Our Wedding 7/19/2025
I want to start out by saying this venue was amazing!!!
My original venue wasn’t going to work out for us so I got online and saw Confettis .I must say the place is so nice good space and lots of parking they even have a wheelchair lift !! Oh and I can not forget my girl Nicole !!! This lady is amazing she went above and beyond to make my wedding day special Nicole thank you soooooo much you are amazing we will definitely be holding more events at your place ! -

Beautiful wedding
My wife and i got married May 25th of 2024 and my wedding was amazing. Nicole surpassed our vision and made our wedding amazing. Decorations were perfect and she was very responsive. -

Wonderful Place for a Celebration!
Gave my daughter a 30th birthday brunch and it turned out beautifully. Many of the guests loved the venue and thought it was beautifully decorated. I would certainly be using this venue again. -

Exceeded expectations!
This is the 2nd event I hosted at Confetti's. My daughter wanted her sweet 16 birthday as a masquerade ball. Confetti's did not disappoint. The hall, lighting and décor was perfect! I was able to go in early and set up for my event. I was given more than enough time to prepare for my guests arrival. Gia allowed me to stay an additional hour on the night of my party so that my guests didn't have to feel rushed as they were leaving. So many guests complemented the decorations and how smoothly the event was. I will be booking another party in the future! -

Confetti’s Event Center
I had a graduation party at Confetti’s Event Center and it was wonderful. Price was definitely reasonable and Gia went above and beyond to accommodate all of our request. We’re definitely going to use this event center again. -

Just wanted to take a moment to reach out and give Gia and her Team the utmost respect and sincere thanks. I Run a business myself and I am subject to reviews as well and what I have learned is that you cant please everyone no matter how hard you try unfortunately. I have people tell me all the time that the reason they are at my place of business is because of the stellar reviews, which is why I am writing this review and only do so for places I feel are worth a stellar review I do not review anything to complain I keep that to myself and go somewhere else next time. I read all the reviews for Baltimore's Best Events before contracting them and saw more positive then negative and a lot of 5 star reviews. that being said I found Gia to be an absolute professional from the inception of my event until my the last client left the event, the facilities were great the service was even better and the food was amazing no issues at all. I felt like I had put way too much burden on Gia at times only to have my expectations exceeded. I will be using them going forward for all of my professional and personal event needs my clients still talk about the event and how incredible everything was. I let all of them know that any event needs they may have to contact Baltimore's Best and prepare to be amazed by the care and service they receive I felt like I was the only customer they had but know I wasn't 5 stars isn't enough for them.

Superb all around services and venue space! I highly recommend Baltimore’s Best for a “one stop shop” full service event planning and venue for any special occasion event!
No matter the occasion, Gia the owner, and her staff will work tirelessly to make sure your event has everything you want and need, and take care of every detail to perfection so that you don’t have to worry at all. This even includes finding and booking any entertainment needs, for example, Disney characters, magician, face painter, DJ, dance entertainment etc., Gia and her staff are friendly, professional, and very easy to work with!
The venue itself is also beautiful, a really great space and can be set up and arranged according to the needs of your event and occasion.
The particular event for my review was for was a child’s birthday party so the space was beautifully decorated and perfectly arranged so that the party had a large bouncy house, DJ and dance area, tables for sitting, and a food, cake, and drinks area. Thanks so much Gia and staff for making the party go over very smoothly and wonderfully! -

I don't know where to begin: MY EVENT WAS NOTHING LESS THAN AMAZING...BECAUSE OF THE ORGANIZATION AND FULL HELP AND CONSTANT ASSISTANCE OF THE STAFF AT BALTIMORE BEST EVENTS! LET ME GIVE DESCRIPTIVE DETAILS. I rented out the HALL Feb. 2017 to give my mother and stepfather a spectacular 20 year wedding anniversary gathering.. The guest list was well over 150... I didn't have to use outside rental for tables, chairs, linen, and even servers and a bartender....THEY SUPPLIED ALL OF THIS according to the package and added on selection in my package deal...THIS ALONE, TOOK AWAY A LARGE AMOUNT OF PRESSURE AND STRESS while I planned the event. At the last minute, an unforeseen circumstance kept one of my personal servers from being able to come and help serve the food catered by my husband catering business....THE STAFF....TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY... AND STEPPED RIGHT IN AND RELIEVED SO MUCH PRESSURE OFF OF ME BY HELPING TO SERVE.... THIS MEANT SO MUCH TO ME... THE BARTENDER OF WHOM I ALSO GOT THRU MY PACKAGE DEAL AT THE HALL WAS SUPERB... HE TOLD ME TO JUST HAVE THE SUPPLY OF BEVERAGES/LIQUOR AND LET HIM SET IT UP AND MOVE FORWARD DISTRIBUTING IN HIS WAY... O MY HEAVENS... HE WAS SO GOOD AND SO THOROUGH.... THE LINEN SELECTION WAS UP TO DATE AND UP TO THIS DAY AND TIME STANDARDS... THE DECOR... THE WALL WASH LIGHTING... EVERYTHING WAS SO OUTSTANDING AND WELL DONE.... I JUST CANNOT THANK THE STAFF...EVERYONE ENOUGH ON SUCH AN AMAZING JOB WELL DONE.... ONE BIG NOTE... PARKING.... NO PROBLEMS AT ALL...MORE THAN ENOUGH SPACE AND EVERYTHING WAS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.... THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH... I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE YOU ALL MY BUSINESS!! -

We had a wonderful time and Confetti Events was the best venue and most of all the best staff. Best of all they allowed me to come in hours in advance to setup and a young lady (sorry forgot your name) and gentleman greeted us and help us bring in our stuff, which was a lot.
My husband's 50th birthday was perfect and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. I would like to give a special shout out to your bartender Mark, he was awesome. We'll be booking with Confetti for our next event. Thank you so much for everything and making our party a success. -

Our party was actually the wedding reception in our back yard. It was super casual, and I rented tables and chairs, as well as children's games to keep 20 children entertained. I also hired a server from this company to aid with service and clean-up. She was excellent, far beyond what I expected. Best we've ever had, and that's saying something because I'm a retired chef and have high expectations. -

This was a last minute venue selection for my son's Christening/1st Birthday. The event was for 4 hours and including the decorations I was impressed with the overall cost. (Some might say a little much, but for me convenience is everything.) I was able to enjoy my event without the hassle of decorating and cleaning up. It was worth every penny. I cannot express how accommodating the staff; especially Jody was regarding my event. I literally didn't have to do anything. The decorations was perfect and the little minor changes I had to make on the day of the event was seamless. The staff was very attentive, and they had a larger party in the other ballroom. which didn't conflict with my event at all. The bartender Mark, was incredible. He made sure my guest had plenty of water, ice, drinks etc. I have to admit for a last minute venue I was a little skeptical. However, I was more than satisfied by the end result and will be using them more in the future. I can't say enough how satisfied I was regarding their service and professionalism. Thank you all for making my event a success. -

By far one of the best experiences I've had working with a venue. I used Confetti Event Center to have my husbands 30th birthday. Jody was my event coordinator/caterer and was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. She helped guide me through the process, was very professional and made sure my guest had a fantastic time. My entire party had so many great things to say about our event afterwards from the decor, to location and the food! They were upfront about all cost so there were no surprises and very affordable for the value they provide. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and use them for future events. -

I was really impressed with how my wedding turned out.
I'm very picky and I was beyond satisfied. My wedding was absolutely perfect and I appreciated that they let me have the ceremony in a separate space. The reception and the decorations were absolutely beautiful. The staff is astounding as well. There would be no other place that I would recommend for such an important occasssion. -

I recently had an event at Baltimore's Best Events/Confetti's Event Center this past September. I was thoroughly impressed by not only the service I received but the ability of the staff to accommodate my last minute request. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. From the linens, to the centerpieces, to the additional mood lighting that was provided really helped me to achieve the look and bring to life the vision I had expressed to my event coordinator during our initial consultation. -

this place provides everything you can imagine that you may need for any type of event. My wife had a party last week and everything that we requested for her event was done very professionally. I was very impressed with the service that night. I came a little early to drop off things for the party and there was staff there that set up the room for the party that made sure we were all pleased before they left for the night. The bartender Mark that worked the party was great. If you need a bartender for your party request Mark. He was awesome. He was so friendly. We had over 100 guests and he was able to work alone and kept the line moving fast. Tommy was working in the back but he made sure we were comfortable and that we didn't need anything for the party. He also made sure that people attending another party upstairs at the same time of my wife event did not interrupt her party. -

The staff at Confetti's made sure that my twin girls' B'not Mitzvah party was a day to remember! They assisted me in designing a room layout that would accommodate our 80+ teens while still making the grown ups feel comfortable too. They were flexible when we wanted to adjust our menu options, and they were even able to fulfill my girls' last minute request for a Shirley Temple Fountain which was a big hit with the kids all night long. The food was great, and Jodi, the servers and bartender all took wonderful care of my guests' needs (and my needs too!). Baltimore's Best also provided our DJ and MC/party starters which can make or break any party. I trusted them to make these selections for me, and we were thrilled with the results! We provided the DJ with some "sample song ideas" in advance, and he completely got it and played music that kept everyone - young and young-at-heart - on the dance floor all night. He even went the extra mile and assisted me with a song mix for a special crazy father/daughters dance surpirse. Our MC Andi was phenomenal. She spoke with me AND my girls beforehand about the overall flow we wanted for the party, and then she kept the party rocking and running smoothly and on schedule without me having to worry about a thing. Gia and her team did a great job taking the vision in my head and bringing it to life for my girls, and the night was a total blast! It's been almost a month, and we're still getting compliments from people about what a great time they had. I wanted to surprise our son on his 40th birthday at his office. His father and I wanted a singing gorilla. I went on line and found Baltimores Best. I told Gia what I wanted, gave her the details. She was excellent! She kept in touch followed my instructions. The gorilla called me the day before to touch base. This was all done in 6 days!!! I had initially tried to plan a memorial service and was not sure how to even plan an event. Gia Magliano the owner made many suggestions and provided an event that made my wife's celebration of life a very joyous occasion for all of our family and friends. Gia Magliano, our wedding planner, was both very lovely and incredibly professional. Before the wedding we worked on color scheme, cake, linens, centerpieces, and lighting. The decoration at the reception could not have turned out more spectacularly beautiful. In addition, Gia found the perfect photographer (Cristie Shires) and DJ (Troy Hernandez) for our wedding. The photographer worked with me extensively to achieve the photos I dreamed of and the DJ was professional, charismatic, and ran the reception smoothly. Many people came up to tell me what a fabulous a job he did. Thanks to Gia, Cristie, and Troy my wedding exceeded all expectations. I received numerous compliments on how wonderful the wedding was thanks to them. -

The wedding planner was excellent, and she made the wedding day events occur
with promptness and great professional judgment. A mother of the bride cannot
be everywhere, nor do everything. The planner we hired, Gia Magliano, is very
knowledgeable and helpful, and I highly recommend her to others shopping for
a planner. She took care of finding the right vendors for: DJ services, photography,
decorations, linens, on-site wedding day coordination, the cake (far above
average, in taste and appearance). There are hundreds of vendors out there, and
a great planner knows which are the go-to, best vendors. The DJ was over-the-top
fabulous; he responded to the bride's playlist carefully, and he MC'd the event, and
took charge of the reception schedule, and handled all of the rituals (first dance,
introductions, cake cutting, etc.) with great confidence. The photographer, Cristie
Shires, is the consummate professional. She came to our home to capture
the bride, bridesmaids, and mother and great-uncle of the bride posing at home.
She was very attentive to the bride's and family's requests for photos, and went
the extra mile for this client. I have never worked with a more customer-oriented
photographer--Cristie is exceptionally good at her craft. -

My daughter's Sweet 16 party was a huge success, and much credit is due to the staff at Baltimore's Best Events. The vendor truly is a one-stop shop, and they can provide you with as much assistance as you need. The staff was incredibly helpful, starting with the initial planning process, and the event coordinator offered advice, tips and suggestions along the way with party colors, theme, decorations, etc.,. The venue is just the right size and can accommodate small and large gatherings. It was beautifully decorated, which immediately impressed all of our guests. One major plus with booking a party at Confetti's is that they will allow you to bring your own food. There was an outside caterer fee, as well as a cost for equipment and kitchen rental and hiring wait staff to assist during the party, but the total amount of these charges was very nominal compared to the cost of hiring a licensed caterer. The wait staff was very accommodating and helpful and handled everything on the night of the party with very little direction or guidance from me -- I'm incredibly grateful for their assistance because it allowed me to enjoy the party without worrying about the food, drinks, cleanup, etc.,. Baltimore's Best Events also has an amazing graphic designer. She created beautiful invitations for my daughter's party that matched our color scheme, as well as an awesome sign-in board that my daughter will treasure forever. If you book a party at Confetti's or hire Baltimore's Best Events to assist you with a party at an off-site venue, they can do it all and it will save you the stress of looking elsewhere. I could not be happier with the services provided by Baltimore's Best Events! -

I decided on Confettis/ Baltimore's Best because they did pretty much everything. I only had 3-4 months to plan my wedding and I had such a limited amount of available free time to do so. Confetti's made my wedding planning easy and possible for me to do without any stress. They covered the dj, officiant, photography, day of coordinator, invitations, decor, venue, caterer, favors and centerpieces. I was able to select everything I wanted in just a couple of meetings with my coordinator.
When the day came I was so happy with everything that Confetti's did for me! First of all I had the BEST wedding coordinator, Jenna. Not only was I blessed to have her on my wedding day she was also one of the awesome wedding coordinators that helped me everytime I stopped in after work for my quick impromptu meetings. She made sure that everyone had everything they needed and she definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. The staff was so nice from the caterers, the dj, the bartender and everyone else that helped make my day special.
Everything was perfect for my special day. Every one of my guests have mentioned to me that my wedding was the best they had ever been to. It was fun and all of the event staff went above and beyond for my guests and I. I am so happy I chose Confetti's to be a part of my special day.

I just got married last week on 11/09/13 at Confettis Event Center. I can't believe how perfect everything went throughout the day. I used Baltimore's Best Events for everything. They had an "all inclusive package" and it included more than I expected which worked well for us. We arrived at our reception surprised to see how gorgeous everything actually looked. The linens and napkins matched my color swatch perfectly. I did not realize all the details that I wanted actually would come true. My guests were enjoying appetizers and music, and everyone was enjoying themselves. Our cake was both gorgeous and delicious and the build your own sundae-candy bar was a great addition. All in all, our expectations were more than exceeded. The staff at Confetti's was friendly and fun and efficient with everything. The owner was there to oversee everything. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thanks for everything! -

My husband and I have had two events at Confettis event center. Gia helped us arrange the details and both parties turned out fantastic! Our first event was an engagement party which has gone down in history with our friends as one of the best parties they have attended. :) We had a balloon arch over our dj and balloons throughout the room. Our linens and place settings looked great. The staff helped us with everything we needed during setup and breakdown. Our most recent event was our in-town wedding reception for our friends, since we were married in Tahiti. The room looked gorgeous. I had beautiful deep red table cloths, floating candle centerpieces, a dresser at the entrance covered in candles and pictures of our Tahiti wedding/honeymoon, cocktail tables covered in flowers, banquet tables, 3 serving tables, a bar, dj, & awesome staff. I wish I could remember the names of the staff from that night but they really helped me and made sure I had what I needed. They helped me adjust lighting when I wanted to dim areas, found last minute items that I needed, and basically just helped with every detail. Tons of parking and right off of 695 so it was really easy for my guests to find. Highly recommend. -

My fiance and I at the time were looking for a place to have a simple ceremony. We went into Baltimore's Best Event and met with the owner Gia and she worked with us right until the wedding was over. She contribibuted so much great knowledge and an the most beautiful venue with the most amazing staff right down to the decor of the venue. When we celebrate our 10 year anniversary we have already decided we are having it with Baltimore's Best Events. This place is a couple's dream wedding come true. On July 29, 2017 I threw my big sister a bridal shower in the Loft. The staff at Baltimore’s Best Events was so helpful in helping set up and tending to our every need. The room was beautiful with the lit up ceilings, the nice white seat covers and the beautiful high back chair that my sister got to sit in while she opened her gifts. The food was taking too long to heat up on the sterno so the staff at Baltimore’s Best Events took the food and heated the food in their kitchen free of charge. So many of my guests complimented the room and the helpful staff and some even stated that they would use the event hall for one of their events. I cannot thank Baltimore’s Best Event enough for making my sister’s bridal wonderful and keeping her smiling the entire night. -

We had a fantastic experience with this venue for our November 8th wedding. We opted for the all-inclusive option and had both our ceremony up at the loft and reception there in the hall. Jenna was our wedding coordinator and she went absolutely above and beyond for everything. She was extremely professional, flexible, and anticipated all our needs. She was very sensitive to some of our specific cultural needs and really pulled everything together for us. The reception was stunning and the food exceeded our expectations. The only reason I didn't rate the quality of service 5 stars is because we didn't love our deejay who we booked through the venue (I would caution against Mike since he cut off our first dance unexpectedly and seemed to take frequent breaks. Mistakes happen but it's just another reason we were so grateful for Jenna---she was quick to fix anything we were the least bit unhappy about so we had a great time!) The owner was also there pulling things together and it made us feel very comfortable and valued that so much attention was being paid to our wedding. I have to admit, we were on a really tight budget and did not expect to have such a nice wedding but it was really beautiful and just spot on. I mean, we walked into the reception and were stunned---it was exactly what we wanted. We are so happy we decided to do everything there and would seriously recommend this place to any other couple. I recently used Confetti's Event Center for my daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday. The staff was extremely helpful before and on the day of the event. My daughter and her guests really enjoyed the party and the VIP area they created for her best girlfriends. The decorations were gorgeous and there was only one hiccup which was I requested balloons with lights on the inside but some of the lights were defective so it didn't give the mood I was looking for. The event staff did make up for it with giving me an enormous amount of balloons for decorations. All in all it was a success and my daughter loved every minute of it. I will definitely use their services again. -

The venue was nice and nicely decorated but didn't have the TV for DVD in a good spot to be viewed by all. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for helping to make my mother's 80th birthday party very memorable. It was elegant as I had wanted to be. Thanks Gia and staff for working with me on the last minute planning. Thanks for the prompt refund of the refundable security deposit. Have a blessed and safe holiday.

The venue it self is awesome. The only thing that I disliked is that I was required to use all of their services, such as I was not allowed to bring my own balloons, props etc. I would definitely use them again. My event was perfect. -

We had our wedding on 2-1-16.. I had approximately 50 guests and we had the reception and ceremony in the Confetti's Event Center. I only had 1 month to plan my wedding. I called them 2 1/2 weeks before my wedding and they were able to accommodate me and my husband in a quick and friendly manner.I only had two complaints. My first complaint is that I felt that more time should be allotted. Vendors normally hold 4 hour blocks. However they only provided 3 hrs blocks for $425, each additional hour was $150. My second complaint was that one of the rectangle tables were supposed to be switched out for a sweetheart table and it was not, so on my wedding day I had to purchase a table linen and use the table that was designated for my sand ceremony as a dinner table for my husband and I.
I would absolutely recommend this place to friends, colleagues and family. -

The venue was great and and the bartender was very nice. He was nice enough to stay an extra hour since we didn't have many people and everyone was having a great time.

We use this venue for my wifes 40th birthday, for 80 people attending. Food and desserts served, all were great and on time, Roomy feel and good looking room with the decorations and lights. Gia the owner and Jenna our coordinator we very nice to deal with and available when needed for our event. Mark our bar tender a pro and all other staff got things done as promised. We had two ladies from the wait staff dressed up in Swedish costumes and they were great doing it, friendly and helpful with guests. Dj could have done better with music selection requested but did have people dancing. Over all I am happy with the experience and I would use this venue again. -

Thanks for your hard work. You, Heather, and Jada provided wonderful service. You were attentive to what I needed, professional, and provided guidance/advice to help me, where needed, throughout the entire event process. During the event, Jada's service was exceptional. She was extremely responsive to my requests and very timely...always available when I had questions and quickly responding to concerns. Each of you provided valuable elements of service to make my event a success.
I must add that my exchanges with Gia were not as welcoming. In fact, my exchanges with her were rather concerning. First, in her email response to me regarding set-up help for a few additional party decorations offered me the option of coming to set up the additional items on Friday when I paid the refundable downpayment. When I arrived to do so --- after driving from 1.5 hours away --- the room was not ready and I was unable to set up the few additional decorations. I also asked about leaving the cakes that we had purchased to be refrigerated. While I may have misunderstood the company's policy on leaving party items, I felt interrogated by her response. She continually asked "who told me that I could do that?" It was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. To make matters worse, I had several other questions to ask about preparing for my event. While I do understand that Confetti's is a small business and that you all get very busy with phone calls and upcoming events, my experience with Gia made me feel very undervalued as a customer. She focused on answering other phone calls, seemed to usher me toward the door, and didn't seem open to further conversation. She was very short and dismissive. Before meeting with her on Friday, my daughter and I had agreed to promote the Confetti's Event Center as a great place to choose for upcoming events (my family has several events each year and tend to be loyal, repeat customers). After dealing with her, we're reconsidering that. -

B&B staff were pretty nice. The food that I tasted was not the food that was served at the wedding. Besides that minor problem, everything went great, the hall was nicely decorated and bartender was on time. I will rate a 3 out of 5 for quality of service. -

I read a lot of bad reviews before booking the venue for my birthday party and I was a little apprehensive. However, I found the reviews were wrong. From the time I initially booked Confetti's to the day of my event the staff was great. Even when I thought I was going to have problems the day of the event because there was another party prior, Gia reassured me that everything would work out and it did. I recommend reading the contract carefully and if you don't know ask. The only thing I wished was that they had packages for various things vs. paying for things a la carte. Thanks Gia and the Confetti's crew for making my birthday soiree a success. Guests are still talking about it. I look forward to hosting events with you in the future. -

I love the space and set up. I thought that all the tables were suppose to be with a table cloth tho but when i asked dor one dor my cake table it was provided. The service was good and very helpful. I love my invitations and pinata but the pinata didnt have a clear opening to put the candy in. Ine thing i thought would be good is the changing of the time alloted. I feel like it should been at least three hours instead of two because of as much money i spent. Other than that i really like my services. -

The coordinator Jody was the best. She was very good at showing a bride what the space could be transformed into for the big day. The bartender however was a problem on my big day was the photographer and bartender. The photographer was ill prepared and although he had two seemingly professional grade cameras neither of which worked.... Now the bartender was not cordial or even look like she was happy to be there. Drink choices were not even offered to guests. The officiant was very professional and even complied with the brides attire specifications. -

They were flexible as far as scheduling because our venue has strict timelines. However, Gia (the owner), was very unprofessional. There was a slight mix-up regarding return of the equipment and she yelled at us through the phone without allowing full explanation. Turns out that our venue had equipment that was not returned when we were told it was. We were very confused and Baltimore's Best Events just made it worse. However, they did accommodate our schedule and their pricing was reasonable. The delivered the chairs and tables in a timely manner as well. -

I had my son first birthday party there. It was another party going on at the same building at the same time and other guest was walking threw my party because the employees didn't make it clear which room was for which party. I paid for a whole balloon arch and I was only giving 8-10 balloons at the top of the ceiling. Nobody came to see if we was okay or needed anything. I had to keep going back and forth to tell them I'm missing things out the package that I paid for threw them. Also my party was not over until 6 but at 5oclock the people who set up started deflating the ball pit which made me upset because i paid for it until 6 so that was very unprofessional. Overall the place was beautiful and set up great but I was not pleased with the service. -

I was disappointed with the fact that Confetti's charges for things that should automatically be included in the services. For example, I was told that a coat rack would be extra. I was also told that I could not place my jewels on the table and would be charged if they ended up on the floor. For such a nice venue, the nickel and diming for everything offered turned me off and I am reluctant to recommend it to friends. My husband also had bleach spilled on his shirt and his brother's from an unknown source in the kitchen. -

Everyone has something go wrong on their wedding day. We just wish...this wasn't it. For our wedding, we were so excited to come across "Baltimore's Best". With a name like "Best", we thought we couldn't go wrong! We were so excited they were going to make us beautiful, unique, tall, gorgeous balloon topiaries to line the aisles of our carnival themed wedding. Everything was set. The balloons were to arrive at 400 the day of the wedding. We were so excited. We arrived at the wedding venue at 515...we pull up (I could hardly wait to see them!)...there were no balloons. So I call, panicked, and the woman who answered said "she thinks they left" and should be there soon. At 530...our guests are arriving...still no balloons. I call again, more panicked and they lady says "they are still 15 minutes out...don't worry, it's ok". No. Nope. Not ok. Our guests are SEATED and the aisle decor is not there! At 540 I call and she says "they can't be there until after 6." No apologies. Nothing. I'm devastated. Our wedding starts at 6! They know that! i explain if they can't be here soon, to forget it because we were getting ready to walk down the aisle! The woman gets a huge attitude and yells "fine!" and hangs up! So now, it's 15 minutes before the wedding starts...no balloons...and I'm crying. My dad calls back and nicely, calmly asks what happened. She tells my dad there was traffic and that's the issue. Ok, life moves on, we had a beautiful wedding, no balloons, but ugh! The next day we realize...the balloons were set to be there at 400. There are about 20 ways to get to the city from Towson...and they still didn't make it by 600. Someone dropped the ball big time here. If they were stuck in traffic, all they had to do was call and let us know...at any point! To get mad at me, to act like its no big deal that their product hadn't arrived in time for the wedding, to me, is incredibly disappointing customer service. I just wish I could have seen them...:(. -

When I initially went to view this venue I fell in love with it n then called back to c if could lock n my date I was told I could set an appt which my dgtr did but dt was not available also advised coordinator that we would only b using venue so contract was set for venue n chairs only with assoc costs I totally made her aware thar only venue was needed was never told abt any addl cost that would be owed until the week b4 my event when I was told abt addl catering cost well shouldn't this have been explained at initial consult??? After all by the time my wedding had come around I had pd all of my expenses associated with this venue so I thought also I might add all of my cost associated withvthe venue had been pd off months inv advance n then b told the same wk of event addl monies us needed. I really liked the person we were coordinating with before the wedding, but things just didn't seem to be communicated effectively for the day of the wedding. We paid for linen and silver that we never even used. It was an expense that we never were able to get back. I did enjoy the photographer, she was very friendly and we received our photos in a timely manner after the wedding. -

Horrible Experience
I sent pictures of the outdoor pavilion of where the event would be held as well as the type of balloon arch that I requested. On the date of delivery, the delivery men were taping the balloons to the arch. The balloons were popping as they were placing the arch. The delivery men quickly took a picture and left as the balloons were popping. As the delivery men barely spoke English, I called the office. They said that they would send them back and they never came. I called again and they offered to send out another arch. There was only 45 minutes left of the party and the office was 45 minutes away so I told them we would speak with the owner on Monday. Gia, the owner, said it was delivered and did not want to provide a full refund for the arch. The arch did not last 10 minutes. If you want balloon arches this is NOT the place. If you expect the owner of a business to follow-up or stand behind their work then do not utilize Baltimore's Best Events. When something goes wrong the owner just says that she has 30 years of experience.They seemed to subcontract the work. If you want to ensure that your party is not ruined work with another event company. -

The worst experience of our entire wedding planning and execution was this company. When we arrived at their facility to pick up the chair covers and sashes that we rented from them, we were met by a woman who had a horrible attitude problem, and we were treated as if it was annoying to have us there at all. When we stopped by their facility the day after the wedding to return the items, we were treated even worse, the employee who waited on us was rude and didn't seem to know what to do. Our experience with this company was about as bad as it gets, and I would never recommend them to anyone else for any reason. -

My husband an I chose the location in Towson for our wedding venue. The location and space was beautiful. We went with the all inclusive wedding package. This included the officiant, centerpieces, favors, invitations, DJ, linens, cake etc. (No liquor). We decided it was most cost effective to bring out own liquor (best advantage of this venue). Gia as the planner and we had a very difficult time with her. The centerpieces the showed us were very awful so we decided to do our own. The food was terrible. We had done a tasting which was a waste of time the first time went because they were not prepared. The second tasting went well,however,it was not the same on our wedding day. The officiant was not dressed. I felt she could have at least worn a pair of dress pants for a wedding,she showed in khakis and a white polo shirt. The invitations were printed on paper that felt like construction paper. They did provide envelopes at least. I would suggest making your own bouquet also. The isle while I walked down as rolling up so my dad stood on the end to keep it in place where it should have been tapped down. I could say much more but I would DEFINITELY suggest a different venue to get a better bang for your buck and a better experience.it is conveniently located directly across the street from a hotel. -

Will not provide what was promised! Do not use them!
If you want in any way to have your vision realized, then by all means DO NOT use Baltimore's Best Events! They are Baltimore's WORST events. I contacted them to plan a surprise bridal shower for my sister. I spoke with Gia the owner and everything seemed fine. We went into storage to pick out centerpieces. She showed us some gold trumpet vases (which I'd already planned to use for my upcoming wedding). We told her no, we definitely did not want those because we are using those vases at my upcoming wedding. We showed her some acrylic stands that she had that we liked, but she outright refused to use those! She told us no, she would not use those. We finally mutually agreed on a cylinder centerpiece arrangement with floating candles and flowers. That should have been a warning to us, but we were running out of time to find a venue and so persevered.
She also showed us some flowers which she was to use as decor. We decided upon the tiffany blue flowers that she had. She asked us if we wanted the wicker chair for the bride's seat and we said yes. She promised that it would be decorated very nicely. Next we went down to the tablecloth storage area. She picked out a teal tablecloth to show to us. However we told her that the tablecloths next to it were closer to the color we were looking for, as it was closer to the colors of my sister's wedding.
She appeared to be taking notes the whole time. Apparently this was a farce. On Wednesday she called to confirm the details, my sister verified AGAIN with her the centerpieces and all of the decor we wanted.
The bridal shower was to be a surprise and we were the ones bringing my sister. When we arrived on yesterday to the event, I was completely dismayed and quite frankly extremely upset. The wicker chair for the bride was no where in sight! The servers there, brought the wicker chair down halfway through the event and it was not decorated in the least. The tablecloths were the color Gia chose and not the ones we chose. The tiffany blue flowers were completely absent.
AND, there in the middle of our tables sat not the cylinder vase centerpieces she promised, not the acrylic floral platforms we liked, not any of the dozens of options we never discussed. Instead sat the very vases, we'd told her that we did NOT want. The ones we told her would be at my upcoming wedding. Not only that but the centerpieces weren't even nice, many of the crystals were twisted and coming off and the flower ball set on top only made it look like a broken blinged-out ice cream cone. Can you imagine the anger I felt at that moment? But I tamped it down for my sister's sake and determined to enjoy her party anyway.
I called Gia, this morning to inform her of all the things that had gone wrong. She refused to take responsibility for the fact that she COMPLETELY messed up. I told her how upset I was that she had not done as promised. At which point she says that she only remembered the colors we wanted and that she did do what was promised but was sorry that it wasn't up to "my standard". My STANDARD?!! The fact of the matter is that she blatantly disregarded our wishes or at the very least was hugely negligent in attending to what we were ordering. She became extremely unprofessional and attempted to blame us for her mistakes. She refused to even give a partial refund for the mistakes or missing items, aside from $12 which she claims would be for one cylinder centerpiece. First of all, there were to be five centerpieces. Second, even on her website it says the centerpieces were more than that.
Over the years, I have hosted and helped plan numerous events. Just last year, I threw a 60th birthday party for my mom. This is the worst experience, I've ever had and I will not be returning here! If you at all, value your event and your money, run the other way from this place! You will not be satisfied and will not have your vision realized. Obviously the owner does not care about her customers. I wish I'd looked on Google reviews before booking her, as there are numerous complaints there about this place. I could've saved myself some serious heartache. -

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone trying to rent through this company. I spoke with the manager back in January (wedding is late June), and rented chiavari chairs. We got our final wedding count, which was significantly lower than originally thought I called to inquire about a refund. I was very rudely informed that "when I spoke with you in back in January I told you we could always add more but not take away." I’d like to point out this is NOWHERE in our contract. In teeny tiny print we found where it says “all payments are non-refundable.” Never rented chairs before but I'm pretty sure that's the most horrendous way to run a business, especially since so many other things go on while trying to plan a wedding. Now I do recognize i should have paid better attention... but then again shame on your poor business model for taking advantage. I would highly suggest NOT renting from here and going with a much more accommodating rental company. -

Awful customer service!
The machine I rented was not as expected. I emailed right away that I was unhappy and that I would not be using it. I complained when I returned it. Fast forward, they don't care. They did nothing to try to make it right. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!! -
