  Amazing florist!

  Suzanne, wow! She was so easy to work with and was created the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces we could have imagined!!!! We showed her a few pictures of flowers we liked and she was able to make our dreams into a reality! The flowers were delivered on time and to each place we were getting ready. Thank you thank you Suzanne!!!!

  Suzanne did an amazing job creating our bouquets and centerpieces. I gave her a general idea of what we had in mind and she was able to run with it and come up with something unique for us. Everything turned out great and our guests were raving about how beautiful our reception was. I would absolutely recommend using Suzanne!

  Suzanne Balet put together the most breathtaking floral designs I've ever seen! All of our wedding colors were represented and she even coordinated hanging baskets for our front porch (that she grew in her greenhouse) to compliment our floral arrangements! The flowers lasted over a week (even many of the delicate Iris')!

  The most beautiful flowers!!! Suzanne the owner was very easy to work with. She was even able to surprise me with peonies in July for my bouquet. I was truly happy with the services and set up of all the flowers for our wedding. You can not go wrong with Balet Flowers!

  I can't express enough gratitude to Suzanne and Balet Flowers and Design. I was introduced to Suzanne early on in my wedding planning process, and was impressed from the very first conversation. She understood exactly what I was looking for, and delivered on my vision for the wedding of my dreams. She took very detailed notes during our conversations, and encouraged me to send her pictures of my pottery and pinterest pages so she can order the right flowers for my table settings. The flower crowns she designed for our 10 flower girls were beyond adorable and my bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful.
  
  Not to mention, a month after our wedding we had a sudden death in the family. I emailed Suzanne to plan for a memorial service arrangement and she delivered again! She is a godsend and hiring her for our wedding was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

  Balet flowers did a wonderful job with our wedding flowers. It felt even better that they literally snipped flowers out of their garden just days before the wedding for our bouquets! They were flexible when I made a few last minute changes to the order and the colors and quality were amazing! Prices are comparable to other florists in the region.

  I only had to meet with the florist once, which was great for me because I live about 2 hours away from where the wedding was taking place. She took care of the rest for my via phone, etc. She provided a detailed invoice of all the items I would receive and their cost, making it easy to decide what to keep and what was not needed. The price seemed fair for what we received, as well. She had great ideas for using the flowers I chose, too.
  The day of the wedding, the flowers were delivered in a timely manner and they were stunning. I think she even threw in a few extra for the cake.

  My rating is based on the flowers and service only, not the ability of the florist.
  I purchased bulk flowers only (by the bunch) for my wedding, which Balet was more than happy to provide. I strictly wanted to purchase local flowers from a flower farm to loosely arrange myself, so Balet (who provides flowers at the Saratoga Farmers Market) was my obvious choice. The price was great and the service was good (not perfect). The people were very friendly! However, the condition of the flowers I actually ended up picking up the day before my wedding was pretty crappy.
  I made the arrangements and paid a small deposit months before the wedding, and came back to the farm to look at the flowers available one week before my wedding. Suzanne actually already had some flowers of the types I wanted cut and in buckets ready to go to the farmer's market that day, and I got to walk through the beds to see what else was available and make my choices. Suzanne was wonderfully nice and the flowers were gorgeous and vibrant so I was very excited about the outcome. The flowers I actually picked up one week later were not nice. They seemed to be the worst of what could have been picked from. Shriveled, small, yucky. I was not expecting or wanting picture perfection, that's why I went this route... but not at all what I was expecting of the pretty, vibrant flowers I saw just one week before! I kind of feel like they gave me the leftovers, not the best of what they could have put out, like they were saving the good flowers for someone else or something. I don't know where or why the discrepency had happened, but I was disappointed and felt cheated. I worked with what I got, and the arrangements were pretty enough, but just not what I was expecting from the great quality and beauty of what else I saw at the farm. Bummer.
