I cannot say enough nice things about Rodrigo and his team! Rodrigo was super helpful and accommodating since the day we met him. He gave us an amazing price for his photo and video bundle. The day of the wedding they managed to capture every single amazing moment of the night. We were completely in love with the end result. Rodrigo Varela was one of the most amazing options my husband and I chose. He also photographed a very fun wedding we attended from some of our close friends in December. After her glowing recommendation I knew there was no other option. He is so charismatic! He never failed to make my husband, family and friends laugh to make for fun candid photos. Everyone complimented him on his skills of being around at every best possible moment! We cannot wait to see his amazing photos of our special day! Being a Covid -19 bride has been the most stressful thing ever, imagine having to change your wedding date 2x.
My original vendor was not available for the new date and with my wedding being 1 week away the venue recommended Rodrigo. Took a look at his work and fell in love. He was so understanding and flexible and told us yes!
Just when we thought his work was amazing , him and his team’s personality made the experience even better. They kept us laughing the whole time and made us feel so comfortable.
My social media blew up when people saw the pictures and videos.
If you don’t book him for you wedding you are missing out. Highly recommend ❤️

A decision you won’t regret!
Rodrigo and his team saved my wedding photos! We had originally booked another vendor to do our photos but after bad communication on the vendors part and dissatisfaction with the quality of their work we decided to look for another photographer. Rodrigo was referred to my mother by one of her friends and we couldn’t have been more pleased with his professionalism and performance. From the day we met for our consultation I knew my photos were in the best hands! Our pictures are of the highest quality and he made both my husband and I feel comfortable which came through in our pictures. There are so many things I would change about my wedding day but picking Baro Studios for my pictures is NOT one of them!

The Baro Studios team was everything we could've asked for and more. Although it rained all night long on my wedding night, the Baro Studios team still managed to capture the night through pictures and videos. Even when my mom (Mother of the Bride) told Carlos his equipment was getting rained on, he told her "Don't worry about us and enjoy your daughter's wedding. We will handle it." Our photographer arrived on time and with an extra change of clothes for the wedding to follow. His creativity was on high! He directed us to areas at a location he recommended. He made us feel comfortable and directed us in the posing and made us laugh since and captured our love and happiness in the vast amount of photos he took for us. I've never been so happy with a photoshoot! My standards are very high and he surpassed them by far. It's no wonder he gets hired to work all the big weddings and music award shows!

Incredible Photos to relive your magical day
Yes! A thousand times, YES! We stumbled onto these photographers because our friends used them for their wedding. From the moment I met them, they were sweet and easy to work with. These photographers are amazing! We did both our engagement shoot and wedding photos with them. Our photos are incredible! The quality of these photos are next level! We are so happy we chose them! They made both my husband and I feel comfortable in front of the cameras. (Which is saying a lot because it's hard to get a photo where we both look good.) On our wedding day, they disappeared into the crowd, but managed to capture all of the beautiful memories from the day! They are worth it - I would highly recommend booking them!

My husband and I could not be happier to have gone with Baro Studios to capture our special moments. Our wedding went through so many changes and they were with us through the entire process--extremely communicative and flexible. They knew the location like the back of their hand which made the typically lengthy photo opp process short, sweet, simple and memorable. They took the time to get the perfect shots, and they did it with smiles! I never felt rushed or ignored, but rather in sync and on the same page. They worked with my little requests ("I saw this on pinterest and want that shot!") and of course incorporated their own AMAZING flare, which came out STUNNING!!! The turn around time on the photos was also completely unexpected and so quick!!
I could not have asked for a more perfect team and I am so grateful to have found them! Thank you for making our wedding day seamless, beautiful, and an absolute blast!!!

We wish there were more than 5 stars to express the quality of Rodrigo and his team! Our experience with Rodrigo Varela Photography was top class. Rodrigo himself was very easy to work with which made us feel at ease and allowed us to enjoy our day to the fullest. He took the time go get to know us and our vision for our big day, asking lots of questions from the first day we met him. We definitely got the sense that he cared about the work he did and the people he was doing it for.
On our big day he was focused, fun, and fully engaged. His attention to detail and creative eye captured all the little moments throughout our day in the best way possible. He handled the time constraints and was able to plan and execute on the fly with the changing weather that we had on our wedding day. He and his team also worked well with the other vendors and our guests. Many of our guests came back to us and said "It was obvious you had a small entourage following you around (referring to the photographer and videographers), but they were never in our way. We barely noticed them". This is exactly what you want to hear from your guests!
His work speaks for itself. We were so impressed with all the photos he and his team took, and he truly has created some amazing memories for us to look back on for a lifetime!
We would HIGHLY recommend Rodrigo and his team!

Rodrigo Valera and all of his assistant photographers are phenomenal artists! They shot my wedding in October and did a follow up session this January, and both experiences were magical. Rodrigo has a fantastic eye, and is willing to go to any lengths to capture the perfect shot. Not to mention, he is kind-hearted and humorous! We were amazed at how glamorous and timeless the final photos turned out, plus he follows up with edited shots immediately! Baro Studios was the best decision my husband and I made to capture our special day! Our photographer was Carlos Barrios, he was always very kind, patient, sweet and most importantly professional. Not only did we love our experience with Carlos but so did our family. He had them laughing and enjoying their time and I think it's safe to say that's a difficult task when you have so many people that don't like to take pictures to begin with. He explained how everything worked and guided us on how to get the best pictures. The day of the wedding Carlos and his team came on time to start shooting as my bridesmaids and I were getting ready and were so kind to everyone! We did not even feel like they were in the room! At the wedding, they made sure they got the best pictures of us by posing us and guiding us (not too much where the pictures looked forced but just enough to guide us)! Viewing our wedding pictures, my husband and I are very happy and amazed at how spectacular the pictures turned out! All the guest said they had never seen such beautiful images like the ones for our wedding! Orlando and I are forever grateful for Carlos for capturing our wedding! The quality of his work is impeccable! I would highly recommend booking their services to any bride questioning a photographer!!! They made sure I had every single photo I asked for. They would even remind me of the photos I was missing (which I had previously requested) and guests with whom I had not taken photos!!! We cannot say enough good things about this dynamic duo. Working with Baro studios as our wedding photographers was an absolute pleasure and we could not imagine our special day without them being such a big part of it all.
They are not your typical wedding photographers. They have a strong desire to want to take the best photos possible and are constantly thinking of ways to make shots even better. They are locked in to every moment and are engaged in all the action to not kiss a second of your day. They have a great sense of adventure and are always suggesting ways to make your photos unlike any others. Their creativity and drive are endless with energy that is indescribable.

Rodrigo and Carlos provided great services not only at my wedding but at my sister’s as well. They are both very passionate at what they do and you can see that as soon as they begin shooting. Don’t worry if you are not used to being in front of a camera for long hours, as they are both very patient and they will make sure to make the process easy and fun. When my venue ( Biltmore Hotel Coral Gables )provided me the list of photographers that they recommended, Rodrigo Varela was listed as soon as I checked his website I knew that I wanted him to capture the pictures of our wedding. We had a great time working with Rodrigo and his team. Very professional and outgoing staff. The pictures are amazing! We have received so many complements on all the pictures. I had the pleasure to work with Rodrigo in two events for my wedding. He was responsive with my concerns about scheduling, was on time for both events and professional. My fiancee had an innovative idea he needed help from Rodrigo to make it happen, and he was very flexible and accommodating to his request. The whole family loved him! He was funny and a pleasure to work with! I know there are many great photographers out there, but part from being excellent, Rodrigo's photography style is unique. He's able to make an ordinary scene stand out with the colors, movement and lightening, and makes a formal portrait look impressive and poised. In addition, what I especially loved the most, was his incredible ability to capture the emotion of the moment. When I look at the pictures now I can see all the emotions and the expressions captured that takes us to that moment. Very powerful! And lastly, he returned the pictures to us in less than 2 weeks! Very surprising, as I know stories of photographers that take forever to return them! So... needless to say, we were SUPER happy with his work! Totally recommend him!

When my husband and I initially got engaged and decided to have an actual wedding, we both agreed that the most important part of our wedding for us would be the pictures. Being as picky as I am, I knew that I would have to do my research and not just pick any photographer off of a list. Throughout the course of a month, I met an overwhelming amount of photographers by e-mail, phone, and in person. Rodrigo was the last photographer that I met with and I can honestly say that he won our hearts from the first day we met. He and his team are absolutely amazing to work with. Rodrigo Valera and his team went above and beyond our expectations. We met with them in April just a few months before our wedding in August. Rodrigo was able to schedule an engagement session in June. During the engagement photoshoot, Rodrigo and his assistant made us feel very comfortable. We were able to see the photos from the shoot soon after. Although the photographer had a medical procedure a week or two before, he still showed up and took fabulous pictures of our wedding. I recommend Rodrigo and his team to all my friends and anyone when they need a photographer. THE BEST IN SOUTH FLORIDA!!

From the first moment we met Rodrigo, he was so polite, professional and personable. My husband is squeamish with pictures, but Rodrigo just had a great vibe. He was flexible and responsive whenever we had a question or request. We are based in NY, and he was not difficult when working around our schedule whenever we were in town for a limited period.
Our engagement pictures were AMAZING. His eye and the way he plays with lighting and uses it to his advantage is truly a talent. His team is also an absolute dream. They were an added bonus to working with Rodrigo.
The day of the wedding they were on time and they made us feel so comfortable. They captured the night perfectly, and the best part is how quickly the pictures came! Not only did he get them to us much sooner than expected, they also look like something out of a Magazine.
We also used Rodrigo's team for the photo-booth. It was an absolute hit at the wedding, and WAY nicer than any on the market. (We searched far and wide for the right one)
We genuinely have nothing but the best to say about our experience with Rodrigo and will continue to bug him for future shoots!

Their website is amazing and definitely draws you in. I researched tons of photography in the area and Rodrigo Varela Photography seemed the most promising, and I was right. Right from the beginning, they were what we wanted and they knew our vision. The photographer captured many precious moments and funny ones as well. I couldn't have asked for better ones! I had images in my head of what type of photos I wanted and what I received them, they were exactly what I had envisioned.

Rodrigo Varela is just amazing... I knew that before hiring him of course! As a wedding professional, I had had many opportunity to work with him so when we were looking for a photographer for our own wedding...well that was a no-brainer, we didn't even look further and just crossed our fingers that Rodrigo would have our date available...And thankfully he did! As I had experienced many times before, Rodrigo and Carlos were so professional, sincere, unobtrusive and yet always ready to get the perfect angle for every shot. They were patient and so accommodating! The planning process was very smooth, the day-of was great, and afterwards, we got our photos in just 30 days, and Mariela, back in the office, was always quick to respond to all our questions, throughout the entire process. I am so glad we got to experience for ourselves what I saw so many couples do, before us, and so many more will, in the future! Pictures don't lie, Rodrigo.... you're the MAN!!

Photographer has a talent like no other. His gifted eye captures the moment that is priceless. His accommodating personally and willingness to please makes a stressful process extremely enjoyable with lasting good memories. Having him as our photographer was a key portion to our extemely successful wedding. I would not consider doing it again without him as the photogher. His staff is beyond pleasing and delightful. Rodrigo and his team are the best in Miami. They are very organized, punctual and so talented. Rodrigo truly knows how to capture all of the special moments in one of the most important days of your life. He is also such a pleasure to work with. His so sweet and has such a fun personality and he really knows how to make anyone feel comfortable in front of a camera. He knows how to make regular people look like they belong in a bridal magazine. We got our photo proofs as soon as we returned from our honeymoon and our photos were so amazing that my only problem is, I want to buy them all and may need a book big enough to fit thousands of photos. I am so happy we chose Rodrigo as our photographer and I am will use him for all of my special events…forever. Don't even bother with any other photographer in miami. Rodrigo is my god of photography! We went to see so many other photographers and all of them are a failure! He is so talented and our guests are obsessed with our pictures! If you can afford him, GO all the way!!!

Excellent photographer. Really understands what the bride and groom want out of their pictures. I love Rodrigo! He is absolutely talented! He is responsible, he is prompt he is amazing! He captured my bridal shower images back in September and this past weekend he captured my wedding! The sneak peak of the wedding pictures I have already seen have me and the rest of the people whom seen them going WOW over and over. He makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera, loves to capture you having fun! He is amazing period the end! His visions are clearly expressed by the images he captures! One of my biggest concerns on my wedding day was to capture any and every special moment on camera.....Rodrigo made it happen and did an incredible job doing so. I had a difficult time choosing which photos I wanted in the album because there were so many and all of them were absolutely stunning. Rodrigo and his team are very professional and talented. I feel Rodrigo took it to another level when taking some pictures - he will do what ever he can to make every picture perfect! Rodrigo and his team are great. Before my wedding, I was apprehensive about hiring a wedding photographer because so many of my friends ended up with the same wedding photos and poses. The pictures that came out from my wedding are so beautiful and look so natural. They have been sent to several wedding magazines and I am now considering offers.
Beyond that, Rodrigo was so fun and easy to work with. He even got my husband to smile and be relaxed which was not easy.
My mother has already "booked" Rodrigo for my younger sister's wedding. She is currently single and looking for a boyfriend.
One thing to note: Rodrigo is open to travel outside of the Miami area.

I rented a Color Me Photo photobooth from Rodrigo Varela Photography for 4 hrs and it was a HUGE hit w/ our guests! Everyone was able to take their pictures in color or B/W, take a strip for themselves and then sign a scrapbook that was included in the price. The attendant was there the whole time and made sure that everything ran smoothly. We had no issues whatsoever! It was so much fun to look at the photos after the wedding! I would def recommend this vendor.
