We had our wedding at Ballantyne Country Club, and it was an absolute dream come true! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning the venue was and how delicious the food tasted—it truly exceeded all expectations.
The event staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly throughout the entire day. They made sure every detail was perfect and that our guests felt well taken care of.
A special shoutout goes to Anano—she is simply the BEST! Her experience in event planning shines through in every interaction. She’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and has an incredible ability to anticipate your needs before you even realize them. We included her as our day-of coordinator in our package, and it was by far one of the best decisions we made. Thanks to Anano, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about timing or logistics—she had everything running smoothly from start to finish.
If you’re considering Ballantyne Country Club for your wedding, do it! And definitely ask for Anano—you’ll be so glad you did. -

Perfection!
BCC did a fantastic job! Anano was so easy to work with and worked hard to make everything perfect. The food, waitstaff, bartenders, and atmosphere were all great! Highly recommend. -

The venue itself is amazing but what really made it were the people who helped. Amanda and her team are so hands on and amazing. On the day of my sister remarked "Man, they really know what they're doing." Everyone was where they needed to be and at the right times which couldn't have happened without Amanda. Amanda was so flexible with the changes that we made, and we made a lot. She was always very responsive and gave us advice on what would work better to make our day seamless. The food and his/hers specialty drinks were phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Thank you Amanda and the Ballantyne Country Club team! -

Ballantyne Country Club was outstanding! Amanda and Christine were so extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process and were angels the day of our wedding. Everyone loved the food and the cake. Pricing was very reasonable. There are so many beautiful places for pictures. Can't give enough positive feedback! :) -

Amanda was such a great partner to work with from start to finish. During our initial walk through, she made it known she would help bring our vision to life. I loved that there was no 'set' way to have an event. We had endless options for everything. Cocktail hour outside under the market lights was the PERFECT way to start the evening. Highly recommend this to any bride / groom. My husband and I had the opportunity to have dinner together alone, upon our request. Amanda made sure we had everything we needed, from drinks, to apps, to a place to freshen up, and more. I cannot say enough great things about her help, and the rest of the staff at BCC. Everyone was very accommodating, fun, and most of all made my wedding the best day ever. -

Ballantyne Country Club
We are so incredibly thankful we picked BCC for our wedding! The food was delicious , the staff was professional and gracious throughout the entire process, and the grounds were beautiful for our outdoor ceremony! Amanda, the events manager was remarkable and I cannot even imagine planning our wedding without her help. She was extremely accommodating , creative, patient, and was able to make all of our ideas come to life! Amanda really went above and beyond our expectations. We would choose BCC again every time! -

My wedding reception at the Ballantyne Country Club was truly a dream come true! Amanda and the rest of the staff were amazing leading up to my wedding and throughout the entire day. I always felt included in all of the decisions and Amanda would always be sure to ask me about my opinions and thoughts for my special day. The staff was so well organized that I did not have to worry about a thing; they took care of everything. My wedding was at the beginning of August and I still have family and friends raving about what a wonderful day it was. When I think back on my wedding, I wouldn't have changed a thing; everything was handled so professionally. Highly recommend Ballantyne Country Club for your special day! -
Mckenzie Sent on 06/14/2018If you are looking for a top notch wedding venue location look no further! There was no doubt that BCC was the right venue for our wedding. The club is a beautiful setting for both indoor and outdoor weddings. Amanda was AMAZING to work with. She was responsive, helpful, organized, and just all around awesome. She helped make the wedding planning much easier and I felt more at ease the day of knowing she was looking over things! We wanted to have our cocktail hour outside but it was supposed to rain so we had it in the foyer. It ended up working out perfectly! The main reception hall was perfect for our 135 guests. It fit everything very well without being crammed. The food was outstanding! We are still getting compliments about how great the appetizers, food and service were. The staff was great as well! I would highly recommend Ballantyne Country Club as a wedding venue location. It couldn't have been more perfect!

Amanda McCleery took care of all the intimate details and stayed in touch with us throughout the planning timeline. The Wedding day was executed flawlessly in all areas. The details for the decorations were so intimate and classic that the whole ceremony to reception was very romantic. The food was outstanding, cake was delicious, staff was very attentive to our guests and the DJ that you recommended was fantastic. We received rave reviews from all of our guests and all enjoyed it immensely. You dream of your daughters wedding for a lifetime and Ballantyne made these dreams come true. As parents, we didn't have to worry about any details or activities being completed because Amanda & her team did all of that plus more than we could have expected. The entire process was so smooth, timed perfectly and beautiful beyond words. My husband & I are forever grateful for the flexibility BCC gave our family to plan the Wedding for our daughter and the gorgeous and intimate setting created by Amanda McCleery. If you are planning a Wedding in the Ballantyne/Charlotte area go to see Amanda at the Ballantyne Country Club to see the beautiful setting and value you can get for a wedding.
