Caitlin Sent on 08/11/2015Timothy our driver was the best! He was on time and very friendly! He even let us make an unscheduled stop at the store. The 22 passenger bus we had was very clean and it was so nice inside. I would highly recommend them to anyone! -

Our driver was professional and patient as we finished up at our reception at Kimberton Inn. We will definitely use Avalon in the future when we need limo service. -

User1209566 Sent on 06/21/2013It was my 19th Birthday party so I wanted to have some fun with my friends I called avalon Limousine and they helped me a lot, especially Sara she was so helpful and very polite and a great person, she hooked me up with one of their luxurious limousines with a great price that no other company will accept. Honestly I've been using other companies services, but after Avalon Limousine business with me I'm sticking to their services. I also recommend this limo service to all my friends. Best company ever

A family member booked through Avalon for my wedding gift. She booked a party bus for family and a limo for me and my bridal party. I needed a second limo for my husband and the groomsmen so I booked through Avalon. They offered me a discounted rate given that this was the third car we were booking through them which was fantastic. I was getting anxious because I read the reviews after the fact, and was starting to worry that they were true because my calls weren't being returned. I was anxious until the day before my wedding because it was 18 hours until pick up time and hadn't heard from my driver as was promised. Fortunately, I received an email a few hours later and they arrived on time and we were able to get to and from the church without any issue. While it was stressful to plan, overall everything went off without a problem which I really appreciated! Our family really enjoyed the party bus and it helped to get everyone ready for an amazing day! -
User2171883 Sent on 06/09/2015I hate to write a bad review, but my experience with Avalon Limousine was not a good one. I used them as transportation for our wedding in May 2015. Our driver was Robert and he was very nice personally, but we had several issues throughout the course of the day. First off, the air conditioner in the car barely worked. It was 80-something degrees that day and we were all sweating and opening the windows did not help because it was also humid, and also myself and the bridesmaids all had our hair done so we didn’t want to leave the windows open anyway. My second issue was that the driving made me carsick. Normally, I wouldn’t mention this and would brush it off as just me, but the rest of the bridal party also complained about his driving as well. The ride felt very jerky because of the way he was breaking. I never had this issue in a limo before. My third issue was that he did not have the address to the reception site and we got lost on the way there from the ceremony site. He had no idea where the reception was and when he got lost, he had to borrow one of our phones to use as a GPS to get there. I felt this was very unprofessional to do on a wedding day. Don’t the drivers usually have an itinerary for weddings so that they know exactly what is going on? As a result of this, we missed half of our cocktail hour and we had to cut our time for taking pictures short.
I did give 5 stars for responsiveness because prior to the wedding, Sophia was very attentive and great at communicating via email in terms of payment and planning the day. -
User1818513 Sent on 09/19/2014We had a terrible experience using Avalon limo for our wedding. While they were very friendly, professional and flexible during the planning and scheduling process, we were disappointed by the services we received the day of our wedding. The glassware in our limo was dirty, sticky and some of the glasses actually had residual drinks from whoever was in the limo before us, which is disgusting and made them unusable. We had to drink our champagne from the bottles and pass them around- which is NOT ACCEPTABLE on our wedding day. Also, there were belongings from another customer in the limo, which makes it clear that they are not cleared out or cleaned between use. Also, the limo driver could not be bothered to open the door for the wedding party. The groomsmen had to let themselves into the limo while the driver sat in the driver's seat and myself and my husband had to let ourselves into the limo outside the church after the ceremony. Furthermore, my mom was having difficulty getting the door open to get out of the limo at the church since we were parked on the hill. She tried to open the door multiple times to have it fall back on her and close of her legs. The limo driver didn't even notice and just stood outside the car next to the driver's seat. We had to bang on the windows and yell to him to have him come over to help her.
It is really disappointing that the service was so poor and I would not recommend using this company.
