    A+ Experience w/Avant Garde for Wedding Party Bus!

    My wife and I booked Avant Garde for party-bus transportation for our wedding on 2/24/24 at The Milltop in Noblesville. Fair pricing and great service. We highly recommend Avant Garde for all private event transpiration needs!

    Great service and perfect getaway car for our wedding

    Avant garde provided our wedding day limo for my husband and I at the end of our wedding night. The driver was great and even helped load our bags in the car and helped us carry them up to our hotel. The car was clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend booking with them for a getaway car on your wedding night!

    The bus was so amazing and just like Danny said

    The company is very honest with you. They try to get you the best deal there is. The bus was amazing, the driver was so sweet and fun! Everyone is so nice and respectful!

    Amazing experience!

    My experience with Avant Garde was absolutely wonderful! The booking process was easy and the price was affordable. Our driver was extremely professional and welcoming. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and stocked with clean cups, ice, and cute little peppermint candies! Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I've already recommended this company to all my friends and family and plan to use them again for future events!

    Off the chain!

    Ordered a limo to go with a group of friends to a casino here close and was the best time ever! Hoping to do it again here soon. Driver was extremely accommodating and scheduling was seamless.

    A bit unexpected

    Updated - We are thankful for a responsive management team at Avant that reached out immediately to help alleviate our concerns! We sincerely apologize for our late review. The original review was truly not meant to be so harsh as we were simply sharing our one experience.

    We were fairly disappointed in the professionalism of our driver. We hired a driver to take us from our reception to our hotel, and we weren't even out of the parking lot before she started talking about COVID-19 policies, masking, kids' mental health surrounding the pandemic, and our vaccination status. We were happy to be a sounding board for her and to pray for her and her children, but it was a bit unexpected considering the circumstances. The rest of the experience was good in terms of booking, confirmation and safety of the driving. Just an interesting conversation to be having immediately after you tied the knot.

    Hey Elaine,

    First of all I want to apologize for the conversation that our chauffeur had with you, I agree that is not the place nor the time to be having that conversation. I have gone back and pulled up every reservation with your name but can't seem to locate anything. I however did find a few based on the date you listed your wedding on, so that being said I have an idea of who might have been your driver.

    Reviews are meant to be beneficial for both the consumer and also the business owner. It is a tool we use to try and correct anything that might have made your special day not so special. We believe in this tool so much we actually send a automated email to the booking contact after every single ride including the day your wedding was on. For privacy reasons I can't comment on the individuals name who booked your vehicle with us but I have since emailed and called him to try and get a better understanding of what happened so I could make it right as I stand behind my brand.

    It is also going to be extremely difficult for me to go back to the chauffeur and explain what they did wrong especially due to the fact it has been over 6 months since this trip took place.

    I try to take every review as a learning experience and I do acknowledge the problem at hand. My only suggestion from a business owner would be if you have a problem with a service it would be common courtesy to at least let the business know about the problem in a timely manner rather than 6+ months later.

    Like previously stated I have reached to the primary contact, I have left a voicemail and email over a week ago with no response. I don't have a problem with making the situation right but would like to know more details so this doesn't happen again.
