Working with Amy was one of the most affirming parts of our wedding journey. From the start, she understood our vision and managed our guests' arrangements with exceptional care.
We quickly realized we could trust Amy. She initially suggested AVA Resort, even before it was built. Although we initially chose another resort in Costa Rica, a site visit revealed it didn't align with our vision. Amy helped us exit that contract with minimal repercussions and encouraged us to consider AVA again.
When AVA had its soft opening that July, Amy arranged a visit for Tristan, my mom, and me. Even with ongoing construction, we instantly knew Amy was right; it felt aligned with our vision and perfect for our guests.
Amy's guidance and steady presence made the entire process stress-free, and our wedding day exceeded our expectations. We are incredibly grateful for her intuition and support, and we highly recommend her to any couple seeking someone they can truly trust.
Thanks to Amy, we lived our dream wedding. -

Amy and Aventina Romance Travel are absolutely incredible! We had the trip of a lifetime, and there’s no way we could have pulled off a honeymoon right after our wedding without their help. With all the wedding planning stress, we simply didn’t have the time or bandwidth to plan a major trip. A friend recommended Amy, and from our very first conversation, we knew we were in great hands.
She took the time to understand how we like to travel and what we were hoping for, then created two thoughtful itineraries in completely different destinations. She patiently walked us through the pros and cons of each, and we ultimately chose a Maldives honeymoon with a 4-day stop in Dubai on the way. Dubai hadn’t even been on our radar, but it turned out to be an unforgettable part of the trip. Every day was perfectly planned, our guides were amazing, and we learned so much. Dinner in the Dubai desert was a true pinch-me moment.
By the time we arrived in the Maldives, we were ready to fully relax and the resort Amy picked for us was beyond anything we could have imagined. It was luxurious, peaceful, exotic. We had imposter syndrome the whole week in the best way possible. Amy checked in throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly, and we genuinely felt cared for the entire time.
We saved so much time, stress, and even money by working with a travel professional, and the value we received was exceptional. We will absolutely be using Amy for all future vacations. A huge thank you for giving us the honeymoon of our dreams! -

My husband and I worked with Amy and Tim from Aventina Romance Travel in planning our wedding in Punta Cana this past July! Amy is the best!
Amy was an amazing wedding travel agent! Her and Tim were extremely helpful with helping us coordinate payments and transportation for guests. They were always available to answer questions and so kind to us and our guests! Sometimes our wedding resort was difficult or non responsive, Amy was still able to handle everything so efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend hiring her for any travel destination wedding/honeymoon! -

Amy at Aventina Romance Travel & Events was an invaluable resource throughout our entire wedding planning process. She patiently walked us through different wedding resort options, outlining the pros and cons of each. Amy has visited all these resorts, and worked with numerous couples, and her expert opinion was critical to our final decision since we picked a resort site unseen. She then continued to be a huge support system throughout the process, helping us plan a site visit, giving us insider knowledge about working with the resort's wedding department, helping our guests plan all their travel, and recommending a tour guide to do an excursion to local sites. She dealt with last minute updates and changes flawlessly, and always tried to accommodate our guests travel requests. Throughout it, she was always kind, supportive, and truly excited for us. Let me start off by saying-WE HAD THE BEST HONEYMOON EVER EVER EVER! And that whatever you're planning, you need to bring Amy in! Because for us, this was the trip of a lifetime and she made it happen.
There was romance, adventure, relaxation, and most of all connection! Of course, the ever-so-talented Amy was responsible for 99.9999% of our plans. We came to her perplexed, running out of time to get to Oceania in the summer, with a vision that could not be pulled off without years of planning expertise and a penchant for networking. Amazing Amy!
Amy & Tim were so so helpful in helping with travel for our destination wedding! We initially thought we could handle the booking ourselves, but quickly learned that we wanted assistance to ensure our 70 guests were well taken care of.
We met with Amy having already reserved our wedding date with Hard Rock PC and she was able to step right in & help seamlessly. Amy & Tim made sure everything on the logistical side was taken care of and eased our stress of planning a wedding in one location while living in another. She was so knowledgeable about Hard Rock PC and had wonderful suggestions and recommendations that we took into account when making decisions regarding the wedding itself.
We would absolutely recommend her & Tim to anyone planning a vacation/wedding/honeymoon!

They are amazing!! Highly recommend!! Always available and willing to help in every way possible. They found my dream location for my wedding as well as arranged the room block and everyone’s transportation to/from airport. They were always available for my guest’s questions/concerns. Amy was wonderful to work with from beginning to end of our honeymoon planning process! She was ready to get talking about everything right away and was very attentive and available. She gave us detailed options in our budget, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The resort in Antigua was incredible, and we had a wonderful time! She was available and checked on us while we were on the island, and she also got us a local contact we could text that helped us with any questions we had and helped set us up with a stingray tour. Dream honeymoon to Italy!
Amy planned a beautiful honeymoon for my husband and I to the Amalfi coast, Rome and Tuscany. This was no easy task as we were traveling during the pandemic and also had to cancel our initial trip booked for 2020. Amy worked with us every step of the way with patience and kindness. Amy walked us through all of the travel restrictions and was available at any time to discuss concerns and address any questions we had about the confusing protocols across countries. The trip was absolutely magical, seamless and so much fun!! Every piece of the trip was coordinated to give us a comfortable, stress-free visit. Amy gave us helpful tips for our visit in Italy as well as restaurant recommendations for each location! We cannot thank Amy enough for making this trip possible and we look forward to working with her again!

Amy has booked 2 bachelorette parties for me (Florida and Punta Cana) and my honeymoon (Portugal and Italy). She has been absolutely the best! I need to work with someone who is punctual, responsive, organized and respectful and she met all of my needs! Our most recent bachelorette party in Hollywood, Florida was booked at Margaritaville. Amy had many special inclusions ready for us including, complementary breakfasts, drinks, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. She always sends a care package before the trip with the itinerary. She makes herself available during the entire trip in case we run into any issues. Planning a destination wedding isn't an easy task but Aventina Romance Travel helped my wife and I big time!
Amy and Tim worked their tails off for us to have the wedding of our dreams! They were honest and helpful through the whole process. They weren't just a big help to me but to my family and friends! They took care of all their needs, wants and questions. My wife and I had our wedding at the Hard Rock in Riviera Maya. They are very knowledgeable about the whole process of a destination wedding anything you can think of they have the answer to it!

We reached out to Amy about 6 weeks before we wanted to go on our Honeymoon. We didn't even know which country we wanted to go to. Amy worked directly with us to pick a location and eventually planned an amazing trip to the Amalfi Coast in Italy for us!
It was the first time we had ever used a travel agent and Amy exceed all of our expectations! Every part of the trip was well planned -- we stayed in 3 different hotels and required traveling between them via taxi and boat. Everything was seamless. She helped us plan relaxing days on the beach and busy days site-seeing with tour guides.
Throughout the planning and the trip, Amy was reliably in contact with us. She never took more than a few hours to reply to an email and was always available to talk on the phone. She even helped me secretly plan a romantic dinner that my wife wasn't aware of.
It was a perfect trip and I'm sure we will go back to Amy when its time for our next vacation.Aventina Romance Travel's reply:

We were having a hard time deciding if we wanted to save or spend, and Amy helped us find the perfect middle ground. Amy Vecchione of Aventina Travel and Events is beyond fantastic. She is friendly, calm, competent, and works to make sure your events meet the bride’s (and groom) vision. She takes a concept and works with it until it is perfect. We hired Amy to be our wedding planner/travel consultant for our wedding at The Hard Rock Punta Cana (DR) on September 29, 2018. There were so many different parts going into planning our (absolutely AMAZING) destination wedding, that I could not imagine getting it all done with Amy. Amy helped us secure our room block at the hotel and rooms for our guests. She did all our travel arrangements and was a phone call away for our guests with any questions/concerns about the events and the travel going into our wedding. She went above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative of her. We received a room upgrade upon arrival, all our guests’ arrivals went smoothly, and any accommodations were taken care of. This process was stress free and I was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding and honeymoon week all because of Amy’s hard work and dedication to making my visions come true. We were unsure of where to even travel to, yet with the guidance and knowledge Amy has, we were able to decide on St. Lucia. During the beginning of the process, she created great mini websites with all the accommodations, dates, and amenities of various resorts, which was AWESOME in helping us decide. Having her allowed us to pack our bags and just go !! We recommend Amy for all of your travel needs.

It was absolutely amazing!!!! You did such an amazing job and we are definitely working with you with our next upcoming trips!!! The Royalton, OMG!!! Everything we ever dreamed of and more!!! The penthouse! I felt like a celebrity!!! We just loved it!!! One thing, the service at the Sandals was so much better. They were more attentive, personable and didnt treat you a certain way based off of tips. Sandals was more relaxing but Royalton was more fun which is what we were looking for. You are the best!!!
