Great wedding food!

Bacon & caviar did an amazing job catering our wedding! The food was so delicious! We also used their staff for bartenders and severs. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them for any of your catering needs!

So many compliments!

I couldn’t recommend Bacon & Caviar more! They were helpful and professional, and the food was AMAZING. We received tons of compliments from guests on everything – apps, sides, entrees, desserts, all of it! We had a couple ideas off their typical menu, and they were so accommodating and even let us come in for a second tasting to make sure we tried all the options in advance. Honestly, the tastings were our favorite part of wedding planning!
Paul and Angel were great to work with, and day-of, the staff was wonderful, professional, and they even took the time to bring my husband and me appetizers in the bridal suite, pre-plate our meals, and pack up all the leftovers for us. I would absolutely book them again!

Outstanding & very professional!

From start to finish, Bacon & Caviar did an outstanding job with my daughter's 10/14/23 wedding. Both food and service were excellent and I would certainly recommend Paul & his team for any function. The food was unique and not just the cookie cutter selections that you see everywhere. Also, I loved that they give an idea of pricing on their website so we knew they were within our price range.

Wedding guests compliments galore!

Our wedding guests raved about our food made and served by Bacon & Caviar! They said it was the best food at a wedding they had ever had. We appreciated their attention to details, the food choices we had to decide from and the price! Brisket Wellington, Boursin smashed potatoes, and the CORNBREAD! These were just 3 of the choices. And the guests kept going back for more summer salad! ALL OF IT! Spectacular! Look no further for your Nashville caterers!

Great Food!

Bacon & Caviar catered one of our friend's weddings and after having it once, we knew we needed them for our wedding. The food is DELICIOUS and perfect for a Nashville wedding. The Mac N' Cheese was a huge crowd favorite.

Incredible experience!

We hired Bacon & Caviar for our wedding and would absolutely do it again. Not only was the food amazing, but the tasting sessions were great and so was the staff at the wedding! Absolutely recommend them (and get the brisket! wow!)

Fantastic quality and service

The Bacon and Caviar team were divine!

We went with them as they were a preferred vendor for our venue. But honestly, their hash brown casserole, candied bacon, and cranberry lemonade sealed the deal.

They are very reasonably priced, so we didn't break the bank on food. The service team both pre wedding and during wedding were absolute angels. One of the serving team even brought me my own pitcher of cranberry lemonade because I told them I loved it so much! I drained it in 10 minutes.

With the challenges of Covid, we had do adjust our guest count A LOT! And we kept asking so many questions I am SURE they started dreading seeing our email. But they were always helpful, grocious, and rolled with the changes.

I would definitely recommend them. You won't regret it.

Professional and Delicious!!

Truly wonderful! Not only was the food to die for - our guests are still raving about it! - but all staff was so accommodating and professional. We had several last minute changes due to challenges with Covid and Angel was so responsive and receptive and a pleasure to work with. We are forever grateful and cannot recommend this team enough - you will not be disappointed by their delicious food or their excellent customer service!!

Fantastic food and impeccable service!

They seriously are amazing! I'm a food blogger so having good food at our wedding was insanely important to me. Bacon & Caviar did an incredible job of meeting all of my expectations and more. From the candied bacon appetizer to the brisket pot roast with horseradish mashed potatoes, everything was divine. People are still talking about how good the food was even a month later. We had some people not come at the last minute so we had a lot of leftovers -- we ate the leftovers for a week and didn't get tired of it. They were also great about having all their servers masked and gloved to work within Covid restrictions. I highly recommend them as a caterer and can't wait to stop by their restaurant at the Farmer's Market to have their food again.

Wonderful Food

The food was wonderful and there was so much we had leftovers for a few of our guests the next day when they came over to our house. Get the beef brisket and the bacon wrapped potatoes they were the favorite of everyone at the wedding.

Great price and delicious food

They were timely, professional, and food was amazing. Staff was friendly and always available. The first compliment that came from almost everyone after the wedding was

Great Food/Great Service!

From the second we got engaged, we were on the hunt for some good wedding food! We wanted the guests to enjoy the entire night and a big part of that for us meant the meal had to be exceptional as well. We definitely hit the jackpot with Bacon and Caviar. They were very responsive to my millions of questions throughout the whole process. Everything at our tasting was so incredible that it was hard to chose what to serve! We were very impressed by their quality and professionalism on the day of and our guests thought so too-- all of the buffet food was gone at the end of the night!

All the bacon!

We first heard of Bacon and Caviar catering from a good friend who had booked them for their wedding. Shortly after that, Paul and his staff were at the Pink Bridal show in Nashville where we got to taste a few delicious bites and got his information to contact him at a later date for a formal tasting. We talked with Paul about the type of food we wanted (it was a winter wedding so wanted some good comfort foods) and scheduled a tasting. Come tasting day we walked into a one on one sit down with Paul while he brought out item after item of appetizers, entrees, and sides for us to taste. Practically everything was delicious and it was making our choices very difficult. We finally settled on a menu that we thought our guest would enjoy - and they sure did! We got so many compliments on every aspect of the food from so many people throughout the night. Trust us, you can’t go wrong with the brisket and scalloped sweet potatoes. The staff was incredibly professional, efficient, and upbeat all night. We hired our bartenders through B&C and they were absolutely amazing! They would learn what your drink was and be already pouring it when they saw you walking up to the bar. We also had special whiskey tastings which the bartenders ensured went smoothly. We HIGHLY recommend Bacon and Caviar catering for any of your needs as they are incredibly wonderful to work with and provided amazing food and hospitality! Amazing wedding caterer

B&C was fantastic to work with! The whole team was easy to get in touch with and made the whole process go smoothly. And most importantly, the food was amazing! We feel so blessed to have had Paul and his team at Bacon and Cavier as the caterer for our October 2017 wedding. We could not have picked a better company to work with! From the beginning, Paul was an absolute dream to work with and we knew after the initial tasting that we wanted to book him immediately. The food at the tasting was fabulous and it was just as delicious on our wedding day! The staff was fantastic and so many of our guests complimented us on the food and asked for our caterer’s information. We are a week out from our wedding and I am still craving the hot chicken appetizers and delicious main course smoked brisket!

Bacon & Caviar was a fabulous catering company! We used them for our wedding on 5/13/17. They were prompt, delicious and had great, friendly staff working. All our guests raved about how good the food was and many went up for seconds. We did a buffet style of BBQ options (great hit for our Nashville wedding). My husband and I met at Rippy's on Lower Broad, and we wanted our wedding to help tell the story of the night we met. Naturally, we wanted one of our favorite BBQ spots, Bacon and Caviar to be a part of our big day! All of our out of town guests asked us where we found such amazing food, and some of our local friends messaged us the next day saying they went to the storefront B&C because they could not get enough of the brisket and the squash casserole! The food was the perfect complement to our Southern Soiree! Paul and Angel were amazing to work with, and most of all the catering staff and bartenders had such a great time with our guests! Don't hesitate to entrust your big day to Bacon and Caviar!

From the day we conducted our tasting to the rehearsal dinner and reception Paul and Angel were fabulous. We enjoyed every bit of the process with B&C. They helped us navigate their menu options and our budget very well and we felt at ease knowing we made the best choice. The only thing 'negative' that happened to us is they forgot to bring water for our rehearsal dinner, but it was ok we had their fruit tea as well and other drinks ourselves. My husband and I heard so many 'this food is amazing', 'omg who catered this?', and 'your caterer did a fantastic job.' Paul made sure my husband and I had a to go plate for us to take to the hotel which we so gratefully appreciated since we did not eat much during the day. His team packed up all our food for us so we could easily take it from the venue. We met with the so called 'top caterers of Nashville' and we very disappointed and/or simply shocked at the price. We taste tested the same menu (heavy appetizers and cocktail hour passed hors devoures) with these 'top caterers' and either the food was mediocre and a little overpriced or they were outrageously overpriced to where we quickly forgot the food even had taste. What we received from B&C was high quality food with great flavor and texture for a reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys; they work so hard and deliver on what they say!

Bacon and Caviar Catered our recent wedding, they were extremely responsive leading up to the wedding and answered all of my questions ( I assure you, there were a lot). We used them for apps, a buffet, bartenders and servers and all were top notch! Everyone said it was the best wedding food they had ever had and their prices are very reasonable! I cannot say enough good things about B&C! We chose the buffet option with pulled pork, hickory smoked chicken, mac and cheese, green beans, smashed potatoes, salad, and cornbread. Everything was so delicious. Many of our guests commented and continue to comment on how amazing all the food was. Many state it is the best wedding food they've had, which I have to agree with. We served three appetizers during cocktail hour, hot chicken and waffles, bacon wrapped shrimp and 3 assorted skewers. All were delicious, the chicken and waffles was definitely a favorite. It was incredibly hard to narrow down the menu because they have so many great things to offer. My husband and I live out of town but make it a point to eat at B & C every time we visit Nashville. Not only was the food wonderful, but the staff was equally amazing. The servers and bartenders went above and beyond making sure both my husband and I and all of our guests had everything they needed. They were very friendly interacting with all of our guests which really makes a difference. Without a doubt choosing B & C is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, hire them and you will not be disappointed!

Amazingly delicious food! We had a 250 person wedding and every person there is still raving about the food we served. We chose a buffet and had bacon wrapped tenderloin and smoked turkey carving station and the tenderloin literally melted in your mouth and turkey was awesome, but the gourmet mac and cheese with toppings, squash casserole and salad was the best anyone had ever had! The shrimp and grits were a crowd favorite!! Easier just to say everything served was delicious!! We had people calling to ask if we had leftovers the next day!! Also want to mention hor'duerves that were served during cocktail hour were as amazing as everything else. Guests still talking about bacon wrapped sausage balls, hot chicken and waffle bites and shrimp shooters. I have been to many weddings and never had food so delicious and all guests felt the same way. Paul was the nicest person ever to work with! He was so accommodating in every aspect. I also had so many people talk about how wonderful the servers were, very friendly, nice and accomodating which is very important when interacting with your guests. Paul I want to thank you for everything and I will recommend your catering to everyone and all of our guests will do the same! We did tastings at four other caterers and no one even came close to Bacon and Caviar and also want to mention they had the best pricing as well.

We absolutely cannot recommend Bacon & Caviar enough. The food was AMAZING -- guests are still talking about the mac n cheese and the cornbread; the day-of staff was so nice and professional, and even fixed my husband and me a plate of food and brought it to us so we'd be able to eat (something we didn't even think to ask for!); and Angel, the catering manager, was so helpful and responsive. Everything was perfect!

I've had multiple people tell me that our wedding food was the best they've ever had! We had a BBQ buffet of pulled pork and brisket, along with squash casserole, savory sweet potatoes, roasted vegetables, garlic and cheese grits, cornbread, cole slaw, and tea, and with all of that food B&C was still one of the most reasonably priced of all the vendors we looked into. Their catering staff was attentive and courteous as well. We had a wonderful experience with B&C!

Bacon & Caviar is a great choice for wedding day catering! The food is absolutely delicious, the people are great to work with, and you can find amazing food for a wide range of budgets! We chose a buffet style dinner option with BBQ chicken, brisket, pasta, mac & cheese, mashed potato, salad, and a couple appetizers and got rave reviews from our guests (and loved every bite ourselves as well)! I would recommend B&C to anyone looking for a flavorful, professional, reliable catering service!

I HIGHLY recommend this caterer. Their price is very affordable and their food is delicious! We had multiple guests comment on the quality of the food and say it was the best wedding food they have ever had! We were amazed by everything that was included in the price and so appreciative of how helpful and accommodating the staff was. I worked directly with Angel, and she was SO wonderful.

The presentation of the food was very classy, and they did a great job cleaning everything afterwards. We LOVED them!!

If you want your guests to rave about the best food they've ever had at a wedding, you should definitely talk to B&C. Their rates are an amazingly good value and the food is seriously just awesome. We had pulled chicken, pulled pork, squash casserole, mac & cheese, collard greens, and cornbread and I'm pretty sure someone licked the mac & cheese dish clean because that stuff was so freaking delicious. The cornbread BLT appetizers were to die for! And there was more than enough food for everyone. I'm pretty sure no one went home hungry that night. And plenty of people had seconds - when do you ever see that at a wedding?

I worked with Angel in the planning stages, and she was very responsive to email and happy to answer all my dumb questions. The catering staff servers working our event were just as nice as they could be. We were so pleased with our experience and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Paul and Co. from Bacon and Caviar truly exceeded our expectations for our wedding day food! Months later, our guests are STILL talking about how delicious the food was and how much they enjoyed the mac & cheese bar, oreo balls and carving station. My husband and I were blown away by B&C's kindness, flexibility and willingness to listen to our needs and desires for our wedding. We can't recommend their services highly enough and are already looking for an excuse to call upon B&C again! They certainly left a "sweet" taste in our mouths, and we are truly grateful for the delicious wedding feast B&C provided for us.

B&C catered our recent wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased! From our initial tasting, Angel was always quick to answer any questions we had and make sure we had the menu we wanted. The service on the day of the wedding was great! Someone even went through the buffet and made plates for my husband and me so we could continue talking to guests. They took care of everything and made it so easy for us to enjoy ourselves and not worry about a thing. Plus, our guests can't stop talking about how good the food was! I would definitely recommend Bacon & Caviar for your next event or for your wedding day!

The food was so good and affordable compared to the 2 other places I got quotes from. The hot chicken grits dip is delicious!

We hired B&C to cater our wedding of about 75 people. They did a wonderful job!
During the planning stages, they were very responsive, flexible, and friendly. We especially appreciated the quick email responses given that we were planning our event from out of town. They provided helpful advice and useful insight to make sure the event went smoothly.
The night of, they set up and served food beautifully. And, of course, it was delicious. Our guests raved about all the food -- especially the BLT sliders and mac and cheese bar. I'd definitely recommend!

Best. Decision. Made. Amazing food... Impeccable service! Bacon & Caviar was amazing... Paul and Angel are wonderful to work with! We had passed hor d'oeuvres of Cornbread BLTs, Hickory Jalapeños with Tabasco cream cheese, and Country Ham Sliders on sweet potato cornbread. Yum-my! Then the guest dined on the pork and chicken buffet that was accompanied with mac & cheese, garlic cheese grits (my FAV), green beans wrapped in prosciutto, and squash casserole. For dessert, guest enjoyed farmers market peach cobbler served in tiny mason jars...so cute! My guest never went thirsty, the bartenders were fabulous too! B&C was even yummy at 1 in the morning, when it was cold... As the socializing bride, this is when I got to enjoy my wedding food! Great value, even better food!

B&C recently catered my wedding and did an amazing job. They were so great to work with and the food was delicious. They have free tastings and they let us bring 4 people and brought out tons of food. They were very easy to work with leading up to the wedding and always responded to emails and phone calls the same day. At the wedding we served 2 appetizers, salad, 2 entrees, 3 sides, cornbread and fruit tea for $21.50 a person. It was all amazing, and we could not have gotten more compliments. Even the pickiest people there said how much they loved it. If I ever need anything else catered, I will definitely use them again! I would recommend the cornbread BLTs. They are delicious! Ask for Paul at their Melrose location if you are interested!

From the minute we taste tested with B & C Catering (which they provided us samples of ANYTHING we wanted and it was all incredible) to the actual day of our wedding they were so accomodating. My mom probably called Paul, the owner, a million times to ask questions and make changes and he was patient and always willing to help. At the wedding I kept hearing, "the food is amazing" and "OMG the mac and cheese". And it was all that good. We had pretty casual food at our wedding but B & C can do ANYTHING you ask and they do it very well.

We used B & C for rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. The food was absolutely delicious and Paul & his staff were great. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely delicious! The staff was very responsive- someone approached us as soon as we walked into the reception to take our drink orders. They were very attentive throughout the night and checked back often to see how we were doing. B&C offers a range of menu options- from bbq to more elegant options such as beef wellington. We personally went with the buffet style bbq options (beef brisket and hickory smoked chicken). Despite the food being made for a crowd, we were blown away with the quality of the food! If you're unsure about this catering company, go try it! We sampled the food last year and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Paul and Angel were my life savers. I couldn't settle on a caterer for the longest time because everything was too expensive for my budget or way too casual for what we wanted. They did an amazing tasting and the food was so good. the cornbread BLT appetizers were the talk of the party, well that and the mac and cheese. MY Husband even ate the squash, which is quite amazing as he claims to not like any vegetable.
Angel was very prompt when it came to making a menu and they were awesome with finding a menu that we liked while sticking to our budget. I didn't feel like they tried to stick us with any extra charges or servers. The reception was out doors and the food was like it just came out of the kitchen. amazing.
Great company and I will use them in the future for any catering needs i have. Also check out their BBQ joints in melrose and at the farmers market. best cornbread in town hands down

We tried several different caterers and Bacon & Caviar was by far the best. The consultation was in a room, where the chef just keeps bringing you delicious food and tea, to the point that you literally are so full and there is still food coming out. We ate to the point of being full during the consultation and still had two big boxes of food that we ate on for another day afterwards. During the wedding, we had a buffet style meal, with 7 servers for our tables and 3 bartenders. We had a plated salad on the table for our guests while the dances and announcements were happening, and then we had the tables come up for the buffet. The only issues we had were addressed by the company and were more than made up for after the wedding. Overall, the food was incredible, the bartenders and servers were professional. Everyone LOVED the food. We would recommend to anyone!

All of our guests raved about the food and we were so impressed with working with B&C from start to finish. Their servers and staff were kind, responsive, and professional. The food was amazing, the set up was perfect, and we would highly recommend them for any catering needs.

B&C is the way to go for any catering need! The food is delicious and the staff was extremely courteous and professional. All anybody could talk about after the wedding was how good the food was! I highly recommend!!

We used B&C Gourmet Catering for our wedding in June, 2017. Definitely one of the best choices we made. The food is exceptional for the price. We had pulled chicken and pulled pork (couldn't afford the brisket for how many people we had to serve but it is delicious), and they have a great variety of sides to choose from. We also had the reception outside under a tent and they worked with us to make sure everything went well. Paul and Angel are great and happy to make your day as good as it can be. Also, we used their fruit tea and strawberry lemonade as mixers at the bar and they were a huge hit! We got lots of compliments on the food and drinks and overall it was fantastic! Wish I had another wedding to throw just so I could use them again!

These folks are awesome! All the food was so good, that we had a hard time narrowing down our menu! Your guests will not be disappointed! Angel has been great to work with and is very responsive! We are so excited our menu!!

Food was delicious. Angel was very responsive. Tasting was great. We did 2 meats and 3 veggies and split mashed potatoes and grits for one of the veggies - I wouldn't recommend splitting b/c these went faster than everything else and ran out quickly. We did not have much left over, and my groom and I never got to even try to desserts. The only complaint is that they set out desserts earlier than they were supposed to (did not wait for our pie cutting as requested), but it was not a big deal.
