Wonderful Staff and Extremely Flexible

We found Banks at a wedding expo in Tulsa and we could not have been happier with our choice! The form used when discussing song choices with the DJ is extremely thorough and made this part of the process so easy. Our DJ was incredibly flexible when our timeline needed to change a bit during our reception. He made sure we were okay with him gauging the audience and changing up genres if needed, and we are so glad he did. He made sure everyone stayed engaged (and awake lol it's a long day). He was also hilarious, which was just the icing on the cake. I highly recommend Banks to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding!

Loved our photos and wedding film!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Banks Studios for my wedding photography and videography. From the outset, their staff was a pleasure to work with - they were professional, courteous, and friendly. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

Our images were back within two weeks of our wedding day and we had our wedding film completed within three weeks. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out - the images were stunning and the wedding film captured all of the special moments perfectly.

Overall, I would highly recommend Banks Studios for any wedding photography or videography needs. Their staff is top-notch, their services are timely, and their results are simply amazing.

Jose is just the BEST!

Jose went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding. Not only did the music bring everyone together to have a blast but he also got out on the dance floor to teach specific dances that went to certain songs! He made the day go by so much easier by also MC-ing the reception around our schedule. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better DJ service. I would highly recommend booking him for any social event!

So much fun!!

We are so happy we chose this company to DJ our wedding! They picked a dj with similar personality to us. Sam did absolutely amazing at making the flow smoothly and following my every wish!! The music was so fun and people were dancing!! I loved it? Thank you Sam and Banks Entertainment!

Kept the party going!

Sam was amazing! Our wedding was on a Wednesday evening which was worrisome only in that people had to go to work the next day and we were worried that they wouldn't dance because of that. Sam kept the party going all night and the dance floor was never empty! Everyone complimented how seamless the ceremony and reception was and that was due in large part to the work that Sam did.

Being an LGBT+ couple with a partner who is non-binary, language was particularly important to us. Sam had no hesitation in making sure that we were introduced how we wanted to be. That was so refreshing because it was something i was worried about, but not for long after speaking with Sam during the pre-event phone call.

If you're looking for a friendly company, Banks Entertainment is the way to go. Request Sam if you can -- he'll help make your night that much more special.

Booked Banks Entertainment/ Banks Studios for our wedding 10-19-19

We booked Banks Entertainment/Studios for our DJ, Photography, Videography, and Photobooth. Banks Entertainment/Studios made our wedding day go so smoothly. Everyone was so easy going and so great to work with. I just want to add in also what a phenomenal job everyone did. I loved how Mike interacted with the guests. Mike was on time for everything and made sure to keep everything/everyone going. I don’t see a lot of DJ’s interact the way Mike did. Arielle was great with the photobooth, she had all the guests interacting with the photobooth. Holly and Brooklyn were so easy going and had great personalities and our pictures went so smoothly. Mandy and Connor were so helpful and Mandy was so great and had a great personality as well. Keith was always helpful and making sure my needs were met! Y’all did such a great job and I am in love with all the pictures! Mandy did such an amazing job on our video! Overall Banks Entertainment/Studios is the way to go! They have bundle deals at an affordable price! I appreciate y’all so much and I will most definitely recommend you guys if anyone asks me. Thank you so so much for making our big day the best day!

Mike was amazing!

We hired Mike as our DJ and he was amazing! We had 2 meeting with him prior and had a great timeline going into the day! We got off timeline (we were running about 30+ mins early -I have no idea how!!!) and Mike was phenomenal with going with the flow! Later on we realized we were loosing guests since our wedding was out of town (most of my family and friends had a 3hr drive) so we cut a few things that we originally planned! He was great to work with and everything went very smoothly even with us scratching the original planned timeline!

Banks Entertainment has a variety of package options and various add-ons available for very reasonable prices!

Jose Socorro was our DJ and he was absolutely amazing!! At one point, he had every single guest out on the dancefloor!! Jose and I were in contact a few weeks before the event. Throughout that time we emailed and texted, back and forth, regarding music styles, playlists, timeline, and a surprise mother/daughter dance for my Mom!

I would 100% recommend Banks Entertainment for any event and will most definitely plan to use them again in the future!

Great Experience and the Best DJ!

We found Banks Entertainment through the Tulsa Wedding Show, and I am so glad we did. Banks Entertainment was amazing from start to finish! We were in the very beginning stages of planning the wedding whenever we found Banks, and they helped us by giving advice on many things such as lighting, decorations, and even the types of cakes. They had many vendors in mind that they were able to recommend to us as well. Our DJ, Jose Socorro, was the BEST! He was so outgoing and fun. He was able to get everyone out on the dance floor and keep them out there. He showed up early to the event to set everything up and to make sure everything was working properly. After the wedding, the guests were all saying that they loved the DJ and were talking about how much fun he was. Everyone was so nice and really worked well with us. I highly recommend Banks Entertainment!

Book with Banks!

Banks entertainment was fantastic for our wedding. The communication was great as we met twice before our wedding to discuss details. They were quick to respond to emails and any questions I had. I am so glad we ended up booking a DJ to help facilitate and announce things. We aren't huge music people, so it was a big relief handing that over and letting Banks handle it. Our DJ was Steven and he is amazing! I received several compliments after the wedding about how great he was. Our guests really enjoyed the experience he gave us. I would 100% recommend Banks Entertainment to anyone needing a DJ.

Our Photos turned out AMAZING!

Highly Recommend!

We used Weddings by Banks for our Photography, DJ, and Photobooth! It was super convenient to be able to find all of these services with one vendor, and our experience was amazing! The photobooth was so much fun and kept the guests entertained all night long. Our photos turned out perfectly, and the DJ had out guests out on the dance floor all night long! Deals all around

We went with Banks Entertainment because we had won a voucher with them at an open house. Turns out we won another one with them a year later at another wedding show. Because of both these vouchers we were able to get so much more than we expected at such a great price. We used their DJ service, lighting, and giant LOVE letters. Mike was our DJ and he was great. We lived two hours away and so for our final meeting we did it over the phone. Even while doing that he managed to play the music we requested to make sure it was the right versions. It’s a good thing because I had written the wrong artist on the precession song and it could have turned out so bad. For group dances, as a couple we chose not to play Copperhead Road. When it was requested he told the guest that but when they asked me he looked for a thumbs up or down. My guy was trashed by this time so I gave the thumbs up. I highly recommend Mike as a DJ and if you can get your extra lighting or effects with Banks, definitely do it!

Numberous compliments!

Banks was professional from day one. Our assigned DJ spoke with us about of play list prior to wedding day, and then confirmed once again that night. We have gotten numerous compliments on the music and how well he did. (Keep in mind how well the music/DJ is depends on the energy of the couple of as well.) Micah was also very observant of what was happening and helped keep us on schedule for the evening.

Very helpful and so much fun!

Everyone had such a great time at our wedding! The Dj kept everyone dancing! The staff was very organized, and had good attention to detail. They were extremely helpful with our music timeline and making sure everything flowed smoothly. Our package included Dance lessons and the instructor was great and so much fun!

So kind and helpful!

Our experience with Banks was great We were able to meet over the phone and through email, which worked very well for us. They were very organized with timelines and song lists, and that was extremely helpful for me in making song choices. Our DJ did an excellent job at directing the guests when needed, as well as making sure everyone was having a fun time

Banks was such a great DJ service to work with! Caleb was our DJ and he really helped make sure we had time to mingle with our guests, but also made sure we stayed on schedule. Wonderful DJ, sound, playlist, and people

Banks Entertainment was wonderful to work with. The sound was wonderful during our outdoor reception so everyone could hear the music and speaking. Best DJ Company in town!

I am so happy that I went with Banks Entertainment. The uplighting they did absolutely beautiful and our DJ did an amazing job helping us chose the perfect music for our ceremony and reception. He really helped take all of the stress away. The staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had throughout the entire process. Amazing entertainment company

I had the most incredible experience with Banks Entertainment. Everything was planned out well, it was thorough, the uplighting looked incredible and the dance floor was full all night long! 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Keith was a great DJ and did a really great job at keeping people moving. He also worked with me and helped me stay on time. He also played every song I requested and was very entertaining!

We used Banks for our dj and lights plus dance lessons. Our dance lessons were so much fun! We actually added lessons with our parents! Stephanie is wonderful!! We met with Mike who helped us with the timeline and music, he made it really simple for us. On our wedding day I couldn’t of been happier with our dj, Bethany took control and she kept everyone involved and dancing.. I really appreciate the attention to detail! Thanks so much!

We loved our dj!!!

We saw Jose at my sisters wedding last year, he was amazing! I requested him to be at our wedding but he was already assigned to another wedding. Micah was the dj we ended up getting and he was just as amazing! He was so much fun and kept everyone dancing! He even got out on the dance floor and taught us line dances! Everything went great!

Literally everypart of the process was very easy with Banks. We originally met with Caleb and felt very comfortable and booked with him. The guy that helped us build our timeline and pick music was very professional and fun, I was stressing out but after meeting with him all that stress went away. We had the most perfect night with DJ Mikey. He helped with our ceremony and our reception. I had a few different songs play during the ceremony which were played perfectly on time. I gave him a list of songs I wanted played throughout the night and gave him free reign to play what he thought would get the crowd going, which he performed to the T. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding or next event! They are super affordable and very fun people to work with!

Talking with Mike and then having Jason as our DJ was awesome. Not only did Jason work smoothly with my coordinator, he ran around helping set up my wedding before the ceremony began! That wasn't in his contract, it was in no way expected, but I watched him helping my friends set up signs and decor while the bridal party got ready. To say I'm super pleased is an understatement!

Banks was so much fun! We had Jake & he was so professional! He arrived early to set up, knew exactly when to que on/off music, he kept us on time, and brought the life of the party onto the dance floor! Banks entertainment communicated frequently and always told us what we should be thinking about and when we would hear from them next! We never questioned what we needed to be doing or what they were doing on their end! We met with Jake our DJ the week before the wedding and it was smooth sailing until our reception ended! One of the best things Banks brought to the table was being a MC! Our guest knew exactly what was happening and where to direct their attention! It was such a relief not having to worry about time, where we needed to be, etc! Also, the uplighting on our tree line outdoors was seriously so gorgeous!! We love banks and definitely a 10/10 recommend!

He was also easy to work with when I wanted to meet last minute to review our song list which helped calm this stressed bride! They are amazing!!! Rob was our Dj and he came early the day of the wedding, makes sure I understood when every song was being played and when we all needed to walk out. For a 2pm in the afternoon wedding he was able to get all of our family and friends to dance, and we did not have any alcohol at our wedding so we thought that was a pretty big feat that he overcame. They honestly made our day as perfect as it could be! We would recommend them over and over again, especially Rob! Without a good Dj your whole wedding day can go down the toilet pretty fast. In the beginning of our planning process we did not see the real importance of having a great Dj but quickly found out.

Hiring Banks Entertainment was one of the best decisions we made. Mike our DJ helped us put a timeline together for the wedding and the reception. I originally booked services with another Tulsa company and due to getting the runaround and sheer arrogance, we cancelled the contract. Upon suggestion from a friend I called Banks Entertainment. They listened to our wedding entertainment goals and treated us with respect and professionalism the entire process. Their uplighting and sound was all perfect. Our dj (Mike de la Rusa) was so professional and fun. He kept the party going by showing us dance moves to familiarize the guests that did want to dance but didn't happen to know the particular moves. We also used their dance instruction beforehand to help with our fist dance. Stephanie saw our vision for our first dance so perfectly. She was so patient in teaching us some great moves for our special dance. My only regret is that I didn't originally book with Banks. They are the best!!

Rob was a huge asset! his experience and professionalism is a gift. definitely worth your time and money to hire this company. rob did an amazing job of overcoming issues caused by my wedding coordinator (the coordinator is not an employee of banks entertainment). thanks to rob, no one could tell there were any issues! he is cognitive of age groups, and great at bringing them together! his experience shows; everyone had a great time and he helped set our mind at ease. he played last minute requests that we had, jumped to different songs if that's what we wanted...my husband had to go deal with some family drama and he asked me to make sure rob kept the music going for when he came back. no questions asked, rob kept playing even when the only people left were the bridesmaids and groomsmen. *tearing up* I know it's his job, but he made me feel like he cared about making my wedding special for me. when my coordinator messed up the procession and the song was over before I was done walking down the aisle, rob kept the song going and it didn't sound weird...like he could see what was about to happen and already was planning on how to fix it. he also had no problem taking special requests from family. he has great vision when it comes to lighting needs and your venue. he strongly recommended we add more lights and I'm so glad we did. he knew the venue and knew what we would need.

Mike did a great job for our wedding 2 weeks ago. He was on time, met with the officiant before the ceremony and everything went really smoothly. He played every song we discussed, even just general songs I'd mentioned were songs we liked during dancing. He had every song we requested throughout the night. He even hunted down an old, lesser known line dance song for me!

Banks was one of the first vendors we booked a year before our wedding. They were very informative and quick to reply to calls/emails. We then scored the jackpot with our DJ, Ryan Burnett. In our meeting with Ryan, he listened to all of our ideas and then threw out some of his own great ideas to help the reception be that much better! He worked personally with us to make sure we had the event catered to us which we loved! He also kept the reception flowing and worked great with our guest. Thank you again Ryan! Connor was so much fun! He made my day flawless! I literally can't thank him enough for everything! The ceremony was perfect. I was a little nervous going into it because we had the ceremony away from the reception venue. Plus we had a pianist and two singers. Thank you so much Connor and Banks for making our day so special!

Banks Entertainment was such a joy to work with! We met them at a wedding show last year. They were very fun and professional. My venue also recommended them so it was even easier making the decision to go with Banks. We had several meetings to plan our schedule which they made easy and fun. We also took dance lessons from their dance instructor Stephanie! She was a blast and i'm so glad we did! James was our DJ and he was fantastic! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Banks Entertainment was incredibly professional, very prompt, and easy to communicate with. I think they were far more timely than I was on everything, and made it easy or me to remember important deadlines (such as when our music was due!) Ryan was our DJ and was very comfortable taking the lead throughout the ceremony and reception. He kept everyone on the dance floor, and kept the reception upbeat the entire time -- just as we had requested. He accommodated all of our requests, including the bizarre ones. We had asked him to play Rick Astley for our recessional (as a "Rick Roll" to the audience) but failed to mention that the program would list a different song so as to surprise everyone. Ryan noticed the discrepancy, came to me ten minutes before the ceremony, and verified that I hadn't changed my song choice on him last minute. That's pretty thorough! Anyway, thanks for a great evening. You really can't go wrong with this company.

Banks Entertainment made my wedding so much fun! Their staff was so helpful every step of the way. Brittney helped me plan out the timeline and my DJ, Keith, helped me choose some of my music, and kept everything on schedule and running smoothly during the wedding. The reception was perfect! Everyone was out on the dance floor having a great time. So many people told us how much fun they had. We even had friends say it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to. I would highly recommend using Banks Entertainment!

our wedding looked amazing thanks to Banks! Thanks to our amazing DJ Ryan B. our guests tell us all the time how much fun they had! He Was super flexible wen the schedule got wonky and kept everyone so happy! the lighting, the sound, the dance floor, everything was perfect. I have nothing bad to say!

Ryan Bunett, our: DJ, lighting coordinator, master of ceremonies, is simply, truly, amazing! His attention to detail to our exacting wedding requirements and our many instant out of the blue (last minute) requests is second to none! More, Ryan's continuous generous smile within exceptional customer service became infectious. Our entire list of guests had an A+ experience because of Ryan. Most felt the need to tell my bride and I what an incredible time they were having. This was because Ryan worked tirelessly to ensure everyone was having a great time. Do yourself a favor, seriously, reserve Ryan Burnett before someone else does!

Rob, our DJ was excellent! He was so much fun and kept people on the dance floor with a mix of songs. He was very attentive to myself and the groom. He even got us drinks when we were out! He was great at letting us know what was about to happen next so the night flowed smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Banks Entertainment was absolutely amazing!! They were flexible and easy to work with from the start. No gimmicks, no hassles, direct and communicated well. Meeting with my DJ before the wedding he took the time to go through every detail with me and answer all my questions. From the beginning to the end of my reception I knew exactly what was happening and it helped ease the stress of the big day.

My DJ/MC was Robert Sexton. He couldn't have been any better! He was ready to go from beginning to end. He even poured the champagne for our cake table and made sure everything was ready before we did each event at my reception. I got a lot of compliments on my dress & how pretty I was as a bride; but the 2nd biggest compliment from my guests on my wedding day was how awesome the DJ was! Thank you Rob and Banks Entertainment for making my special day as amazing as possible!

I will definitely recommend to any couple or bride and cannot wait to use them again for my next event!!

We hired banks entertainment when we went to a bridal show. They dj'd our reception and did a wonderful job!!! We will definitely hire them again for any big events we have in the future!!

Our DJ was Rob, he was excellent in so many ways and went above and beyond. My wedding was at Skelly lodge (outdoor) and we booked the DJ for reception and ceremony sound. There were a few issues with power source at the lodge and we also needed 2 mics for the ceremony. Rob was quick to trouble shoot and the ceremony went beautifully. It was also very hot that day and while we were taking pictures after the ceremony, Rob brought water and rootbeer floats to our guests.... this really went above and beyond. He was pleasant to work with and kept the dance floor full. In our initial consultation with the DJ, I was originally pretty strict on what i wanted played but I relaxed on my list when he explained who would be dancing and why we needed different music. My advice would be to trust him, he does this all the time. I didn't think grandparents or older guests would dance but with the right music they will. My 76 yr old grandma was on the dance floor almost the whole time. Remember to send a detailed timeline and ceremony timeline to the DJ so they can put it in your wedding folder and make sure they bring the 2nd Mic if you request it. Overall excellent company and DJ, I would use them again if I got married....and ask for Rob!

We had Mike for our wedding and he was really great! A little while before the wedding we had a consultation to go over a timeline for the night and they let me know all the songs that I needed to have picked out and when I needed to send those back in. Then closer to the wedding I met with Mike and went over the timeline, songs, and other details. It was nice to meet him before hand and sort of walk through what to expect for the night. They even send you a survey asking how loud and involved you want you DJ so that they can find the right person for your type of reception. The day of, he was so great and flexible as some of the timings of the original timeline didn't go as plan (nothing on his part) so it was great for him to go with the flow!

OMG! BEST night ever. I had so many compliments on how much fun my wedding was! My DJ kept the dance floor full the entire night. He even stayed late and let us dance to a few extra songs. We just didn't want the night to end! Keith you are awesome- thank you for making our night unforgettable!

I was hesitant to hire a DJ for my wedding because I knew a couple that had a bad experience with another company. I almost hired a band but I was referred this DJ by a couple friends who had hired him for their own weddings. They raved about him and so I thought I would at least meet with the company to see what they were about. I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and understanding of what I my expectations were for my day. I was able to request every song I wanted as well as request songs I didn't want to hear. A week or two before the wedding, I was able to meet with the DJ that would actually DJ my wedding and go through the entire evening of events that would be happening. I am a bit of a control freak and probably gave Keith (my DJ) a headache, but he was easy going and very reassuring that I could have exactly what I wanted on my wedding day.
I was not disappointed at all on my wedding day. Above all, I just wanted to dance and have a good time and that is exactly what I got. Keith was fun and professional, everyone had an amazing time, and I don't think we ever left the dance floor -except to get a drink! I recommend Keith to all my friends and highly recommend Banks Entertainment as a company.
