Cici with Ay Poppy is incredible. I'll start from the beginning.
My engagement was 18 months long, and during that time, a friend of mine got married and hired Ay Poppy to do her florals and centerpieces. I was so impressed I decided to hire them, too! Cici was awesome from the get-go. She responded to all my questions and comments quickly, helped me make decisions, offered centerpiece rentals, sent me pictures of the flowers she wanted to use (which were all beautiful) and, once all decisions were made, the contract was sent to me promptly. Even greater, Cici was very respectful of my budget and helped me figure out where we could save some money. When we got closer to the wedding, Cici sent me vase options, candle options, lantern options, and then we got on the phone and ran through the whole plan together. I had failed to update her on how many guest tables we ended up with and she helped me figure out a solution that worked out beautifully. My bouquet was GORGEOUS. Absolutely gorgeous. I am so glad I planned to have it preserved because it deserves to be preserved. Everything was just so perfect and exactly how I would've hoped. Don't think twice about hiring Cici because she is an amazing professional and a great florist! -

17th Birthday Party
Ay Poppy exceeded all our expectations when they helped us plan a last-minute (3-day notice!) outdoor event for my daughter’s 17th birthday party. They created a stunning outdoor tent experience that featured enchanting fair lights along the walls of the tent and wisteria flowers hanging from the top of the tent as a centerpiece.
Despite challenging weather elements like wind and rain, the tent was expertly secured and stayed perfectly in place. The drapes inside the tent and at the entrance added an elegant touch, making the entire setup look absolutely magical. The pictures don’t even do justice to how beautiful it was in person!
The team was professional, responsive, and available throughout the process. They even conducted a walk-through before the event to ensure everything would be just right.
We will absolutely use Ay Poppy for future events and would highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking to create memorable experiences.
Thank you, Ay Poppy, for helping make this a magical and unforgettable day for my daughter! -

In planning a wedding, it was challenging to find a florist who was willing to design wedding flowers from an inspiration bouquet the with style and type of flowers requested. I had such a great experience working with Ay Poppy and Cici for our wedding. She was so kind and easy to communicate with, and she really understood what I was envisioning.
The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous—soft, full, and exactly what I had hoped for. The subtle touches of color and the arrangement were perfect. The boutonnieres and the decor for our triangle arch tied everything together beautifully.
I couldn’t have been happier with how it all turned out. Cici truly has an eye for detail, and I’m so glad we chose her to help make our day so special.

I had an incredibly positive experience working with Ay, Poppy! Cici was incredible to work with and took all of my inspiration and made it into reality. I've included my inspo-board in this review so you can see just how well she took the requests and ideas I gave her and brought it to life! I'm super bummed we didn't get a picture, but per my request, Cici took a piece of my mother's veil and used it to wrap my bridal bouquet. She took the pearls from the veil and used them in the wrap as well. It was stunning and such a special way to incorporate my "something old". She also took our very nerdy request to include D&D dice in the groomsmen bouts seriously. I provided her with the dice and she incorporated them beautifully and subtly into the bouts--but with enough emphasis that my husband and his groomsmen loved it!
I cannot recommend Cici enough for your floral needs! -

Ay Poppy, by far, was the best vendor we had for our wedding day. I found Cici on Facebook while researching for an AFFORDABLE vendor to do our wedding day floral, and I am so thankful I did! The entire process was very smooth. Cici responded well and fast to everything. On my wedding day, her and her team went above and beyond!!! We did not anything to hang a memorial sign to honor my late father, but without any issue, Cici and her team stepped in saved the day by letting us use some of their ribbon. On your big day, little things like this make such a huge difference. Cici and her team made my wedding day beautiful!!! I will 100000% recommend Ay,Poppy to anyone! -

My daughter quince
I was looking for someone with reasonable pricing who would work with me. My coordinator found Ay Poppy Floral for me. Mrs. Cici worked with me, and her prices were affordable. My daughter's Quince theme was Harry Potter. Mrs. Cici, my daughter, and I had multiple meetings and calls. We discussed the types of flowers, colors, sizes of flowers, and accessories that could be incorporated into the centerpieces. Mrs. Cici put a lot of details into the centerpieces. She was very professional and friendly. My daughter got a lot of compliments on her bouquet and centerpieces. Mrs. Cici is among the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. I will recommend Ay Poppy to anyone. You won't be disappointed. -

Cici was so amazing at helping to coordinate my wedding and also bringing my floral dreams to life! I was very picky and specific about the colors I wanted in my floral arrangements and Cici did nothing less than amazing! All of the colors of each flower stood out perfectly in my wedding pictures. Breathtaking Wedding Florals & Exceptional Professionalism
We recently had our wedding in December 2021.
We’d first like to recognize and thank the owner of Ay, Poppy (Cici) for her patience, kindness and time spent on our endless phone calls, texts and meetings.
She took the time to listen to all of my ideas, detail goals and vision for our wedding day. I wanted a clean, simple but elegant feel to our timeless and romantic themed wedding.
Cici and her entire team executed our vision perfectly. They were very mindful and helpful with our budget as well. I was very specific on which type of flowers we’d like and didn’t like. Cici made sure to keep us updated on all of their progress. We also had to add last minute bouquets and boutonnières and Cici was so gracious to accommodate those unplanned details.
Come wedding day, the team arrived early, organized and ready. We had plenty of hiccups throughout the day and Cici was there to make sure everything was sorted out and organized. She reassured me that me everything would be just fine and it definitely was.
Our ballroom arrangements exceeded expectations. We were blown away when we finally made it inside after our ceremony. Pictures truly do not do justice. Our wedding day was surprising a very hot, humid day in December. Our flowers maintained integrity through the entire event and weeks after. They were breathtaking. Everything from bouquets, to corsages to cake flowers and table pieces. We truly believe that everything Ay, Poppy Floral arranged for us was designed with such love, care and patience. We felt as though it was our family helping us on wedding day and we couldn’t be more thankful.
We highly recommend Ay, Poppy Floral for your wedding or event floral needs. They do it all. They are an honest, family owned company. You will be taken care of beyond expectations. Thank you Ay, Poppy Floral! We are so grateful ♥️ -

The only florist that can make Halloween elegant!
My wife and I spent a year and a half planning our Halloween wedding (10/31/20). Despite all the challenges with COVID and working with Ay, Poppy! from halfway across the U.S, they provided the most impressive, beautiful, and unique theme from the roses lining the church’s center aisle to the rose-filled skull centerpieces and red ambient lighting at the reception. They were eager to work with us throughout the entire process and flexible with our ideas. It was costly but fair given the amount of detail, quality, and care put into their work. We recommend Ay, Poppy! especially for couples out there who want something different. Thank you, Ay, Poppy! for all you did for us!!

We HIGHLY recommend CiCi & Imelda to help with your wedding! They were an amazing and dedicated team as they focused on the important details for our special day. We were very fortunate and blessed that our paths crossed. We had originally reached out for a floral arrangement quote early June, and to our relief, CiCi & Imelda had a response in the inbox the next day. It was a great sign for us and our short, 3-month engagement. They included in their quote a very reasonable offer for additional services: a day of coordinator. The Bride had always wanted a day of coordinator, but thought it wasn’t in the cards.
The Groom was confused by the concept and was immediately against the idea. He is now one of CiCi and Imelda’s biggest fans and more than willing to admit he lived to eat his words, with, “find CiCi” becoming a reliable response on our big day!
As for the Bride, she felt like she had a team to work with, not just organizing the wedding day itself, but also executing her dream. She had always wanted a fairytale wedding and was afraid to allow herself to hope for one. She had to admit it was everything she envisioned and more – so much of that was due to their efforts.
Our wedding went off smoothly and without a hitch, all because of Ay, Poppy Floral and Event Décor. Thank you ladies, truly!

My Fairy Tale Wedding!
I cannot recommend this company enough! Ay, Poppy did all of my floral (boutonnieres, bridesmaid bouquets, and my bouquet), centerpieces, decorations (to include a beautiful custom made arch) and day of coordination.
Cici is amazing! She was available 24/7 to answer all of my questions and came up with all of the designs for my floral. I had a small idea of what I wanted and she turned it into something magical. I felt like I was in a fairy tale! Everything was so beautiful.
Best of all, her services did not break the bank. She is by far the most reasonably priced company we were able to find.

Beyond Expectations
Cici delivers *stunning* work. I was so blown away with her. I was nervous what I wanted couldn't really be conveyed simply through photos, but she asked the right questions and delivered floral arrangments that were better than I could ever dream of. Cici really does care about every one of her couples and you can tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to every detail. She provided my bouquet, my bridesmaids' and flower girl's bouquets, groom's and groomsmens' boutonnieres, floral accents at our altar, reception centerpieces and sweetheart table florals. I almost want to get married all over again just to see her floral arrangments! -

We hired "Ay Poppy" a couple weeks before our wedding. I was amazed on how flexible, and detail oriented they were. Cici, and Imelda were very professional, and organized. I have never had such an unprofessional, disappointing experience with any vendor as I did with Cici. We met with Cici at the very beginning to share inspirational photos and were assured that all of our expectations were very straight forward and attainable. I should have known something was up, however, when she would not send an itemized contract or even any contract for that matter. She indicated that her contract was being revised from her attorney and would be coming soon. Although skeptical, I offered that a signed list of deliverables would suffice and she agreed. I opted at this time, back in Nov to trust her, and paid the deposit to move forward. Worth mentioning, this was in Nov 2021 and by March 2022, still no contract or signed list of deliverables. We had another meeting in March to collaborate and confirm the final list of deliverables that we could provide our wedding coordinator for the big day. Following the meeting, we sent an email thanking her for all of her work and requested the process for making final payment. On March 21 at 11:07PM (one month before the wedding) we received an email out of the blue that indicated she was cancelling. No explanation was given and when we responded asking what went wrong and to in fact confirm that she was not going to work with us, she never responded. Please save yourself the stress and heartbreak and avoid this company. -

Have you ever had a vendor cancel on you a month before your wedding? Now, thanks to this company, I can say that I have. I do not recommend working with Cici at Ay, Poppy! because she left me high and dry a month before my wedding, and there is no reason for me to believe that she wouldn't do it to you too.
More than six months ago, I began working with Cici to determine a plan for my wedding. I shared my (healthy) budget and received a quote that fit comfortably within my budget. I paid my deposit, and waited for my contract.
Once RSVPs came in, I needed to make a couple of adjustments to the contract. However, these small adjustments amounted to nearly $1500. I was surprised! I asked Cici for an itemized proposal to see where we went wrong, assuming that I might need to reduce what I was asking for in order to stay within my original budget. She told me that she "did not do itemized quotes." I explained to her that I wanted to get closer to my budget, and asked for her advice on how I should adjust my floral needs. She gave me all of the reasons why her prices were fair, but did not explain how we could adjust the final product to the budget. Additionally, she shared that her contract was "being rewritten" and she could not offer me a contract. (Again, I'd like to be clear--I would never expect a vendor to do more for less. I simply wanted to know if we need to remove a couple of arrangements, or make less expensive selections in order to meet my budget).
Despite all of this, we were close to a month to the wedding, and I thought it best to just keep trying to work things out with Cici. In our final interaction, I sent an email explaining how excited I was to be working with her, and asking to finalize two small details. I also asked for her to share the final amount we owed her, as well as the deadline, to ensure that we could pay her in a timely manner. Finally, because she did not have a contract option, I asked for a list of items to be provided along with the cost, for both of us to sign, so that I could provide the information to my wedding coordinator.
For reasons unbeknownst to me, that was the final straw for Cici. She sent an email to me at 11PM saying that she was no longer working my wedding saying, "I feel like we have had a lot of back and forth emails. I have never done a wedding without a contract. When you set a budget." (You might be thinking I forgot to type the end of that sentence, but these are the final sentence of the email, verbatim).
I woke up the next morning realizing that I had no florist to work my wedding, without so much as a phone call. I emailed to ask her what happened, and have still yet to receive an explanation. Please save yourself the stress of finding another florist within weeks of your wedding by choosing a different vendor from the start.
