I could not have been happier with Bairly Media as my wedding photographers! The search for a wedding photographer was becoming one of the most stressful aspects of wedding planning but as soon as I spoke with Aja I knew that her team would be the perfect fit for me. Aja was an excellent communicator and guided me through everything that I needed to do to get ready for the engagement shoot and the big day. I truly appreciated how Aja was able to get me, my bridal party, and my extended family through all the photo ops we planned in such a short time. The Bairly Media Team were true professionals and had such a positive presence at my wedding. I had guests raving about the photographers afterward, and loved how they fit into the event like family. Bairly Media captured the most stunning photos that highlighted our wedding even better than we remembered it and we cannot wait to work with them again in the future. -

We cannot say enough amazing things about choosing Bairly Media for our wedding photo and video experience. It was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!
If you are even on the fence about adding video — DO IT. It is worth every single penny. We originally hadn’t planned on getting videography, changed our minds a few months before, and they were able to accommodate the change. It ended up being one of the best choices we made. The photos are amazing, but nothing captures the emotions and beauty of the day quite like film.
Aja deserves a special shout-out. Although we had a day-of coordinator, Aja became a second point of contact for us and was truly our rock throughout the day. She constantly checked in on us, made sure we actually got to eat dinner, and looked out for us in ways we didn’t even know we needed.
The attention to detail and creative eye that Bairly media has are unmatched. From stunning drone shots, to beautifully framed moments with the fall leaves, to even photoshopping a groomsman’s suit when the color was off. We were also obsessed with their film photos they took that captured the dreamy, nostalgic feel of the day.
Also, they told us we would receive 100 sneak peek photos five days after the wedding, which I already thought was super generous. Instead they delivered over 200 sneak peek photos, which we were beyond thrilled to relive the day so quickly and share those memories with family and friends.
If that wasn’t enough, we also received countless compliments from our guests and family about how incredible our photo and video team was. If you’re looking for a team that is not only insanely talented, but also genuinely cares about you and your experience, we cannot recommend Aja & Sydney and the Bairly Media team enough! -

The Best Media Team!
Aja and the Bairly Media team did an exceptional job capturing our wedding day from start to finish! They handled all of the videography and photography with a truly professional touch. Aja and the team helped with everything, from setting up each scene and choosing the perfect locations, to guiding us through poses with clear, simple instructions.
Their coordination on the wedding day itself was seamless, and the final photos and films were delivered within a very reasonable timeframe. The quality of their work clearly reflects the care and effort they put in; every shot captures the beauty and emotion of the day. Look no further!
Aja and Sydney were our photographers for our 3/29/25 wedding in Maryland. I simply CANNOT recommend them enough. From the moment they walked into the bridal suite, I knew we were in good hands. They were punctual, they were prepared, they came with a vision, and they executed it perfectly. They could command the attention of the room if needed, but honestly you would not know they were there at all otherwise. There are some amazing shots that they took where I’m like, “wait, they got that?!” They made sure that every detail was perfect. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable. To be honest, the first time I spoke with Aja I swore it was too good to be true. I asked her like 4 times where the hidden costs were. I’m so glad we trusted their vision for our big day. My husband and his groomsmen also thought they were great (my husband HATES photos) so that tells you something!! My only regret of the entire day is that I did not hire them for video, as well. -

Aja and her team are true professionals!! I looked everywhere for a wedding photographer that wasn't the classic, boring, overly bright, washed out look. I wanted more documentary style imagery and im so happy I found Bairly Media! All communication leading up to the big day was fantastic! Felt like we had become email friends haha. I had some questions about videography and Aja did a great job helping me with her knowledge and she truly wanted me to have the best wedding ever. For Aja and her team I can tell she does it out of passion (but girl raise your prices you are incredible!!!). The day of she came in and got straight to work, setting up my flat lays and dress for detail shots. She was great with direction and showing us how to pose as me and my husband cannot pose to save our lives LOL. She has a true eye for photography. Our sneak peaks came back lightning fast and all were JAW DROPPING!!! If you are doing research for wedding photos and you have come across Bairly Media, look no further because there is no one better. -

The BEST wedding photographers
Everyone at our wedding absolutely loved Aja and her team and could not stop raving about them! We loved working with them and are so happy we chose them as our photographers for our big day. Their communication was stellar, always replying the same day often within the same hour, were never late, very fair prices, an overall A+ experience. My husband and I are not naturals at posing for photos but they coached us and made us feel so at ease. Highly recommend their team if you’re getting married. We absolutely love all photos! -

Our wedding day in November 2024 was truly unforgettable, and we cannot thank Aja, Sydney, and Andy enough for their kindness, professionalism, and incredible talent. From our very first phone call, we knew Aja was the perfect fit for our wedding. Our engagement shoot was so natural and enjoyable it felt like we connected instantly. It was such a nice gesture that they were able to accommodate us in NYC!
The wedding day itself was everything we could have hoped for and more. Aja and her team blended in seamlessly, stepping in to take charge when needed while ensuring everything flowed smoothly. Aja went above and beyond to capture as many photos and videos as possible, even working through some challenges with the venue’s timeline.
When we received our photos and videos, we were absolutely blown away by the level of detail, consistency, and artistry in every single shot. The images captured the genuine love and joy of the day perfectly. All of the candid moments and videos from the night brought us to tears with how authentic and emotional they are. We’ve been watching our highlight film almost monthly reliving those incredible memories..

Amazing Photographer
Aja and her team were wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating as we were hiring her from New York for a wedding in California. After talking to her for the first time, I felt very comfortable and knew I had to hire her as my photographer. She took the time to explain her process, was very patient with our hectic schedules, and was very organized with her work. She reached out multiple times to go over the wedding timeline and made sure she had a list of any specific photos we wanted so she wouldn't miss anything. We had an Indian wedding so naturally it was very hectic, but Aja was great at capturing the moment. I love all the photos she has shown us and I am excited to get them printed and framed. -

When we started planning our wedding, choosing the right photographer was one of the most daunting decisions. We had to stick to a budget, but also knew having great photos that would stand the test of time was a top priority for our day. My husband and I also had different photography style preferences, so in an effort to combine his likes (fine art style, light and airy) with mine (true color/dramatic, documentary, artistic) I reached out to 40 different photographers! As soon as we saw Aja’s work and spoke to her on the phone, we knew we had finally found the right match for us that checked all the boxes. To start out, we had a very specific vision for our engagement shoot at an arcade bar and billiards hall. Aja was all in on this idea and she and Sydney spent so much time with us, giving amazing posing guidance, something we really wanted! They were also just super fun to spend time with, and Aja has an amazing eye, knowing within minutes of stepping into a location which shots are a must. We were thrilled with how our engagement photos came out!
When it came time for the wedding, Aja continued to be incredibly communicative leading up to the event, taking time on the phone with us to go over the timeline and sending over shot lists and detail checklists. On the day of the wedding, she and her team arrived early and delivered us nearly 900 photos! We had a large wedding party as well as family to wrangle and she was great at keeping everything moving quickly and utilizing every unique corner of our venue, the Oviatt. Everyone involved in our day was so impressed by the entire photography team’s demeanor and talent, we all felt so comfortable! We quickly learned to trust the process because even a pose that might feel silly while doing it ended up looking amazing in the finished product! We can’t stop looking over our beautiful photos and reliving our day. Every moment was captured as well as the emotions behind the moments, and we are so grateful and excited to display these amazing photos in our home for years to come. We would recommend Bairly Media to anyone, and we will definitely hire them again for any photo needs we have in the future! -

Aja and her team made our day so seamless and so relaxing. Leading up to our wedding, she communicated so well and calmed all of our nerves, and the day of was no different. From the moment she arrived through the grand exit, she and her team were intentional, kind and organized. There were a lot of moving parts to our day, with photo and video in multiple locations (church, boat transportation, reception venue) and it was all captured gracefully without a hiccup. Our wedding party was raving about how much they loved Bairly Media photo/video team because of how fun and personable they were! Not to mention, our photo/video gallery was PERFECTION - exceeded all of our expectations and I can't stop looking at them! I would 100% want to work with this team again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a rehearsal dinner and/or wedding photos and videos. -

Picture Perfect!
Our wedding day was picture perfect, which Aja and her team managed to capture spectacularly! The venue is beautiful, but can be a challenge day of - as all vendors must load in a few hours before and setup simultaneously. Aja’s team managed this with skill, and were able to capture all the photos we wanted throughout the entire venue. Aja’s calm and cool personality makes her super easy to work with - and the final end product of her work is fantastic (we absolutely love our highlight video reel). We would recommend Aja and her team 10 out of 10 times. -

Aja and her team, Sydney and Andy, were an absolute dream to work with! From the get-go, Aja’s stunning photography and fun-loving wedding videos captivated us. We were thrilled with the results for our wedding and felt the team's genuine warmth and enthusiasm every step of the way. Aja was always responsive, helpful, organized and truly dedicated to capturing the joy and love of our special day.
Despite their busy schedule, Aja and her team traveled all the way from California to New York for us. They arrived early and surprised us by making time for an engagement photoshoot at sunrise in NYC, which was magical. On our wedding day, they showed up bright and early, ready to go in the scorching July heat, and even took drone footage of the venue a day in advance to streamline the big day.
We cannot stress enough how the entire team was incredibly kind and talented. Aja and her sister Sydney made posing a breeze, turning photoshoots into a fun and stress-free experience. My husband, who usually isn’t a fan of taking photos, found himself genuinely enjoying the process thanks to their excellent direction and friendly vibes.
Despite their travels and packed schedule, we received stunning photos and videos back sooner than we expected. We feel so blessed to have had Aja and her amazing team capture our special moments. My husband and I highly recommend working with Aja and her team! We aren't used to getting our pictures taken, so we were very nervous about how awkward we normally are in front of a camera, but Aja made us feel so comfortable and knew exactly how to direct us and made sure we looked our best to best capture the most important moments of our lives. For our wedding photos, we wanted a very classic and timeless vibe, have cute candid photos, and of course affordable. Just got married last month and worked with Aja & Sydney for our wedding video. they are extremely professional, warm, easy to be comfortable with, and very talented.
To be honest, we booked them after we already booked our wedding photographer...but really wish we found them sooner. If you have the opportunity to book them for BOTH photography and videography - don't hesitate. It's our biggest regret because they were so awesome to work with! Their artistic perspective coupled with their experience and professionalism make them ideal for weddings. They tried their best to keep us on schedule when other vendors derailed our timeline, and produced amazing work.
We were very lucky Aja and Sydney were there, as they easily understood our needs/wants during the event when others did not. Events are chaotic and you need vendors who are quick, on point, artistic and fun to be around. These ladies check all the boxes.
Videos take a long time to edit, and we received our files less than a month after our wedding. Great quality work, captured everything we wanted without a shot list, and impeccably executed - we didn't have edits. Grateful we had the opportunity to work with them! -

Aja was a dream to work with. She goes above and beyond with her services, from the engagement photos to planning timelines to wedding day shooting. For the engagement shoot, she provides a list of locations to select from; and our site perfectly captured the aesthetic we were hoping for. On the wedding day, she and her team were quick to step in for last-minute adjustments (making sure my skirt draped nicely, straightening my veil, etc.). She has such an eye for detail and goes above and beyond to capture the most beautiful photographs. We were worried that our timeline would run too tightly, but she made everything feel easy, stress-free, and FUN. She also makes the photos easily available for downloading and printing, and we’re so excited to compile them into a book. Aja and her team were one of the kindest, most professional, thoughtful vendors we worked with and cannot recommend her more highly! -

We had the pleasure of working with Aja for our summer wedding in July 2023, as well as for our engagement shoot. In addition to taking stunning photos, Aja is incredibly professional, responds quickly and is very organized. For the engagement shoot, she has locations and time slots you can pick from, and we appreciated the ease of setting up the appointment. She does a great job with the pace of everything, being really chill and helping to pose you, which makes the session fun and stress free. The quality of the photos speaks for itself but we absolutely loved how the pictures turned out. On the wedding day, Aja and her team were super easy to work with, taking photos efficiently, with good direction and attention to detail (like rearranging my hair/dress, making sure there were no hair ties on wrists, sunglasses on family members, etc). Aja did a great job keeping up with the timeline without making it feel rushed and keeping the stress levels low despite the busy day. We were grateful for her patience and in awe of her talent for taking the best shots and capturing the emotion of the day. The turnaround time for the photos was quick as well (around 1 month)! We loved how pictures felt very natural and as we reviewed the gallery, it felt like reliving the day. We couldn't be happier with how the photos turned out and would easily recommend her to anyone considering her. -

Aja is amazing! We hired her through a recommendation by our wedding planner for both photo and videography and we were so happy that we did. Not only does she produce beautiful work, but you can tell she puts so much thought into everything she does.
When we first met her for our engagement photos, we were apprehensive to take photos because my husband and I had never taken professional photos like that, but her and her team made us feel comfortable the entire time.

Seriously. They’re all SO BEAUTIFUL 🤩🤩🤩
Even how you captured details like our decor, the personal champagne glasses—the WEDDING CAKE!! And the “details” shot of my shoes, perfume, jewelry, etc. Girl. I didn’t even care about shots like that before and then when I saw them I was like “uuuughhhhh yessssssss how beautiful!!!”
Also—the BLACK & WHITES!!!! YAAAASSSSSSS!!!!! I LOVE THE B&Ws!!
Also we love the reception photos too!! We really felt like you took care to not just grab any kind of generic pictures—like you captured MOMENTS at our reception and throughout all of it!! Especially the photos of the moment when every sang “The Blessing” over us!! The photography of that moment is just as powerful and beautiful as the video.
You did that Aja!!! Your work is beautiful and we will definitely be recommending you if we know anyone needing wedding photography!

My whole experience with Aja from start to finish was amazing! We loved her vibe originally and that's one of the reasons why we chose to go with her. She has fair prices and even complimentary engagement photos! She responses quickly and is very flexible with scheduling. Most importantly, her photos are beautiful! I love the natural lighting/editing and they turned out better than expected! The turn around for our wedding photos was very quick!!! We got them about a month later. Couldn’t have chosen anyone else!!
It’s been exactly two months since we got married and honestly we couldn’t have chosen anyone else to do our photo and video! Aja and her team are amazing! Very detail oriented and just a blast to work with!
Our engagement pictures came out perfect, we were both extremely nervous as we’d never taken couples photos before however Aja was able to make us feel comfortable behind the camera and captured it all beautifully.
Our wedding day was hectic however I’m so thankful they were able to improvise and work with the location we had for both photo and video. It all truly came out like a dream and we are forever thankful that they were able to capture every moment of it. Such an amazing team to work with from start to finish! Initially we thought we could save some money and not hire a videographer for our wedding. But after finding Bairly Media and watching some of their videos we were convinced that we needed to hire them for our wedding. And they definitely exceeded our expectations! Rather than having the entire wedding filmed we wanted a short memorable video taking all the best parts and highlighting them. They did this, and beyond. They used drone shots, video editing, directing shots, adding music, and most importantly filmed us and truly captured the essence of the day while helping us look our best. It was also not easy trying to take care of our 4 month old baby during a wedding but Aja was so understanding and patient as we ran around to deal with the chaos. We really appreciated the fact they were still able to manage getting a clip of us with our baby, it truly meant a lot. We have rewatched our video multiple times with the same effect of crying since it really touches our heart. Thank you Bairly Media team for being right there with us and making this process easy and capturing our day perfectly. -

Best photographer EVER!!
I got married 10/10/21 at The Lakehouse San Marcos and I could not have dreamed of a better photographer. I knew from the very beginning that finding a good photographer was one of the most important things to me for my wedding so I researched and spoke to a LOT of photographers. I found Aja last minute and she was sooo sweet. She took the time to send me pictures from other weddings and answered all my questions. After we met via zoom I knew she was the one!
I have ZERO regrets as my wedding pictures turned out SO BEAUTIFUL. I honestly could not have dreamed of having more beautiful wedding pictures. We're so glad we found Aja and her team to shoot our engagement and wedding! They were super nice and flexible with our schedules despite how busy they were. Aja was an AMAZING videographer. She and her team made a beautiful highlight video that our friends and family loved. We also got a full video of all the really important parts of our wedding- our vows, first dance, father daughter dance, and speeches. She captured all the feelings of the day perfectly. We got married Nov 6 2021. We booked Aja over a year prior to our wedding. We didn’t hesitate to book her, noticing that she was a young talent who was clearly on the rise. From the start she was very kind & professional, and also easy to work with! She was quick with email responses, and was very patient with answering all of our questions or when we needed to make some schedule changes for the wedding day timeline.
Aja makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. She gives great direction and made things feel natural. She’s very organized. There was never a pause with shooting, because Aja was always thinking ahead for the next shot. Several members from our wedding party even noted the ease of working with Aja and the team, which is lovely to hear when you have such a large group.
Aja delivered photos and video within the time frame stated in contract, which I was delighted to see, given it’s such a busy time of year with so many weddings and the holidays approaching. I definitely recommend doing the photo AND video package!! So many people reached out telling me it was the best wedding video they’ve ever seen, and I may be biased but I definitely agree :) And in regards to pictures, we received HUNDREDS of (stunning) edited photos…everything from our day was BEAUTIFULLY captured. We are incredibly pleased. Amazing Quality Wedding Photos!
Aja was amazing! Extremely flexible and easy to work with. Super prompt with all of the questions that we had leading up to our wedding. We love our photos and cannot believe that she was able produce such high-quality photos for an amazing price! During the wedding, despite our shortened timeline with our venue, Aja and her team worked extremely efficiently and got all of the shots that we wanted. She made us feel very comfortable during our photo sessions, a difficult thing to do for my wife and myself as we're both naturally pretty awkward. However, Aja's calm and friendly demeanor had us feeling instantly comfortable making our photos look great. She also turned the photos around in 2 weeks, so we were able to enjoy the photos while on our honeymoon! I would 100% recommend Aja for anyone looking for a wedding photographer which I have, in fact, already been doing! -

Incredibly amazing team! My husband and I used Bairly Media for our wedding photos and videography, and we'd definitely use them again for any occasion. My husband can feel awkward sometimes in front of a camera, but Aja and her team made it fun and enjoyable for us and everyone else that took photos/video roll with us. We started planning pre-pandemic, but of course a lot had to change. Aja was very flexible and helpful in this process. We still got all the photos we wanted most: the first look, the legal ceremony, newlywed photos, and photos with family at our mini backyard reception. Aja was even generous enough to be our witness to our legal ceremony since we could only have one guest and we knew we wanted photos. She has a great eye for what will photograph best, and my husband and I both felt at ease (even though we're both usually very camera shy). Half the photos were taken in my mother-in-law's backyard, with less than ideal lighting, but they still turned out beautiful. We are hoping to have a ceremony later when it's safer to do so with more guests, and if we do, I'm really hoping to have Aja do our photos again. -

We are so incredibly happy with Aja's incredible work for our wedding photos. Before our wedding, she was incredibly responsive to any question that I had. I would receive replies within the same day, if not the same hour, for every email that I sent. She was so friendly and flexible about our timing changes for the wedding day. On the wedding day itself, she came early so that she could find the best spots for us to take pictures. It was extremely clear that she had done her research about our venue ahead of time so that for our photo shoot, we could make the most of our time. she captured every important moment of our special day from getting ready to our reception. When we received our photo album from her, we were incredibly impressed by the beauty of the pictures. there are no words to describe how grateful we are to have had someone so amazing as Aja for our wedding. Her price was also incredibly reasonable, one of the best prices we found in our extensive research of wedding photographers. I highly recommend her. I also wanted to mention that the online photo gallery that she uses is fantastic. It allowed me to send links to anyone I wanted to share my pictures with easily. Anyone can download high-resolution photos for free from our photo album. It saved us a ton of time in sending individual pictures to each person or trying to save photos one by one. The photos in this online gallery can also be uploaded directly to Google photos, which also made our lives easier. -

Beyond blown away
Aja is so freakin talented, I firmly believe if she wasn't our photographer for our wedding it wouldn't have been what is was. We had a small little Covid wedding at a park and you would never know how small and ghetto it was from the pictures. She also basically coordinated the wedding for us, from setting up the alter with cute pillows and blankets to staging the first look. I'm so grateful to her. Seriously, she IS the best. Do yourself a favor and hire her before she is famous and her prices are higher cause the prices are a steal!! -

I had about 25 other photographers reach out to me to shoot my minimony and I picked Aja not only because I liked her talent but she had fair pricing and I could just tell she truly cares about her craft/making the day perfect! I told her I didn’t have much planned and she offered to let us borrow one of her beautiful rugs for the ceremony (wow! I loved it in our photos).
- I said the location was a bit hard to find (we got lost ourselves) and Aja and her assistant showed up an hour early.
- Extremely professional and experienced. It was just four family members in attendance so it was very casual, no timeline, but she knew the best time to do the ceremony with the best lighting and not only did we get to do the ceremony in the shade (it was 100 degrees that day) but it also made for amazing photos. I don’t know we would have waited until the sun was perfect had she not been there!
- They were aware of my covid precautious (my dad is high risk) and had no issues shooting distantly, wearing a mask/gloves, and capturing the “getting ready” photos outside. (she opened the French doors to the bedroom to get some inside shots … how creative!)
- We didn’t give her a shot list because I thought I just wanted ceremony/couples pics/family pics but she recommended I take some photos of my dress/rings/shoes which I didn’t care too much about at the time, but now I cannot believe I almost missed out on those photos! She knows what she’s doing! I’ve already emailed the photos to my friends and family and everyone loved the styling of my wedding rings and especially the photo of my sister and I kissing my dad on the cheek (she told us to do that and I’m so thankful I have images like that, they are priceless!)
- The entire time she had excellent communication, was so friendly, and responded quickly to any questions or inquiries.
- On top of that, my photos were delivered SO FAST. I got them just in time for the weekend where we had to postpone our original date and I had these beautiful photos to keep me happy all day.
Overall she just really put in 1000% effort in everything she did from start to finish. My family and my now husband and I are over the moon with her. Thank you Aja and team! -

Aja was a great, fun, and well organized photographer! She was super flexible and helpful with details and stuck to time frames. When we had to pivot from a destination wedding to a backyard elopement due to Covid-19, I had to pick a photographer with only a month's advance notice. Being Black and my husband white, I really wanted someone who would understand how to light us so that we both looked amazing. I immediately had a good feeling about Aja and Bairly Media and I am so happy we chose her to be our photographer. She was super communicative throughout the process before the wedding. On the day of, she showed up early to scout locations and she and her assistant were super professional. She made us feel so comfortable and had a predetermined list of shots, but also was able to go with the flow.
She sent us a sneak peek of about 15 photos the very next day and I knew we were going to have an amazing album. About two weeks later, we received our full album of about 250 photos. They are all amazing. Seriously. They are all frame-worthy and I don’t know how we’re going to decide which ones to do.
With all the chaos and uncertainty of trying to get married during a pandemic, she was such a god-send. I could not be happier! -
