Fantastic!

Bailey Connor catered a holiday party that I planned for my firm back in 2019 and they were absolutely fantastic! They were communicative and paid attention to every detail of our event. When it came to execution for the event they were spot on as well. The display was beautiful, the food was delicious, and all of the guests were raving. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch caterer! Thank you Bailey Connor!

Great staff & delicious food!

My husband and I hired Bailey Connor Catering for our catering and as our wedding planner. Sequena and Tessa went above and beyond for us. We couldn't have done it without them! You can tell they really cared about us and wanted us to have a great time, and the food, WOW! We decided to go with stations for our reception all of them were interactive for our guests and delicious!

The perfect event

Our event went off without a hitch; all thanks to the Bailey Connor crew!!! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was something I’ve never experienced from a catering company. We never had to ask for anything and the place was cleaner when they left than before they got there! I highly recommend Bailey Connor for any of your catering needs.

They did all of our wedding planning/ day of coordinating; from the most delicious food (our family & friends are still talking about it), all of our rentals, coordinating our vendors with our venue and EVERYTHING in between. My wedding with bailey Connor

Absolutely love the food!!!

The food was amazing and I can’t say enough about how they stayed in contact with us all the way up to our wedding day. My sister in law recommended them to us because they had such good service and really loved the food too.

A Foodies Paradise

Kurt and I were so pleased with Veronika and the staff at Bailey Connor. I was really concerned that we wouldn't be able to find a caterer that would be able to accommodate our eclectic taste. We are both big foodies and we tend to place a lot of value on our culinary experiences, and since this was the beginning of our life together and the most important night for both of us, everything had to be perfect. I know that not everyone cares about food the way we do but I felt like it was an expression of our story together. We met at the international festival through friends and we both wanted to allow our guests to experience our love of food. I could go on and on but I will keep this short, but I will end by saying that we had so many compliments on the menu and we are so grateful that we found Bailey Connor.

The Bailey Connor team was incredible! They absolutely made our reception the experience of a lifetime - they were so responsive and accommodating. They genuinely cared about our guests, doing everything possible to ensure their requests were taken care of - Veronika's team definitely made it easy for my husband and I to enjoy the evening, rather than worry about logistics.

Veronika's staff showed up ahead of time to ensure they were properly prepared for my event. The set-up was excellent including the décor selected. Additionally, the food was delectable and all of the doctors and nurses were quite pleased. Because of Veronika and her staff, my staff and colleagues at Kelsey-Seybold Kingwood and Summer Creek felt valued. I really appreciate the attention to detail, quality and professionalism that was given to make my event successful.

This was not for a wedding, but yet for a 25th Wedding Anniversary party. I loved working with Bailey Connor. Vera, Veronica, Brian, Jose, and the entire staff were professional, flexible, and had a great working relationship from the time we went for our tasting until the finale of the event itself.

This was our first time using Bailey Connor for an event, and what a fantastic experience it was! This was not a wedding, but a retirement party (30 attendees) for a long-time employee. We had several special requests and adjustments (even just a few hours before the event) and Vera Cantrell was amazing to take great care of us every step of the way. The staff (Jose and team) that served us throughout the event was perfect as well. Very professional and personable! The food was very good, well presented and perfect for our theme. Overall fantastic experience!

We used Bailey Connor through our venue and tasted their food at a couple of the open houses. Everything was delicious at our wedding, everyone said the food was great. They decorated the buffet table beautifully and everyone was very professional! The fajitas were awesome!

We chose to go with Bailey Connor as our reception caterer as they were part of the all-inclusive package that came with our venue. We sampled some of their food at the venue's open house, and we were very impressed with the quality and the taste...especially since we got to the open house shortly before it ended. We didn't have to deal with the vendor directly for placing our orders as my venue coordinator did this one my behalf; however, she did not say anything about having a difficult time working with them, so I assume they are great to work with.

Bailey offered my venue several different menu options that we could select from, and we felt like they were well priced and offered a great selection. The day of the wedding, they decorated the buffet stations themselves, and it went perfectly with the theme of our wedding! The food was also incredible, and we received many compliments from our guests. For those wondering, we ordered the following: Bruschetta Crostinis, Chicken Empanadas, Mac n Cheese Station, Pulled Pork Sliders, and Chicken Picatta. If I had to choose, I would say that the Pulled Pork Sliders were my least favorite, but they were definitely a guest favorite.

Darren and his team, with Bailey Connor were wonderful! They were prompt, professional and expeditious. The food was top quality, the service was even better. I would recommend them for any corporate or private event.

Its been exactly 24 days since my wedding and I had to take the time to say thank you to Bailey Conner Catering for the food service. Veronika and her team were amazing to work with. Veronika went out her way to make sure that planning our wedding went a smoothly as possible. The food was exceptional!!! I would definitely use them again for any other events and do recommend future brides to used them. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone at Bailey Connor was amazing! Veronika went above and beyond. We actually booked her before we booked anything else. She helped us to find our venue and had great insight. It was a joy working with Bailey Connor! They were on time and polite, and sent us to our hotel with left overs. All of our servers were wonderful, and coped great with having 2 annoying boys following them around asking for food. I wish that I could give Bailey Connor a million stars. They worked out a payment plan with us, and the prices were completely reasonable. On top of that, all of the food was to die for and people were complimenting us all night.

Bailey Connor Catering provided food in my home for our guests. The food was delicious, delivery was prompt and Veronika (President & Event Maestro) was helpful, flexible and professional. She made my life so much easier during those hectic days. I highly recommend them and am most grateful to them.

We used Bailey Connor Catering to provide food during our wedding reception. We worked a lot with Veronika on the menu before hand, and attended several open houses to sample different items. The food was good, perhaps a bit expensive for what you are getting for a normal restaurant meal (i.e. $32/person for chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread and salad), but very reasonably priced compared to other wedding caterers. The service was outstanding. Everything ran smoothly during the reception, including the wait staff passing out cake per my impromptu request, which was not part of the original agreement. We'd definitely recommend Bailey Connor as an affordable, good caterer.

Absolutely fabulous. The food was wonderful and the staff was equally terrific. Very professional to work with. Although this event was small in number, they took the time and effort to make sure our guests were taken care and were made to feel special. The pre-event conversations and communications were handled well and left me feeling comfortable on event day. I could not have asked for better results. I look forward to working with Bailey Connor Catering in the future.

Beachside Wedding Event

We chose Bailey Connor Catering to cater our beachside wedding event in Galveston. This required some "outside of the box thinking". Marsha and the team were terrific. All these guests had a wonderful time and were very complementary. They have my full recommendation.

The food at our wedding was SO delicious! When we walked around to speak to guests, almost everyone commented on how good the food was and how it was not your typical, bland wedding food. You could tell the quality was high and they truly care about the product they serve to guests. The menu was a very important aspect to us, and we were very pleased with the food. We were a bit disappointed that we did not get to pick out the food for our tasting, especially since we did not end up even having most of it on our menu. Despite that, the food was still very good, it just was not the type of food we were looking to serve. It all ended up going extremely well and we worked with Veronika to come up with the perfect menu for us.

Food was delicious and every guest went home full! Only disappointment was that I had been told my husband and I would never be without a drink or food in our hands and we got our own drinks. Everything else was perfect.

Our food was amazing. We did a station set up which I loved. We had a carving station, chicken marsala, and pasta station. All of our guest loved the food and the variety. Many went back for more. We also had a children's menu. It was yummy.

Guests still taking about the food, watch your final quote.

Bailey Connor was a preferred caterer at our venue and it's clear why some our guests were raving about the food. We did have an issue with our final quote being too high because they said we guaranteed our max possible guest list at our tasting (which made no sense), but after addressing the issue Bailey Connor adjusted the quote to match our venue minimum. We requested extra garlic in the mashed potatoes at our tasting and even at the wedding the guests couldn't tell there was any garlic. Even with the few mix ups the food was delicious and a great value.

Ok food, but poor to fair customer service

It’s been about a month since my wedding, and I still get upset when I think about how unpleasant it was to work with Bailey Conner Catering. They are the only vendor I regret hiring for my wedding. Their staff were professional, but in the last month before the event their management treated me in a manner I viewed to be condescending and evasive. The company did serve food and the guests said it was fine, so there's that. However, I personally felt bullied and ripped off by them, so my two cents would be to explore other options before considering them.

Awful!! I would not reccomend them to anyone! We had issues from the start with scheduling a private tasting, they charge $25 a person and don't allow you to choose what you want to try! We tried a couple action stations at their public open houses and decided to go with those since the food is prepared to order. It is also described this way in their menu. We chose the pasta, quesadilla and steakhouse grill actions stations. All described as prepared to order! This isn't what we got! The food was made ahead and warmed up! They hasn't even started the warmers when the wedding party started to be served so our food was cold! The pasta was premixed and in warmers, not made to order as described. The quesadillas were also pre-made not as described. And the steak and shrimp skewers were warmed. This is not what I paid extra for! The staff was rude and denied people more than one serving, despite the fact we paid for 160 people and only had about 120 show do to weather. When we tried to contact them about the issues they were unprofessional and rude. Luckily our venue coordinator responded well for us. We would not have used them if they were no already the preferred vendor for our venue. I would not reccomend them to anyone!
