time when I changed my mind! They delivered on time and the flowers were stunning. From our very first meeting with Ann, we were blown away. We saw her work at a couple of weddings before meeting with her and then went through pictures of past weddings during our meeting with her and we were impressed. We met with one other florist just to compare but there really was no comparison. Ann and the staff at Bartz are just amazing. The rental items available with Bartz are better than anywhere else, the quality of the work done is outstanding, and the customer service was great. Ann and her staff took care of everything from set-up to moving things from the ceremony to the reception, to tear down. I had ideas of what I wanted for my wedding and Ann made that idea reality and the arrangements were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. I highly recommend Bartz Viviano!!

Ann and her team at Bartz did a fantastic job with the flowers and arrangements at my daughter's wedding. My daughter had ideas from Pinterest of what she was looking for and Ann turned them into a reality. We had a change in the ceremony seating and had to add to our original order. It was no problem and the end result was simply stunning. Many of our guests commented how beautiful everything looked.

We initially met with Bartz because we had heard that they were the best florist in Toledo and after experiencing the job they did at our wedding, I have no doubt that they're the best in Northwest Ohio at least! My wife and I had ideas about what we wanted but were really pretty lost. Ann couldn't have been more helpful though and after seeing a few ideas, she figured out what we were looking for and got to work. Based on our discussions, I was pretty sure that the flowers would be nice, but I was not prepared for what Ann wound up putting together! When we walked into the room and around the grounds, we were absolutely floored. Ann and her team nailed it, everything was gorgeous! Can't thank them enough for the work they put into everything and how beautiful they made the wedding.

My son is away at college and I couldn't be there for his 21st birthday. I order a gift basket to be delivered on his birthday and was just hoping it would be nice. My whole experience was amazing. The person who took my order was so nice and very helpful. It was delivered right on time and the basket was awesome. It exceeded my expectations and was a great value! I cannot say enough about the gorgeous bouquets that were made through the vision of Anne Stricklin and efforts of her staff. I was a Bride that could care less about my flowers, in the grand scheme of the hundreds of details about my wedding. But I was blown away by what was delivered. They were exactly what I had wanted. Anne met with me a few weeks before the wedding and got a feel for what I wanted. She knew each flower and greenery by name. I would never go anywhere else!

From the moment I saw the flowers that Ann at Bartz Viviano did for my my brother's wedding last June, it was really a no-brainer for me - i knew immediately who was going to design for my wedding this October.

Overall, we had 2 meetings-- and everything was perfect. I was so lucky, Ann had the candelabras, the roses, and the mercury glass votives that I wanted, without the need to send out for them (seriously, i found them online and was just blown away by the selection they have!)

I can't recommend enough - sure, they are not the cheapest option, but it's SO worth not having to worry AT ALL about the flowers and decor. You truly get what you pay for -- professionalism, experience, and amazing design talent. I knew I could depend on Bartz to deliver, and I was right.

I absolutely loved my wedding flowers! My bridal bouquet turned out so much prettier than I could have dreamed. Bartz is not cheap by any means, but their flowers are GORGEOUS. They were kind in the shop and very accommodating when we asked last minute to make one more box of flowers on the day of the wedding.

Ann and her staff at Bartz Vivano Flowers & Gifts, Toledo, Ohio were highly recommended by our wedding coordinator, Brooke Lauber-Cobb from Bee For The Day and we could not be happier. We met Ann with our pictures and ideas & she not only met each and every expectation, she added several ideas and suggestions that proved to be beyond our imagination! She was kind, helpful and very easy to talk to. Ann and her staff responded to each and every email or phone call with prompt service.
When we walked into The Pinnacle, the site of the reception, we were blown away. A large candelabra with full, pink and white roses, hydrangea with crystals was placed at the entrance with the place card settings and you instantly swept into a romantic, elegant and beautiful reception. My daughter had selected large tuscan table seating for the wedding party and their guests and the candelabras and flowers were out of this world! They made instant statement pieces that everyone talked about all night. Ann suggested mercury glass and crystal candle votives, sprinkled along with rose petals surrounded sweet smaller floral arrangements on various tables.
Ann understood exactly what we wanted and made those ideas into dreams that we will never forget! I highly recommend Ann Strickland and Bartz Vivano Flowers & Gifts!

Ann Strickland transformed our wedding on the tennis court to a spectacular and romantic wedding tent, perfect for the most beautiful wedding ever! Our flowers were AMAZING! We have birds of paradise, gerber daisies, lilies, orchids, roses and big tropical palms leafs. It was gorgeous. I wish I could post pictures with this review! We had tall and short centerpieces that made our venue look beautiful. Ann Strickland created everything from the table centerpieces to the cascading orchids on our cake. She is one of a kind and the #1 person to go to in Toledo. Choose Bartz for your bridal flowers!

Ann was wonderful to work with! She was incredibly personable. After our first meeting, I knew she would be the one to work with. She was finishing my sentences when describing what I would like my flowers to look like--I knew that was a good sign! When she wrote up the proposal, she had remembered every detail. We touched-base several times closer to the wedding and Ann was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. At the wedding, the flowers couldn't have been more perfect! Ann at Bartz Viviano is the best. There is no doubt, no question. My mom and I looked all over Toledo for the right florist for my wedding- we of course wanted them beautiful but didn't want to give my dad a heart attack at the price :-) BARTZ is the one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ann is the florist specifically for weddings, and she blew away every one of my expectations- to the point where I emailed her from the airport on the way to our honeymoon to rejoice at the outcome and thank her profusely!!! I had a specific vision for the bouquets, tables, and the trunk of the tree we were married under. She nailed it! And I've seen weddings in their portfolio that were completely different and absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this florist to everyone.

My flowers were amazing! They created a trellis backdrop for behind the head table dripping with flowers and glass orbs with twinkling tea lights. There were different sized paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling and beautiful centerpieces. The bouquets were just what I wanted and they looked like they belonged in a magazine. Flowers ... amazing. Ann ... amazing. Bartz Viviano ... amazing.

Toledo has several great florists, but when I started looking for flowers for my wedding, I immediately went to Bartz Viviano. And the second I met Ann, I knew I had made the right choice. She is very creative, professional and has so much knowledge that I felt very comfortable giving her some artistic liberties with the flowers. And trust me when I say that I was not disappointed. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and we received a lot of compliments about them.

But it doesn't stop there. Bartz not only delivered some of the flowers to the hotel where we were holding breakfast the next morning, but they THEN delivered them to my parents house. Oh ... and it doesn't stop there. They actually adjusted the arrangements and replaced some of the flowers that looked like they were dying. We couldn't believe it! My mom was able to enjoy the flowers for another two weeks after the wedding.

I can't praise them enough for the service that they provided. We were so pleased.

When we walked into their beautiful store, I never thought we'd be able to afford all the gorgeous arrangements I saw. I didn't know exactly what flowers I wanted, but Ann took the pictures and ideas I had in mind and orchestrated such a beautiful assortment of flowers that fit our theme and look so perfectly. And worked with me to meet our budget. When she dropped off our bouquets and boutannieres, I was in awe. When I saw what she did with our ceremony and reception spaces, I couldn't believe my eyes. Her arrangements and flowers were the most gorgeous I've ever seen at a wedding. I would totally recommend Ann and her team at Bartz Viviano to others.

My mom and I sat down with two other florists before we met Ann with Bartz. The other florists could not give us a definate quote on price, or tell us exactly what they would be giving us depending on what flowers were in season. Ann, on the other hand was able to provide us with a definate quote and exact description of all that we wanted withing two days of our first meeting. The flowers that were delivered on our wedding day were beyond beautiful and I exceeded all of my expectations. Ann is awesome to work with too!

The Bartz Viviano team, including Ann Strickland was wonderful to work with for our wedding. They were creative, fun and had high quality flowers and products. Ann gave everything a modern and current style, while keeping an elegant and traditional look. Ann really got the look I was going for with the flowers for our wedding and was a pleasure to work with! After discussing the look, which was wild flowers in bud vases, she really ran with it and made great suggestions for flowers and anticipated questions and concerns I may have before I expressed them.

My bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquest were exactly as I had imagined them. I loved everything!

They even worked with me to help donate all the flowers to a local nursing home the day after the wedding.

I would highly recommend working with Ann at Bartz Viviano.

Our flowers made our wedding stand out! They were just what we pictured. They were very beautiful. You did a wonderful job. It was so great working with Amanda! She understood my vision from our first conversion and even provided suggestions which I loved. She was flexible with our schedule - I live in California and was only back in Toledo a handful of times before the wedding. The flowers were stunning and we received so many compliments. She worked with our venue to schedule the drop off and made everything so easy for me. I would recommend Bartz Viviano to anyone!

Ann made me the most beautiful bridal bouquet and centerpieces in the history of floral design. Our theme was 1920s/Gatsby/ glittery NYE, and Ann nailed it. She decorated the mantel at Langley hall beautifully, and let me add some last minute feathers to my centerpieces. I had three different centerpieces going on, including the most amazing crystal trees that I used for the ceremony and then the reception. Overall, I could not have been more pleased with Ann at Bartz. She delivered more than I could have imagined. I went way over my floral budget to get what I wanted (all me, not Ann) and it was worth it! Thanks, Ann! You rule!

Really there is nothing bad to say about Bartz Viviano and Ann Strickland. Ann was a joy to work with and helped offer suggestions on certain flowers. We only used flowers for the ceremony and with hydrangeas as our first choice we knew it may be tricky. We were assured by Ann that the hyrdangeas would have ample water source and they lasted all day! You are paying for superb flowers and service!

Ann and her team were great to work with! From the first meeting Ann really captured our vision and made sure that our mason jar theme - as well as mint and gold color scheme - could be carried throughout our day with the flowers. I showed Ann a few pictures of things that I liked and BAM she was able to replicate them even more beautifully than the pictures I had shown. I received so many compliments on my bouquet and was so very pleased with the centerpieces and flower accents that were used at the ceremony and reception.

12-11-21 Winter Wedding

I worked with Corrin from the very beginning! She was fast to respond, patient, and flexible. She was willing to meet and helped calm my nervous (so much love for that), as we created my ideas for my wedding day!

Bartz Viviano created beautiful pieces for my winter wedding! Corrin and another staff member were there day of, and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
