Perfect 15 for my daughter
Perfect place for medium size event, the package i got included everything but food. You don't have to worry about anything else. Excellent experience!
Atlantis made planning our event as easy as it could possibly be. The staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. They went out of there to help me put together my daughters Quinceañera. On the day of the event Diana made sure all went smooth and helped our event be super memorable.
I live in Northern California and they worked with me to accommodate us. There were no surprise fees and the price was within my budget. The venue is beautiful and is true gem in the heart of East LA. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you!Atlantis made planning our event as easy as it could possibly be. Great experience, so helpful!
I had a great experience at Atlantis. Luisa helped me and my sister plan our mothers 50th birthday. She even helped us find a decorator last minute since the person that we hired canceled and they were great too. I had my son's graduation party here at Atlantis and I was very happy how everything turned out. The Atlantis team was amazing, our family is very happy with everything they did for us!
I hosted my daughter's quinceanera here and everything was perfect. Luisa helped us organized most things and everything was delivered as promised. Diana the manager was there thought the event and helped us with any questions we had. My family was very happy with all the waiters and waitresses, they were very professional people. Nice venue. Major problem was no elevator available. Only way to get to the venue is a 25 steps. Many guests & vendors complained. It was a major hassle taking up the beer, sodas & other stuff. They were flexible though but my concern for future weddings & or other events is they need to install an elevator!!!Nice venue. Major problem was no elevator available. Misleading and unprofessional
The venue is a nice, elegant location but does not match personnel. Staff is unorganized, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. (For the exception of Joey the owner’s son). My initial booking was with Lucas, which made false flexible promises and false impressions that owner did not follow through. According to owner “all is stated on the contact” and pointed it out to me in a rude, condescending and unprofessional manner. My event began at 5 p.m. I arrived 4:30p.m. And venue was not ready! I observed trash, large empty boxes, at the main entrance. Things that were said were going to be done by staff were not done. After event started, one of my guest with a child, found a hot glue gun still connected to the outlet by her setting area(I removed it myself and handed to staff). The venue’s Bartender was late and my guest had to wait since he was the only one with a license to serve alcohol. The weather was hot and water bottles were not refilled on the tables, I was refilling them myself since waiters were no where to be found on the floor. During dinner the empty plates were not being removed from the tables until guest and myself asked. Not all the food was brought out the green salsa was in the back refrigerator along with a macaroni salad. The venue’s D.J was inappropriate, he made Spanish sexual remarks over the speaker. Staff Alex was monotone but spoke to my guest and degrading manner. The service, was terrible and unacceptable .
