I am absolutely blown away by what an amazing job Barrie and her team did our entire wedding day. Barrie was very proffesional from the start, making us feel comfortable and confident from the early planning to the wedding day. However, I was blown away by how seamless and fun she made our day. The entire day we were on schedule, not rushed, and had plenty of time for all the photos and video we needed. We were so impressed with how well Barrie and our Videographer worked together. It was like they have been working gigs together their whole life. I really can't stress enough how amazing Barrie was and how happy we were to have had her as a vendor. So if you are considering hiring her, I promise you, you will be so happy that you did! -

The absolute best!
I've used Barrie once before for my sweet 16 - but when it came time to hiring my wedding photographer - it was the easiest decision of my life. From the first message to scheduling our engagment shoot to finalizing our last minute details, Barrie was the absolute best. I would recommend Barrie to anyone and everyone who would listen, I couldnt thank her enough for everyything that she did for us. -

Barrie shot our wedding this past December and she was absolutely wonderful. I had reached out to Barrie after seeing her photos online, and after meeting her in person my husband and I knew immediately that we wanted to work with her. She made us feel so comfortable when shooting our engagement photos considering we're both pretty camera shy, and we had a blast with her and her second shooter (Caity) on our wedding day. We are IN LOVE with our wedding photos, and Barrie even hand-delivered them to us on Christmas Eve with extra goodies since we live so close to her. Barrie does excellent work and has such a fun, easy-going personality -- we can't recommend her enough! -

Megan Sent on 11/04/2017Barrie was absolutely phenomenal in every way. Right off the bat, we knew she was going to be great to work with. Her responses were immediate and she was so sweet. We had a great engagement shoot with her, and it assured us even more that she was the right fit for our big day.
We just received our album and prints from our wedding, and we are over the moon at how incredible they turned out. Our wedding was one of the happiest days of our lives, and the pure joy she was able to capture in the photos is my favorite thing about them. In looking through the pictures, I am able to relive one of the best days of my life. It is exactly what I hoped for. If you get the opportunity to work with Barrie, DO IT. -

She was so personable, easy to work with, and very responsive whenever we contacted her. Besides being so sweet and easy to work with her work is beautiful!!! She did an amazing job capturing our engagement session and our wedding day. Her pricing was reasonable in comparison to other photographers we had quoted and she provided different levels that we could add additional hours to our package. We would definitely recommend her and would book her again!

User2410968 Sent on 11/05/2015I was a bridesmaid in a wedding with Barrie. Having been a bride before, I was amazing and impressed by how commanding and organized Barrie was. She had everyone where they needed to be, looking in the right direction and in-and-out in no time. The photos are stunning. I was given a list of groups to arrange for formal photos and Barrie was more than on top of it. She got a shot of every group on the list and was patient yet firm in the execution. HIGHLY recommend. -
User2457278 Sent on 12/07/2015Barrie provided an incredible service for us. She was professional, timely, and fun to work with. We trusted her completely. A few things we want to highlight:
- Photo quality: obviously we wanted a photographer whose photos we admired and we loved the photos we received back from Barrie after our engagement session and wedding. We got a great mix of candid and posed shots. Look through her albums online to see if you like her style and the mix of posed/unposed.
- Professionalism: Barrie was always quick to get back to our questions, and was endlessly patient with us. She was such a pro on our wedding day. For many of the pictures we didn't even remember her being there because we were caught in the moment, but she captured it perfectly. She was very quick with our family photos (MUCH quicker than other wedding photographers I've experienced) and they came out great. Also, she was early every single time we met her somewhere! And her turnaround was incredibly quick. She always exceeded our timing expectations.
- Dedication: Barrie broke her foot last fall and didn't ask us to reschedule our engagement shoot - she had her husband come and help her hobble around and manage her gear. We were just amazed by this and realized that it speaks volumes about her reliability.
- Packages: We loved that there was a package where she'd be with us all day rather than capping the hours.
A few things I remember from the day of the wedding I'd like to mention:
- We had terrible weather much of the day, but I remember Barrie was so calm and didn't seem worried at all about getting great photos. She really made it work and we were so thrilled with the outcome.
- Her assistant was great
- She took an amazing photo of us in the rain at night which we are just in love with. I don't know anything about photography but I think it shows a lot of technical ability to capture that in such beautiful way.

Barrie was very prompt with communication leading up to the wedding and made us feel very comfortable with everything. My husband is a bit camera shy but it didn't take long at all for him to feel good about having photos taken at our engagement session and on the wedding day. She was so great to work with and I would definitely recommend her!
