    Second wedding

    This was my second marriage and I did not have a clue what I wanted to do. Celeste was very helpful with ideas that were exactly what I wanted and didn't know it. It was more than I expected and well worth the investment.

    B.A.Bride was the best purchase we made for our wedding. From the moment we booked, Celeste quickly started to work on finding venues and vendors that fit our needs. She turned out to be more than just someone we hired but we think of her as family.

    Magical planner

    Celeste is a magical planner / wedding day coordinator for us! She has such a calm presence, even when things are hectic, and went above and beyond to make sure all the little details were taken care of. We had a last-minute venue change when we determined that the weather was not going to allow me to have my garden wedding. The weather backup plan had already been defined (I didn't want to think about that, although I knew it was a necessary evil) and she managed to working with the florist, get all of the decorations, musicians, and guests repositioned inside for an on-time, beautiful ceremony. She’s is truly a professional.

    Awesome experience

    Celeste was amazing and brought all of my ideas to life. Throughout the entire planning process she was helpful and informative. On the day of my wedding, I didn't worry about a thing because I knew Celeste and her team, were fully capable of handling everything. My entire family commented on how helpful she was and it was so great to be able to enjoy my family and friends on my wedding day.

    Professional and organized

    Celeste was very helpful during the time leading up to our special day and day of. Her organization and gentle nudging were perfect for assisting with a very smooth wedding day. I don’t know what we would have done with out her! If you are thinking about hiring her, do it! You will not regret it!

    Enjoyed each meeting with out planner. She paid attention to the small details.

    You don’t know what you don’t know. She’s an awesome vendor and will open your perspective on ideas you weren’t even considering. She doesn’t allow you to make decisions that will potentially give you I’ll results. I appreciated ALL of her push back when looking to cut a corner. My wedding turned out awesome due to her attention to detail and consistency in meeting and following up! Very professional and punctual!

    Excellent job

    If I could figure out how to give more than 5 stars I would! We had one phone call for about 15 to 20 minutes and then she sent the most amazing proposal complete with pictures. I was blown away... She had captured my vision EXACTLY with photo examples in the proposal. I knew she would bring something amazing to the wedding planning experience. She also not only focused on the wedding and reception overall on the day of the wedding but I as amazed at her special attention to the little details. I will be keeping her number for use during any future events. I can't tell you how many of my friends have asked for her information after the wedding because they want to use her as well.

    Simply amazing

    AMAZING!!! Celeste did that great of a job. I spent my wedding day, enjoying the wedding I dreamed of and was able to Be A Bride just as her company name suggests. She did an outstanding job helping to make my wedding day beyond my expectations. I want to thank her for everything she did and let it be known that selecting her company was truly one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning.

    I would like to thank Celeste with B. A. Bride for making my day stress-free and just what I envisioned. She did such an amazing job helping me plan and coordinating my wedding. She listened to every detail and delivered. She made sure every little detail that I worried about was on point. She coordinated with the vendors, so they did not bother me on my wedding day. It was such an awesome experience working with her. Her organization and experience gained my trust, and she maintained it with her positive attitude and composure. She delivered exactly what we wanted, more than we asked and we had a more spectacular day than we had imagined.

    Absolutely Amazing!

    The word that comes to mind as I write this review for Celeste is "AMAZING!" About 5 months before my mom's 60th birthday, I reached out to Celeste because I needed an event planner to assist me. I'd initially  planned to reserve space in one of the restaurants at the resort for the dinner because it's what I've always done. However, as Celeste and I started talking, she asked important questions to understand my goals and then proceeded to expand my horizon. First, she told me that I could have several options for dinner, including on the beach. This revelation confirmed that she was the person to plan my mom's event. Dinner on the beach had not crossed my mind.

    As we continued planning the event, I continued to be amazed. She paid attention to every detail. From the types of napkin folds to the options for centerpieces, she had ideas for everything. She even reviewed the proposed limited menu I was offered and emboldened me to ask for different items. She proposed games and the idea for a playlist instead of ambient music. Without Celeste, we would have had a basic, traditional dinner at a restaurant. However, with Celeste's guidance, we enjoyed a beautiful and memorable event that everyone is still talking about.

    While the event was beautiful and absolutely perfect, I am most impressed by Celeste serving as a tremendous advocate. As a novice, I would have accepted the options the resort offered with very few questions because I didn't know that I could seek alternatives.  However, she ensured that I never lost my voice and encouraged me to propose alternatives and ask questions. This advocacy led to better centerpieces and a slightly modified menu.

    My mom was beyond pleased about her 60th birthday dinner. All of the guests repeatedly complimented me on the amazing event. The decor, including centerpieces were amazing. The event was organized and everything ran smoothly. Several days after the event, guests are still talking about it.

    In sum, I would hire Celeste again without question. Whether you have all of the details about your event figured out or you need help ironing out the details, I highly recommend hiring Celeste. If you follow her guidance, your event will exceed your best expectations. Because of Celeste, I truly could not be happier about my mom's 60th birthday dinner.

    Exceptional Experience

    I worked with Celeste as a wedding coordinator for my recent wedding and she was literally a blessing from God! She stepped in 8 weeks out and worked with vendors to finalize details, created an event plan and day of timeline as well as managed logistics on the day of to ensure everything ran smoothly. I was able to relax and be in the moment in the hours leading up to my wedding. 10/10 would recommend!

    Day of Coordinator

    Celeste is very organized and thinks of everything. Details that you didn't think of, she will. If you don't know how certain things you want included in your wedding can be done, she gives you options. We had a small wedding and reception, but wanted to step outside of tradition. When I told her our plans, she didn't bat an eye at our approach to our wedding. She asked very thoughtful questions to make certain that what we were thinking could become a reality. She is a great advocate. Her ability to problem solve is top notch and we were thoroughly impressed with her.

    Incredible Planner

    We reached out to several planners. There are so many to choose from and after talking to Celeste we felt she was a perfect match. From our first call, I knew that she was going to help create an incredible wedding, but it far exceeded any of my expectations. We are so happy we went with her. She is so patient and very knowledgeable. She took time to get us we felt comfortable making decisions.

    One of my best decisions after saying "yes"

    Let me start by again by saying thank you. Celeste is very knowledgeable about the wedding industry. She is organized and attends to every detail, keeping you on track with what and when things need to be done. On our wedding day she and her team saw to it that everything went exactly as planned, it was amazing how everything was on point. The venue owner and the vendors were so complimentary, saying "she was one of the best planners they have worked with in years" she certainly was one of the best decisions I made in selecting her. I will definitely recommend you for any weddings, parties or events as I have already had some inquiries as to "who was my planner".

    Celeste is the BEST

    From our very first phone call it was obvious that Celeste was knowledgeable and very professional. She provided detailed checklists of things for me to be doing every step of the way and she emailed timelines.     I thought that I would not need a wedding coordinator and I was wrong. I am so glad Celeste was available to help me with my wedding.     Let me apologize for not getting this review in sooner. Getting a new job and a husband has taken up A LOT of my time. Celeste did an amazing job helping us coordinate our wedding. We utilized her services the final six weeks of our wedding planning, hiring her for the ceremony rehearsal and day of wedding coordination. She was a life saver!! Not only is she professional, but she has such a positive energy and confidence that left us feeling calm with a strong sense of relief. She knew exactly what needed to be done to pull everything together. She went above and beyond the call of duty and I have already recommend her as a planner to all of my friends regardless of the type of event.

    My planner, Celeste was very professional, resourceful, and so much more. I lived in Canada at the time and thought that it would be a pain to plan a wedding in Atlanta from Canada. But Celeste proved me wrong. She did 92% the ground work for me and was patient. I also loved the fact that she took her time to know us and build a relationship with my husband and I, that spoke volumes about the business. My husband says that he loves how she didn't just look at us just as another client who just has to dish out the cash.
    She was also very mindful of our budget.

    Celeste is super creative and came up with some really unique twists to make our day special. We live in New Mexico and she communicated with us monthly initially and as we got closer to the wedding we received almost daily updates on the plans.     From the first meeting you understood us as a couple and exactly what we wanted the day to be like, which was the most important thing. You then provided us with the guidance we needed through the whole planning process and supported us with the excellent service. Honestly, every single person we spoke to has said that it was the best wedding that they had ever been to. We're SO glad we hired you to organize it.     Dear Celeste

    How does anyone ever plan a wedding and reception without you? I cannot imagine doing it. Your knowledge of all aspects of weddings is phenomenal and I was repeatedly impressed with your ability and skill. From our first telephone conversation you never seemed like a stranger. You were more like a dear friend I had known all my life, You seemed to know what I wanted before I did and you knew just how to steer me in the right direction to get things done. I really needed your rare ability to take charge when needed too. And your suggestions never took me away from “my” dream. They just focused and streamlined it to make it come out perfect.

    The monthly calendar was very helpful and kept me moving to accomplish the needed tasks each month. But for me, knowing your calming voice was always just a phone call away to answer any questions and sooth my jitters was priceless. You regularly called me too, just to check on the tasks at hand and you had a uncanny way of remembering the things I had forgotten.
    The vendors you referred me to were extraordinary knowledgeable people and all spoke very highly of you and your ability. I hate to think of how difficulty my search for the perfect photographer, florist and musician etc. would have been without the benefit of your experience.

    Our wedding and reception were perfect thanks to you. You kept everything going on schedule and everybody in place and moving on cue. You were tireless, efficient, helpful, friendly (and you looked beautiful too) scurrying around behind the scenes to make sure everything was exactly right. Just knowing you were there gave me tremendous peace of mind.

    I wanted to sincerely THANK YOU for a job well done! When I originally came to you and mentioned to you that I needed someone with eyes in the back of their head, I had no idea that you had more than one set of yes back there – I was very very impressed with not only your services but your true overall professionalism as well. Please know that I appreciated all of the information you provided me prior to my wedding day. Everything that I used during the ceremony were all neatly wrapped and placed back in the original boxes and bags and I truly thank you for that. All my prayers were answered on May 25tth and much of that had to do with your many years of experience in the business. I do hope that we can stay in contact.

    I debated on whether I would write a review but I think this could really help someone in need of planning or coordinating assistance…

    I located B.A Bride on weddingwire. I planned my wedding, but needed a day of coordinator. Initially, I appreciated Celeste meeting me at the venue to so the walkthrough. I had my wedding at the Fox Theatre so it was major that we understood everything. I believe Celeste wanted to deliver a good service and was nervous about coordinating a wedding size of 125 at the Fox because of logistics. She hired 2 additional assistants (which is totally fine, to be safe). We had several calls leading up to the wedding about my expectations, flow of the day and needs on the day of however, her execution when it came to everything did not align.
    Every single vendor that I had complained prior to my wedding day because they said she was very difficult to work with. She volunteered to assist the Fox Theatre with some things concerning my vendors and it threw so many monkey wrenches in the preparation. Someone was already in charge of that. At times I felt like she was working for them and not me. Again, it caused so much confusion and frustration and that was NOT what I wanted, especially for something that wasn’t needed or asked of her.
    One thing I was appreciative was she was a great timekeeper. She kept us on schedule for the most part, but we missed some key moments because it turned into rushing.
    The ceremony went great and flowed beautifully, EXCEPT I told Celeste I wanted my family (dressed in gold) to sit in reserved seats. I bought the reserved signs to place on the seats and when I walked down, no one was seated in those chairs. There were 2 rows completely empty. My heart sank. I later found out that when my family tried to sit there she told them they couldn’t. Now when I look at my ceremony pictures, I have to see the eye soar of empty seating in the front rows. I’m still unsure about how she misunderstood that when I made it very clear. Furthermore, what are reserved seating if no one is sitting in them? Secondly, at the reception when the wedding party was getting introduced, I noticed in the back that no music was being played. I sent her and the DJ a song list that included when songs should be played. He later told me that Celeste instructed him not to play music. Why?! I made them stop and start again with music. I should not have to worry about that when I gave my day of coordinator clear instructions. Before the wedding began, we scheduled photos. She led us to where we were to take photos but then went missing. We went back to our meeting spot after the pics concluded. We should’ve been in a completely different area but she wasn’t there to lead us. I had to ask her to stay closeby to keep everyone informed and direct accordingly.
    To conclude, I don’t think that Celeste is a bad coordinator. I think she’s very black and white and may need to stick to traditional small weddings. There were big misses with my wedding and it was all due to her execution. She was very calm in her delivery which is great to have with coordinating a wedding, but unfortunately I would not recommend their services for a wedding of 100 or more given my experience.
