Incredible December Wedding

My daughter's wedding was absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, service exceptional and they were incredibly accommodating. I could not come up with one negative.
Austin and his staff left nothing for us to worry about. We booked the Silver Arrow band and they were so so worth every penny. A few friends told me this was their favorite wedding venue, they said they went to a wedding that turned into a Motown concert. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

2024 Fall Wedding @ Asbury Hall (Babeville)

Weddings can be stressful, especially when this is the third wedding that we (parents) have planned for our adult children. I wish we had known Austin Scaccia sooner! The Venue (Asbury Hall), Planning/Suggestions/Guidance (Austin), and Catering (again Austin and Exquisite Catering) was top notch and very professional throughout the planning process and the day of the wedding/reception. We can't say enough about how smooth the process and attention to every detail that Austin provided was. The reception meal was absolutely outstanding!!! We have provided very nice wedding/receptions at two other high end Buffalo area Venues for our other two children and this was by far the best! Thanks again to Austin Scaccia for all his guidance and help through the process and for exceeding expectations on the day of the event! We highly recommend!

Amazing from start to finish

If you are debating having your wedding here, do it. I cannot think of one annoying or difficult thing I had to deal with when planning my wedding at Babeville. All of the reviews about Austin are true- he is extremely helpful and professional. All of my random and sometimes silly questions were answered within hours in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the day of, we were able to use Babeville as a starting point for pictures while they were still setting up. We had drinks and snacks available throughout the day. The actual wedding was magical. The staff made sure I always had a drink in my hand and saved food for us while we took a few pictures during cocktail hour. If I needed anything throughout the night one of the staff members was there to help or deliver. And definitely do the after party!! SO worth it.

The best experience from start to finish

My daughter recently had her reception there. The experience was superb thanks to Austin and his staff. The guests raved about the food, the service and the venue. Austin is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when assisting you in the planning. Execution of the setup of the room was superb. No need for a wedding planner the day of. Austin stayed the entire night right up to the wrap up of the after party at 2 am. I would highly recommend this venue and Exquisite Catering.

Just perfect

I wouldn’t change a thing about our experience with Asbury Hall and Austin and his team at Exquisite Catering. The food was incredible, the service was amazing, the venue was unique and absolutely beautiful (the cafe bulb lights and uplighting are a must), and everything went SO smoothly thanks to Austin’s coordination. It was one of the greatest days of our lives, and we got non-stop compliments about what a great event it was. I might get divorced just so I can get married at Asbury Hall again.

What can I say about Austin and the team at the Babeville that hasn’t already been said? The food and drinks? Perfection. The venue? Gorgeous. The staff? Considerate and hard-working. The prices? They give you more for your money (the Sanctuary Package) than other comparably priced venues in the Buffalo area. We booked Asbury Hall in January 2020 before the pandemic hit. When it did, Austin was supportive of whatever we wanted to do – be it having a small wedding or waiting out the storm so we could have our big bash – which is what we chose. He kept us informed, was always willing to discuss changes to the reception details, and gave clear instructions about payments, vendors in the area, and how things were going to work on the day of. The wedding day was flawless thanks largely to Austin and his staff doing exactly what we planned, and more. I have lost count of the number of guests who have told us that this was one of the best, if not THE best, wedding they had ever attended. If you want a venue with good food with lots of options, a large space that you can make your own with a historical touch, and the privacy that comes with a single-event space – this is for you. When compared with the many banquet hall facilities in the area, there is just no question that Babeville wins.

Could not have asked for a better experience

Austin and his team were fantastic and flexible throughout our wedding planning process, and especially at the event. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The venue is gorgeous and our friends and family had the best time. The after party was well worth it and gave everyone time to eat and unwind after the wedding.

Our wedding was a dream!

I cannot say enough about Asbury Hall. Our wedding day was a dream from start to finish. The building itself is stunning and had all our guests impressed with it’s historic charm (most out of towners!), but the venue’s coordinator Austin was really the MVP of the entire affair. He was so patient with me and all of my questions and put me at ease. He knows weddings so well and I was so impressed with him and our set up. He kept steady communication going with us throughout our year and a half of planning. The catering was excellent and our servers and bartenders were amazing. Many of our guests contacted us the day after to tell us how much fun they said, and several said it was the best wedding they’d been to. My new husband and I HIGHLY recommend this venue!!!! Do not hesitate! Thank you Austin!

From start to finish planning a wedding at Asbury Hall was the best decision we could have made!
Austin (the coordinator) is AMAZING and with you every step of the way. Any questions or concerns you have he is available to address with you.
Austin and the staff are spectacular at making your vision come alive - from food to decor to logistics. No surprises, no confusion- straightforward and pleasant to work with.
The night of your wedding will go by so fast, but they will still be with you every step of the way to remind you of important items (ex. Dinner will be served in 15 minutes or dancing with your parent in 10). They pack up your items and have them ready to go for you by the next day.
Get married and celebrate here- you won’t regret it!!!

The perfect venue

I could not have imagined my wedding anywhere else. Asbury Hall was perfect in every way and the staff was amazing. My husband and I moved to Rhode Island after we were engaged so we were planning the majority of our Buffalo wedding from out of town. Austin was amazing, he is so responsive and tentative to all of our questions and concerns we had along the way. Him and his staff at Exquisite Catering made the day run so flawlessly. They know exactly what they are doing and it shows. Every staff member we interacted with was so courteous and kind, and genuinely happy to be there for our day. The food was AMAZING! The staff gave the wedding party their food right away so that my husband and I could make our rounds while our guests ate. SO happy we got to eat because everything was so delicious and all of our guests would agree. I cannot say enough of how perfect and smooth our day went and the same with all of the planning that lead up to it. Austin volunteered to drive us to our hotel that night because we figured we could walk the half block after the reception, but failed to realize how much stuff we would be carrying with us! So so thankful for that offer! Asbury Hall was an amazing venue and I cannot rave enough about the staff and Austin. They truly made our day perfect and I am forever grateful for everything and everyone there!!

Elegant fairytale wedding reception

Austin and his staff created the idea we had in mind for our reception hall, and topped it off with incredible service and amazing food. He answered any and all questions we sent his way throughout the entirety of the engagement up into the very last days before the wedding. To say he exceeded our expectations is an understatement. We have received nothing but compliments from all of our guests. No one wanted to leave!

We could not have been happier with our choice of Babeville.

We presented Babeville with a challenge--while we had local family, the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and the groom's parents all lived very far from Buffalo. Babeville had no trouble working with us on a long-distance basis.

We knew from the beginning that we were in terrific hands when we met Austin and his Babeville team. Their expertise was extraordinary, and we didn't need to worry about a thing. There were no unpleasant surprises, we were very well cared for, and I can't think of how we could have been happier.

Choosing Babeville as the venue for our wedding reception along with Austin as our coordinator, was hands down the best decision we could have possibly made. The setting is breath taking, stained class windows, immaculate construction, with a distinguished uniqueness. It had all the old world charm that Buffalo can muster, with every present day accommodation.
When our limo arrived and our guests were enjoying cocktail hour, we were given a private "green room" for only the wedding party and whomever we invited, drinks were on ice waiting for us and the wait staff was top notch with getting us whatever we wanted. I've been in many weddings as a groomsmen, and I had never experienced a catering company with the attention to detail, and just out right friendliness of Exquisite Catering. There was a scheduled itinerary discussed via email in the weeks prior, and in person the day before that we agreed upon with Austin. He had the reception planned to the minute and that is exactly how it went.
Our guest list was 210 family and friends, there was no problem with space and everyone was able to eat, drink, dance with ease. In the foyer we had two fire place mantles decorated with personal affects, a photo booth, and our guest name card table thing, we had 23 centerpieces that each consisted of 5 components, we did not set up any of this. We dropped off a truck-load of personal decorations, a few pictures and a short write up of what we thinking and they made it look better than we could have imagined. Each vendor we hired from the florist, the bakery, the DJ, the other bakery, the food truck (for the after party), pretty much said they had worked with Austin and his staff before and that they would need no further directions and we could just show up and enjoy. It seems like everyone who went to my wedding has at this point, has told me this was the best meal they have ever had at wedding. I've run out of space to continue...check them out, and don't wait!

Austin was so wonderful to work with. He took care of absolutely everything. You basically get a wedding planner with this package, that's how much he did for us. The day if event was have even better by the amazing staff who set up all my decor, and took every care to see to it that we had everything we needed. The food with exquisite catering was delicious and the venue just speaks for itself. It's the most beautiful place in Buffalo. What a perfect setting for a perfect day. Thank you Austin and team!

My wedding was absolutely perfect and that was because of beautiful Asbury Hall and its staff, especially Austin Scaccia. What left such an impression on me is how evident it is that the staff love their jobs. It comes across in everything they do - from helping us with last-minute details, to knowing guests drinks and having them ready when they approached the bar. That level of service means a lot to us and it helped make our guests’ experiences “magical” in their words. It’s been four days since our wedding and our guests are still texting us to say how good their dinners were (especially the filet mignon and the swordfish!). We knew how beautiful and special Asbury Hall would be so it’s amazing to hear our guests left feeling the same way. As for Austin, I can’t say enough about how easy he made this experience for us. He always replied to my emails quickly and never seemed to be annoyed with my endless questions! He organizes events professionally, and I had never planned a wedding before, but he walked us through each step in our year-long process and never made us feel like we were just another wedding. And he will go above and beyond his job description if necessary! I highly recommend booking your wedding at Asbury Hall. I have no doubt your big day will be as perfect as ours was.

Austin and his team at Asbury Hall were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. We can't recommend them enough. Austin was very patient and responsive to all of our questions during the planning process. He returned emails and phone calls promptly, often within a couple of hours or less. He walked us through our outline for the event several times before the wedding and we knew exactly what to expect that day.

The venue itself is gorgeous. Our wedding guests couldn't stop talking about what a unique and beautiful venue it was. They also kept commenting on the delicious food and the excellent service. Austin and his team kept everything on schedule. The attention to every detail was amazing. For example, Austin's staff had appetizers waiting for us and our bridal party when we sat down because they knew we wouldn't have much time to mingle during cocktail hour. The bartenders remembered our drink orders and that of our parents and had them waiting when we approached the bar. Everything was on time, taken care of, and we felt stress-free on our wedding day. We can't thank Austin and his team enough, and we highly recommend them.

I went to a wedding at Asbury Hall last year and fell in love with the venue. The food and service were outstanding and the architect makes this place a unique venue to host a wedding, as it is not your typical hotel banquet room. The wedding party raved about Austin's (Director of Events and Catering) proficiency as well.
I am glad that I booked this venue for my wedding this upcoming year. It has been a pleasure working with Austin thus far. His prompt response (typically within 3 hours, no more than 24 hours) to telephone calls and e-mails helps to alleviate stress and allows me to coordinate wedding plans with vendors in a timely fashion. Without doubt checkout Asbury Hall!

I could never have imagined our wedding any more perfect! When I first saw Asbury Hall (AH) in pictures, I knew it would be a tough venue to beat. After meeting Austin and seeing AH in person, we were sold. Austin is amazing and his expertise showed. He is detail-oriented, attentive and helpful with any questions you might have, even ones you haven't thought of yet. There were several things he mentioned to us when we were still deciding on vendors that helped us tremendously in planning ahead.

While you have the option of renting any extras you may need, AH has many options that come standard. It was nice knowing we could save money and still have options to choose from other than standard white linen. Austin also provided vendor sheets with recommendations for bands, djs, photographers, videographers, bakeries and more. (I definitely recommend adding the cafe bulb lights across the balcony area to add another dimension to your event!)

Exquisite Catering (AH’s in-house catering) blew our minds. Our tasting appointment a few months before the wedding was phenomenal. We could not make a decision for the longest time because every dish was that good. Even my non-seafood eating husband liked the salmon! I am still receiving rave reviews from guests about their food at the wedding. Everything came out hot, fast and delicious. My only wish is that we can go back and have more!

Austin's crew is exceptional. We dropped items off a few days before for set up. I can honestly say the room was beautiful. Being slightly OCD, I was nervous, but they hit the nail right on the head. I was blown away. The wait staff was also amazing. All of our guests commented on how friendly everyone was. Our head waitress Gisela was fantastic. She was so attentive to us and made sure we were happy. She even assisted when the groom "accidentally" shoved cake up my nose.

If I could give Asbury Hall, Austin, Exquisite Catering and ALL the staff 10 stars, I would! Truly exceptional!!

I can't say enough good things about Asbury Hall, Austin Scaccia and all of his staff. Our day was absolutely perfect because of all of these things. Not only does Austin help coordinate all the vendors, he has done this several times and has good relationships with all of them. If Austin takes an hour to respond that's a long time for him, so you'll be in great hands here. Some of the other venues we looked at kept on having different points of contact and seemed disorganized, especially compared to Asbury Hall. Austin has definitely been doing this for a while and knows how to run the venue.

On top of our reception, we also had our ceremony at the hall. The set up for both the ceremony to the reception was seamless and quick. We modified Austin's original layout slightly and he provided recommendations on how it would work best, which was greatly appreciated.

We decided to do stations vs. plates for food and we received an overwhelming amount of compliments on how great everything was (it really was :) ). The staff was professional, attentive, and organized, they kept all of the food full and cleaned up in a timely fashion. We also did after hours in the basement of the building which worked out perfectly.

I would recommend this place over and over again and look forward to holding more events here! THANK YOU, AUSTIN!

Once we were engaged my husband and I knew that we wanted a reception like no other; we were looking for a cocktail/station style and also a unique setting. No traditional banquet hall for us! We looked at few venues but once we saw Asbury we were in love and nothing else compared to the uniqueness of their venue. We booked with Austin and planned our wedding seamlessly in less than 7 months! Austin was great to work with, he's email responses were quick, prompt, and informative. He's very nice and was easy to work with. Our food tasting was amazing! Being big on food that was really important to us and they exceeded all expectations. The day of the wedding was amazing and incredible!! The staff was there for anything we needed and yet never was intrusive. Our guests have raved how great the food was, how nice the staff was, and how beautiful the venue was and suited us perfectly. We are so happy that we had our wedding ceremony and reception at Asbury! Was the most amazing night of our lives and we love hearing it was the best wedding our guests have ever been to!

Asbury Hall was the perfect venue for our wedding. I loved it from the moment I walked in for an initial tour. The building is beautiful and historic. Austin is so great to work with. From the initial meeting to the day of the wedding he was on top of every detail and made the process as easy as possible. On the day of the staff did an excellent job, the food was amazing, and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this venue.

We never thought that our wedding would run as smoothly as it did. From the first tour and meeting with Austin to the final ride he provided us back to our hotel after the reception, we received nothing but the best service. We had countless complements from our guests on the venue, the food (filet, swordfish, chicken), and the service. We were so pleased with how great the staff was in helping us to set up for the event, including an unconventional alter. Austin was not only receptive to my husband and I, but also treated our family with respect and took all comments and requests with a smile. All of our phone calls and emails were returned immediately and we were never made to feel like we were asking too much or being a pain. I wish we could do it all over again- I wouldn't change a thing!

Absolutely PERFECT location for our reception. Everyone loved the location and the decor. Austin is the main contact person and I could not say enough good things about him! He was very responsive with all emails/calls and incredibly personable. He thought of all of the details that I didn't and was very flexible when I was wavering on some decisions.

We had our wedding reception and after party at Asbury Hall and every part was fantastic! Everyone commented on how great the food was and the service could not have been smoother. Asbury Hall was a fantastic venue. Austin was extremely organized and easy to work with. He helped us to think through all the aspects of our ceremony and reception ahead of time and he was extremely accommodating when we had requests. In particular, we wanted to build a large wedding canopy and he helped us schedule time to do that.

On the day itself, the food was delicious - many people commented it was the best wedding food they'd had. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - we even had someone help drive one of our friends back to the hotel. Although we had lots of pre-wedding stress, as soon as we got there, we were just able to relax and enjoy the day because it was clear that Austin and his staff had everything under control. The venue was also beautiful - if you want to get married in a beautiful place, but don't want to get married in a church, this is the perfect location. The stained glass windows were absolutely beautiful. Finally, the acoustics were great - we had people dancing until the band packed up. This venue was pricier than many in Buffalo, but it was absolutely worth it. Also, you can definitely do your ceremony and reception in the same place, so that saves money too.

My wedding at Asbury Hall was amazing! The venue itself is beautiful. Austin is the coordinator and he does an awesome job. I was an out of town bride and happened to stumble upon Asbury Hall at the last minute, Austin was able to show me and my dad around in less than 24 hours of asking. Austin was able to make great suggestions from florists, cakes, DJs, etc. He is extremely flexible and makes planning a wedding so much less stressful. The food was great and all my guests said they had a great time! I would highly recommend this venue! We had a blast!

Asbury Hall is a beautiful venue for a wedding. Working with Austin was amazing! He answered all questions within minutes (literally!), made excellent suggestions, and was very flexible. He and his staff were so accommodating in every way, from day one through the day after the wedding when Austin met us to help us pick up what was left behind. Staff even ran to the store to get some safety pins for us, and packed our car at the end of the evening! The food was delicious too! What a gem of a venue for a reasonable cost with excellent and professional staff!

My husband and I had our cocktail hour and reception at Asbury Hall and it was the best decision we made while planning! Austin runs a tight ship and it shows - his staff was accommodating, gracious, and efficient. Aesthetically, you couldn't ask for a more beautiful venue - between the balcony, the wood, & the stained glass, the room is breathtaking. The food was incredible - we had a hard time choosing at our tasting! The best part of the whole experience, though, was Austin. He made planning an out of town wedding a breeze! He worked around my schedule, answered my emails within minutes (I've never seen someone answer emails so quickly before!), and he made sure I knew exactly what was expected of me (dates of deposits, counts, etc.). He even sent reminder emails when important due dates were approaching! I can't recommend Asbury Hall enough!

Our experience with Asbury Hall was phenomenal! I don't even know where to begin about how excellent it was working with Austin. We knew immediately after getting engaged that we wanted to have our Ceremony and Reception at Asbury Hall. From day one Austin was so helpful and always available to answer any of our questions. What initially brought us to Asbury Hall is obvious. The building is absolutely beautiful. The woodwork, stained glass windows and all of the original details throughout the building consistently blew us away. Austin has so much patience and is extremely knowledgeable about the entire wedding planning process. Everything was clearly outlined and explained to us throughout the entire experience. Our guests have continuously been telling us about how delicious the food was and how fantastic the service was. We were told by so many people how friendly the staff was and that makes us both so happy to hear. Our wedding was the most important day in our lives so far and Austin and all of the staff at Asbury Hall played a HUGE role in making our day flawless. If you're looking for a place to have your wedding, you should absolutely get in touch with Austin and I'm confident you won't be disappointed.

Our reception at Asbury Hall was everything we hoped for and more. Austin and the staff worked very hard and made sure that everything was exactly they way we wanted it. The venue is beautiful. The architecture and history in this building are breathtaking. There was an art exhibition at Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center (in the same building) on the day of our wedding, and it was open for our guests to view for free during our cocktail hour. There was a private room fully stocked with champagne and beer just for the wedding party and we used the room for relaxation time before the reception began. The food was incredible and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Our guests had a wonderful time, and we got so many compliments on the venue. From our very first meeting, Austin was a god send. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he was always a calming influence when we contacted him with our (many) questions. We had a great experience with Asbury Hall!

Asbury Hall at Babeville was the best choice we made when it came to our wedding. The venue is amazing. The history and grand size of the Hall is breath taking. We got along with staff throughout the whole process and I already miss them. The food was delicious. There were a lot of options to gear our wedding towards our winter/Christmas theme. We had our wedding reception at Asbury Hall on October 25th 2014 and it was a dream! From the very first day of touring the space, Austin made the stressful wedding process a breeze. He answered all of our (many, many) questions immediately throughout our year of planning and even gave his professional opinion and suggestions when we asked. I wrote a very specific list of instructions on how we wanted the reception tables set up and they were executed to a tee and then some! From the mantel setup, to the centerpieces, the dessert station and even the card table no detail was overlooked! It is obvious how hard Austin and his staff work to make sure everything is exactly as you like, and it was truly perfect! We received so many compliments on our reception especially the beauty of Babeville along with the delicious food and excellent bar service! The staff paid close attention to not only our head table but both sets of parents tables to make sure everything was going smoothly and everyone was happy! The bridal room/suite downstairs was filled with drinks specifically for the bridal party and a place for us to take a minute to ourselves during the reception (which was often needed!) Also Asbury Hall offers an after hours extended bar from 12-2am in the downstairs 9th Ward which my guests loved! It was nice to spend extra time with family and friends after the reception while eating La Nova pizza and Mighty Taco we had brought in :) To give Asbury Hall, Austin and the staff 5 stars is an understatement, truly it deserves 10! I highly recommend this venue- It was one of the best decisions we made!

I wanted to write a note to thank you for the wonderful experience we had at Asbury Hall at Katie & Michael's wedding reception Saturday. Numerous guests have contacted me since the event and all have commented on the superb dinner, the great service, and the amazing attention to detail the staff provided. Everyone from the banquet manager down to the young man holding the door was well acquainted with their jobs and seamlessly worked together to provide an excellent experience. I have planned many banquets in my lifetime and none can compare to what you provided.

Oftentimes wait staff think the evening is about them and forget the basic rule of customer service. Your staff however, was mainly invisible until something needed to be done and they were right on it without being asked. The bartenders blew everyone away with their fast and accurate service, combined with their near photographic memories.

Lastly it goes without saying, the venue itself created an almost magical experience for the guests. I wish we had a videographer on duty to focus on capturing the expression on guests faces as they arrived. It was almost priceless.

I will be sure to sing your praises to everyone I come in contact with who may be looking for outstanding banquet accommodations.

We had our wedding at Asbury Hall and it could not have been more perfect! Over a month later and were still receiving compliments from our guests - from the phenomenal room, enhanced with several lighting options made possible by the unique set up (balconies, high ceilings, stage, curtain back drop, etc) to the absolutely amazing food to the attentiveness of the wait staff and bartenders - our guests are raving about it all. From the minute my husband and I walked into the finished room the day of the wedding it took our breath away. Austin and his team worked so hard to set up everything exactly like we had asked and then some. We purchased our linens instead of renting them and Austin was available to answer every question I had about table cloth size and length, runners, napkins, etc and the day of the wedding his team worked so incredibly hard to put the room together and it couldn't have come together more beautifully. Austin answered all of my emails within the hour of me sending them no matter what the question was (and I had lots of questions!!). He was flexible in allowing us to offer both a steak option as well as a dual steak and seafood dinner option and the food was INCREDIBLE. We also utilized the after party option in the downstairs bar and everyone had an amazing time - I would highly recommend going with the after party if you choose this venue. We were allowed to bring in outside food at the after party so we were able to offer our guests some of Buffalo's favorites (Mighty Taco, Jim's Steak Out, etc). Austin is a true professional and you can't go wrong with this venue! Unique and beautiful inside and out!

My wedding at Asbury hall was the wedding of my dreams. I worked with Austin, who said yes to pretty much all of our requests and would email or call back always the same day if not within the hour. He and his staff were respectful and very helpful. The venue itself was so beautiful and easily able to accommodate the 160 people we had. Lastly... the food. I had many of my guests raving about the steak, salmon and chicken choices that we had and many said they would go there as a restaurant. It is in the heart of Buffalo and easy for out of town guests to stay at many hotels in the area. It was the perfect place for my wedding.

We could not have had a more amazing experience as we did having our wedding ceremony and reception at Asbury hall. Working with Austin and his staff was so easy that there was nothing to worry about, they had it covered! The venue is so unique and beautiful, I got nothing but complements on our venue choice many saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. They have a kick ass sound system setup for our dj to plug into. Not to mention the food was absolutely phenomenal! The venue and the staff made for a dream wedding. Austin and his crew were incredible. They were professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to make this day perfect in every possible regard. Austin answered every question and concern that we had within minutes and was accessible via text, email, and phone. He had a full list of vendors for us to choose from when we were trying to find a bakery and an officiant. It seemed like our questions were answered before we could even ask them.

The facility is completely unique and marvelous. Parking was convenient and easily accessed by our elderly guests. Some hotels were even within walking distance for our out-of-town guests. The bridal party suite was just what we were looking for. The after-hours bar downstairs provided for a more intimate experience with our close friends and family. The stained glass windows, original stone walls, vaulted ceiling, gorgeous woodwork, and beautiful floors made for breathtaking photos.

What a wonderful day! What an incredible experience! Thank you!!

Asbury Hall at Babeville is truly an outstanding wedding venue! From the earliest planning stages, the event manager, Austin, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He made the process effortless. On the day of the wedding, everything was just perfect. The venue was magnificent with wonderful acoustics and lighting. The food was absolutely delicious, and Austin and staff could not have been more attentive and accommodating. When guests started arriving early due to a sudden thunderstorm, they took it in stride, opened the cocktail hour and made everyone feel welcome. When a guest arrived long after the dinner service, they quickly had a fresh, hot meal prepared for her. The service captain, Gisela, asked us over and over what she could do for us throughout the evening. Everyone did their jobs so professionally and all of our guests all said it was the one of the nicest wedding receptions they had ever attended.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Asbury Hall to anyone looking for an exceptional event venue.

My wedding was my family's second time using Asbury Hall and they exceeded our expectations on everything again and again! Fabulous venue and the food choices are all decadent and delicious. It's extremely hard to choose an entree if you have the privilege to go to the food tasting. Austin and staff were incredibly flexible and accommodating and made our day so beautiful and stress free. Wow! is the only word I can think of to describe Asbury Hall. Thanks to Austin and his incredible staff, our wedding reception was perfect. The place speaks for itself in that it is a gorgeous, trendy and unique venue. But what really makes this place special is the attention to detail, flexibility and stupendous customer service.

My guests raved about the food- the filet in particular was cooked perfectly. My guests raved about the bar- not only was it already at its base better than any other bar at any other venue we looked at (and we looked at a lot), but the bartenders were happy, friendly, personable, fast and attentive. No one waited for a drink and the drinks were not watered down. They remembered people and what they were drinking. They were incredible.

Behind the scenes, my head waitress seemed to be at my side every time I needed her. If I needed a drink, there she was with one. If I had a question, there she was to answer. At one point, I put down my champagne toasting flute, and she swooped in, cleaned it up, smiled and handed me another one in a different glass so she could store my flute before anything happened to it. I have never seen such good customer service in all my life at a wedding or anywhere.

Not to mention Austin was outstanding. Anything I wanted he made happen. His staff cleaned up all our things and let us pick them up later so we did not have to worry about it that night. He set up everything for me and made the place look spectacular. He made suggestions and recommendations and just bent over backward to make it the best day of my life.

If you are looking for a place to have your wedding, wedding reception, or any event really, I strongly suggest you look no further. This place has everything you need in everything. Well exceeded our expectations. Thank you Austin and Asbury Hall staff for everything!

I'm not sure how to even put into words how happy we were with Asbury Hall. From the very first meeting with Austin, we knew this venue was amazing and knew we were in good hands with Austin. He was very professional, organized and helped us with each step along the way. He is prompt with a return of an email usually within minutes!!! Organizing a wedding can be stressful but with Austin's organization this was an easy and enjoyable process.
As for the actual wedding day.... it was beyond perfect. Austin was present all day to make sure that everything was 100% smooth. The servers were amazing and took special care of each guest. Little details such as giving us a plate of appetizers as they could tell we were so busy mingling that we hadn't had a chance to enjoy them. The bartenders were great... they memorized just about all of the bridal party and parents drinks so that as soon as they approached the bar, the drink was poured and ready. There was never a line for the bar and it was always fully stocked! Our lead server, Giesla was awesome and was always two steps ahead.

The actual venue was beyond beautiful! Everything was clean, organized and just how we had planned! The photos from this site are stunning!

Overall, our day was beyond perfect and I attribute this to Austin and the excellent crew at Asbury! Most of our guests have called this wedding "the best wedding ever" and I attribute this to the everyone at Asbury. I would recommend this place 100%! Austin completely took the stress out of all the planning. The staff made our day perfect and so many small touches along the way that I don't have enough space to write them all. I would recommend this place 100%. Now I'm hoping someone in my family will get engaged so we can go back!!!

We only used Asbury Hall for our wedding reception - and it was incredible! The venue was amazing and the food by Exquisite Catering was delicious. We received so many compliments on both the venue and the service/food. Austin was my contact for coordinating the entire event and he was beyond helpful. He was very responsive no matter the day or time, and made me 100% confident that they would do an amazing job on the day of. They didn't disappointed! From dropping off our stuff two days before to the day of, everything was great. I would highly recommend Asbury Hall for your wedding reception venue. My husband and I searched multiple venues before decided on Asbury Hall. Though it's a bit pricier it's not that much more compared to other venues and it's worth every penny for the experience. Your guests won't forget it!

Asbury Hall is far and away the most beautiful, unique venue in western New York to hold your wedding! Our guests were awe-struck when they walked through the door. Austin is incredibly professional, friendly and easy to work with. He was always open to meet and answer all of our many questions. Asbury Hall is a unique reception venue and is absolutely amazing! The hall itself is beyond beautiful, and the quality of food and the sound system are top notch. Cannot rave about this place enough!!!! Austin was accommodating at every turn, so easy going, and great to work with. The place is gorgeous-no decoration needed. The sound system is awesome, and the wait staff was incredible! There was nothing to complain about at all.
We had the best night of our lives. Ceremony and reception in the same location. Great food. everything you need is already there. The only items we brought in were flowers, and rented specialty table cloths. Everyone raved about the location! it looks so amazing in all the pictures!

The most perfect wedding! Everything went exactly as planned. The food was better than the tasting and absolutely prepared perfectly. We ordered the filet med-rare and it was butter! We had the chicken Genoese and it was not dry at all and the salmon was a huge portion and outstanding. The venue is gorgeous, spacious, yet cozy. We had an after hours party downstairs and it was the icing on the cake. Well done Asbury Hall, you made my wedding dreams come true without breaking the bank.

We could not have been happier with this absolutely gorgeous venue. Originally a church built in 1876, this historic building has been renovated and transformed to not only a reception hall but also an art gallery, the headquarters of Righteous Babe Records, and a small bar. The hall is so impressive in its space, architecture and stained glass windows, it provided the backdrop that made our reception incredibly unique and beautiful. The food through their exclusive caterer was fantastic (we were told by many guests that it was the best wedding meal they'd ever had) and their staff was unbelievably accommodating to make sure we were completely happy with every aspect of the night.
