  Amazing service

  What can I say about this limo company! They were amazing on our wedding day for my wife and I. When the drivers were on the way we received a phone call and a text message with GPS coordinates of where the vehicles were. The limos arrived on time and took us to our church and then back to the reception hotel. The drivers were amazing and helpful. I would recommend this company to whoever needs best quality service.

  I could not have been happier with this transportation service I spoke to a gentleman named Danny who made all of the details for me and everything worked out perfect and it was very affordable

  The limousine was not bad but the service was.

  The driver was very slow moving with everything. Even after he was told that he needed to pick up the bridal party after dropping off the groom at the church he parked and did not go to pick us up until after he was asked several times. Once he did go to pick us up, he was doing circles around the neighborhood which made the me (the bride) late to my own wedding!!! He did the bare minimum, would not recommend.

  Hello Mr. Jhosselin, I am sorry that you feel that way, but I just GPS the limo for that day, and it seems taht he did not stop going back and forth, and I spoke to driver, he told me that party was not ready. But we are not say who's wrong in this matter. We would like to resolve this and you Should have called the office so we could have did something about it. I know it's too late, but when you have time, please call our office at 954-699-1945. Also we went over and beyond on your wedding day. thank you.

  July Wedding

  Because of the driver being late my whole timeline for pictures was a mess. I didn’t have time to do my first touch. Driver claimed he was downstairs little did he know we were already there waiting while he was not. We did not get our bottle of champagne, until after wedding we started questioning him about it, no red carpet like they mentioned . Thank God we made it safe to the venue because he was speeding like crazy on 95. Reception ended 10:30pm
  We left the venue at 1045pm it takes 11mns to get to the hotel, the nerve of them trying to charge my card for extra hr. Mind you I booked them till 11:30pm driver left earlier than that. It was not a good experience! I didn’t even get my jet-door that I asked for!
  The champagne was not cold sir! I were walking away I asked about the champagne
  I also have screenshot, and when I spoke to you supposedly your driver was at another hotel when my receipt has all the right info.
  Ofcourse you had to because like I said your driver was beyond late! My photographer was not happy. Go back and see the time we got picked up I also have proof.

  Hello Lourdia, I am sorry you feel that way, but driver was there waiting on your guests and you were not answering your phones which we have it all documented. Also we have all GPS on the limo and it is a lie of being late. We reimbursed you and more so you can be happy but your husband was not very friendly on the phone, We did a great job and we have cameras to prove everything. I was nice enough to give back 1 hour because I did not have to. The Bottle of Champagne was in the limo on ice and I don't know why you saying all those lies. We put the bottle on ice and we bring it out when your married so you can toast with your guests. Shame on you for talking bad about our service. But the Caring limo company we are, we still wish you all the best on your getting married! Wishing you and your husband best of luck! Thank you

  Nightmare experience

  Absolutely a nightmare. Bait and switch company. Sends out completely different limo than what we paid for and ruined our birthday party. The pictures are worth a thousand words. Not pictured is the passenger door that wouldn't properly close due to an accident. Filthy and owners are awful.
