Love AW Bridal dresses!!
I’m a photographer and I recently used two dresses from AW Bridal for my styled shoot that I hosted! I was honestly suprised at the quality of the dresses and the design of them were just gorgeous!! I would highly recommend checking out their dresses🥰 -

I came across AW Bridal while searching for a quality wedding dress that is affordable. I'm always cautious of ordering things online but I took the risk on this one and ordered a lovely custom-made wedding gown. I received it earlier than expected, literally few days ago and the dress looks amazing! The quality is great and it's exactly how it's pictured on the website. I highly recommend AW Bridal for a quality wedding gown at an affordable price. -

They contacted me to take some promo photos for them. I got the dresses in a timely manner and great quality even the girls I worked with all loved the dresses. Great quality and photograph beautiful also true to size of bridesmaid dresses. Also photographed a wedding dress so beautiful. Those two models loved it as well I got everything within a month and colors I picked and sizes I picked. Great customer service as well. -

This company is horrible. They claim to be online dress store for bridesmaids ect. There’s about two try on and return dresses you can pick from. If you don’t pick from that selection, you can pick another dress but you can only order one on one credit card and have it shipped to one place. They will not let you order multiple dresses on the same card. They then tell you, you can’t return the dresses if you order multiple because, it’s wasting materials… They’re trying to say that They make every just order. I’m telling you there’s no way.. they also are shipped straight from China, so the company is not making them in California. they’re absolutely cheaply made, and I would never order from them ever again. -

If you want to give money to an unethical company, purchase from AW Bridal. I need to return a dress and they are requesting that I mark it as a "gift" and only claim that it is worth $20 (the dress is actually worth $117) to avoid customs fees and have stated that they will refuse the parcel if I do not do this. You must declare returned goods when shipping overseas. I will not be complying with their shady request. They are located in China and the shipping through USPS will cost $68. This whole return process has been terrible with them refusing to give me a return address at all at first; it took many back and forth emails to convince them to provide me with the needed info in the first place. If there is any chance at all you might have to return your item, do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with AW Bridal. -

Be careful with this company. They make it impossible for your to return the item you order. I cancelled my order within 24 hours upon know that the item will not arrive on time. Despite my cancellation, they shipped my order and it arrived two weeks after the wedding or event. I asked for the return but they won't let me return stating that the item arrive before the wedding. THEY ARE LYING. IT DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME. I showed the email where I cancelled within 24 hours but they ignore this important piece of evidence. THIS ITEM COMES FROM CHINA NOW WONDER THE COMPANY SUCKS. NEVER AGAIN!!! -

They use this address as their location, 25322 Jeronimo Rd Lake Forest, CA 92630, but it has nothing to do with a bridal store. In reality, it’s called MY SPORT. They charge lots of money for shipping and make you wait for a long time because their merchandise comes from China. They advertise this merchandise as new but in reality it’s used and many people are unaware of it. When you want to return it, they start playing games giving you lower offers and if you won’t take it, you have to return it at your own expense. So they end up making money at your expense. Stay away from this fake and dirty business. -

They ship from China so the piece took forever. We has time so not a problem but the bridesmaid dress didn't work out. And they wouldn't return for full price even though that is clear on the website. They were negotiating the return price like it was a benefit to us.
