A family run operation that makes you feel like your one of the family. They've been hosting weddings for a long time and it shows. Any questions we had were answered, with plenty of helpful hints and suggestions thrown in to make the day as stress free as possible. The on site cabin made getting ready for the event so much easier for the bridal party as they were able to coordinate from the moment they woke up that day. And they were so professional and on point for the day of. They helped us set up first thing in the morning and coordinate all throughout the day, while staying out of the event as much as possible. A beautiful venue staffed by beautiful, warm people that love making people's special day an event to remember.

As another reviewer stated, I was under the impression that we would have the lower area for the guys to get ready in but by the time our wedding actually took place, the family had moved in.... which, I mean, it IS their property but I felt a bit put out. Thankfully it worked out and the guys got ready in the cabin that is on the premises (which turned out to be where we spent the night as well! So that was fun!). The venue is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. My photographers repeatedly got super excited when they saw different areas! The family and staff was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to emails with answers to questions, etc. Overall, really great people and a really great venue. I think the lower apartment stuff is just them getting to really get the venue/property the way they want.

This was a wonderful event location and the owners and staff are VERY easy to work with. They will do anything to help your event be a success. For any event where you would like the rustic chic, country or barn setting, this is the right venue.

This barn is the most beautiful place in maryville and surrounding area to have your wedding! The owners are a pleasure to deal with and are very helpful through out the entire process. Highly recommend! :)

I signed with The Barn at Wildwood Springs this past weekend, and I'm so excited with how helpful they have been already. They have a wedding booked the day before mine with about the same size guest list, and when that happens they cut the rental cost in half per couple. It's a GREAT way to save money during an expensive event like a wedding. Wildwood Springs looks at this situation as if the 2 couples are sharing these rentals during the same weekend so why charge each couple the unnecessary full cost. That tells me that Wildwood Springs isn't looking to rip people off. They want to make your big day as special and stress free as possibly. Also, they have SO many decor items that are all available for you to use. I honestly don't think I'll need to buy any decorations, other than flowers, because of the impressive collection they already have. (Another big money saver). The family is so amazing. Great down-to-earth people, and very easy to talk to. It hasn't even been a week and I'm already so thrilled to be working with them. Great things to look forward to I'm sure!

Beautiful beautiful place! Definitely do not get married here in the summer. We rented several portable air conditioning units and it was still unbearably hot. The inside of the barn is 10-15 degrees hotter than outside of the barn as well. The location is beautiful and the pictures were beautiful. The staff is very accommodating. However, I was under the impression that I could use the apartment in the barn to get ready and the caterer could use the big kitchen.. And when we got there there was only a pitiful tiny kitchen and there was an upstairs loft for the bridal party but no where for the men to get dressed. The men all had to get dressed outside. All in all the event went well and I'm happy, but I disliked feeling cheated by the smaller space that was "newly finished" and would have liked to know prior to booking that the family would be living in the barn where you are getting married.
