  Gorgeous hair and makeup

  Working with AV Beauty for the hair and makeup was great. From the contract to the day of it was easy, fun and they made us all beautiful while still looking like ourselves.

  With major life changes going on during my wedding planning, I was a terrible client, I know it lol. Despite me constantly changing dates, budget, services, and taking forever to respond, Ari was amazing and so patient and willing to work with me. She is so fun and laid back which made it easier to relax before the ceremony. And the hair and make-up the ladies did for us was just so pretty and made me feel 100% confident in front of so many cameras!

  Ari and Tiffany from AV Beauty Bar were the best “vendor” I worked with during my wedding. These two did hair and makeup for myself and my wedding party on NYE and it was the best I’ve seen (and I’ve been in 9 weddings). They were so much fun and incredibly professional. Tiffany and Ari even stayed after my wedding ceremony to see if I needed “touch ups” before the reception. I can’t say enough about them other than that they will go above and beyond and you’ll enjoy your time with them!

  Ari and her team were awesome through the whole process. Ari created a custom package for me for my wedding day hair and makeup. When my hair trial didn't hold up because of how long and heavy my hair is, she helped me with advice on what could be done and a better cut and styling to help hold curl longer in my all down 'do. She did a wonderful job with my wedding hair and make up. Now I can't see getting my hair cut or done anywhere else!

  You won’t go wrong selecting AV Beauty Bar for your wedding. She came highly recommended from my sister in law and I knew she would be at the top of my list. From the moment, I spoke to her she was responsive, friendly, and detail oriented. I wear mineral makeup daily, and keep things pretty natural. She took this into account during my makeup trial. The airbrushed makeup is a must! It felt much lighted than I expected, the coverage was great, and it lasted the test of time. She made me feel comfortable wearing more makeup that I normally would. I felt so beautiful after Ari had finished her work.
  
  She also did a hair trial a couple of weeks before the wedding. I showed her my pinterest pictures and she helped me refine what would look best with my face shape and hair color. She took my initial idea and made it even better. She ended up suggesting a great idea to put some of the extra lace pieces from my dress in my hair. That looked amazing.
  
  The day of the wedding the whole team was great to work with. They were on time, professional, and so friendly. They put everyone at ease from myself, to the bridesmaids, to the mothers. They took into account any last-minute suggestions the girls had and they didn’t leave until everyone was comfortable with how they looked. You won’t regret scheduling a trial with Ari and the AV Beauty Bar team!

We did a consultation a couple weeks before the wedding which was great for getting to know each other and to try different looks.   Ari listened and executed the exact look that I wanted on my wedding day. My wedding was on the beach and it was very warm. She stuck around afterwards to do touch ups and make sure I looked flawless for my photos and my reception. She was amazing.

  I would highly recommend Ari to anyone looking for a professional, talented, and caring hair and makeup stylist. Ari did my makeup for my wedding and listened to my ideas in order to create a look that was true to me and made sense for my wedding. I never felt as though I didn't look like myself, which was my biggest worry. I felt beautiful and was so happy with my photos and I truly thank her for that!
  Ari and I did a trial run before my rehearsal dinner, leaving me feeling confident for both big events. She also did my Mother and Mother-in-law's hair and makeup and they were absolutely stunning and felt young and beautiful. They still ask about Ari because she was so kind and easy to talk to! She is very good at what she does and a true joy to spend time with!

  I had the pleasure of working with Ariane for my wedding in 2013 and she completely exceeded my expectations. Over a series of months she carefully listened to all my ideas, and on my wedding day, Ariane's talent was evident. Not only did she nail my look, but she was a complete joy to work with. Thank you so much for making my day perfect!

  Ari was an absolute angel on my wedding day. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed while doing my makeup. She listened to exactly what I wanted.   Calm vibes that go with expert styling - perfection for a wedding!

  Working with AV Beauty Bar for our wedding was a delight! Kelly was our stylist for the day and her calm vibes for both the trial and the big day were EVERYTHING I needed. I appreciated how open she was to feedback and questions, and how she reassured me that over-the-top was not necessary for me to feel my best. I definitely recommend her as someone who can enhance your best features (rather than making you not look like yourself, which can be quite common in bridal styling these days). She was so kind and patient in trying more than one hairstyle with me at the trial and she helped me feel absolutely beautiful and confident on the day. She did the same for our wedding party.
  My only suggestion would be to update/streamline the booking/payment process. There was some confusion in edits to my proposal/invoice and resulted in a lot of back and forth after the wedding which resulted in a small lapse in communication. Using an online platform where everything is laid out clearly and is easily editable would be super helpful, I think! in the end, not a huge deal, but just some food for thought.
  Otherwise, a huge fan of this gorgeous group of beauty pros! Highly recommend them for a lovely, calm, personalized experience.

  Loved AV Beauty Bar

  We loved having AV Beauty Bar do hair and makeup for our wedding! They did hair & makeup for 12 people, including me, my 9 bridesmaids, my mom, and MIL. Everyone was SO happy with the way their look turned out! I typically get nervous about having my makeup done professionally as I have a pretty natural look, but I LOVED what my makeup artist (Kelly Schroder) did and I still felt very natural/like myself. Highly recommend!
