  Recommend!

  As the bride you don't get to drink much on your wedding day, so while I didn't get to experience their skills first hand, everyone was talking about how good a job they did. All the guests told me the bartenders were friendly, laid back, and made really good drinks. We were prioritizing good food, good booze, and a good time above all else at our wedding, so it makes me so happy to get such glowing feedback from my friends and family. The bar looked often swarmed during the wedding (open bar/full bar, so you know people went to town haha) so it's really impressive they were able to still make tasty cocktails under pressure! No one complained about a wait, either. I recommend them!

  Bar Divas was suggested to us by our venue as a preferred company and they were great! We had a beer and wine wedding with champagne for the party. They were on time, they worked a satellite bar for our cocktail hour and then relocated for the reception, and they accommodated our “champagne only for the wedding party” request with no troubles. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that asked.

Once we were connected to the team and went through the details we discussed a few time line items we not aware of of and thank fully made some helpful adjustments to supplies and arrival for set up. I want to thank Jacqueline and the team at Canyonwood Ridge for the amazing work and for making my family welcomed at my big day!

  Amber at Bar Divas is amazing!!! She told us how much alcohol to buy, planned specialty cocktails for us, and made us and our guests feel perfectly at ease on our wedding day! She's honest, reliable and so helpful! I'd hire her again in a second!

  We used them as a bartender. They gave me a budget that let me pick & choose what I wanted. They were reasonable with their rates. They gave me a shopping list, or would have bought the items for me, but I didn't want that. The person that did the event was awesome! Would definitely use them again.

  Amber was such a delight to work with! We had 3 Bartenders at our wedding to serve 150+ guests! They served beer, wine and bottled beverages. She made the process extremely easy for us, worked with our schedule for meeting times and answered every silly question I had. The team was bright, positive and fun at our wedding. Everyone got what they wanted quickly, no wait. I wish all bartenders were this good! They set up and cleaned up, efficiently and expeditiously! I was not worried about them at all. We thank her and her team so much and plan on recommending her to anyone needing a bartender service!

Our family and friends loved her quick service, drink recommendations, and generous pours (wink, wink). She even served our guests coffee and waters/sodas. There was never a line at the bar and our friends like to drink! I would use them again for an event in a second.

  We were very please with the services that Bar Divas provided for our wedding! The drinks were great, the champagne toast was awesome, and the bartenders were so sweet and friendly. We had a bit of a communication hiccup at the beginning because our contact left the company, but the owner stepped in and made sure things went smoothly after that. They were very helpful in putting together our alcohol order and were always available to answer questions. I would use them again any day!

  Did the job

  I was underwhelmed by the Bar Divas. But, they did their job and ran the bar, just not well.
  (1) The staffer did not interface with my coordinator and would come up to me during the reception to tell me if we were running low on supplies, for example, white wine. Except when I got home and unpacked, there were 2 full bottles of white remaining. It was odd and distressing to have to deal with this and then find out that we were never low on wine.

Except when I got home and unpacked, there were 2 full bottles of white remaining. It was odd and distressing to have to deal with this and then find out that we were never low on wine.
  (2) In the lead up to my event, I had to take the initiative with requested help with a shopping list. Bar Divas put me in touch with their Spec's contact....who never got back to me. I tried again to get a shopping list but was told to contact Spec's. Very unhelpful.
  (3) I also requested help with a custom bar menu, as they advertise that they do. I was directed to their website page of specialty cocktails and not given any other information on how to make that happen.
  (4) I prepaid a 20% tip and the staffer put out a tip jar. Thankfully, the staffer was punctual with arrival and departing so that my dad didn't accidentally triple tip her.
  (5) The staffer, according to my beer drinking guests, would only read out the name of the brewery and not the type of beer. We had 2 pony kegs of 2 types, and she would just slowly read out the name, never disclosing that it was, e.g., a pilsner. Again, odd. I heard later that she justified it by saying she's a vodka girl.
  
  Thank goodness my expectations were low.

  Very Poor Experience

  Awful experience throughout our wedding night. Probably the only vendor we had any issue with.
  
  We had agreed prior to the wedding reception on location of the bars and responsibilities of the bartenders. Once we arrived at the reception, we found them in the wrong locations. The issue was that they were unwilling to move a bar from outside of our reception venue to inside once cocktail hour was complete due to the additional work.
  
  Throughout the reception, there were at least 3 occasions where I personally went to the bar to find no bartender manning the area. We made sure to pay for 3 bartenders for only 2 bars to ensure this exact issue would not... Read more

  Think Twice, Long and Hard, About Hiring Bar Divas Of Austin

  Our wedding was one we'll never forget in the Hill Country on an October evening, filled with our family and friends dancing the night away.
  
  Almost everything went right.
  
  As the groom, during cocktail hour, I noticed that the owners of our venue were serving the guests drinks, along with the boyfriend of the wedding planner. They were getting slammed by dozens of our guests wanting libations to get the party started.
  
  Our wedding planner informed me that our bartending vendors, Bar Divas of Austin, had yet to arrive, and that they informed her they would be on the way.
  
  They eventually showed up - almost five hours late! Thank God those people listed above... Read more

  They eventually showed up - almost five hours late! Thank God those people listed above went above and beyond to keep the boat afloat.
  
  With three or so hours of the night remaining, they continued to drop the figurative ball, from serving our guests hard liquor (we requested mixed drinks only), being rude to one of the bridesmaids who asked what she was getting served, and over pouring cocktails which led to us running out of tequila well before the night was through.
  
  This was one of the few vendors, based on the high reviews, that we thought was gonna be a no-brainer. It turned out to be the worst decision for us, but luckily the damage was mitigated.
  
  We strongly recommend you reconsider this vendor for your big day. As of today, a week from our wedding, they have yet to reach out to us to make it right....
