We called many DJs in the area for screening and started to get a little discouraged before finding Baltimore Sound. It seemed like most of them had the same cheesey boilerplate approach and did not make us confident that they would match our vision for music and the party we hoped for. But when we first talked with Eric, we got excited. He had us talk with two of his DJs who were both awesome and we knew no matter what he would deliver for us. DJ Junior was great to work with, he dedicated his week leading up to our event to put together the perfect playlist(s) for us and even humored us with some mixing requests we had. The audio logistics were flawless throughout the ceremony and the reception. The dance floor was a constant buzz until the very final minute. We are so grateful to the Baltimore Sound team and would recommend them to everyone in the DMV area!! -

I'm a wedding photographer so i've seen hundreds of photobooths, but Eric and Baltimore sound are by far the best! We personally had them at our wedding and i recommend them to all my couples or friends getting married! We also have them at our special non-wedding events and parties! the team is fantastic. The photos are high quality and you get so much for the price! -

Eric DJ'd our wedding and was the absolute best! From start to finish he made me feel at ease and that I didn't need to worry. Our dance floor was full all night long and multiple people commented afterwards how it was such a great dance party. And Eric is also a genuinely fun and kind guy! Book him, you won't regret it! -

Baltimore Sound Entertainment & DJ Jeff Made Our Entire Night!
DJ Jeff and Baltimore Sound Entertainment (BSE) brought the party! We’ve received so many compliments about how our dance floor was "so lit" and everyone was raving about “how awesome our DJ was.” DJ Jeff truly killed it! I cannot thank him enough for everything 🙏 Music is such a big part of how my husband and I first connected, so our DJ was one of our most important vendors to book. We knew from our first phone call with Erik and Jeff that Baltimore Sound Entertainment was the perfect fit for us. They understood our style so well and were so easy and incredible to work with. I am so grateful we were able to book BSE for our wedding and I'd absolutely recommend them for any wedding or event. In fact, a friend of mine loved them so much, she booked them for her wedding next year. Our wedding was complicated with two venues, many speeches and changing music styles throughout the night—and BSE handled it all with ease and professionalism. The audio was perfect throughout and our dance floor was packed the entire time. It was truly the best day of our lives and that's in large part due to BSE. -

I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was with BSE and specifically DJ Jeff. Our wedding music was a hit from the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner to the reception I received compliments on every single moment of the event. Jeff ensured that there was music for everyone and that the dance floor was never empty. We gave him a tough order, to mix our very eclectic taste in music, but he not only nailed it, but people are still texting and calling us to tell us about how incredible the music was. When we were ahead of schedule to open the dance floor almost an hour early, Jeff was happy to pivot on the spot, and we never ran out of amazing music to play. He ensured that our night was enjoyed by all, and I couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend both BSE and DJ Jeff for any of your entertainment needs, you will not be disappointed! -

We had Eric as our DJ and loved loved loved working with him! He was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout the planning and knocked it out of the park on the dancefloor. We also hired a photobooth for the wedding through Baltimore Sound, it was a huge hit. 10/10 would recommend. -

Eric is quite simply the best wedding DJ ever!! From our first phone call, we could instantly tell that Eric really loves music and shared our vision of throwing an amazing dance party for our family and friends. The music for the wedding day itself went flawlessly, from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Eric even took the time to listen to our favorite music and incorporate it seamlessly into his DJ set. He also used excellent judgement in reading the crowd and letting us know what suggestions would work and what wouldn’t. We are not exaggerating when we say that the dance floor was packed full until the very last song, and that countless wedding guests told us how much fun they had. In addition to be an extremely talented DJ, Eric is also very kind, communicative, and easy to work with.
We also had a fantastic experience with Patrick, our photo booth attendant. Patrick was extremely kind and attentive all evening long, and he was very patient with young kjds who wanted to use the photo booth over and over!

Josh was so wonderful to work with! He and his musicians are truly talented. I hired them to perform at my dad's 80th birthday party; my dad is a jazz musician himself, and he wanted a REALLY good jazz band who could also do some funk, pop, blues, etc. And these folks could play! Josh and his musicians are very knowledgeable, especially about Jazz, and they can play it exceptionally. Josh spent plenty of time with me, talking about my dad's favorite music so that we could put together a beautiful setlist. It was a very personalized experience and I felt so supported.
As this was a party attended by mostly 80 year olds, I wasn't sure how many people would be up for dancing, but they couldn't help but dance to Josh's music. I was so happy to see my parents on the dance floor. They were very happy and still talk about the band many months later. I hope we have more opportunities to work with Baltimore Sound! -

Alex at Baltimore Sound did so much to help make our wedding a fun and beautiful event. We threw a lot at him with timestamps, custom tracks, a lesser-known Jewish line dance, and a mobility-challenged father-of-the bride, and Alex handled it all with a professional and easygoing attitude. We were especially impressed given that it was his first time working with our particular venue. We so appreciated how well Alex rolled with things and made sure that we were heard (figuratively and literally) throughout the process. -

I spoke with Eric the owner and immediately had great vibes . He set me up on some phone calls with different DJs. Once we talked to Zach we knew he was the way to go. He did everything we could have wanted. An amazing mashup of different genres we requested. I’ve heard non stop since from my friends about how good he was, gotta love that! Also used Baltimore sound for our photobooth. Sin was the operator for the Photo Booth at my brother in laws wedding so we requested him because his energy was amazing . Once again, amazing energy for our wedding. He was so fun and personable. My friends asked for cards for the future for their weddings because they both did so amazing. I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did -

Leading up to the big day he did a great job at communicating to keep us organized around our schedule and incorporating our music tastes. I did not want a DJ who played the whole song and didn’t mix well together. Eric absolutely exceeded our expectations and we cannot recommend him enough! From Sweet Caroline to house music he had everyone grooving. -

BEST DJ EVER!!
Hiring Eric to DJ our wedding was the best decision we made that day. He doesn’t typically travel as far as he did for our big day, but we were huge fans of his after meeting him in Baltimore City. It meant everything he made it happen. We had a few calls discussing our eclectic spread of music, day layout, etc. We were totally confident in his abilities and trusted him to orchestrate- he crushed it from start to finish. We had hiccups (our fault) that Eric smoothed over seamlessly and kept everything at the perfect pace. He was beyond accommodating. For days and weeks after the wedding, everyone was/is still raving about how awesome our DJ was. Without a doubt we recommend hiring Baltimore Sound Entertainment for your event, you will have the best time of your life! Eric is an absolute legend! -

We had DJ Alex from Baltimore Sound Entertainment as our wedding DJ and we couldn't have been happier. He walked us through the process before the wedding, making sure we were comfortable with all the music choices and making suggestions at various points when we weren't sure what to do. The day of the wedding he was an an absolute star, constantly checking in with us to make sure everything was going alright and being extremely flexible with scheduling as things came up.
The wedding would not have gone anywhere near as smoothly without his help! -

Dance Floor Magic: A 5-Star Rave for BSE & DJ Eric!
Baltimore Sound Entertainment and DJ Eric were an absolute hit at our wedding! Eric's talent for keeping the dance floor alive throughout the entire reception was truly remarkable. His music selection was spot-on, hitting all the right notes to keep the energy high and the crowd engaged with guests that represent multiple generations of music. We received countless compliments on his style, and his ability to read the room and adapt the playlist to our guests' preferences was outstanding. Eric's flexibility in seamlessly transitioning between different music genres ensured everyone had a blast. I had a highly customized request, providing a recording of my Grandmother singing. He was able to take a generic music file and use it during the reception. We gave Eric little direction and he was able to read on-demand ques to play the recording just at the right time. We trusted him and he delivered! In addition, due to weather, we had to go with "Plan B" for our ceremony. We had not prepped Eric for this scenario and he worked with our venue to move the speakers, mics, etc. into the new ceremony spot on the fly. Talk about pressure! It was executed flawlessly. If you're looking for a DJ who knows how to make your wedding unforgettable and keep the party going, Baltimore Sound Entertainment is the way to go! Highly recommended! -

We went with BSE for our wedding in October 2023 and it was the best decision we made. They were very helpful throughout the process, helped us choose music for the reception and did a great job filling in songs that went with our vibe. In addition to the DJ, we got uplighting around the walls, a videographer who was great, he captured every moment. We also got the photo booth - I cannot stress how important that was for us! EVERYBODY loved it and we got a copy of every photo! It was like having an extra photographer, and everyone used it! It was perfect. The music was perfect, everything was perfect. 100% recommend. -

We have seen Jeff DJ friends weddings and knew we needed him for our own! Communication leading up to our wedding day was easy and professional. Jeff joined our venue walk through, and communicated directly with our other vendors - which lead to a seamless day of set up. Now, the good stuff- Jeff nailed our ceremony music with perfect timing, added a personal touch to our cocktail hour and dinner music with our favorite songs, and CRUSHED the reception. He played every song we didn’t know we loved and had everyone dancing (ages 5-70) all night. The comments and texts “who was your DJ- he was amazing” keep coming in! Absolute perfection
Okay, stop what you’re doing right now and book DJ Jeff for your wedding!!!! He absolutely CRUSHED IT for our reception and totally delivered the party atmosphere vibe we were going for on our day. The dance floor was packed all night and he absolutely nailed the music selection. He was super engaging and professional- 10/10 it was perfect! Also the photobooth was a super cute addition- we decided to get a guestbook with slots for pics and they were able to print an extra copy for our guests to share with us along with their well wishes… totally worth it, everyone loved it and the pictures are priceless!!!! Baltimore Sound Entertainment was the easiest decision I made for my wedding! My now husband and I have seen Eric, the founder and one of the DJs, at various concerts years ago and when we saw that he’s in the wedding scene, we HAD to have him. As a last minute impulse decision, we booked Stan for videography. (Stan is also part of the DJ duo with Eric, whom we saw years ago!) Eric and Stan are great people to work with and super friendly. BSE made the planning process super easy and straightforward and that’s really what you need when planning a wedding. Due to our concert-going past, Eric gave us a rave hour where he spun some unreleased tracks and original mixes! A photo booth was also offered and of course it was a hit! 10/10 recommend for a very fun and exciting wedding :) -

I cannot say enough good things about Baltimore Sound! Eric seriously made the entire evening perfect, from the ceremony music to the dance floor - he was fun to work with, listened to our music preferences, and created the perfect playlist that everyone had fun dancing to. The photobooth was also so fun, had great quality photos, and the attendant was high energy and ready to give out the next prop. When you’re booking an even with Baltimore Sound, you’re not only about to have an insane party, but friends along the way. We booked Eric for our wedding and from our initial phone call we knew we were going to get along just fine. Eric took every bit of our preferences and created beautiful playlists for the ceremony, dinner, and reception. We still have guests telling us that the music the entire night was so amazing. I had told eric that we wanted him to play the songs that make you say “oh shit I love this song” and he delivered. Eric knew when to change the song to keep the people moving, and when to let it play. He made the night so incredibly fun!!
We also booked with them the Photo Booth and I was very specific that I wanted the Kardashian’s black and white filter and it was PERFECT. At the end of your event they send you all the pics from the booth and it was so much fun to look through them all. They were able to add a custom logo to the pictures and so we added the logo from our wedding invitations.
We recommend Baltimore Sound for any event you have coming up. They were professional, communicative, organized, and honest the entire planning process and we couldn’t have asked for it any better. -

We had the best time at our event using BSE for our photo booths, silent disco, and 360 photo booth. They communicated really well to make sure we were all prepared in advance, arrived to our event early and ready to set up, and the best part is having all of our images and videos in one place to come back to and relive the wonderful day. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. While our vendor team was exceptional, Eric was in another league. In short, Eric and his team just get it. I had expressed early on that I hated when ceremony music started and stopped abruptly. Eric made sure that our processional and recessional songs faded in and out seamlessly. We also asked for something special to happen during our kiss and announcement, and he made it happen perfectly. For our special dances songs, we requested that they be shortened/edited, and again, he created exactly what we were looking for. He even helped us pull off a surprise Mother/Daughter dance! We felt like he truly understood the vibe that we wanted for our cocktail hour and reception. He kept the party going all night and played a little something for everyone, including an early 2000s angst/emo mash-up. We got so many compliments on how good the music and vibe was. We also hired BSE for our photo booth. Again, it was a fantastic experience for us and our guests. Eric sent over some custom photo booth strip samples, and allowed us to create our own that our guests really enjoyed. There was a personal attendant who assisted guests throughout the night and kept the booth running smoothly. After the fact, Eric sent us digital copies of all of the photos so that we could share them. Eric was super easy to work with and made us feel like he could make whatever we requested happen. We cannot recommend BSE enough to any couple looking for a wedding DJ or Photo Booth! -

The best wedding DJ ever! Eric was so friendly and very organized. He captured the music style we wanted perfectly and was very attentive to the crowds energy throughout the night. Baltimore Sound provided the photo booth for our wedding and everyone loved it! Eric and Jeff were great with helping with the planning, and Stan was an awesome photo booth attendant!

We had Eric from Baltimore Sound as the DJ for our wedding and he did an awesome job! The music was completely catered to our tastes and he really did listen to our input. Not a single song was played that we didn't want and the dance floor was crowded for most of the evening. He was also completely on point with his timing for songs during our ceremony. On the exit song, the main line in the chorus even hit perfectly as we exited.
We also got the photo booth option from Baltimore Sound as part of our package. The individual running it did an awesome job, and our guests loved it. Not sure if this is standard, but as part of that package, they provide you with a link to all of the photo strips and enlarged individual photos so you have a nice album of your guests, not just the strips. -

Jeff Lang's services at our wedding were invaluable. My wife and I have very specific and slightly unconventional musical taste and it was very important that our reception music had enough of that to represent us but also included enough "wedding pop" to keep our guests entertained and dancing. Jeff handled this extremely well. Additionally, our ceremony included a lot of tedious musical cues which involved timing specific parts of songs to certain points in the ceremony. Jeff was extremely easygoing and helpful about this and it turned out perfectly. Our reception also involved a performance by me which involved plugging my guitar and a microphone into the board. Not only did Jeff encourage this, but he also offered to set everything up and sound check it for me while I was busy getting ready for the ceremony. Needless to say, when it was time to perform, everything sounded great. To top it off, he is also extremely personable and very friendly. I can't recommend Jeff enough. -

Booking a photo booth (and BSE’s photo booth specifically) was the best last-minute wedding decision we could have made. We weren’t sure we had it in the budget, but we found room and it was SOOO worth it. The photos are great quality and we absolutely love how many great memories were made taking them. Stan arrived early and had a great set up, and Eric went above and beyond to make sure the photostrip was designed to mine and my now husbands liking. We loved scrolling through our complete gallery after the wedding and are so glad we added this on for our reception! -

Eric from Baltimore Sound Entertainment made this whole process one of the easiest aspects of planning our wedding. The guests of our wedding repeatedly complimented the atmosphere, music, and photo booth. Eric did a great job at reading the room and there wasn’t a time that the dance floor was close to empty. Guests remarked that it was one of the most fun weddings they have been to and a big reason for that was Eric! The photo booth was a major hit and was being used by guests all night long. The best part is we quickly received ALL of the photos taken from the booth that night to cherish the memories that we may have not been present for. The photo booth allows for large amounts of people to get involved at the same time which can allow for some funny photos but also some good family photos as well; the possibilities are endless. Eric went above and beyond in helping us even getting us special lighting that he and his company didn’t necessarily deal with. He was available for many questions that we had and set up a detailed timeline of events and songs that helped to ensure the night ran smooth. Hands down there is no other company or DJ to pick for a wedding. You can tell these guys take their job seriously and that this is what they do, not just a weekend hobby like some other wedding DJs are. Wedding planning can be a stressful thing and if you pick these guys you will not have to worry about having an amazing night entertainment wise. -

Eric and Stanley were amazing this past weekend. They really helped bring the wedding together. It was everything i could’ve hoped for and more. The photo booth photos were beautiful. Eric really helped guide me when i was struggling with picking songs for the entire wedding. Extremely helpful and kind from the moment we hired them. I’m so happy we did and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a dj/photo booth💕 -

We found Eric at Baltimore Sound Entertainment through a mutual friend, and he was the first wedding vendor we booked! Boy did we luck out because Eric and his team were AMAZING! The variety of music that Eric has on deck is unparalleled. He took the time to ensure what songs we 100% wanted to hear, and which songs we definitely did not. There are so many details surrounding music that go into a wedding day, and Eric made sure that every detail was accounted for. Let's not forget the photobooth...extremely high quality photos and we were able to customize our photo strip with our names and wedding date. Our friends and family loved it as well because we were able to fit 10+ people into the photos! Overall, we received so many compliments about how amazing the DJ was, from both our friends and parents, and I only wish we had more time to dance the night away!Baltimore Sound Entertainment's reply:

We abolutely LOVE Eric and Jeff. I cannot speak highly enough about the two of them and the quality of their work. Not only were they amazing in working with us to reschedule due to Covid, but they also got all our guests to dance until their feet hurt. Eric had the most insanely amazing mixes of 2000s pop with current hip-hop and so many of our friends and families are still raving about how great it was. Their photobooth was by far the highest quality of any that I've seen at a wedding, and they were both just so lovely to have with us on our day. Eric even went so far out of his way to deal with a venue issue on our behalf and we are so grateful for him. Will definitely be reccomending Baltimore Sound to all of our engaged friends in the area. -

What can I say? It’s hard to put into words how thankful we are for Eric and Jeff. Last year I met them at a bridal expo (insanely far from my venue) and I knew they would absolutely rock my wedding. I told them what the travel would look like and they weren’t even phased. Fast forward to a couple of months before the wedding, Eric met with us via zoom to talk about the vibe we were going for for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and we knew we were in amazing hands. We felt like we were on the same exact page musically and couldn’t wait to get the party going with him! He gave me some homework to come up with a more defined vibe for cocktail hour and in all of the wedding craziness I dropped the ball. I apologized and he said “I’d just say, don’t even worry about it and it’s going to be dope.” That’s exactly what we wanted to hear! Once we got to the wedding day, Jeff manned the photo booth and kept things smooth and safe (aka: covid friendly), and Eric absolutely killed it with the music! My friends and family stayed on the dance floor all night long and we didn’t want the night to end. They’re still talking about it one week later. Eric was not only an awesome DJ but a friend as well! If you’re looking to have an incredible party on your wedding day, I’ll continue to recommend BSE over and over! -

Baltimore Sound was amazing!! Eric Stevens brought such a fun energy to our wedding day. He totally got our vibe and successfully executed. He was extremely flexible and willing to chat any time to discuss details leading up to the wedding day. We received so many raving compliments about the music at our wedding reception. The dance floor was full the entire night with guests ranging from 13 to 95! Eric really cares about the details and strives to make sure the bride, groom, and their guests are having a blast. Our party would not have been the same without him. I'd party with Eric and Baltimore Sound any night of the week! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! -

Baltimore Sound was absolutely wonderful to work with! Communication with Eric and Jeff was top notch, and they were super fun and kept everyone dancing all night! They both did a great job gauging the audience and adjusting the music according to the mood of the dance floor, and they were awesome at coordinating with the other vendors to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. The photo booth was also a big hit- the photos from there were some of my favorites from the whole wedding! Baltimore Sound also was so organized and helpful to us for sticking with our schedule for the evening. All of our guests had the BEST time on the dance floor. It was a blast working with Eric and Jeff, and I HIGHLY recommend Baltimore Sound for any couple who wants to have a good time! -

5 stars across the board! DJ Jeff was readily available in the time leading up to our ceremony, meeting with us once early on to get an idea of what we had in mind and taking phone calls and emails as we got more detailed with our plans. He executed our ceremony to perfection and absolutely nailed our reception. We threw a lot of curveballs his way and he was ready for everything. We have not stopped getting compliments from our guests regarding DJ Jeff's performance at our reception. Just amazing, and I would recommend to anyone. -

Jeff and Eric are seriously the best! Not only did they truely understand what my husband and I wanted for our wedding, but they delivered. They were honest, professional, and very reasonably priced. They didn’t try to convince us that what we wanted wouldn’t appeal to our guests, like other DJs we met with. Instead they listened to what we wanted and gave us an amazing party. With the exception of marrying the woman of my dreams, making the decision to book DJ Jeff was possibly the best decision I ever made. While his professionalism and depth of knowledge gave us a deep feeling of confidence going into our wedding, we were still blown away by how much fun was had. My family has been known to be shy, but Jeff had every single person on the dance floor the entire night. His song selection and talent on the microphone is not something to be slept on. I really can not stress enough how great Baltimore Sound is at what they do!
