  Barbara's Flowers - Simply Amazing! As an event planner, I will certainly recommend all future clients, friends & relatives to BF. Mrs. Simone's wedding flower arrangements had surpassed my client's expectations but more importantly it did not break the bank. Mrs. Simone and her staff were professional, courteous, gracious and accommodating beyond measure. #THEBESTFLORISTINHARLEM!!!!!

  Made a decision on a florist literally a month before the wedding and was not disappointed. Tara from Barbara's Flowers was very attentive to my needs and vision and was the consummate professional, showing us a prototype of our tall and short centerpieces prior to us making a final decision. She also provided great suggestions as to how I could keep my costs low and delivered beautiful, fresh and unique flowers the day of. I also love that they donate any unused flowers to the local children's hospital. I would highly recommend.

  Barbara's flowers is amazing!! Tara is an awesome visionary and flower designer. Every little detail of the decor matters to her because she understands the importance of design cohesiveness which is something that is really special.   I recently used Barbara ' s flowers for my wedding and was beyond happy with the looks they created! I brought them a bunch of ideas and a color palette of soft spring pastels and from my bouquet, which was stunning, to the bridesmaids flowers & groomsmen's boutineers they were all perfectly coordinated and beautiful. Tara is thee easiest & nicest person to work with. She really cared and took her time to listen and make sure that I didn't go over budget. You won't find a more fair priced florist in Manhattan. I will definitely use her in the future and recommend. Thanks again!

  Barbara's flowers was a local florist that I read good reviews about on the internet. The team provided an in depth in person and phone consultation and provided the floral arrangements for my wedding ceremony. I was really pleased with their services and the arrangements looked beautiful. Kudos to the team!!

  We could not have been happier with our ceremony and reception décor, thanks to the extraordinary work of the talented Tara Simone and her amazing team at Barbara's Flowers. The most challenging area of our venue was the dinner space, which is ordinarily a conference room. We knew we would need a florist with great vision, creativity and style to help guide the necessary transformation. Barbara's Flowers greatly exceeded our expectations, completely transforming the space into a magical and gorgeous wonderland of cascading floral centerpieces, well-appointed votives, and brilliantly creative accents. Tara Simone's expertise goes well beyond floral arrangements - she has truly mastered the intricate workings of all things "wedding" and she very skillfully guided our overall decor. Our vision of infusing classic NYC elegance with the warmth of the Caribbean was brought to life in the most wonderful way imaginable. We were blown away by the finished product. Tara Simone and her team handled our wedding preparations with unmatched professionalism and care. We highly recommend!!!

  Tara and her staff were just lovely to work with. She listened to our ideas and came up with the perfect centerpieces and decorations for our ceremony and event. Not cheap but completely worth it!

TaraSimone was beyond accomodating when it came to price adjustments that still enabled us to keep the same aesthetic. Her professionalism and thorough descriptions of the different foliage gave us a a vivid picture of what our arrangements would look like even before we saw them. My husband and I were very pleased with her work and intend to use Barbara's Flowers in the future.

  I could not have done any better than Barbara's Flowers for my wedding. TaraSimone and her staff were CREATIVE, patient, flexible and so very calming to this stressed out bride. Her team made my day magical (I heart flowers very much) and the value that we got was really awesome. They were punctual, professional, and again, just really creative in terms of executing a shared, fragrant vision and decor. I really am not one prone to hyperbole, but I can't say how pleased I was! Recommend highly!

  Unlike my other vendors, it took me FOREVER to find the right florist. I was down to only 3 weeks before my wedding when I stumbled upon a JEWEL of a flower shop in Harlem. As you enter their shop, you will no doubt fall in love with TaraSimone, the owner who has taken over for her mother, Barbara. The inside will make you think you are in the south of France...but undeniably has that New York chic that New Yorker brides deem a requirement. TaraSimone will listen patiently to all of your requests and while staying within your budget, will oblige all of your requests! TaraSimone was a miracle worker and without her I would have been without flowers!! Not only did she do a georgous job, but it was MUCH MORE than my dreams could have ever imagined! Book her immediately before the whole city finds out about her!!

  My wedding venue Steiner Studios in Brooklyn had Barbara's Flowers as one of the required flower vendors. They have a list of about 7, but I ultimately chose Barbara's Flowers after our initial meeting because of how wonderful Tara and L'Tse were. They were warm and friendly and REALLY took the time to understand my vision. Tara took one look at my inspiration photos and described it as "hamptons modern chic" which was exactly what I was hoping for! They knew when to push back and stop me from doing certain things that wouldn't pan out well and in no way were pushy about the budget or design.
  
  The actual bouquet and centerpieces on the day of were beyond my expectations. They were exactly what I had envisioned but better.
  
  If you want to work with genuinely warm and professional people, who really have great taste, look no further.

  I have worked w/ Fred (in Brooklyn) for many different occasions and he delivered once again for my wedding. All the bouquets, the church, the reception flowers were amazing and I was completely blown away by them all. They even gave me a free toss bouquet which I completely forget about!
