I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. We held our wedding reception here and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is breathtaking—you get wide-open Colorado skies, rolling views of the mountains, and the most charming horses that wander the property and make the entire setting feel warm and enchanting. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and peaceful the atmosphere was.
On top of that, the staff made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Our day genuinely felt magical, and this venue played a huge part in that. If you’re looking for a place that’s naturally stunning, unique, and full of Colorado charm, I highly recommend this one.

When my son and daughter in law said they wanted to get married in Colorado, we weren't sure what to expect, as we'd be planning from out of state. I'm thrilled that we found Bar 7 Ranch. We booked the property from Tuesday until the following Monday, with the wedding Saturday. Shannon, Buckshot and Gracie were wonderful hosts! No only in the months before the wedding, but also while we were there. Shannon provided guidance and options for us while setting up, but she never said we had to do it this way or that. Her knowledge and experience was incredibly helpful throughout the process.
We hosted the rehearsal dinner on Friday night at the property around the house. It was a picturesque evening. After dinner, our guests settled into conversations or played various lawn games that were going on.
After their wedding at the Ripple Creek overlook, 50 guests came to the ranch for an unforgettable evening of delicious food, drinks and dancing.
When people ask how the wedding was, my one word response is "perfect". Everything turned out better than we dreamed it would.

We got married at Bar 7 back in 2019 and it was such a beautiful place to get married! Shannon is experienced and does a great job of making sure everything is perfect and able to run smoothly. The Airbnb was such a great part of it because we were able to have our bridal party both get ready and stay there, without leaving the venue or having to figure out transportation. The property is beautiful! It was the perfect backdrop for all our pictures! The layout flows very nicely from ceremony to reception and everything in between. Since our wedding, they have added an indoor space, and we have been to multiple weddings that have utilized the space. It’s a great addition and allows for an indoor/outdoor feel and works great for all kinds of weather. It’s really the perfect venue! -

The Best Deal in all of Colorado!
The Bar 7 Bed Bath and Barn is a rustic ranch wedding venue located in Meeker, Colorado. Boasting space to host your ceremony and reception - as well as providing accommodations - it truly is an all-encompassing venue fit for a fairytale wedding. This historic ranch was founded in 1895 and has been a part of the wedding industry since 2011. Nestled among rolling hay fields with views of the mountains, the Bar 7 Ranch is conveniently located close to town, yet feels like a "million miles away".
Enjoy your special day in an outdoor setting that comes complete with a rustic arbor and white wedding chairs. Situated among leafy-green trees and rolling hay meadows, you and your significant other can officially become newlyweds as your family and friends sit comfortably shaded from the sun.
For the reception, you can bask in the natural surroundings of the venue in the newly refurbished Reception Hall (aka "The Wed Shed). Here, up to 200 people can comfortably be accommodated, making it an ideal space for a big party, out of the elements. You are free to bring in your own alcohol, caterer, entertainment and planner, truly personalizing your wedding or event.
Outside, away from the ceremony site are the ranch’s expansive lawn areas - great for enjoying a mid-afternoon stroll with a cocktail in hand, playing yard games or for taking some photos of the bridal party or wider wedding party. -

Fantastic Wedding Venue!
This was the venue for my brother’s wedding and it was amazing! The scenery is incredible and the barn used for the reception is a really really cool and fun place
Additionally, the ranch house and bunk house are really cool historic buildings and make a really awesome place to stay for the bridal party

I have been to multiple weddings at this site. It is in a beautiful rustic location, perfect for an outdoor wedding. The reception area opens up so the dancing and fun can spill outside. I would highly recommend Bar 7 Bed Bath and Barn for any special occasion. -

Better than we could ever imagine!
I cannot recommend the Bar 7 enough! You get the entire place for the weekend, at a FRACTION of what other venues charge. Shannon was great to work with, and the views were something out of a magazine. Everyone thought we had a venue in the xx,xxx+ price range. Shannon made some awesome recommendations for us on vendors as well, since Meeker was over 4 hours away from our home. You will not be disappointed having your event here!

This was the perfect venue for our special day. We were able to rent the venue for the whole weekend and take care of lodging for our wedding party. Shannon and her family were very accommodating and made us feel welcomed. I couldn’t imagine our wedding any where else. -

Best deal in Colorado! One guest thought it was a $30,000 venue when it was a fraction of that price. One of the only venues that gives you freedom to pick your vendors. The owners were very responsive with any questions. Our wedding was at the end of August and the weather was perfect. Having access to the entire venue from Thursday to Sunday allowed for plenty of time for setup. Some of the things included are a huge house, honeymoon hut, tables/chairs, a indoor reception area with a kitchen/bar and a bunch of decorations. Everyone had a great time! -

This venue is a steal for the price! Shannon and Buckshot are very helpful and easy to work with. Barn is ideal for a reception. Property is beautiful for amazing wedding photos. The large house where the wedding party can stay right on site is ideal. Tables, chairs and linens are all on site. Could not have had a more amazing experience. -

Shannon was amazing she was always there if we needed something or if we had any questions! I definitely recommend having your wedding here!
We had our wedding in a Saturday and we were able to check in on a Thursday and that gave us enough time to check in and start decorating without having to stress about getting everything done the day of! She had a huge variety of decorations that she will allow you to use! Great little ranch that will help create a bunch of memories. I would recommend this to anyone that is up in the air about where to get hitched! -

The owners bent over backward to help us create the country wedding of our dreams at their venue! We were able to comfortably house our family and friends in the nicely furnished ranch house where we cooked meals and played games and socialized on the back patio. The owners were very flexible, allowing us to decorate and set up however we liked for the ceremony and reception and they were more than happy to allow us to use items from their wedding supplies. During the ceremony, their horses were prancing along the fence line, just in time for the big kiss! It was stunning! The reception hall is so flawlessly set up that the food service, DJ, cake and champagne toast were all seamless and easy. I am beyond amazed and thrilled to say that absolutely nothing went wrong- and that’s quite an achievement for a wedding! Many thanks to the kind and accommodating owners for helping to facilitate such a stunning event! We look forward to booking the facility in the future to celebrate anniversaries for years to come. -

As a coordinator, I really enjoyed working at Bar 7 in Meeker! The venue grounds were absolutely spectacular for your dream barn, Colorado wedding. The staff were laid back yet professional and you can even rent out the entire place so you friends and family have a great place to stay on the property at night! -

Best venue ever!
We spent a lot of time researching great wedding venues in the Rocky Mountains and we ended up booking with Bar 7 and we are so happy we did!
Bar 7 is beautiful beyond words. The venue had phenomenal views, it was clean and deigned perfectly for a wedding. We loved how a two day stay was included with our reservation, making setting up for our special day go smoothly and less stressful. They not only include a stay but also include ample amounts of decor and tables and chairs which make this place very budget friendly.
Shannon and Paul truly made our day perfect. They went out of their way to help us in anyway possible. For example, I had some desserts ordered from LA and they got stuck at the post office, our wedding being on a Sunday ( and on 4th of July) I was really sad and hopeless we wouldn't have them for our wedding. Shannon went out of her way to contact the postmaster and get into the post office when it was closed and got our desserts for us. When she told us I almost cried. We are so grateful for them.
Bar 7 is truly the perfect wedding venue, all of our guests were amazed by its beauty from the peaceful sounds of birds singing to the clearest sky full of stars at night, it was absolutely perfect. Meeker is a little slice of heaven not many get to see and all of our guests can't wait to go back.
We HIGHLY recommend them to any couple looking for the perfect wedding venue.

A fantastic venue that also offers exceptional lodging.
