Jamie is a unique and a VERY delightful talented individual. She was by far the most exciting vendor to work with for our wedding. Her energy and investment into our special day is unmatched. Now on to the Cake!!!! Pictures attached, no need for words. It was beyond beautiful and the taste of it is still in our dreams. I tell my husband I would do this all over just to have Autumn Nomad make another cake. We would highly recommend Autumn Nomad for any of your events or just a casual visit to their adorable location for sweets, savory items, and beverages. Jaime is not only an artist with her cakes but also such a joy to work with. She’s responsive, upbeat, passionate about her work and insanely talented! We loved our wedding cake – not only did it look like a painting but it also tasted delicious with an incredible combination of seasonal flavors. Highly recommended! -

Amazing small wedding cake
We had a very small family wedding and my now husband is not a cake fan and I'm gluten intolerant. On top of that, we're from out of country and in different time zones. Andrew absolutely loved the atomic chocolate cake he tried months before the wedding so much he decided we were having cake instead of pie.
Jaime worked with us for a small but beautiful cake and matching gluten free cupcakes. The blue lips were simply an added bonus after enjoying the icing. It was the perfect size for the 20 people at our wedding and everyone still raves about how good it was!

Exceptional wedding caterer!
If you are thinking of hiring Jaime and her team for your wedding (or any event), do it! Autumn Nomad catered our intimate wedding of 50 people and it was the best decision we made for our wedding.
From my first conversation with Jaime, I knew she was the perfect fit. Calling her a caterer does not do justice to what she did for our wedding. We wanted our wedding to be an intimate affair with great food and drinks, but were flexible with the exact details so we handed over the creative vision to Jaime and she did not disappoint! Jaime paid attention to every small detail and executed it flawlessly. The food and drinks were delicious, and beautiful! Multiple guests commented on the food and drinks being the best they've ever had at a wedding.
I honestly could not have better things to say about the Autumn Nomad team and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jaime and team!Autumn Nomad's reply:

Autumn Nomad and Jamie was the first vendor we hired after we got engaged! My now husband and I had one wish which was to have an Autumn Nomad cake for our wedding! We have a home in Jackson, NH so every time you go into Autumn Nomad you will see the most beautiful and detailed cakes. And not only are her cakes beautiful, her flavors are outstanding as well. Jamie was so great to work with, we met and did our cake tasting and she started to design our cake right there. She took down our colors and vision, and then worked closely with our florist (Dutch Bloeman) to add flowers from our wedding to the cake. When we sadly had to downsize our guest list, Jamie quickly adjusted everything. The cake was magnificent and the three different flavors we had delicious! She also did an assortment of other desserts which were all gone by the end of the night. Jaime created four cakes for us in addition to an array of cookies, brownies, bars, and cupcakes. The spread was stunning visually, and absolutely delicious. A dessert spread was our priority, and Jaime delivered! If you are looking for taste as well as vibe and experience, look no further! We still receive compliments on our surprise groom's cake. Jaime is kind, funny, approachable, and easy to work with. Lucky for us, we live close by, so have easy access to fresh treats at any time. I only have good things to say. The first time I saw one of Jaime’s wedding cakes, it instantly became my dream for her to make ours. I’ve never seen anything like these cakes, and it seems like each one she makes is even more beautiful than the last. This dream took a little longer than planned to come true thanks to COVID, but Jaime was so kind, flexible, and supportive through multiple postponements, and it was well worth the wait for us! We got married in an art gallery, and Jaime created our cake to both reflect the setting and my deep love of flowers, and I mean — take a look for yourself! She also designed a gorgeous spread of desserts incorporating flowers in different beautiful ways, and the dessert table was an absolute show-stopper at our wedding. As in, my friends could not stop taking pictures with it. More pictures of this table and my friends than me and my friends. But who can blame them!
It was also the best-tasting cake I’ve ever had. We could not decide on just one..or two…or three flavors, so Jaime made three different tiers of flavor and combined two flavors so we could have all four of our favorites (Champagne Raspberry, Honey Pear, Salted Caramel, and Chocolate Peanut Butter, if you’re curious). 5 stars feels woefully inadequate for what was such an amazing experience, so I’ll leave it at — thank you!!! -

Jaime was lovely to work with -- she made us feel special, completely customized our cake, and made delivery to the wedding sight easy. It was the best tasting cake I have ever had! Our guests couldn't stop talking about it. We chose "London Fog" for the top layer, Jaime's own invention. The cake is infused with Earl Gray tea, and layered with mascarpone cream and vanilla. Amazing! The bottom layer was my husband's favorite -- chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and raspberry. It was equally moist and delicious.
You can't go wrong at Autumn Nomad -- the cakes are both beautiful and delicious and the creator is a gem. You can also get a mean breakfast sandwich when you visit.Autumn Nomad's reply:

I was so proud to have Autumn Nomad do my wedding cake. They were my dream bakery and I was so happy that it was made into a reality. Their cake speaks for itself. When you try their cake, you will know that it is the best of the best. Other bakeries might claim buttercream frosting, but it is not real buttercream frosting. This cake will have even your fullest guests insisting on a slice, and those that say "I don't eat cake at a wedding" changing their mind!
When I had to reschedule my wedding date due to COVID and then spoke with Jaime about my new date, I explained that I didn't even feel like a bride anymore. COVID had taken all of the fun out of wedding planning. She was so sweet and responded that she wanted me to feel like a bride. I was so touched by that and when I would tell family and friends about our conversation I would literally tear up. She did not disappoint, she went above and beyond and I sure did feel like a bride when I got to cut into my multi-tiered beautiful wedding cake.
If you're not convinced yet, this cake is so good that while my husband and I went on our mini-honeymoon my new in-laws had eaten all of our leftover cake! They gave slices to family and friends and bragged about how it was the best cake they ever had. Although flattered, I was quite disappointed to come home to no cake and am anxiously awaiting my next trip to Jackson, NH to go to Autumn Nomad and get a slice of cake! -

We eloped at Christmas Farm Inn on New Year's Eve and had a wedding cake for two from you. We had tasted one of your cakes (and sandwiches) when we went up to Jackson to check out the Inn on a visit in September, so we had an idea about how amazing your cakes were before New Year's Eve. But the cake you provided for our elopement was, hand's down, the BEST cake we both have ever had. You knocked it out of the park for us. Our whole elopement was absolutely magical, but I can't stop raving about your champagne cake with raspberry filling. My husband actually suggested we make the 2.5 hour trip back up to Jackson to purchase a larger version of our wedding cake just because he liked it so much. We also ordered sandwich platters for the wedding party beforehand which were delivered right to our venue, it was perfect. I truly can't say enough about how wonderful Jaime and the staff at Autumn Nomad are! We had a dessert bar as well as a cutting cake (carrot cake - my husband's favorite) and everything was to die for! I walked into the reception on the day of the wedding and couldn't get over how beautiful she had arranged our entire dessert table. Our guests loved every single dessert - whoopie pies, pumpkin whoopie pies, apple pie tarts, brownies and maple molasses cookies! The pumpkin whoopie pie I snuck before hitting the dance floor was one of the most heavenly things I have ever eaten! And the cake! We wanted a rather simple cake (truly a sin because of how artistically talented Jaime is), and she created the most beautiful gold foiled design. Our family is still talking about how it was the best carrot cake they have ever had. Not only was she so wonderful and went above and beyond for our wedding, but their entire staff is so friendly! Every time we came up to Jackson to wedding plan we would stop in for a sandwich or tasty treat and be greeted by the sweetest people :) I sure will miss our more frequent visits, but already can't wait to make a trip back! I cannot thank the staff enough for the amazing cake at our wedding! They worked with us so well and we had ideas to make our three layer cake wonderful. I guess absolutely loved it and all they kept talking about was how beautiful was decorated with skulls and some lace. If “Queen of Cakes” were a title, it would rightfully belong to Jaime of Autumn Nomad. She, alongside her team, made the two cakes and three cookie varieties for my wedding.
My wedding was nearly 2 weeks ago, but I am still getting texts from my guests stating the desserts were the VERY best they ever had at a wedding or anywhere. We had carrot pecan and lemon-blueberry for the cakes, while the cookies were apple oatmeal, snickerdoodle, and ginger. They were gobbled up within minutes! Thank goodness one of the bridesmaids grabbed cookies for my husband and I while we were having pictures taken... or else we would’ve missed out!
Yet not only are Jaime’s desserts absolutely delicious — they are gorgeous, too. Jaime handpainted our cakes to resemble watercolors, and again, my guests were amazed. They said they had never seen such unique, beautiful cakes before. I can understand why Jaime’s talent and creativity has been showcases in wedding blogs; she truly is a master of her art.
Finally, and perhaps most important of all, Jaime is simply a wonderful person. She is friendly, sweet, and truly cares about her customers. My husband and I felt comfortable with Jaime within moments of meeting her; she has a sense of charm to her that we didn’t feel with other cake artists.
If you’re marrying in the White Mountains, or the greater area, do yourself a favor: go with Autumn Nomad. You will NOT be disappointed!Autumn Nomad's reply:

"Everything Was Perfect!"
There are not enough words to describe how amazing Jaime from Autumn Nomad is!! My daughter and her now husband first met Jaime at her cafe in Jackson, where Jaime provided an assortment of cakes and desserts to try. Everything was mouthwateringly delicious and they immediately decided that Jaime was the one to provide the yummy desserts and create the vibe they were looking for for their reception. They decided they wanted an assortment of desserts and a charcuterie board as well as a cake. The presentation at the reception was SPECTACULAR!! So creative! Jaime's artistry is incredible!! There were so so many compliments from the guests from the presentation to all the wonderfully delicious dessert and charcuterie choices. The best compliment came from my daughter who said "everything was perfect!"
Jaime was so very easy to work with and always professional. She will forever be in our hearts for being a part of my daughter and her husbands wedding love story. THANK YOU for being a part of and creating such a beautiful vibe. I would highly recommend Jaime from Autumn Nomad!! She is absolutely the BEST!!!

Jaime was so wonderful to work with from start to finish! Our cake was absolutely beautiful and included everything we wanted. We chose the banana foster flavor and OH MY was that amazing. Our cutting cake was accompanied by donuts for our guests. Everything came together so lovely, and Jaime made everything so easy for, including having it delivered right to the venue!Autumn Nomad's reply:
