Incredible service and food
Babbo and Dustin were a joy to work with! From our tasting to our wedding day, everything ran smoothly. The food was out of the world - so many compliments from our wedding guests. Everyone warns you that you won't eat much on your wedding day but this food was incredibly hard to pass up! They have a huge menu and pricing includes many aspects of a meal that other caterers fail to include without extra fees or hidden costs. Communication and service was top notch. They went above and beyond to be flexible and accommodate special requests. We cannot recommend them enough! -

Babbo Italian Eatery is a MUST for your wedding food!
We hired Babbo Italian Eatery as our caterer for our wedding. We tried it first at our venues open house and it was the best food their! We booked them for our wedding and worked with Hannah to get everything setup. We loved the tasting (so much food!) and the food on the day of the wedding was delicious! Everyone was raving about it. I would highly recommend you hiring this vendor for your big day! -

Best Italian food, it’s our go to restaurant
The food was amazing! We go eat at the restaurant quite a lot so when they told us that was an option we were excited. We got so many compliments by our guest on now delicious the food was.
We also added a meat at the last min and the restaurant had no problem with it. They were professional and listened to all of our needs. -

Amazing! Incredible customer service!
We would recommend working with Becky Siekmann at Babbo’s to anyone. We had the best experience from our tasting to our wedding day! The food was incredible and the service was amazing. Becky was so attentive and did a great job with communicating quickly to us and answering any questions we had!! We are so grateful we used Babbo’s to cater our wedding! -

Amazing food, incredible wedding choice!
We had Babbo cater our wedding and it was AMAZING! The food was so delicious day of - just like at our tasting!!! Our guests also loved the food! My husband and I were also so excited to learn that Babbo is a local establishment which makes supporting them even better! Becky was wonderful to work with and we are so grateful for her time and coordination!!! -

Babbo is not only super accommodating but delicious!!
Our first impression of Babbo hit it out of the park! Most places make you choose a select few items to sample on their catering menu but not Babbo. As soon as we sat down they came out with 6 different salads, 6 pasta dishes, 6 chickens and appetizers - all full sized entrees! Our mouths dropped, we felt like celebrities. It was truly special. Becky (the catering manager) is a sweetheart and checked on us between each meal to see what our favorites were and answered any questions we had. She took a picture of us on her Polaroid camera on the end and saved it for our thank you card the night of the wedding - super sweet touch! Everything was ready promptly the day of and the food was just as delicious as we had remembered it to be! We received tons of compliments! Highly recommend. -

A real crowd-pleaser
Babbo was a joy to work with from start to finish. They are the only caterer we did a tasting with who allowed us to sample all the options for the reception dinner. Every e-mail we sent was answered promptly, and they were clearly very organized on their end. Becky even made sure to add touches like bringing my husband and I a plate before our guests went to the buffet, single-handedly ensuring that we actually got to eat (something neither of my parents got to do at their own wedding). We received so many compliments from the guests about dinner, particularly the meatballs and firecracker rolls. We have a lot of picky eaters and a few folks with dietary restrictions, and everyone was able to have a tasty choice that they could enjoy at dinner. My only suggestion would be to communicate with them ahead of time about what you want for the leftover food. Our venue didn't have a fridge and we weren't able to take all those tasty leftovers home like we would have wanted. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend using Babbo for your wedding. They did a really fantastic job with ours. Thanks, Becky and all the folks at Babbo! -

Absolutely Delicious & Memorable
Babbo Italian Eatery was the absolute best choice for our wedding! We worked with Becky who was very friendly and helpful, during the tasting we got to sample everything! How many places do that? Day of, a server brought appetizers to us while we were taking pictures which was very thoughtful. There was plenty of food for dinner and I wasn't worried about the guests not being satisfied with the many options of chicken, pastas, salads, and bread; there are even vegan options (that taste amazing) you can select. We will be returning to Babbo restaurants for anniversaries and special occasions. -

Service and food were impeccable! Working with Dustin from Babbo was absolutely incredible!
Babbo Italian Eatery provided exceptional catering services for our wedding! We contacted Dustin with Babbo about a year out from our wedding date, and we were instantly stuck by how organized and attentive he was! The tasting was absolutely phenomenal, and we loved every dish -- so much so that my husband was interested in seeing two of the dishes somewhat fused together to give in his opinion, 'the best of both worlds'! I knew that customizations were typically done at an extra charge, but Dustin assured us that this would not be the case, and even invited us to try out the new item again at a separate tasting. Every time we had a question for Dustin, from what time we could expect them to arrive down to what color the servers wore, he always answered kindly and promptly, and graciously offered options based upon our preferences. Dustin was also incredibly accommodating -- Babbo provides almost everything you can think of included in their service, but they also adapted to our wedding plans for the day, offering to make plates for the young children at our wedding before the buffet began (there were over two dozen!) and cutting and serving our wedding cake. When we told him we were hosting the wedding at my parents house in the backyard, he even came by the week prior to get a layout of the space and provide suggestions to make sure service would run smooth. The serving staff with Babbo were phenomenal -- they each did a wonderful job making sure that dinner and dessert ran smoothly, and were so professional and attentive. Best of all, Dustin was personally there the entire evening to ensure that service was impeccable, and it truly was! We are so truly grateful to Dustin and the team at Babbo Italian Eatery for providing us with delicious food and such quality service on our wedding day! -

Amazing! So accommodating!

Great to work with!
Everything from the tasting, the planning, and the big day went seamlessly and enjoyably. Even better, the food is amazing! We had guests come to us after the wedding asking where the food was from so that they could get it for themselves. I couldn't recommend Babbo enough! -

Amazing food amazing catering service
My husband and I heard about Babbo through our vendor SoHo63. We decided to go eat there and we love the food. Great price. We went to our tasting and it was amazing they give you so many options. Come wedding day I chose to do the buffet. Their servers for the wedding were amazing walking around with the appetizers for cocktail hour and were so nice to my guests. When the reception happened I received so many compliments on the food and the set up. They did amazing and we would recommend babbo to anyone for catering or for a wedding. So many food options and the food was amazing. I also had some guests that attended a wedding following mine and said my food was way better and people asked me what place I had cater because they wanted to eat it again. Babbo thank you!!! -

Delicious!
I have always been a fan of Babbo, but man they truly exceeded my expectations. I had an awesome experience with them and hope that more people choose to use them for their own special events. I feel true success of a wedding comes from full hearts and full bellies. My guests LOVED the food and came back wanting more! -

Our family's comfort food
I love this caterer for so long, and glad to find them in a friend's wedding. It's certainly Americanized Italian food, but it's really good. And one thing that you can't get enough of is the bread and dipping olive oil they give you when you sit down. if you're looking for an amazing food selection, this is a great caterer to have. -

Finally met the people behind the amazing pastas!

Wedding caterer
Having Babbos cater our wedding was the absolute best! Not only do we love this restaurant as our date night but having them at our wedding made it extra special! Awesome caterer experience

Amazing food!
Everyone raved about the food, and I agreed with them wholeheartedly. We had plates made up for us with a little bit of everything and didn't have to go through the buffet line. It was all so good! The service was amazing.
We had the top level of catering, with two pastas, two entrees, two salads, and two appetizers. The only thing we didn't have on our prepared plates were the salads, so I cannot say if they were delicious day-of, but they were delicious when we did our tasting. It was all top notch.
Finally, the first tasting itself was delicious. We tried 5-6 pastas, entrees, salads, and appetizers to pick our favorites. We ate on the leftovers for days, enjoying our favorites. I cannot recommend Babbo's Italian Eatery enough. The whole experience was phenomenal. -

Amazing food!
We did buffet style for 180 guests, and we were so pleased with the speed of service and quality of the food! The meal went seamlessly and Becky assisted me with details that i had overlooked prior to the service (like a plan for dismissing tables). I’m very pleased and i love that there is a brick and mortar restaurant so we can spend anniversaries reminiscing! -

I said YES to Babbo!!
From the very beginning to our big day, we were so impressed by Babbo. We first met Becky the catering manager at an open house our venue was hosting. Our first impression of Babbo and Becky was great. She was attentive, engaging, and so friendly. At tasting, we were so wowed by all the options given us. And let me tell you...the food is delicious!!! At tasting they let us sample everything and let us take it all home. The easy choice was choosing them to cater our wedding, the hard choices were deciding what we wanted!! Becky also gives such great insight and advice on what we can do with all the options or add ons and takes into consideration budget and guest list. On our wedding day, I was relaxed knowing that Becky was there managing everything as she approached us briefly to congratulate us. Even her staff on that first day, tasting day, and on our wedding day was amazing. Each and every person was so nice and helpful. I’m beyond grateful and cannot express how great the food and staff were. I also really enjoy the fact that we can dine in at Babbo to remember that detail of our wedding day anytime : ) highly highly recommended by The Faustino’s. -

Vegan wedding catering
I looked into several vegan restaurants and vegan caterers for our wedding catering and we ended up with Babbo for several reasons. Dustin was super accommodating right from the get-go... Offered a complimentary tasting with tweaked menu items to make them vegan... Then invited us back for another complimentary tasting after researching a few cheese and meat substitutes and bringing in eggplant for an additional entree option. I was really impressed with the food and how wonderful the process was, especially considering they are far from a vegan restaurant! -

Amazing food, Fantastic Variety, and Great Staff
Babbo Italian Eatery was a fantastic choice for our wedding. The tasting was unbelievable - so many choices and options. We wished we could do a tasting everyday! They were absolutely wonderful during our wedding - they did everything right and we never had to worry about anything regarding the food. The staff was very professional and courteous and many times you didn't even realize they were there - just blended right in. The food was a huge hit and many guests commented on how good it was. We even had a last minute guest that needed a vegan plate and our catering manager Becky was quick to accommodate - she was the best. We would highly recommend Babbo for any future wedding. You won't regret it! -

Absolutely amazing!!!!
Babbos catered our wedding day!! Not only was the food quite tasty, by the portion size was perfect!!! I had a lot of worries about that. Everyone had plenty to eat! But what really hit home for me, was my grandfather need a salt free meal do to his heart problems. Let me just say, not only did they make his meal happen but he loved it!!! He said it had so much flavor and he really enjoyed his meal!! -

We were a little hesitant to use Babbo---they were the most affordable option, and affordability sometimes means cheap quality or poor service. But wow, we got more compliments about the food than anything else. The service was awesome. But really, it all comes down to the food, and the food was ridiculously good. Becky was a breeze to deal with, the price was excellent, and no one left hungry. Extremely happy we used Babbo for our wedding, and now we can go back any time to recreate that dinner. -

We had such a great experience with Babbo catering our wedding. From the tasting (which was so much food we should have invited more people), to the day of, the whole thing was great! The price was great, the service was top notch, and the food was excellent! We got so many compliments from our wedding guests about the food during cocktail hour and dinner. I am so happy we went with Babbo for our wedding catering. Starting with our complementary tasting they served us basically full portions of all the options and then boxed up all of our leftovers for us. Dustin was amazing to work with and answered all of my many questions via email. Everyone RAVED about how good our food was, and we were super happy to find all the leftovers were boxed up for us and waiting in our hotel fridge. -

If you are considering having Babbo's cater your wedding - do it!! You will not be disappointed. We had the pleasure of working with Babbo's to cater our wedding in November at the Boojum Tree. In the time leading up to the wedding & during the whole decision making process, Becky was a dream. She was super responsive, helpful and I could tell she really wanted to take care of us. Not to mention the food is AMAZING! All of it is so yummy! Our guests were super happy with dinner and so were we. The team on the wedding night did a great job of making sure we (bride and groom) were fed and had plenty to eat. You don't really realize until the wedding day how crazy everything will be so having the serving team bring our dinner to us seriously was such a huge help. Honestly I could go on and on but let me just leave it at this - Babbo's is great food for a great price ran by a great team. Thank you Becky & team for taking such great care of us and helping to make our dream wedding a reality! -

Words cannot describe how phenomenal Babbo’s Italian Eatery’s catering has been for our wedding. Not only is the company same-sex wedding friendly, but their excellent customer service really made our wedding planning experience so much more enjoyable. When we went for our tasting, the staff was super helpful and we got to try pretty much everything on the menu (and got to take home a lot of leftovers since the servings were full size). My husband and I brought mothers along (who both have quite the picky taste pallets since they are great cooks themselves). I lost count of the number of dishes we tried, but each one of them was so tasty, it made our decision process so difficult. My husband’s favorite was the Asparagus Fra Diavolo, and I loved the Tuscan chicken and three cheese mac and cheese. During our tasting, we were given full sized portions which gave us enough or us to make the difficult to narrowing down which delicious dishes we’d like to have at our wedding. We ended up choosing 2 appetizers (pesto bruschetta and mini meatballs), 2 salads (brussel sprout and beet salad, and the Napa salad), 2 pasta dishes (Pasta Primavera and Three Cheese Mac and Cheese), 2 entrees (Asparagus Fra Diavolo and Tuscan Chicken) and a coffee bar for our wedding which gave everyone several options to choose from (even for the pickiest of eaters). At our wedding, the guests were head over heels about how the quality of the food far surpassed their expectations to the point that they even said they will visit one Babbo’s many valley locations just to have their food again! We can’t wait to visit Babbo’s Italian eatery again and taste even more of their delicious dishes. A++ rating overall. -

Babbo just recently catered my 130 person wedding and it was fabulous. Dustin Shockley met with us and did our tasting and then worked with us over the next 8 months to put together a wonderful meal for all our guests! The food was hot and delicious, just as we remembered from the tasting, and the presentation was great. We did buffet style but I asked him to plate myself, my new husband, and the bridal party, which was no problem for him. We chatted about silverware, dishes, the buffet table, water goblets, and a dessert table, all of which he put together for a very reasonable price. Everything went seamlessly. THANK YOU Babbo for being such a big part of our big day! It was perfect! -

Babbo was such a great find! We wanted to provide our wedding guests with a delicious meal, but did not want to pay $100++ per guest. Babbo is the perfect combination of being budget friendly and also being delicious. You will not find a caterer for cheaper that provides the quality and selection of food that they did.
We had our tasting a year before our wedding. First, let me tell you how great it is to go to restaurant, have a feast, have it be complimentary and also delicious. They have so many options to choose from and we knew our guests would love them all. Their spring mix salad is just so good and that is just the starter.
I was nervous having not had the food for about a year, but once the wedding day came I was reminded why we chose them. Many guests have raved about our food and how shocked they were that nothing was overcooked. They not only loved it as a wedding meal, but also that they can go locally to eat there if they ever wish.
The service was great, Dustin was always amazing and I am so grateful we chose them to serve our guest. I also love that we can go back on our anniversary every year and re-eat what we had for our wedding night dinner (well we didn't get to eat much of it on our actual wedding night, but you get the point LOL)

Babbo's Catering is the only way to go for your wedding or event! They catered my wedding on 1/28/17 and my best friend's wedding two years ago. They have so many options and even ask you if you need any gluten free options for your guests! The tasting is so much fun but so hard to choose which pastas and salads you want for your big day because they are all so tasty! You can go to their restaurant to sample the food as well but they really cater to you during the tasting appointment, be prepared to take some home with generous portions. They also did our cake cutting for free! Babbo's Catering are so professional and friendly you will not regret choosing them for your wedding or big event. They are the true pros! -

It was just as if we had gone into the restaurant for single serving. We had appetizers, salads, pastas, and two chicken dishes served at our wedding. They also provided water service and assisted with cake and coffee. They plated the bride and groom, were friendly, super accommodating, and flexible with any needs that we had. I loved Babbo! I booked with Soho63 and Babbo was one of the more affordable catering options. I am so impressed with the service. From our tasting to our wedding day, everything was done perfectly. Even though we did a buffet, the cake cutting and champagne pouring was included in the catering price! They even had vegetarian and gluten free options which was perfect since I had a couple guests who were in need of those special meals! The staff was super helpful. We didn't even have to leave our sweetheart table because someone delivered our meals to us. We had no complaints. :) -

After tasting a dish at a wedding expo, we scheduled a tasting at Babbo, who happens to be a preferred vendor for our venue. We had no idea it was going to be such an ENORMOUS amount of food. They told us on the phone to come hungry but oh my lordy! We were seated at our own table and served by the event manager herself who was WONDERFUL! It was FH and myself, my father and his girlfriend and my mother (they're all friends, go figure). We were served 5 different salads, 4 appetizers, 6 pasta dishes, 5 entrees and even a dessert (she advised us to take small portions). The food was OUTSTANDING. They even had us take the leftovers home. We put the deposit down that night and are so excited to have them cater our wedding! -

For anyone who is on a tight budget but still wants to throw an impressive party, Babbo Italian Eatery is the way to go. Their simple yet elegant selection of food surely impressed my guests at my wedding. Their food paralleled that of an expensive menu from a 5-star hotel.
Make sure you have them at your cocktail hour as well. Their rolls are superb. My mouth is still watering just thinking about their firecracker rolls. -

We chose Babbo's Italian Eatery to cater our cocktail hour and wedding reception on March 28, 2015. Babbo's is one of my favorite places to eat in Phoenix, so we were excited to see that they were a preferred caterer at our venue, The Boojum Tree. By the end of our wedding, we could see why they were preferred. We ended up doing the Tuscan Package for about 170 people, which included two appetizers, two salads and four pasta options. The four pasta options was great, because we had a wide variety of people at our wedding and a fair amount of vegetarians. We also rented our plates, water goblets and silverware from Babbo's, had them do water service at the tables during the reception, and they cut and served the cake free. We did tabled appetizers during cocktail hour, rather than passed, but one of the waiters actually came with trays of appetizers to us as the bridal party while we were taking pictures, which I absolutely loved!
When we first called to ask about wedding catering, they set up a tasting at one of their locations. They warn you to come hungry, and man were they right! We ended up leaving with two bags full of leftovers and very full and happy stomachs. They started by asking us which appetizers we would like to try, then made some decent sized portions of each. Then, we were able to try four different salads, which were all delicious. Finally, we ended up tasting probably 8 different pasta dishes. They even brought out some popular items that are not on their menu (creamy pesto - delicious).
There was some miscommunication about our booking date and payment due to a staffing change, but the woman who helped us with it was very professional and made sure we were not affected by it. The wait staff were incredibly professional and pleasant to work with, and of course, the food was delicious. They prepare everything fresh, and you can tell. We got a lot of great comments from our guests about the high quality food! -

Babbo was the most reasonably priced (for 200 guests) of all the caterers we sampled. The food was good, but most importantly they made it easy to accommodate our picky diets. We needed a nondairy dish and separate vegetarian dish. They made the process super easy and the food was still tasty. Other caterers just wouldn't do it or made it too complicated. The day of the wedding their service and food far surpassed our expectations. The food was DELICIOUS and the servers were all super professional, nice and helpful! Becky at the Glendale location was the catering captain and was super easy to work with...she was on top of everything! I would recommend them to any bride! -

From the first time we sampled at a wedding expo to our personalized wedding tasting at the restaurant we knew we wanted to use Babbo. The food is amazing, fresh and displayed like a feast. The restaurant allowed us to bring my parents for the tasting and treated us all like royalty. They walked us through many options, patiently explained them and took as much time as we needed.
Our rustic home wedding went through many changes over the year leading up to the event. We added guests, changed themes, went from full dinner to heavy appetizer buffet and all the while the Babbo team was gracious and SUPER HELPFUL. The catering manager even took the time to drive out to our home and do a walk-thru, making valuable suggestions to help us narrow our scope and stay on budget. The entire catering team showed up the day of the wedding, went straight to work with awesome attitudes, set a photo worthy buffet and never left the guests empty handed or hungry! -

So happy with Babbo as our caterer!! They were beyond awesome and helpful! We got rave reviews about food the night of our wedding! The only bad part was that my hubby and I barely got a chance to try any of it due to everyone coming up to us to say hi. But I guess that happens, right?? Lol
They were one of the caterers through our venue, so price wise I can't say much since it was included, but I do remember that add-ones and such were very reasonable in price. Our taste-testing was awesome by the way. They feed you like there's no tomorrow. My husband, parents and myself were at the tasting and we had left overs! Great service! Chris is awesome! Pretty much from the moment we went to our tasting with Chris (the manager) at Babbo at 16th street and Glendale, we knew who our wedding caterer was. We were wowed by absolutely everything we tasted! Our wedding buffet went smoothly, and everyone gave us incredible compliments about how fast it went and how incredible all the food tasted.
Chris was always very responsive and professional.
We now have a new favorite Italian restaurant in Phoenix and we can't recommend highly enough the service they provided for us at our wedding! -

I'm so happy we choose Babbo to do our catering. Everything was awesome, right from the beginning. We wanted good food without spending a ton, and without the traditional "chicken" plate. I saw all the 5 star reviews for Babbo and thought I'd give it a try for a tasting. So glad I did. Turned out my husband couldn't make the tasting, so I brought two friends and we got SO MUCH food to try. It was all delicious and when I explained my husband had to work overtime they individually packaged all the left overs so he could try everything too! [I seriously had to emply my fridge out to make room for all the extra food they gave us!]. We choose the 2 app, 2 salad, 2 pasta catering package - the Italian Sausage & Mushroom Asparagus pastas were SO YUMMY. Everyone loved the food! Besides the delicious food, the staff was awesome. Chris. S at the Phoenix location helped with the tasting, packages, etc. Justin the general manager was our "day of" coordinator and he called the week before to make sure there wasn't anything else we needed. Our wedding day started with rain, and ended with wind so we were unable to do all the set up ahead of time. Well, Justin and the crew of servers totally stepped up and made sure everything was ready before the guests got there, including setting the tables (we used a different vendor for that), putting out our favors, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend calling Babbo if you want something a little different at your wedding, great food at a good cost, and excellent customer service -

My family loved our choice of caterer, Babbo! We had a small intimate affair and the food was amazing! We love the pasta Gorgonzola and the pizza! Everyone at our party will be going her from now on! Love it! -

Pros: The tasting was on the house and they gave us the leftovers. The food was amazing; my guests are still talking about how good the food was. Babbo catered the dinner for my daughter's wedding reception and the food was exceptional! They met with other caterers initially but found the experience at Babbo's taste was so superior, there was not even a close second. The quality and quantity of selections were amazing, making it difficult to choose between their dishes. The amazing part is that there were 140 people at dinner and the food tasted just as amazing as it did at the inital taste! All the guest raved about the food and selection, in addition their wait staff was very professional and made sure everyone was attended to ~ Wonderful experience!!! -

Besides getting married to me, food was the second most important part of the wedding for my fiancé (now husband!). We met with Chris from Babbos for our tasting and everything we tried we loved! Since my husband is Italian, he is pretty picky about Italian food and Babbos passed with flying colors. At the reception, the food was as good as we remembered from our tasting and I got tons of compliments on all the dishes (I was asked by one guest to try to "pull some strings and get the recipe" for one of the entrees!) We also noted how many of our guests went back for seconds and thirds!!! Love them! -

EVERYTHING our guests ate was fantastic!! During our tasting, we tried sooo much food, and there was not a single thing we didn't like. We tried to pick a good variety of sauces and dishes, and there was definitely something for everyone. They were extremely welcoming and helpful, and now we eat there often! Our guests RAVED about the food, down to the pickiest eaters. Highly recommended!!! -

My husband and I love Babbo and when it was time to plan our wedding we knew we wanted to use them to caterer our event. We worked with Justin and he was amazing with all the details and always was there to answer any questions or concerns we had before the big day. We would highly recommend them after our experience. It was great Italian food that fit within our budget! When my fiance and I went to Babbo for a tasting, they treated us like royalty! Not only did we get to sample about their entire menu, but they were really patient in letting us decide what we want and supportive of our wants for food at our wedding. We did a buffet style dinner at our wedding with Babbo and everybody raved about the food! They brought more than enough food and it was hot and fresh. Justin the manager and Babbo is awesome! -

This company has amazing food and amazing services for a wedding. The personal we spoke with during our wedding was always very helpful. We were not able to figure out what pastas we wanted for the dinner, the personal working for Babbo were very patient with us. The servers were very friendly to our guest, which made me feel at ease. If you are looking for amazing food at a really good price we highly reccomend Babbo Italain Eatery. -

We had a summer wedding and didn't want to have the traditional "heavy" dinner. We decided to have pizza and salads and the food was AMAZING! Sandy, the manager at the Glendale AZ location, was professional, endearing and she made my husband and I very comfortable when we first met. The quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff was commented on by majority of my guests. I would recommend Babbo to anyone that wants a fun and most importantly, DELISH food experience! We opted for Babbo from our venue because it was the most cost-friendly to our budget, but also there was a variety of options for food choices and they had gluten-friendly options for some of our guests in need of those meals. The Babbo we used was in Chandler and the catering manager, Dustin, was amazing. Our food tasting was easy to schedule and we were so impressed with the amount of food we received to taste! We even got to take home everything we didn't eat, which was unexpected (I don't know if this is how all the caterers do it). We appreciated how easy Dustin was to work with and how well he made recommendations on various food items. We did not regret choosing Babbo-the night of our wedding, everyone commented how delicious the food was and we agree! The food was superb! I was very happy with how well they handled the catering and the quality of the food was excellent. The only reason I gave 4.9 out of 5.0 on flexibility was that our children's meal could only be certain options for our flower girl. Her mom really wanted her to have a regular grilled cheese sandwich, which would be the least messy option for a 3 1/2 year old, but the only grilled cheese Babbo could provide was a fancy grilled cheese with cheeses and bread a little girl would not eat, so we kept the macaroni and cheese option, but it would be nice to have non-messy kids options that are not "gourmet" food choices because kids are pretty simple and picky eaters. Other than that, the food was perfect. -

First and foremost, our catering was delicious and there was plenty of food for everyone (including all of the vendors).
Scheduling an appointment with Babbo (Dustin specifically) was very easy and it was at a convenient time and location for us. We were given plenty of options and enough of each dish to make an "informed decision". I emailed to confirm everything about a week out and was informed that, due to a technical issue, a lot of customer data had been lost. Fortunately, Dustin had kept our order's hardcopy and all I had to do was confirm the selections.
One of our guests was allergic to garlic and Dustin ensured there was a special plate made just for her and it was plated for her so that she was able to eat with everyone else.
Overall, we had a great experience with Babbo. They had a great selection, the food tasted great, and we had a very positive response from our guests. -

What more can i say then they are amazing. The tasting was great they had us try everything and let us even make custom salads. They where so great with my food allergies and making sure everything was perfect. We absolutely loved having Babbo's Italian Eatery as our wedding caterer. They have wonderful service and best of all you get to taste their food before you put a deposit down (one of the few places we could find that worked with our venue). We worked with Logan at Cave Creek and he was awesome! He responded to us in a timely manner and was always helpful with any questions. The only downside was they charge by the hour for the waiters so it can become a little pricey depending on the food and how long the reception is. Overall-fantastic job! =) -

Food was awesome! Got nothing but compliments on the food. Cake cutting and champagne toast went off without a hitch. Only complaint was that we ran out of bread for the guests but the workers and staff had already made plates :/ luckily we had more than enough food for everyone including all the staff and other vendors. -

Babbo Italian Eatery does excellent catering and has delicious Italian food. We had 3 appetizers: firecraker rolls, pistachio mozallera, and pesto brushetta which were hand passed around. Then we had 2 types of salads, and three types of pastas (pasta martini, pesto, and mushroom asparagas) buffet style. The pasta was warm/hot and tasted really good. The service was great and flexible because they were able to go out of their way to provide a gluten free and dairy free pasta meal for two of my guests. One of them was at last minute notice. The employees brought appetizers and dinner to me and my groom which I liked. Overall very happy with the food and service. -

Best restaraunt ever! Had my reception hall allowed me to bring in my own catering, it would have been Babbo's. They did a full taste testing session with no pressure and no restrictions. Since they could not cater, we did our rehearsal dinner there. They were prepared and ready for us. They also made small personal menues for our party. The food is always so tasty and the price is affordable.
We eat there often, wedding or not!

PHENOMENAL. These guys beat out everyone with just their salad! Talk about great food, I'm SO excited they are opening a new store in Tempe in the next month or so! You can tell everything is so fresh, it shines through the dishes! All of the guests were raving about the food all night, I'm surprised we had any left over (even though I was secretly wishing for it so I can gobble some more!). The only disappointment I had was that after confirming we were changing one of our salads (and when I say confirming it had to be at least 2-3 times with both the caterer - and my venue even knew we changed!) come my wedding day, they did not have my updated order. Not to say that took away from any of the rest of the food, but when you expect something and get another thing it's a bit disappointing. The guests didn't know the difference and kept going back for more though! Everything else was great - cannot beat the prices for what you get! The hard part is narrowing down your selection from their ENTIRE menu of wonderful food!! -

Babbos is absolutely delicious!! We went in for a tasting and oh my, it was magnificent! We tried everything from salads, to pastas, to entrees. Unfortunately we couldnt book them because it came out to almost two times our budget. They are very pricey but if we would of had the money we would've definitely gone with them.
