Y’all… stop looking for catering because you have found it with Awesome Catering DFW. I cannot speak highly enough of this company & its staff- especially Trisha. When I came across Awesome Catering DFW, I was beyond frustrated with the catering quotes I had previously received. We needed catering for 250 people- nothing fancy but still something yummy. Our venue space was unique & caused other caterers to stress & charge for extra laborers. Trisha on the other hand said “who cares? All you need from us is a buffet!” I immediately loved her. Prior to even coming in for our tasting, Trisha went out of her way to tour our wedding venue space to see it for herself (it is an hour away from where she lives & her business). I truly could not believe it when she told me she had done this. It was so refreshing to meet someone as hardworking as Trisha is. Our first tasting was great. We went in for a second tasting to truly finalize & perfect our menu - which was made possible by Trisha going out of her way for us. We perfected our wedding menu & were so pleased with the choices & variety. During each tasting, Trisha was present & engaging with us- asking detailed questions of our expectations of her team. One thing I loved about Trisha’s process was the transparent pricing from Day 1- including travel fees & tips as well, so we were never left wondering. She also accommodated meals for 25 kids at our wedding, as well as severe food allergies including gluten. On the wedding day, Trisha was present at our venue ensuring everything ran smoothly & as planned. In the few brief moments that I did get to see her, she was always working hard with a smile on her face. The food on the day of tasted just like the food we had tasted months prior. I am sad I do not have photos to share of their day-of setup, but I can tell you from memory that it looked great & very classy!
I cannot recommend Awesome Catering DFW enough. If you want to work with someone who is detail-oriented, organized, & hardworking… look no further. Trisha is the best!

AMAZING experience using Awesome for our recent wedding. Staff was great from start to finish. Our guests raved about the food (especially the Mac & Cheese bar- do it!) Would absolutely recommend Awesome Catering for anyone planning events in DFW. -

How many weddings have you been to where you actually remember the meal? Any? Most of the time you're standing in either a self-serve or buffet line to get bland, tasteless, mediocre food that's likely been frozen and then re-heated. If you want to be different and have your reception meal actually be good, tasty, and memorable for your guests, then you HAVE to hire Awesome Catering DFW. They worked with us from the day we hired them, helping us choose our menu (we had a plated meal) and offering a tasting even though we had already made our choices. The food tasted amazing! On the day of the wedding, they made sure all the place settings were perfect and that salads were already on the tables when the reception started. The food at the wedding was at least as good as it was on the day of our tasting! And the portion sizes were more than we could eat! Your guests will compliment you and be talking about the meal they had at your wedding for years to come. When you have the word "Awesome" in your name, you'd better actually be awesome. Awesome Catering DFW really is awesome! -

Working with Awesome DFW for our first event was such a pleasure! They did everything they could to make it easy for me, but above that, their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond my expectations, was impressive. When our volunteers unexpectedly didn't show up due to an ice storm the day before, the crew jumped in and went to work bussing tables and helping us keep the event running smoothly. I have recommended them over and over to other groups I work with locally, and I am presently working with them on our next event in a couple of months. I'll never use anyone else. They have completely earned my loyalty! -

Awesome catering catered both our rehearsal dinner and wedding - and the food was not only delicious, but the service was top notch! Guests can't stop talking about how delicious the food was both nights. Jorge and team are super responsive, and let you get creative with food options. #1 item on the menu: Mac and Cheese!! -

Awesome Catering DFW catered our wedding in May 2021. Jorge and his team were so professional and the food was delicious. People still compliment us on all the food from our wedding. I still crave the Gourmet Chicken and the Mac and Cheese bar. They were so attentive and everything from the tasting to the clean up process was seamless. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends! -

Simply the BEST
I work in the wedding industry and met Jorge and Daniela 2 years ago. Their personalities and professionalism is what made me just adore them. But their food definitely kept me around!! The Awesome Catering DFW team went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my wedding. They made sure every person was taken care of. I could not have imagined a different crew or meal at our wedding. It has been nearly 4 months since our day and people are still raving about the food and always tell me it was the “best food I’ve ever had at a wedding”. Jorge and Daniela can do it all. We are so appreciative for all they did for us!!! -

They check all of the boxes of what to look for in a caterer: great price, variety of food options, exceptional service, and you can get all of your dinnerware, barware, and bartenders from them as well. So many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was too. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! -
