    They did a really great job on hair and makeup for my wedding party, was able to meet our strict time constraints and made it a fun and pleasant experience for all of us! I read some really bad reviews on them pertaining to bridal services but luckily I did not see any of this. A few stylists and the make up artist came in on their day off just to work for my wedding.

    Amazing work

    Jess did and amazing job with my hair! She listened to all my needs and wants for my bridal hair style. She was so helpful and nice. Siara did my bridal makeup and did an outstanding job! I couldn’t of asked for a better group of women to do my bridal makeup and hair!

    Perfect hair for the perfect day!

    Bad Hair Day Salon was the perfect place to have my hair and all my bridesmaids hair done for the big day! We were married in October 2019, and I had a total of 10 people that needed hair done! They were gracious when I asked for a large number of people, but they had a great amount of space! My hair dresser in particular - usually does the bride's hair - and she was absolutely the best to work with. I first did my trial about a month before my wedding and she created the vision I had for myself! She was also flexible with any small changes I needed to make! Myself and all my girls, and mom and mother in law, all loved our hair dos for the big day!

    Hair and makeup

    Bad hair day rocked the entire wedding party’s look! My hair for my wedding was absolutely perfect and stayed in all day. The makeup was the best ever. All my guests commented on how perfect each girls hair and makeup was. They got everyone done on time and set the room up for when we had breakfast in the morning. They were extremely accommodating when the girls asked to add more services to their orders. The morning was so nice and relaxing at the salon.

    Seamless experience

    Bad hair day was fantastic about booking all the appointments for the various services me and my bridal party wanted on the day of my wedding. When we went in, the service and professionalism were excellent, and made for a seamless few hours! Everyone was really happy with their hair, makeup, and nails, and they looked beautiful in all our pictures! The mimosas were a lovely touch too! Thank you for everything!

    I had my hair and makeup done at Bad Hair Day and would definitely recommend them for weddings. The day i got married i think there were at least 8 wedding parties at the salon.

    I also recommend a trial. What usually works with your hair or makeup may not be the same when there is wind blowing 40mph. We were able to make tweaks so that on the day my hair and makeup were perfect.

    I had to change a few appointments and the salon was very accommodating in working with me to make those changes.

    If you select Bad Hair Day for your wedding I think you will be very happy with your choice.

    Bad Hair Day has everything a bride and her bridal party needs to feel beautiful on the wedding day. I did a few hair and makeup trials before the big day and was always happy with the results. When it came to wedding morning, the salon was bustling with excitement and happiness. My bridesmaids and I enjoyed complimentary mimosas while we had our hair and makeup done. The stylists are efficient and do a wonderful job. The new salon is beautiful and bright. I will be going back for non bridal services when I return to the beach!

    I have nothing more to say than GO TO BAD HAIR DAY? The experience is fantastic! They literally cover everything, they do hair makeup nails massages and have beer, wine, mimosas, soda, coffee, water, lemonade, tea, bagels, pretzels! It was a great place to take my bridal party. We only did hair and makeup because we were from out of town but everyone had a great experience, and prices were very reasonable and ended up being cheaper than we were quoted!
    They were very flexible when I made the mistake of putting my trial appt in my planner on the wrong day, so when I got the call I missed it and was at home (2 hours away) I was devastated! But they worked with me and got me in the Wednesday before my Friday wedding.
    Brides---Beth for makeup, Joey for hair! My hair and makeup lasted all night long! They did a beautiful job!!!

    Everyone was fantastic! Was served a glass of wine while I was getting pampered, and the ladies were very professional! They did a fantastic job and made me look great for my big day!

    Hands down the best place to get your hair and makeup done for a wedding in Rehoboth Beach! All of my bridesmaids' hair looked great, and I was very pleased with my makeup. Katie, who is also the makeup artist, coordinates wedding-related appointments. She was flexible, and we were able to add appointments right up until the wedding day.
    The salon is adorable. You can sip coffee, mimosas, wine or water and eat delicious snacks while you are waiting or getting your hair done. It's a fun, funky vibe and a great place to be with your friends on the morning of your wedding. I highly recommend it!

    I LOVED BAD HAIR DAY! My bridesmaids and I got our nails done the day before the wedding and got hair and make up done there the day of the wedding. Everything was BEYOND AMAZING...everyone there is so accommodating and wonderful. My girls really did not know how they wanted their hair and when we walked out of the salon...i was in AWE of what these hair stylists had done. They had transformed these ladies. A girl by the name of JC styled my hair and she did a SPECTACULAR job...my hair style was unique and very different from any beach brides hair I had ever seen...KUDOS JC. As for our make up...KATIE was another wonder...She made our make up look natural and not "caked-on". Everyone loved her and she was so pleasant to work with. The girls doing our mani-pedi's upstairs also get "props" because they were talking to us and joking around as if we had known them for ages...it felt like a big family! I would HIGHLY recommend this spa to anyone...especially any bride to be!

    Bad Hair Day was awesome. They had 3 weddings that day and managed to get us all done in time and without feeling like we were stepping over each other. I loved my up-do and all my bridesmaids' hair looked great!

    This is a fantastic salon. Iryna did an amazing job on my hair and make-up in my trial, and listened to what I wanted, which was slightly different, on my wedding day. I think it turned out perfectly. The salon was also able to accommodate my maid of honor and 6 bridesmaids, my mother-in-law, and my sister-in-law. They set out a table for the food I ordered, and kept us refilled on mimosas and anything else the girls wanted. The stylists were so friendly, everyone had good things to say. Definitely a great experience, and I'm glad I went with them. Iryna is worth requesting, but as I mentioned, all my girls were happy.

    Made me the most beautiful bride!

    Although I did not work with Bad Hair Day one on one for my wedding day, the girls they recommended from the salon were nothing short of amazing. Because the salon is closed on Sundays they can not help out with Sunday Weddings but they do give recommendations for a hair and makeup artist within the salon and if they happen to be available they will come to your location. I had Jess for hair and Siara for makeup and I definitely recommend the duo. They worked so well together!! They were efficient and worked amazing as a team.

    My two sisters, my mom, and I all had our hair and make up done for my wedding. Katie arranged our entire day, and was very responsive leading up to the wedding day. All of our make up looked flawless. We were all so happy with our hair as well. My youngest sister's hair wasn't precisely as she had wanted, and without any hesitation, the salon's owner, Drexel, swooped in to the rescue. Everyone was nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Bad Hair Day? salon to any bride-to-be.

    Very fun, very smoothly run operation.
    It was a little bumpy in the booking, but
    we had a great time and my hairstyle was exactly what I wanted.

    My MOH and I were greeted at BHD with wine and snacks! How great!! My hair was done by Megan, who did an amazing job! The problem was within 45mins, my hair started to all fall out. I had told Megan that my hair is heavy so it requires the large bobby pins to hold it in place. She told me that's what she was using so I didn't worry. When I took my hair out that night there were 2 large bobby pins the rest were small ones. While I was getting my hair done the make- up artist comes up and says, "I am leaving for the day and before I leave I just wanted to ask if you wanted to get your make-up done." WHAT!?!? I told her that I had scheduled for my MOH and myself to get hair and MAKEUP done. Thank God she stuck around and asked me!!!! I will say that I said I wanted a natural look and although my look was nowhere close to natural it looked good. I am sad when I look at my pictures and my up do has chunks of hair that are falling out of it. For the money I spent at BHD I would expect something much better.

    Do not trust!!!

    Had an appointment for hair and makeup for over a month for an event I was hosting. The MORNING OF they canceled the hair and gave us the run around about trying to get another stylist in- and we were not able to book anywhere else since they canceled so last minute. I would never trust with an important event.

    I had such a bad experience with Bad Hair Day, I feel the need to warn other brides. I am not from the area but getting married in Bethany Beach in 3 weeks. I scheduled my hair trial with Jess for the weekend of Labor Day since I would be in town that weekend. My appointment was for noon and I get a call at 11:35 to tell me that my hair trial is cancelled because they are running behind!! I can't imagine worse customer service, especially for something like a hair trial for an out of town customer. I was on my way to the salon and so disappointed. If you can't rely on this salon to keep their appointments for a trial, how on earth are you supposed to trust them with something as important as the wedding day? Plus no apologies or effort to accommodate me on the day that I would be in town. My family has a house in Bethany and I have been a client of Bad Hair Day in the past, never again.
