Atria's was an absolute delight to work with! They took the time to explain their menu and how their service would work, advised on how things worked with our venue and also on how to reduce costs. Angel was in touch with us throughout the process and helped answer all the questions we had! On the day of, she was a calming presence who helped us out beyond catering questions.

My husband and I worked with Angel to create the perfect evening for our wedding guests at The Barn at Fallingwater on 10/4/2025. Angel was great to work with - she answered all of my questions in a timely manner and helped us customize our menus for cocktail hour and our reception to be exactly what we wanted. Our guests raved about our food and we had no issues that weren't aided from the day we reached out until the end. We found Angel and the Atrias team about 6 months before our wedding, after unexpectedly needing to find a new caterer for our day at Phipps. From our very first conversation, Angel immediately put us at ease. She reassured us that—even on short notice—we would have exceptional food and a menu tailored exactly to what we envisioned. We had several dietary restrictions to accommodate, and Angel was incredibly thoughtful and thorough in crafting options that met everyone’s needs without compromising on taste or quality. Every dish was delicious, and it was clear how much care went into getting the details right.
We truly cannot thank Angel and the Atrias team enough for turning a stressful situation into a positive one and providing such incredible food for our wedding day. Our guests are still raving about it!Atria's Specialty Catering's reply:

Book them! If you are looking for delicious food, an efficient team, attentive and quick responses this is the place to use. I could not recommend them enough. I worked personally with Angel and her team for my wedding. We still get compliments on the food, and she made the day run smoothly handling any small hiccups thrown her way quickly and professionally. Atria's was great to work with! The food was absolutely delicious and my family keeps getting compliments on everything! Guests even commented on how well the staff treated them and how attentive they were. I have known Angel since I was a little girl and she could tell my husband and I needed something at the head table and as soon as we turned around it was there. Not only could she tell I needed something, but other guests commented on that as well! When you are in the service industry most of your life you can tell things like that and those are the type of people I want in charge of a big event! The venue we were at had a bridal suite for us and Atrias made sure we had appetizers set aside for us so we could eat. Being busy and trying to mingle, the only regret I had was not grabbing a crab cake! They are delicious!Atria's Specialty Catering's reply:

First the food is some of the best food around. Second they are helpful and kind. Third I would 1,000% have them cater another event. The food was sooo good, but what made It even better was the staff and Angel, the best manager around, she was very responsive, listened to our wants and needs and made It happen, better than we ever expected and the pricing was better than anyone we interviewed and their food was unbelievable, so full of flavor and more than enough for everyone.Atria's Specialty Catering's reply:

We had Atria's cater at the Aviary for a retirement party (not wedding) but this is still relevant. I worked with Natalie who knows food and knows people. We chose the chicken breast and vodka sauce pasta with a very nice chopped salad and ... mini cannolis. We also had a few vegan/gluten-free meal requests. Natalie explained that they would make separate plates for those folks and her staff served some sort of tofu/vegetable dish which was both vegan and GF. Those folks said it was delicious. Sorry, I didn't taste the special meal. I was too busy getting seconds of the pasta and chicken! Our event ran from 10 am til 4 pm and the Atria folks provided beverages throughout. That was super as folks transitioned from hot coffee to start through cold soft drinks into the hot afternoon. Hot food was hot, cold food was cold (not easy to do, but critical for safety). Food was delicious, well-presented, staff were very courteous and pleasant. Finally, I forgot to mention that I made all arrangements over the phone and email. I live in Colorado so I was a bit apprehensive of not seeing/tasting the food ahead of time, but it was great. Just contact Atria's/Natalie, check that off your list and relax. -

Atria's catering was the perfect fit for our wedding on 8/8/25!
We had a bit of a hiccup in my husband and I's personal life and Angel went above and beyond to make us feel supported and was super flexible in case we needed to post pone our day.

Angel and the entire Atria's catering crew were nothing but perfect for our wedding. Angel replied quickly to every question I had and was able to make several changes when asked. Director of Catering, Angel, lives up to her name. Due to unforeseen circumstances with our venue, we were presented with a challenging deadline to find a caterer, but Angel took care of us as if we were family. She got us in for a tasting ASAP and while admittedly we were panicked walking in, we left feeling so reassured that Angel and her team would handle everything with perfection and we were right.
The food was so delicious and none of our guests went hungry- they provided both an appetizer table AND passed hors d'Oeuvres during cocktail hour. We never stopped eating which is exactly what we wanted. There was so much food without sacrificing quality. The entree portions were GENEROUS ( we chose crab cakes and filet and they came with 2 each along with a large helping of potatoes and asparagus). They even handled our entire cookie table- replenishing as needed.
The wait staff were all so professional, pleasant and operated like a well-oiled machine. They even gave us a wedding card signed by all the staff and included an Atrias gift card.
They were the total package and DEFINITELY worth the value.

Couldn't have asked for a better caterer! Our wedding venue backed out on our original catering agreement, and Atria's was one of the first preferred vendors we explored. Angel (the catering director) got us a quote extremely quickly, ensured all of our questions were answered, and ensured us our day would be the best. She is the queen of over communication, the most important thing you want in a partner! And so joyful to work with. She made us feel special.
On top of that, the food was great, no hiccups with any dietary restrictions. Food tasted just like the tasting (guests said the Andouille Bites we're the best, and we agree)! The staff who supported the bar and food were great to our guests. They are by far the best bang for your buck, and you're not losing anything on the quality that you save in price. I have no negative things to say about Atria's, they made our day so special, and in the best way we barely knew they were there. You can trust Angel and her team to deliver, don't choose anyone else!Atria's Specialty Catering's reply:

Angel was so wonderful to work with from a wedding planner perspective. She was extremely easy to communicate with. She reached out to me several times to ensure we had all the correct counts and rentals from a catering standpoint.
She did prep-work and tours to ensure she understood the venue and the space leaving no stone unturned for the day of the wedding. She was right alongside our team to ensure efficiency and timeliness for the whole event!
Aside from all of that, the food was amazing and her staff was fabulous. We love Angel and the Atria's team!

Actually, maybe the best food in general that I have ever had was on my wedding day served by Atria's. As the dedicated caterer of The National
Aviary we had no choice but they exceeded every expectation. My friends and family were honestly talking about the food for weeks after the wedding. The chef was the most genuine man and cared so deeply that we enjoyed the food and the experience. From the tasting to the wedding day, Atria's was the most professional caterer with the absolute best food. I would definitely recommend them. -

I cannot recommend Atrias enough for the phenomenal food they provided for my wedding! They were quick and efficient, made sure the wedding party + bride and groom were well fed before photos, and saved food for us for later. There were plenty of leftovers. The crab cakes and fillet were delicious. I highly recommend a sit down meal but I’ve been told their buffet is also very nice. We had Atrias as the exclusive caterer for our wedding venue (National Aviary) and it was unmatched! Some of the best wedding food I have ever had and guests are still raving about it. Natalie and the executive chef were great to work with. They came up with a stellar, elegant menu for a large crowd. We did a plated meal and each meal was cooked perfectly and warm - idk how they accomplished that! They were open to unique ideas. They were very accommodating to allergies and food preferences. We created a plan together based on our guest count that had dietary restrictions. They were very organized and experienced. The pricing was extremely reasonable for the amazing food. The bar had a great selection of top shelf liquors, wine and beer. We love eating at their restaurant but they did an amazing job at a large event.Atria's Specialty Catering's reply:

Look wedding food is usually bad, that's the truth!! But Atria's is NOT. The food was delicious, I couldn't get over how good my steak was. Our guests were raving about it and the huge charcuterie board was awesome. Also, the staff was top notch and no one had to wait for a drink all night!
