Fantastic DJ

Jeff was amazing and kept our party going the whole time. He was so fun and professional. I cannot say enough how grateful we are that he was the DJ at our wedding. He brought his own up lighting which made a great impact on the space and vibe, and was super easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!!

Great Emcee/DJ!

Jeff did a wonderful job as both the emcee and the DJ. He did a great job with introductions and emcee-ing duties, played all the songs we requested, and kept everyone on the dance floor all night!

Highly recommend!

We were thrilled with Jeff’s level of service, and he was very easy to work with. He made our music come to life, and didn’t miss a beat. He was able to recommend songs when we were at a loss, and he was even patient when we fell behind on our timeline. All in all, we would highly recommend considering Bales Entertainment for you DJ needs!

Great playlist!

Jeff was amazing. We sent him a playlist and he also played other similar music to keep people on the dance floor. The dancing never stopped and everyone loved the music he played! He did a great job at following our timeline and keeping things on track but also recognized when things needed to be changed slightly. I appreciated him for all his efforts in making sure the day went as smooth as possible. He was absolutely amazing.

Great music for our wedding!

They were easy to find as they had done my now husband brothers wedding! So we knew they did good work! We had backup DJs of Mike and Mike who did fantastic! We provided them with a list of songs we wanted and they played a great selection of them! People dancing all night! Also played a good selection during cocktail hour and dinner! They also provide uplighting which looked great!

Loved it!!

My husband and I loved working with Jeff for our June 2019 wedding!! He was very responsive and provided suggestions when asked. He managed the music well and was professional during the day of the wedding. He did a great job entertaining our guests, and made sure that all of our requests were managed appropriately. The music was great and the selection was varied. We recommend Bales Entertainment!

Best DJ in the wedding business

Hiring Bales Entertainment was very rewarding for our wedding. I have been to many weddings and have seen the good and the bad, so I knew we wanted experience and the right personality. Jeff and team brought just that. Jeff is detailed when preparing the event to your needs. He makes sure it's your special day and not a predesigned setlist. He makes sure to play the songs you love most and keep the crowd on the dance floor.

His emceeing is great! He also provided the uplight service for our venue, having him light up the venue was a game changer. The lights really make the venue look amazing.

The PhotoBooth was high quality with a lot of props that everyone loved.

I highly recommend Bales Entertainment and that you feel confident with his services.

Great vibes

They did a great job. We had a few friends who wanted to sing during our reception and they did a great job facilitating and controlling the on the fly request (after making sure the bride was ok with it.) Great job, thank you!

Incredible

We hired the team at Bales Entertainment to be the DJ for my daughter's wedding. It was also very convenient that they offered photo booth and gobo/projector services as well. The photo booth was packed all night and the guests had plenty of props to choose from. People kept going back again and again. The newlyweds names were projected over top the DJ booth as part of the gobo service. It was a great touch for sure. It was an amazing night and the dance floor was the place to be. Even though the night went by so fast everybody had such a great time. Thanks Bales Entertainment for making it special!

Jeff was an awesome DJ. We truly enjoyed his services from start to finish. He helped us think about the flow of our wedding, he was early, he kept us up to-date on our timeline, and the uplighting made such a difference in our ceremony and our reception. I would recommend him 10x over.

Jeff Bales and Bales Entertainment are truly top notch professionals and provide absolutely the best value out there. I can’t stress enough that if you have the opportunity to book them, DO IT!

When we were originally searching for DJs, we met with a bunch of people who just flew by the seat of their pants. Out of all of them, only Jeff came prepared with folders of info and walked you through his setup, equipment, and process. When he told us that he comes prepared with backup equipment “just in case,” I was sold. There was so much included as part of our wedding package.

Leading up to the wedding, Jeff was extremely helpful going through our wedding timeline and finalizing song choices. His recommendations were spot on! He took the time out of his busy schedule to help me navigate through weird timing and options, and answered questions I didn’t even know I had.

On the day of the wedding, the equipment and lighting were fantastic. The extra lighting and dance floor color lighting set the mood and were done beautifully. In addition, we had a very difficult and small crowd at our wedding. Half the guests were into metal and 80s hair bands, while the other half were a younger crowd that usually danced to today’s hits! Somehow Jeff managed to please both crowds and keep them dancing until the end! Even my 80 year old grandma was on her feet!

I honestly can’t recommend Bales Entertainment enough as a wedding/event DJ!

We had the BEST experience with Jeff Bales Entertainment!! During the planning process he was accommodating and flexible, allowing us to make last minute changes and we never had to worry about getting in contact with him. At our wedding, everyone commented on how great his engagement and music selection was and how hilarious he was! He was awesome and arranged to have outdoor music for the ceremony and cocktail hour but then transitioned inside of the country club for the reception. His group was professional and fun and we could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding!! Everyone kept commenting on how everyone stayed until the very, very end of the reception and everyone stayed on the dance floor! Thank you Jeff, you are INCREDIBLE and made our wedding truly unforgettable!!!!

I haven't had my wedding yet, but I will hands down recommend Bales Entertainment over any other DJ in the area. I interviewed many DJs over a few month period, and they were so well organized and so prepared that I knew immediately I will be in great hands. I booked them immediately. These guys are BEYOND amazing! When we booked them we felt super confident that they were going to do a phenomenal job, and they did not disappoint!! Jeff was totally on top of getting together the music list, tent processional, and timeline. He was impressively organized! The day of, Jeff and Johnny were there early and dressed very nicely. Our wedding party was a bit of a crazy bunch and Jeff and Johnny were tasked with corralling them into the processional order for the beginning of the reception and giving them instructions. This wasn't easy but they did it perfectly! Throughout the reception, things moved SO seamlessly, even our guests noticed! We had a really large venue for our 125 person wedding and a lot of our guests were by the bar, enjoying the field activities. But these guys managed to play the right music to get everyone on the dance floor. They really made our wedding night a night we'll never forget!

Bales Entertainment was absolutely phenomenal. Jeff was always responsive and he and his crew did an amazing job DJ'ing and MC'ing our wedding. Our guests were up dancing the whole night and many commented on the professionalism of Bales' Entertainment setup. I highly recommend using the uplighting that Jeff provides as it made our reception space gorgeous. I researched many DJ's when I was planning the wedding 10 months ago, and I can safely say that Bales Entertainment was the most professional, and competitively priced, of all that I spoke with. Jeff and I corresponded periodically in the months prior to the wedding. His website really helps in choosing a good set of music and events. I got quotes from other vendors, and even though Jeff was more expensive, his services were worth the $900 I spent for a 5 hour block of time. He arrived early, set up his equipment, and made sure to verify some of the details the day of the event. We requested like 4 songs in a short snippet to dance to as a couple during our introduction and Jeff accommodated the request without issue. He also suggested a game we could play and it was a crowd favorite using questions. The wireless uplighting really set the room apart from plain old beige walls. Everyone stated they had an amazing time and I feel like it went by so quickly. If I ever need a DJ in the future, I will definitely seek out his services first.

I would highly advise any couple to book Jeff and John. The tag team effort these 2 can do during your event is incredible. I (the bride) surprised the groom with a rap during the reception. John worked hard to get the perfect beat I needed without the words, and it went off perfectly. They were flexible with timing, announcements, and songs being played. Their ability to read the crowd and get everyone on their feet seemed almost effortless.

Bales Entertainment did a fantastic job! They DJ'd for our elementary school's Family Sock Hop and really made the dance a memorable night! We asked them to play 50's music all evening and they didn't disappoint. The parents and children had so much fun dancing, I heard nothing but compliments all night long. They even worked with us on our timeline and played certain songs to help with our hula hoop competition, learning the Hand Jive & the Twist, and our Limbo contest. They came early to setup and broke down in a timely manor afterwards. Very professional and fun to work with! Highly recommend!

I was very impressed by how professional they were pre, during and post the event. We hired them for a company holiday party and the DJ was fantastic. Very appropriate music and they were great with kids. We would definitely hire them again.

UN-REAL!

Jeff was amazing. As soon as he pulled out his checklists at our initial consultation, my now wife was sold. You'll find that a DJ might be your most important aspect. He controls tempo, schedule, and even gives advice on songs and ceremony/reception in general.

The biggest difference in Jeff is he has a team. He has one person working the music itself and Jeff emcee's the wedding. I really can't speak high enough of Jeff. His price was extremely competitive, he's highly organized, has awesome uplighting gear that transformed our venue and his service was absolutely over the top amazing.

Thanks for everything, Jeff! You made our wedding so easy, affordable, and low stress!

Why go elsewhere to get the same great services when you can go to Jeff with Bales Entertainment? Jeff was professional, thorough and very reasonably priced without feeling like I was getting nickle and dimed. I felt the second I mentioned I had a wedding to any of my other vendors, the prices doubled. But with Jeff, he understood that weddings already cost a lot and wanted to work within my budget. Secondly, most brides and grooms don't realize that when you book a DJ, you only book one person and have to pay extra to have a DJ and an MC. With Jeff at Bales Entertainment, the price included both the DJ and the MC. Jeff was the MC and help host/run the reception while his DJ and team helped to play the music and enjoy the vibe of the night was just right. I would book Jeff again in a heart beat and I hope you do too!

We are a couple who loves to dance, and at our wedding we wanted to make sure the party and dancing never got boring like so many weddings we have attended in the past. We wanted a DJ that was on the same page as us, and that would have no issues making sure the right music was played, at the right time, and who kept everyone at the reception involved as much as possible. If you want someone who can keep your guests engaged and keep the party hoppin' for your entire reception, book Bales Entertainment!

A huge thank you to Bales Entertainment for making our recent wedding as incredible as possible. The music was right on target and our guests never quit dancing. Jeff was absolutely great from when we first met him until the very end of the reception! When we first met with him, he brought all the options that we could choose from along with an example of a previous wedding he had done (with specific music, in order, down to the minute). Once we decided to work with him, he then let us know exactly what he needed from us and gave us plenty of time to respond and even suggested changes to music to better match our event. On the day of, he was there early, helped with miking up our officiant, and provided extra lighting beyond what we had expected.

All in all, the reception went off without a problem at all, Jeff kept the party going with great music selections, and I would not hesitate to use him again for another event.

Hiring the guys at Bales Entertainment was the only choice for us. We had attended a wedding where they had served as the DJs and it was the best time ever. Once dinner was over it was like a huge dance party and we never forgot that. Everybody was raving about the music. The song selection was perfect and there was something for all ages. We were referred to Bales Entertainment by a friend of ours that got married two years ago. She went on and on about what a fantastic job their DJ did so we stopped looking and met with Jeff. From the first moment we met Jeff, we knew it would be an easy choice. We booked him right away. His prices were extremely fair for what he offers and trust me, it's well worth it. I have seen cut-rate DJ's in actions and it's scary!! The DJ booth looked so elegant and the uplighting was spectacular. This is a first class company all the way. During the reception the party went on and on. The hit songs just kept coming and coming. The people at our wedding were thrilled. What a night! You can't go wrong with Bales Entertainment!

We put a huge emphasis on the music to be played at our wedding. After contacting Bales Entertainment we meet Jeff in person at a local coffee shop. He thoroughly explained the services provided and made things extremely easy for us. For the actual wedding Jeff supplied music and uplighting for the ceremony and the reception. He also set up dance floor lighting and a few pin spotting lights at no extra cost. The uplighting was a great value. Nobody, and I mean nobody, could match their price for almost two dozen lights. The lights looked incredible in action!! The two man team was also a pleasant surprise. What a great idea. Bales Entertainment helped make our big day the joyous occasion we always dreamed of. Hiring Bales Entertainment as our DJ was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. Throughout the long process of preparing for the wedding, Jeff was readily available to answer any questions we had. My spouse liked the fact that the fees were simple with no hidden costs. I wish all vendors were as easy. He listened to us and made sure we knew that he was working for us. That made us feel very comfortable. Get the uplighting package. It’s a super bargain. We chose a rose color for the cocktail and dinner hours and it was spectacular. The venue really came to life. The lights also changed colors to the music during the dancing and looked incredible. We spent the entire evening on the dance floor as the reception was a complete blast. It looked great and sounded great! Thank you Bales Entertainment!!

I got married a couple weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with how my day turned out. Royal Pro Productions did a great job and were wonderful to work with! I was provided with advice and tips throughout the planning process and had great help while planning the layout of my day. He was so sweet and easy to work with and answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, (which were a ton)! They really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful day and it means so much to me! We had a bilingual reception and there was a great mix of music and it was exactly what I wanted. All of my guests were very happy! I really couldn't be happier with all of their help and support to make this happen. Royal Pro Productions handled the music for our ceremony and the reception, and we were totally thrilled with the outcome. We made several last minute changes to the timeline and Jeff handled everything with ease. The crowd was dancing the entire time and when it was over they were chanting, “one more song.. one more song...” It was one heck of a night. The uplighting looked great and was way cheaper than any other company we looked at. The lighting really highlighted the venue and we got lots of compliments. Having a separate deejay and emcee is also a great idea. I’ve never seen it done like that before! Thank you guys!

Absolutely amazing!!!! My venue was huge and they made the whole place shine for one set price where other vendors were charging per light which would have cost me a fortune... On top of that they stayed throughut the whole night to change the colors of the uplighting based on the mood at the moment (which my venue coordinator said she had never seen any uplighting vendor do... ) the really set the tone for my wedding and I am so happy I went with them to my my wedding the fairytale that it was...

John & Jeff did an amazing job with the music and lighting for our wedding. They were a ton of fun and I would/ will hire them again when I need someone to DJ an event. These two men are wonderful at what they do. Always responded to questions promptly and gave input where it was needed. Having two of them was amazing, they were relaxed and never seemed to overwhelmed. I couldnt have imagined having bettr DJs.

We the hired the team at Royal Pro Productions to provide DJ and emcee services at our wedding and it was a great choice. We provided a few songs to start the playlist and they built on it and it was amazing. They had our friends and family members dancing all evening. I would highly recommend these guys. Royal Pro Productions is a wonderful vendor. The initial contact and follow up meeting really made us feel comfortable. They had a detailed packet with several ideas and suggestions, but were also flexible to any additions we wanted to make. On the day of the wedding, we had to make a couple of changes due to time restraints and they were able to make these changes perfectly. The ceremony music and the reception music was flawless and we were extremely happy with the performance. The DJ really kept that dance floor jam packed. It was hard to leave the dance floor because each awesome song was followed by another equally great song. The DJ booth was all lite up and looked incredible as well. We would definitely recommend these guys to people looking for a DJ and emcee.

The team of Royal Pro Productions is one of the best things you can have at your wedding. They went out of their way to make sure we were prepared and made the evening go so smoothly, which is so important at an event like a wedding. They help in all aspects too! Jeff even helped coordinate all the special events and dances with such ease. We were very specific about certain songs that we didn't want to hear during the reception, and John and Jeff used great diplomacy when fielding requests for these songs. Instead of just saying no, they steered the guests towards similar songs that we would approve of. It is a great feeling to know you can count on your DJ, no matter what happens. Incredible DJs and such nice guys too! Highly recommend them for any special or fun event you are planning - they will ensure you have a blast!

Jeff and John at Royal Pro Productions were amazing to work with. Everything was smooth from the initial meeting, to the setting up of our playlist in between, to the day of the actual wedding. We gave them a sample of our musical tastes and they built a playlist that captured our taste in music perfectly. They not only took care of the music, but the emceeing was spot on. We were told by a number of people that a DJ makes or breaks a wedding reception. I understood because a few months earlier prior to our own event we went to a wedding where their DJ had equipment failure and messed up the reception. I was worried but upon our first meeting with Jeff and John at Royal Pro Productions we knew our worries were over. We asked a ton of questions at the initial meeting they answered all of them with confidence. We asked them what happens if your equipment fails and they said they don’t do workarounds, patches, or makeshift fixes. They said they just bring two pieces of item of equipment and have those backups ready to plug in just in case. Now that gave us confidence! The uplighting was a thing of beauty – and the music and emceeing was superb. I would totally hire these guys again. When they say the two-man team is the way to go they know what they are talking about. Hire the guys at Royal Pro Productions and sleep easy.

We got a referral from one of our friends to use the two-man team of Royal Pro Productions, and we couldn't have asked for more! The guys were extremely helpful, considerate, and friendly. They played all of our requests and had the crowd dancing all night long.
The uplighting package was definitely well worth the price and made the venue look terrific. We would definitely recommend these guys.

We hired Jeff and John at Royal Pro Productions for our wedding and it rocked!!!!!! They
were very responsive via email in the months leading up to the wedding and very flexible.
When we needed help deciding on songs for the ceremony itself, they were right there with
tons of suggestions. They did all the music - wedding ceremony, cocktail and dinner hour,
and the dancing part of the reception. Every request or change-up was taken care of
flawlessly and Jeff really ran the show. It's so nice having someone in charge. Throughout
the evening they always made sure that the music was always in sync with the crowd.
Everyone had a night they won't soon forget! Royal Pro was well worth the value for the money!

Royal Pro Productions was the MC/DJ for our recent wedding reception. The 2-man idea is GREAT! Nothing like a regular wedding. It really was a team! We also hired them for the uplighting package and it was awesome. It was sync'ed in with the music and was amazing during the dancing! We had tons of comments about the lighting. They also meet with us during the planning stage and we could tell right away they knew what they were doing. Jeff already had the schedule covered as if he was our wedding coordinator. Royal Pro Productions is top notch. And cheaper than most of the other guys. You can't go wrong here. Our wedding reception was the party of the year!!

We were really worried about hiring the right DJ for our wedding. Having been to a few weddings in the last year we were really disappointed with the DJs we had witnessed. We took our time and scanned all the DJs on Wedding Wire and finally settled on the guys at Royal Pro Productions. We soon met with Jeff and John and they quickly gained our confidence and sold us. They talked about the 2-man team concept, but it wasn’t until the wedding that we truly appreciated what it meant. Wow! This is what wedding DJs should be all about. A separate emcee and DJ is a brilliant idea and I couldn’t imagine it being any other way now. John played all our favorite songs, while Jeff was out emceeing and chatting with our guests. It was flawless and as great as a wedding reception could go. The price was the kicker. They brought the 2-man team, the awesome music, the dance floor lighting, and a full uplighting system for less than what some companies charge for just a lone DJ. What a night! Everyone was asking where we found them. One of my friends even asked me if they could talk to Jeff and John right there about hiring them for an upcoming event. Jeff and John with Royal Pro Productions were more than anything I could have expected from a DJ. First off, you get a 2 man team, which was amazing! From the initial meetings to go over music, to the day of the wedding, they were so professional and organized. With a month away from the wedding, I realized we needed music for the church where we were having our ceremony at. I asked Jeff if he could do it somehow, and he was so flexible and figured out a way to have music at the church, and be ready at the reception venue right after! Jeff came to our church and got the music going while John started setting up at our wedding reception venue. Our wedding guests raved about our DJs and how personable Jeff was. (Ps-Having 2 DJs is amazing!! One would be up introducing the events and getting people on the dance floor while the other would make the music match perfectly.) He had my guests tearing up when he was introducing the wedding party, and then myself and my groom! Probably can't find too many DJs who can say something heartfelt about the couple and tear up the guests. Throughout the night, our wedding planner disappeared. We saw her once when we came in, and then did not see her again all night. I wasn't even worried though because Jeff took on the role of keeping the whole night organized and on time. I was so happy that he had the skills to be able to do that, while his team stayed playing the best music to match all events. They had a crowd of 10 year olds - 70 year olds up and dancing the entire time! Overall, this is a great great company and I would highly recommend them for any event, especially weddings and wedding ceremony music!

Hiring a DJ for our wedding reception seemed like such a daunting task. We were worried because we knew we had a more laid back group of people, many of the non-dancing type, attending our wedding. We hired Royal Pro Productions and they completely grasped the challenge from the get-go. While John was manning the DJ booth, Jeff was out mingling with the crowd and chatting them up. Later, John helped bring people to the dance floor with his friendly demeanor. It’s just what our wedding called for. My quiet and reserved grandmother was even dancing! I can’t imagine what would have happened had we hired a lone DJ. After you see this two-man team in action you will never again think about hiring a lone DJ again. And the best part is Jeff and John come at the same price as hiring a single DJ. I don’t care how good a DJ you hire, there is NO WAY possible they can have the flexibility that John and Jeff bring to the mix. They even helped the pastor search around for his lost binder! Who does that!! And the uplighting was even better than advertised. They were right. It’s so worth it. We can’t say enough. Royal Pro Productions is truly different. Our wedding reception was ...AMAZING!

Hiring Royal Pro Productions was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. The team of Jeff and John were truly exceptional and really made our day as perfect as possible. They played an awesome mix of music and really had the crowd going the entire reception. Having a separate deejay and emcee is a great concept. On a last minute request they also took care of the music for the wedding ceremony and it was flawless. Jeff and John were so friendly and easy to get along with. They are experts at knowing when to stay in the background and when to take charge out front. My favorite part was when John hopped on the dance floor to help get some of the shy folks loosened up and dancing. That rocked! The emceeing was professional - and funny - but never overbearing or cheesy. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommended. Thank you Royal Pro!

Royal Pro Productions did a fantastic job of handling our wedding. They met with us prior to the wedding to provide us with a consultation. They helped us select not only music for our special events, such as our first dance, but also gave us the opportunity to put together a play list of songs we wanted to hear during the cocktail hour and reception. They were extremely professional and easy to work with.

We originally hired them to do the ceremony music and DJ our reception. However, they also offered to do uplighting, which we gladly accepted. The uplighting added an intimate touch to our ceremony and made it look that much more beautiful. The ceremony music was timed perfectly and played at the perfect volume. Jeff and John did a fantastic job of DJing our wedding. Everyone commented on how good they were and asked how we found them. Jeff and John even surprised us with some laser lights towards the end of the ceremony while everyone was dancing, which looked awesome.

I attended a wedding where the guys at Royal Pro Productions served as the DJs. They played all sorts of different types of music and the crowd loved every minute of it. Jeff Bales and his team did an incredible job at our wedding. We had a lot of different vendors, but Jeff always distinguished himself by responding to us almost immediately after we'd emailed him with questions, He offered us plenty of options for songs based on a preset playlist we gave him. He even threw in some songs that we'd totally forgotten that we loved! And he was professional and understanding throughout, happy to roll with whatever we threw his way. The day of the event, his final playlist was just perfect. So many of ours friends and family said it was the best party they'd ever been to. The dance floor was literally never empty. We highly recommend Jeff Bales if you want have a real party where people are just gonna have a great time all night!
