Back in the Pines is a experience of a lifetime. It has everything you need for a dream wedding or any event.
Back in the Pines exceeded all of our expectations! From the tall pines that provide the perfect shade for an outdoor ceremony to the small pond in the trees for perfect photo opportunities. Then there is the building! You enter through the most beautiful carved doors. It has a stunning lobby with a gorgeous fireplace, oversized leather chairs, huge dinning table and an old fashioned bar that takes you back in time. The main event area is huge! We had seating for 225 guests, still had room for a large dance floor, and lines for food and drinks. It has a beautiful wood and stone stage with curtains and string lights. The lighting and acoustics added so much to the atmosphere of the night. The kitchen is huge and beautiful with everything that you can imagine needing. The bride, 14 bridesmaids, mother of the bride and mother of the groom were all able to get ready and relax in the comfortable upstairs space. The groom and groomsmen had a nice space downstairs. There are several beautiful items to decorate the space with that can be rented for a fraction of the cost it would take to buy. Jamie and Ashley Garmen were always available to help us with anything and everything we needed. They even met us at the venue multiple times to let us look around and brainstorm on different ideas for the wedding. They were never pushy about doing things a certain way but very attentive to what the bride had envisioned. Jamie and Ashley were always very professional and at the same time made you feel like family. I highly recommend this venue to anyone planning any kind of an event. It’s just such a beautiful place and such sweet people.
