  Baja Limo was on time and prompt for pickup. The limo was very clean, spacious, and in pristine condition. I was very happy with the prompt service and reliability of service.

  The wedding was perfect. The hard-work, sleepless nights prior to the wedding day are all worth it.
  
  Baja Limo provided me a very elegant and beautiful limo that brought me to church. I can see everyone's delighted faces the moment I got out from the limo. Everything was perfect (the way I wanted it to be), from the wax on the Limo to the chauffeurs demeanor and apparel. Baja Limo also provided transportation for my guests using their Entertainer Bus.
  
  No words can ever describe how thankful I am for the excellent service this vendor gave me on the very important day of my life. Baja Limo did a great job and they deserve this 5-star rating.

  I recently planned my wedding in El Dorado Hills, California. Our 75 guests stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and we were able to participate in the Stay and Play program which gave us transportation credit with so many blocks of rooms purchased. We utilized Baja Limo for our bachelor/bachelorette parties, shuttle service for our guests (to and from the venue) and we also reserved a limousine for the bridal party. Baja Limo has a wedding coordinator, Ann who helped us tremendously with the planning of the transportation and handling all of the paperwork beforehand. We utilized Baja Limo for our bachelor/bachelorette parties, shuttle service for our guests (to and from the venue) and we also reserved a limousine for the bridal party. Baja Limo has a wedding coordinator, Ann who helped us tremendously with the planning of the transportation and handling all of the paperwork beforehand. My bachelorette party was a blast, our driver took care of me and all of my girls and the owner got us on to the guest list at The Mix night club. The party bus was like a night club on wheels with the sound system and the lighting, it was a night to remember. The wedding day was a success; however, my husband later informed me that as him and his groomsmen were arriving at the venue from the hotel there was a moment of panic. My husband’s Best Man, under a lot of pressure, had forgotten the wedding rings at the hotel. The driver, Mike, offered to rush him back to the room and get the rings and be back before it was time to start. I was so impressed that Mike made the effort to go the extra mile at a time of panic. Many of my guests commented about how nice it was to have the shuttle service available so they could have a good time and not worry about driving. Their professionalism, beautiful vehicles, and extra effort made for a perfect event, I would highly recommend their service to anybody planning a wedding.

  Baja Limo Stole my $400 Deposit

  I booked a party bus for a wine tasting event in early March of 2020. As part of that booking, I sent in a $400 deposit with the remaining $900 due the day of the event. Two weeks later, COVID hit and the wineries that we had planned to attend closed their tasting rooms. I contacted Baja Limo via email and they were happy to transfer our $400 deposit to a future booking, with no conditions or restrictions. I have the email correspondence stating as such.

I contacted Baja Limo via email and they were happy to transfer our $400 deposit to a future booking, with no conditions or restrictions. I have the email correspondence stating as such.
  
  In December 2022, I reached out to Baja Limo to get a quote to rent a limo for 3 hours mid-week (not a weekend) to look at Christmas Lights in East Sacramento. I mistakenly told them about the credit up front, after which they quoted me around $1,500 for the limo. This felt opportunistic considering the party bus for the entire day only cost $1,000. While it was during the holidays, and I understand the service is more expensive during this time, it felt like Baja quoted an execptionally high price to discourage use of the credit. Ultimately, we passed.
  
  Fast foward to January 2024 and I reached back out to them for a quote for a limo for 6 people. This time, I did not tell them I had the credit to see what they would quote me. They quoted $877 for a limo, including tip, for 6 hours. I then told them I would like to apply my credit and sent them the email from 2020 for reference. The lady responded and said they would not accept the credit because: i) it was not a "like kind" booking, whatever that means; and ii) they stopped applying credits in October 2023, coincidentally 2 months before I reached out. Her response was unprofessional (and terrible grammar to boot). I followed up with 3 more emails encouraging them to apply the credit, arguing it's the moral and reasonable things to do. I still have not received a response from them two weeks later, and I don't suspect I will.
  
  That said, Baja Limo has withheld my $400 deposit and has no intent to honor it. This is a cut-rate business with questionable ethics. Hire at your own risk!
