The BEST! Brianna and her team did a phenomenal job creating my beautiful flowers for our fall vineyard wedding in the Finger Lakes. Brianna was responsive, a pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond to create a beautiful display simply from our phone conversations, my bridesmaid dresses and Pinterest board. She is reasonably priced too compared to the area. I would 1000000% recommend! -

I scrambled for a company to decorate my wedding after an unfortunate event and Blooms and Blossoms picked me right up and gave me the most beautiful wedding. The decorations were more beautiful than I could have ever anticipated!! I would highly recommend for any event! They asked my budget and worked within those guidelines not pushing for more!! Sooo many compliments!! -

I am so happy I chose Blooms and Blossoms to handle the floral arrangements and decor for my August wedding. I loved that I could sit down with Brianna and look at photos of past events they did while also discussing how to customize something for my wedding. She had great suggestions and so much to choose from for center pieces and welcome decor! It was also incredibly helpful that they drop everything off/set up/ and come back to clean up so you don’t have to worry about a thing. The bouquets and centerpieces were stunning! Highly recommend booking with them for your big day!! -

Brianna exceeded my expectations and above and beyond what I had explained for our day. The flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. I saved my bouquet, which my mom is preserving for me, and my only regret is that I didn’t take more of the flowers which were offered to me at the end of the night. We were leaving for our honeymoon the next day so I wasn’t thinking straight. I wish we were able to have saved so many so I could press and make several shadow boxes and displays with other special items from that day. I would highly recommend Blooms for any Event decorating flower requirements. Absolutely stunning! Can’t express my gratitude enough, thank you!! -

We worked with Brianna at Blooms and Blossoms throughout our planning process. She was very responsive to emails and changed things for us no matter what we asked of her. We had our initial meeting and had a few ideas of what we were looking for and told her our general theme and what we had envisioned. She took what little we had for her and completely ran with it. The finished products of her work were better than we could have even imagined. From the ceremony pieces to the table décor and bouquets everything was absolutely perfect and so beautiful. She worked with the budget that we had and never once gave us any push back. I cannot express how great she is at what she does, everything was perfect. -

Denise and Bri at Blooms and Blossoms understood our vision from the start and executed it flawlessly while staying within our budget. Meeting with them in person first was very helpful because they were able to show us their past work and all the other options available to us that we could add to our day. On top of their gorgeous floral designs, they have so many decor items we were able to use as well, which helped us save on overall costs (and storage space)! Our most favorite piece was a large flower wall with our monogram in the center which was used as a photo backdrop! We also used their stunning candelabras and gold beaded tablecloths which perfected the room. Denise and Bri were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. For example, in order to save on costs, we purchased our own candles in bulk to use with their candelabras, and they walked us through exactly what we needed to buy to make sure the candles fit and also lasted all night. We were so happy with how everything turned out and how many decor options we had available to us. On top of that, they are the sweetest mother daughter team and we couldn't be more thankful they were part of our day! -

I absolutely loved Blooms and Blossoms!!!!!! Brianna made sure that my day was 110% as magical and perfect, as we had planned. She was there for me from the start, ready to take on any challenge I threw her way. I had so many compliments regarding how beautiful the room had looked, as well as the alter. She went above and beyond the entire time making sure everything was exactly as I had wanted it. She was very flexible and was able to pull off the many changes that I had requested last minute. She answered back in a timely fashion and never let me feel forgotten. She truly is a miracle worker!! They are also very affordable! Thank you Brianna and the Blooms and Blossom crew, my day was as perfect as I had imagined!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!! I highly recommend all brides to go through you!! -

Sara Sent on 10/31/2017Brianna and Denise were the BEST! I had a vision for my wedding, they were able to interpret it perfectly and I was absolutely blown away by the results. They helped me to stay in my budget but make it look like I spent a million bucks. I had a December wedding so I was a little nervous about the quality of the flowers but they could not have been more beautiful. They even let you rent decor as well which makes it easier on the budget and cleanup after the wedding. They stayed in contact with me frequently during the process to make sure everything was on pace. I would recommend them to anyone getting married or hosting any type of party/event.

Marissa Sent on 10/15/2014WOW- I didn't get emotional on the day of my wedding until my florist walked in with my bouquet. I was so blown away I instantly started crying. After that, I knew the day was going to be everything I ever dreamed it could be!
I spent so much time meeting and planning and changing and "pinteresting". Briana and her mother (family owned business) were extremely accommodating and patient. They even threw in a free throw bouquet, corsage AND 10% off because I met them at a bridal show. They did 2 deliveries the day of, one to the hotel and another to the venue. The did the ceremony flowers, centerpieces, bouts, and bouquets. I LOVED them and couldn't imagine going with anyone else.

Lindsey Sent on 08/07/2011Blooms and Blossoms did a wonderful job on all of the flowers for my July 2011 wedding. I met with the florist in February, and brought in pictures of the arrangements that I liked. I admit I did not go in with high expectations at the consultation, but when I had them give me a quote for everything I would ever want at my wedding for flowers, and they came in 200 under budget, I decided I better go with them. The florist did everything the way I wanted, and all of the boquets and arrangements came out beautiful! -

Brittnie Sent on 08/19/2016On the wedding day, everything was beautiful and well put together. They really did a tremendous job! The price was good and they were very flexible with changes and additions.
The bad news is that they seem to not be business-minded people, which resulted in a lack of professionalism and organization. If it wasn't for their creativity and experience with decorating, I would not have pursued them. They did not have any formal contracts, invoices, etc. Nothing was formally written down. Most of the communication was fragmented in e-mails. They even charged my credit card without notifying me! I authorized a large payment a week prior, when I gave my CC information via phone, but this one was not discusses previously. Denise was defensive and argumentative when I called to ask about it. That was worrisome and stressful. It was a very poor business practice, but since they did such a good job on my wedding day, I won't pursue this complaint otherwise. Needless to say, it created a lot of tension and uncertainty and that was not appreciated.
Overall though, satisfied customer.
