Amazing experience

The crew from Bartenza truly exceeded our expectations for service, and for help with extras we weren't even expecting! I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful they were to us and our guests. They also helped us bring together an amazing bar with signature cocktails that people enjoyed all night. An entire shopping list was provided of what we'd need for the event, which was incredibly helpful and took guesswork out of everything. 10/10- cannot recommend enough!

Callie was so great to work with in planning my daughter's wedding. Our bartender Mary was terrific in the day of the event. She kept great communication with us and was fun and professional with our guests. Great job! Highly recommend Bartenza!

Great Drinks That Led to Amazingly Bad Dance Moves!!!!

Bartenza was so amazing to work with for our wedding! Callie was beyond professional and accommodating from the very first call and was quick to respond with any preparation questions that came up during the planning process. For the day of the event, we had the pleasure of working with Tina, who has over +12 years of bartender experience. She was extremely friendly and did a perfect job of keeping up with guests to ensure they never had an empty glass. She was such a pleasure to work with, and we got so many comments throughout the night of how sweet she was!! Thank you Bartenza for an amazing night to remember! I cannot recommend this company enough!

Excellent bar service

I hired Bartenza for my son's wedding reception at my home. Callie and Stephanie delivered everything as promised. They were very professional and very efficient, but yet still alot of fun. They helped make the reception a huge success!

Excellent from start to finish!

Excellent service, was great to work with. Callie answered all of my questions and was able to suggest some great drink options. All of my wedding guests stated that the drinks were excellent. The entire experience was pleasant and professional. I would definitely use Bartenza again.

Great bartending service!

Callie and her team did an amazing job bartending our wedding on September 14th 2019. Super easy to work with and even gave us a shopping list of the alcohol we needed to buy. We did the complete bartender package which includes everything except the alcohol. (they did give us a shopping list for the alcohol so we knew how much to buy) Guests were very pleased with how attentive they were. Would recommend Bartenza to anyone looking for a great bartender for their event!

Using Bartenza

We used Bartenza on day before wedding to assist with setting up venue since it was all on wedding party. Then we used Bartenza on day of wedding as bartenders and as wait staff. and after reception the personnel helped to tear down venue. All 6 of the staff were prompt and courteous, as well as energetic and self motivated. Always asking what else can they do and telling me, the MOG, to sit back and relax, that they would take care of everything. They all were worth their weight in gold and would not hesitate a second to use them again. They made the wedding event easy and pleasurable.

Very professional and helpful

Callie was very helpful in planning the bar service for our son's wedding! We are not familiar with planning bar service for a large event and coordinating details that seem simple but aren't, such as a champagne toast for 160 people. She helped us put it all together seamlessly! I would definitely recommend Bartenza!

Callie and her staff made our wedding such a fun event! Callie was very responsive during the process and even sent us a list of what to buy since we decided to purchase our own alcohol. The wedding day staff were stellar and the bar setup/decorations were perfect for the look I was trying to achieve. Highly recommend!

Callie with Bartenza was so helpful and responsive, and the bartender that worked our wedding went above and beyond! I got so many comments on her service, and she even helped with clean up after the reception (which she absolutely did not have to do). She was kind and professional, and even packed up all of our leftover alcohol for us after the reception! She was so great and represented Bartenza so well, that the owner of our venue reached out to me after the wedding to get Bartenza's name to add to her vendor list! Would definitely recommend Bartenza - great service and great value!

We needed a little food service help and hired a person for our wedding. Oh my this girl was fabulous even on the hottest day ever she never faulted. Clean and professional with a great personality. Thanks again for sending such an amazing person for our day. I highly recommend if you need help you came to the right place at least in my experience. Our wedding of 125 people took place September 2016 and we worked with Callie.

The process was smooth and easy. (Which is perfect for a busy bride!) I spoke to Callie, bounced a few ideas off of her and we had a plan. She is confident and helpful.

The bartenders were kind to our guests and moved quickly. Our guests were impressed that the bar line was short and they could get their drinks quickly.

I HIGHLY recommend Bartenza.

Being a New Year's Eve wedding, it was going to be difficult to find someone to bartend. We were originally going to have family do the job but decided a month before the wedding that we wanted something more. My venue (Lake Erie Building) listed Bartenza as a recommended vendor for bar services. I contacted Callie and was pleasantly surprised that they were available to work that evening. The price couldn't be beat. They brought their own bar and set up. They matched our Great Gatsby theme from the decorations to their outfits! Callie provided a detailed list of how much of each type of alcohol we would need. She was flexible and allowed us to choose alcohol types and mixers that fit our budget, including two signature drinks. The bartenders were so friendly and fun, and the drinks were delicious! We didn't run out of any alcohol, in fact we still have a lot left over (we were expecting more people at the time we purchased the alcohol). I absolutely recommend Bartenza for any party that needs a worry-free bartending service.

Had a great experience with this vendor. Callie was available to answer questions by phone before the wedding, and personally made sure everything went smoothly for our wedding at a new venue. Really appreciate the shopping recommendations, and the professional staff.

Absolutely loved the signage

This company was recommended to me by reInspired Bride, while planning my November wedding at Gervasi Vineyard. We rented their “Better Together” neon signage to go behind our head table. We absolutely loved how bright it shined. It was the perfect addition to our day.
My only complaint: It was a bit hard to get in touch with them at some points through email. Nonetheless, the process was smooth.

An Evening w/the Eaves

Callie and her team of bartenders were a great addition to our event. All of my guests were so surprised at how great the drinks were. And everyone was very happy about the friendly service that her team of bartenders provided!

Avoid at all costs

Do NOT use! I originally contacted Callie on The Knot after which we agreed upon a time and I sent in the deposit and contract. As we got closer to the wedding, I sent the remaining balance and had to reach out to Callie twice to make sure that she had received which was slightly concerning but I brushed it off. Less than 48 hours before the wedding, at about 6:30 at night, Callie reached out to my coordinator saying that she was going to have to cancel unless we paid her an extra $135 to come for cocktail hour as well. At the time of signing the contract, we had decided on a dry cocktail hour with tea and lemonade to be provided by the caterer. 2 nights before the wedding, Callie proceeded claim that she did not want a bad review for the bartenders showing up after cocktail hour. As my coordinator provided her with options to resolve her concern, Callie’s story began to change with additional excuses as to why she needed the extra money or to cancel. At that point, I had had enough and said that we could cancel because I was not paying extra for something I did not want and was told that there would be no refund for a cancellation. She then went completely silent. It wasn’t until the next afternoon that she responded following us informing her that we would have to call our lawyer for breach of contract if this issue wasn’t resolved. She then claimed that at 10p the night before, she had a family member unexpectedly pass away and that’s why she wanted to cancel and could not respond. She did not have a response to why she was trying to cancel before the family member supposedly passed away but reluctantly agreed to send one of her bartenders. Fast forward to the wedding day and we are all still not completely sure if we were going to have a bartender. We did have someone show up to bartend and she was great but unfortunately with this whole experience, I cannot caution someone enough. By using Bartenza, you are at risk of an unprofessional business causing significantly increased stress. Avoid at all costs.
