We had our wedding this past April and Backbeat Entertainment truly made it a night to remember. For the past 4 weeks whenever we talk to friends and family they always bring up how amazing the band was. Rob and his team are professional and were so easy to plan and coordinate with. These guys have so much experience to draw on that they won't need a lot of direction or oversight which freed us from having to worry about a lot of communication back and forth. We hired them to do a two piece (sax and keys) setup for our cocktail hour and then they had a 6 piece band play the reception. It was like being a professional concert and everyone was on the dance floor for the whole night. I guarantee if you hire these guys, you won't be disappointed!! High Recommend!!! -

Rob at Backbeat Entertainment will provide talented, professional and fun musicians to fit the style of music you desire for your event. We have booked through Rob for all four of our children's weddings and have never been disappointed. The MC worked well with our coordinator and photographer so that the evening ran smoothly and so many of our guests have let us know how much they were impressed with the band. The cost is reasonable and well worth every penny!! -

Rob with Backbeat Entertainment is such a wonderful person to work with. He listens to your needs and always puts together a great package. I’ve worked with him a couple times in the past and couples are always incredibly pleased. I will never forget walking into the reception space and the room just felt so alive with the bands energy and music. Even though I was working the event, it made me not want to leave. The guests are up dancing nonstop, making for a very memorable night. I highly recommend working with Rob! -

I wanted to take a moment and write a review for Rob and his phenomenal team at Backbeat Entertainment in hopes that future wedding couples may see them from a different, more helpful perspective, that of a fellow wedding vendor.
I've had the pleasure of working with Backbeat on numerous events, and I'm here to tell you- they rock. As a veteran in the wedding industry, I've seen every reception imaginable, but the love and energy that these guys seem to bring out of their guests sets them apart from any other vendor I've worked with (so much so that I felt it should be acknowledged here). The band is incredible. They are genuinely happy to be guests at these wonderful events and to be working with each other, and you can hear it in their music. It's the reason that me and my staff are consistently blown away when we share the same wedding events, and the reason I've witnessed almost every guest up and dancing from the beginning of the reception to the very end.
Do not hesitate. Book them now. You will not find better. -

I had the most amazing time being entertained by this very talented and entertaining group last year! They were very organized and professional, and had their own sound technician who kept making sure that the music was perfect all night. The band was engaging and the dance floor was packed. I was impressed by how passionate the musicians were - they obviously love what they do. There were multiple singers which allowed for a big selection of songs that really showcased their talents. It was refreshing to dance to a band that could play songs from a variety of decades and genres (80’s, 90’s, 2000’s,...pop, rock, country...) and their song choices were on point. My only problem was that I couldn’t take a break from dancing because I didn’t want to miss out! If you’re looking for a band for your next event, do not hesitate to hire this band - you won’t regret it! -

Coming from a family of musicians, it was really great to work with a company and team that really knows the ins and outs of the industry! I was very excited to learn that Rob is also a musician, so that made me feel like everyone, myself and guests included, were in really great hands when booking the band for our event. Everyone was on time, professional, and sounded incredible - they even let my dad (you guessed it, also a musician lol) jump up and sing a song with them. A great band from Backbeat played my cousin's wedding last year! Lovely acoustic guitar during the ceremony, a saxophone player during cocktails, and a full band with a horn section during the reception! The band leads were engaging, the musicians were phenomenal players, and everyone I talked to from the band were great to interact with! Highly recommend! -

Amazing Band !
Rob and Backbeat entertainment were amazing In providing entertainment for my sons wedding in March at Casa Feliz in winter park. We had a five piece band for the reception and a violinist for the cocktail hour. I cannot say enough about how helpful Rob was in planning the day!! He answered all questions promptly and totally took the stress out of a potentially stressful process. What a talented and fun band!!!
They kept the crowd engaged and were immediately responsive to requests Such a fun ,memorable evening and we owe a lot of it to Rob and Backbeat. I highly highly recommend. -

Backbeat Entertainment's Breezeway Band blew us away. Rob helped us with turnkey entertainment for our wedding weekend - a jazz trio at our welcome reception, a ceremony pianist, a jazz duo at our cocktail hour, and a fabulous 6 piece band at the reception. We work in the commercial music industry, as do many of our guests, and everyone was so impressed with the array of amazing talent showcased throughout the weekend. I would strongly recommend booking Breezeway Band for any corporate event, private party, or wedding reception - they made each of our events so special! Thank you Rob!! -

We booked Backbeat Entertainment for our son's wedding; both ceremony music and a 7 piece band for the reception. It was the highlight of the event! Our guests and the bridal party had a fantastic time dancing, singing, and interacting with the band. We continue to hear from friends and family that it was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding! Even the staff at the venue couldn't say enough about the entertainment. All of the musicians and singers were accomplished, professional, and performed seamlessly. Backbeat Entertainment not only worked within our budget, but consulted the bride and groom about their playlist. All ages had a blast and we couldn't have been more satisfied. -

Definitely book Backbeat Band!
My wife and I just got married in New Smyrna Beach, FL in October of 2019 and we have been strongly recommending Backbeat Band to all of our friends. The band was incredible: they were so fun, played great music, had great energy and EVERYONE was dancing the entire night. They brought the party and we heard from so many people that our wedding was one of the most fun weddings people had ever been to, and many of them pointed to the band as the reason why. Rob (manager) is very easy to work with and will work with you on all the details you need to make your day perfect. They were a blast and were so professional, definitely book them!

He brought together of group of talented musicians that fit perfectly from my instrumental ceremony, to my low-key cocktail hour, to my super fun dance floor!! Just wanted to thank you for all your efforts coordinating our band! They were AMAZING!!!!!!! We knew they were going to be really good, but they honestly exceeded our expectations by a mile. We have a lot of musical people among our family and friends, and everyone was just blown away. They absolutely made the evening, hands down.
Is there any possibility of getting the set list that they actually ended up playing? If not, no worries. We just thought it would be fun to have that so we can keep re-living it :) We can recall many of the songs, but probably not every single one.
