    Beautiful Custom Designed Wedding Band

    I highly recommend anyone looking for wedding jewelry to visit any of the Bachendorf's locations. As soon as I got engaged I instantly knew I wanted a piece of my wedding jewelry to be from Bachendorf's. I grew up in Dallas, Texas the Bocks became good friends of mine when I was younger and I used to babysit Fallon with my sister.

    When it was time to start looking for my wedding band I reached out to Fallon Bock to see if Bachendorf's would be able to custom create a diamond wedding band. Fallon said absolutely! I no longer live in Dallas and moved to Atlanta, so I was a bit concerned that I wouldn't be able to have something created but Fallon assured me that they create and ship fine jewelry all over the United States for their clients. She asked me detailed questions of what I was looking for and even asked for my engagement ring diamond GIA information so she could match the diamonds in my wedding band to fit perfectly with my engagement ring which so important to me!

    Fallon was incredibly responsive to texts and walked me through the entire process with ease and grace. From initial concept phase, to design, and then execution of my wedding band - the customer service of Bachendorf's was phenomenal. I will definitely be working with Fallon and the Bachendorf's team for all jewelry needs. I can definitely see us creating an anniversary band for future anniversaries to match my wedding band that was created. A BIG THANK YOU to the Bachendorf's team and Bock Family for making this special moment so magical.

    Highly recommend. My fiancé bought my ring here at the Preston Hollow/UP location. Nino is the sales person who helped us and was top notch. Beautiful ring. Excellent service. They even took a roberto coin bracelet that my fiancé bought me at another store and resized it for us as no cost. We will definitely be back for all jewelry needs.

    Bock Co. is amazing! I have only worked with their corporate office, never their retail store, but the have always gone above and beyond for my husband and I.

    Everyone, especially Frank, treats you exceptionally well and ensures that you have a wonderful experience. They are a delight to work with and I recommend them to everyone!

    My now-Husband got my engagement ring at Bock. They helped him make decisions, gave honest advice and I love my ring! We went back to Bock to purchase my engagement band and his wedding band as well. We'll be going there for every major jewelry purchase from now on!

    My Tacori engagement and wedding rings came through Bock and I love them! My only complaint would be the business hours being limited to weekdays, but other than that our experience was great!

    Ring experience was unique as I didn't know anything about the location and I walked to the second floor to see an armed guard and people behind bulletproof glass. I was buzzed in and everyone was very friendly. I enjoyed the selection and was able to find a wedding band for my now husband.

    I did have an issue with the ring not being engraved as I requested and then when I picked it up the week of the wedding, it was engraved incorrectly. They handled it professionally, were apologetic and were able to resolve.
