Dj services for cermony and reception
For my wedding planning experience, I wanted to find value and a good deal on our music needs after shopping around I found audio design by art. The services was excellent art went above and beyond to deliver us the evening we dreamed of we rented a generator to help power the cafe lights at a great deal. He was very responsive to our questions and needs and stuck to the do not play list which was very important to me. The sound quality and sound level was fantastic! We would highly recommend for your wedding music needs! Art was very easy going and a joy to work with! -

I had several people come up to me after my wedding and say it was the most fun wedding they've ever attended. Art played for my ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception. He hit every song we asked of him, transitioned at appropriate times, did announcements and overall delivered exactly what we'd talked about with no worry from me. I would highly recommend him. -

As a bride, my brain was in so many other places, but they made sure every second of our reception was planned & entertaining for us, our families, and guests. Such a fantastic couple to work with. -

It pains me to write this review. My relationship with Lisa and Art started out great and I felt that I was in absolute great hands. Until my wedding weekend came.
We were very lucky to have our venue the day before our wedding so that we could set up all the decorations and have our rehearsal on site. Lisa was supposed to be present at the rehearsal but got stuck in traffic and could not make it. (Which is understandable if you’ve ever sat in rush hour traffic in Charleston.) But, what was not acceptable was for her to send her daughter in her place. I have never talked to this woman and she showed up and had no clue what to do. Not to mention she was completely unprofessional and came dressed in a track suit and brought her boyfriend along with her.
The next day, (wedding day) I arrive to the venue and Lisa was actually there along with her daughter (who again was dressed in sweats and slides). They had began setting up what my mother needed her help with. I try to forget about the day prior and go on with what I needed to do. I asked Lisa to have her husband, Art (the DJ) come find me when he got to the venue as I just wanted to confirm a few details. She fails to do so and I ended up sending my maid of honor with a written list of things to go tell him (she actually gave him the list).
Fast forward to the ceremony, it’s my turn to walk down the aisle and unfortunately I was distracted at the fact that the song playing wasn’t the one I had picked. Later on me and my newly wed husband are taking pictures inside the reception venue and as were in the middle of pictures when Art and Lisa open the barn doors and let guests back in, once again my maid of honor had to step in and ask the guests to wait for another 5 minutes.
Moving on to my husband and I’s first dance. Art was supposed to cut the song after 1:30 but, he let it continue to play all the way through which made things very awkward as we hadn’t prepared anything past that part of the song. I was very irritated and my guests could tell. My mother told me to go confront him so my MOH and I approached Art and he claimed no one had told him that even though it was written on the list my MOH gave to him and it was sitting in front of him! He had also announced that guests may go and get food from the food truck, completely skipping over my god mother blessing the meal which is very important to my family,and another event that was on the schedule he had. He told me he needed to get things moving along because guests were leaving due to our photos taking too long! At this point I was absolutely devastated and beyond furious that we were paying these people to help make my big day special. You know it’s bad when the guests can recognize when they were screwing up.
