Gorgeous!!

My husband went here to pick out my engagement ring. All the information he had was that I wanted a halo ring. He worked with Alex (who is amazing!) who helped him to design the most beautiful engagement ring. We came back to Bailey's to pick out our wedding bands as well. The entire Bailey's team is next level - wonderful people very helpful and will help solve any issue you may have. Highly recommend them as your wedding bands, but also their jewelry in general

Very courteous

I came in looking for an engagement band, not really knowing what I was looking for. I heard ads on the radio for Bailey's and thought I would try it out.
I was promptly greeted by several people, which was a little overwhelming, at first, since I didn't expect to buy anything, and didn't want to waste anyone's time.
After looking around, I had a young lady approach me with a great smile and calm demeanor. Her name was Lisa, and i really liked her New England accent. She showed me some items without making me feel intimidated. She had a great sense of humour and really got me.
I really appreciated her honesty. I ended up buying a ring I didn't know I could get. The sales person afterwards was delightful, and it was not as scary as I thought it would be.
I still can't believe it was so simple, and I had a great experience.

Bailey’s provides the best customer service! They actually care about you! After we got engaged they sent flowers to my job to congratulate me. They send hand written cards to check in on you. It’s hard getting that type of service from businesses these days but not at Bailey’s Fine Jewerly

I wouldn't trust anyone else!

We purchased all of our wedding jewelry at Bailey's Fine Jewelry. My husband purchased my engagement ring and two wedding bands. I purchased his wedding band there and had them take my grandmothers engagement ring and make it into a pendant for me to wear at my wedding. I wouldn't trust any other jeweler with any of my precious jewelry!! The jewelers and sales people here are also SOOO nice and always remember your name and special details regarding your family and wedding which makes the experience that much nicer!

Jamey was professional and quick

Ring setting service was fantastic, I checked with multiple other stores and none of them were able to provide the same day turnaround time that Jamey at Baileys was able to do, would recommend to others and use Baileys again. Feedback was very honest and never felt I was being upsold on items or products I did not require.

Great value and wonderful service

Picking an engagement ring for my girlfriend was quick and easy. They are very discrete when it comes to keeping it a surprise and are pretty good about keeping you updated on the progress of a custom ring. Absolutely zero issues at all. I planned to propose in March and the ring was ready by mid-January and I had ordered it mid-December. Very quick turnaround time.

I highly recommend this place for your special events of a lifetime. I spent a lot of effort looking for the perfect ring all over the city for the love of my life, and it's at Bailey's Fine Jewelry in Cameron Village where I found it. Through out, I was really picky because I wanted a ring that she could wear for a lifetime. I only want to do this once (not counting surprise gifts of course), with one ring, and one woman. I can never forget the day when I made my purchase. I even met Mr. Bailey, the owner when he came out to greet me personally. Nice fella. Feels like a big family...and Alan our sales rep. was great! He really helped us find the best ring and was really patient and understanding. Great guy! Bailey's is definitely a place where you can find the beginning of your memories. Thanks Alan!

Working with Max was a superb and most comfortable experience! She listened patiently and jotted down detailed notes while we were browsing to help my fiancé with his purchase that would come just a few weeks later. Bailey's Fine Jewelry has always been my "go to" for all of my Jewelry needs however, Bailey's should be your "go to" for your giftware needs as well. Bailey's associate, Amy Bowles is wonderful in helping you select gifts for everyone on your list... Bridal, Baby and Birthday gifts, gifts for the "Man" in your life as well as gifts for Young and Old. I brought pictures from my daughter's wedding in and Amy selected beautiful frames for each photo and then wrapped these very special gifts for our family and friends in a beautiful Bailey's Box. When you visit Bailey's everyone receives a warm and inviting welcome, which means a lot to me. Every time I walk in the door, I feel like an old dear friend, not a customer and at Bailey's that is what it is all about.

My fiancé looked several places before finding bailey’s. They worked with him on a custom design and made suggestions on little things like planning ahead for the wedding band in the design. They were friendly and fair priced! We will be using them for everything going forward!

Mine and Joshua's experience at Baileys located in the Crab Tree Valley Mall, in Raleigh, NC, was impeccable. We will definitely be returning for our bands and much more. Bailey's was and continues to be a trustworthy and immensely helpful place to shop for jewelry. Nancy Holt is a phenomenal human who has helped me every step of the way, from buying the perfect engagement ring, to guiding us as we look for wedding bands. Honestly, she deserves a raise (and no, she didn't tell me to say this - and I'm not kidding!) as she is personable, honest, and always looking out for the best possible options. You can always expect quality from Bailey's, and they have in my opinion the best price-to-quality ratio. As a family business, Bailey's doesn't operate the same as bigger chain stores who want customers in and out - I have always felt valued as both a customer and a human when I have shopped in Bailey's. I can't recommend this store highly enough, and always ask for Nancy to help you out - you won't regret it.

I would give them the advice to book this vendor if they want someone that is highly professional in understanding the wants and needs that you have during this special occasion. Also, book this vendor is you need that specialized attention that only my salesperson gave in order to make the whole buying experience more than perfect and flawless. Kristen Nobles helped my fiancé design an engagement ring for me. I am still amazed at how she was able to channel my fiancé's love for me and my personality into the ring that I will wear forever. From the tiniest detail to the biggest detail, Kristen helped make a ring that is mine and mine along. Kristen believes in true love and loves her job. She is a true romantic at heart. We worked with Chris for a custom design for our wedding bands and my husband also worked with him for my engagement ring. He did an amazing job on the jewelry and the designs came out just as we expected. Chris was nice and easy to work with and everyone else we talked to at Bailey's was very accommodating. The level of professionalism and industry experience is second to none. At Bailey's we were treated like a member of the family. I would advise shoppers to really give the sales associate as much information as possible. When I was shopping for my now-fiancé's ring, the initial selection was not matching the criteria, so Lisa, the sales associate who assisted me, searched high and low through Bailey's inventory until coming across a ring that was exactly what I was looking for.

I'm a jewelry novice (at best) and I purchased my engagement ring here thanks to Stephanie! She was very easy going and helped guide me through the entire process and selection. All of my Bailey's expeiences have been fantastic. They are very professional at what they do, yet do not intimidate you to buy something you don't want. We walked into Bailey's to just look for an engagement ring, not to buy. We knew we wanted to go with something different than the usual engagement ring since this wasn't a first marriage and we're a middle-aged couple. Thomas showed us some rings and I was immediately drawn to a princess cut fancy yellow diamond double halo ring. I loved it, but didn't think it was practical to just pick the first thing I liked without looking around. The other store we were going to look at was closed on Sunday, so we ended up going home. My fiancé and I still kept thinking about that ring. Several days later, I was shopping with my daughter and we went in to look at the ring again. Thomas told me the big annual diamond sale was coming up in weeks and we could lay the ring away now and get the sale price the day the sale started. That definitely sealed the deal, since the ring was expensive. I am so happy with my ring and the service I received at Bailey's. Plus, every time I'm in the mall, they clean my ring for free. This girl was definitely happy with her Bailey's Box!

Bailey's is absolutely amazing at what they do. They took such wonderful care of my now husband during the purchase of my engagement ring. Bailey's did a wonderful job re-sizing and cleaning my grandmother's engagement ring. Bailey's at Cameron Village is the best place to buy jewelry in the Triangle. They treat everyone the same whether you're spending $10K or $100K! We purchased my engagement and our wedding rings from Bailey's and are extremely satisfied with the quality and value for money that we got. Bailey's are a very friendly and personable team and make you feel very much at home. Their range of jewellery is vast, from cost-effective to exclusive high-end designer and make a lot of their pieces in-house. They will customise any ring to make it unique (like my engagement ring) but are also very helpful in finding jewellery with a budget in mind (aka our wedding rings!). We also got a discount on our wedding rings because we purchased the engagement ring there so were very happy with this.

We used the Bailey's Fine Jewelry location at Cameron Village in Raleigh, NC. They were beyond professionals and made our ring buying experience truly memorable. They are very knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable the minuet you walk in the door, offering snacks and beverages.
Shopping with them was very easy, they were accommodating to my husbands schedule and budget, the fix every detail to your specifications, and are extreamly friendly. We walked in the store with no knowledge of diamonds, and left feeling well educated. Great experience.

I love this place. My husband designed a ring and a gentleman there named Erik (can't remember last name) did all the work and the actual making of the ring. It was beautiful. They also do free cleaning of your jewelry any time!!

We had such a positive experience at Baileys! They were so professional, and attentive to our needs. They spent hours trying to find the right engagement ring when my husband was shopping for an engagement ring, and also spent even more hours trying to find the right wedding band to pair the ring with when we were shopping for wedding rings. The Westridge Village store also allows you the use of a complementary limo or rolls royce ride for your wedding if you spend a certain amount of money with them on wedding rings, so we used the rolls royce to take us to the airport for our honeymoon because we had already booked a horse and carriage ride for the wedding. The rolls royce ride was such a nice bonus because we didn't have to worry about anything, and the driver was excellent picking us up and taking us to breakfast and then the airport. I couldn't ask for any better service in a jewelry store than you get from Baileys. They are exceptional!

For professional reasons I have bought several Jefferson cups thru the years. Initially I had trouble finding someone who knew what one was. Then I found Bailey's They have provided me service every time, sometimes when I was late and needed it super quick. Even with lots to engrave on one small cup - they came thru. We purchased my engagement ring and wedding ring from Bailey's (both Raleigh locations). This review reflects only the wedding band purchase and my husband's band resizing (we received my grandfather's wedding band and didn't purchase one). From the start the Bailey's consultants were helpful, not pushy and fast to help us once we selected our purchase. I have a custom ring and it's hard to find a band that looks good with it so we went to both locations several times, and entertained the idea of a custom band, before settling one. Everyone who helped us gave us their honest opinion, didn't try to upsell or make a quick sale, and we appreciated that. My husband's band alternations were exactly what he was looking for and reasonably priced. We'll be back for future jewelry purchases.

I loved my experience with Bailey's! They were helpful and accommodating. I found the perfect ring just minutes after walking in the store, and then found out that they were having a buy one get one free deal. My husband's ring was free! It was great and they made sure the rings got sized correctly (I have had problems with that in the past) and took a lot of time to talk with us.

From the moment my fiance and I walked into the store we were happy. The professionalism, the great attitude's and the personability with our sales associate at the Crabtree location was so comfortable and made me feel special and important and that what I was looking for mattered. Never once did I feel like I was being sold to. They had a very large selection of rings, especially across their locations, and I found a beautiful ring at this store that was exactly what I was looking for and was unable to find anywhere else. They have top-notch service and warranties once you buy as well. Would highly reccomend Baileys! The Bailey's box is the real deal.

My fiance bought me my engagement ring here. It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. My only problem was that they originally gave him a ring that was 2 sizes bigger than he ordered...We had to send it back for a month so they could make me another ring because it was too big of a difference to just size it down. However, they were super helpful and accommodating during this process.

My husband got my engagement ring here as well as my wedding ring - their selection was wonderful and the people could not be nicer. It was such a daunting experience for me looking at wedding rings, but after my husband had such a great experience, I feel like family there. They have an amazing selection of other jewelry as well (Mikimoto pearls, anyone?) and I can't wait to have money to go back :)

Can not be recommended.

I recently commissioned a $10,000+ ring from Bailey's. I can't get into every detail but the following says it all:

1. It's a direct reproduction / knock off of a current Anne Scheffield ring (which the sales associate explained is 'exactly what we do here.')

2. The sales associate actually struck up a personal relationship with my now ex-fiancé. Let's say they weren't 'friends.'

After reporting this to the manager, I never heard back. For that amount of money I expect professionalism.

Bailey's Fine Jewelry can not be recommended. Period.
