My husband and I had our wedding at Atkinson Country Club in June 2025, and we truly cannot say enough good things about the experience.
From the moment we toured the property, we knew it was "the one." We instantly fell in love with the stunning outdoor gazebo and the elegant Brookside Room. The grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our summer wedding, and the transition from the ceremony to the reception was seamless. What really sets Atkinson apart is their incredible team.
The planning process was remarkably easy; every question we had was answered with confidence and genuine care. We felt like we could truly bring our wedding dreams to life because we had such a professional helping hand along the way. They do a fantastic job of keeping you on track with your planning timeline, but they are also incredibly flexible and accommodating whenever we needed to make adjustments.

Amazing staff
I highly recommend Atkinson Country Club. It’s a great option in the New England area, and their packages are very reasonably priced. They provide a list of preferred vendors, which made finding food, DJs, and photographers so much easier. I had heard stories about how stressful wedding planning can be, but the team at Atkinson made the entire process smooth and manageable.
Wesley Young was outstanding—she communicated everything clearly, informed us about discounts, vendor options, and menu preferences, and was even able to accommodate last-minute changes, including on the day of the wedding.

The perfect venue for our day!
We are so happy we chose Atkinson Country Club for our wedding! The venue is absolutely beautiful and well-kept. We worked with Wesley during the planning process and Tia on the day of the wedding; both were incredibly easy to work with and responsive to all our questions. All of our setup and breakdown was taken care of by the venue which really allowed us to relax a little and enjoy our day. The onsite hotel rooms were perfect for us and our wedding party, and having the bridal suite available to get ready in was very convenient. The reception food and service were excellent, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout. We highly recommend Atkinson Country Club!

Highly Recommend ARCC!
We chose Atkinson Resort and Country Club for our wedding ceremony and reception on October 12, 2024. Our ceremony was outside at the Trellis from 1:30-2:00pm, and our cocktail hour/reception was in the Tuscany Room from 2-7:00pm. We loved how affordable ARCC was compared to nearby wedding venues, and how they offered so many options in terms of wedding packages, add-ons, and different locations/time slots to host events throughout the venue. We worked with Chloe Smith throughout the planning process; she was friendly and knowledgeable about the services ARCC offered, and was super responsive to all our questions, no matter how small. About a month before the wedding, our day-of coordinator Holly Weisenburger reached out to us to start finalizing all the details. She was very professional and friendly during our drop appointment and ceremony rehearsal, and went above and beyond on the day of our wedding by making sure everything was running smoothly. She even stayed near us during our formal photos to hold drinks, food, and help carry and pose my long dress train! We received many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the ceremony and reception were and how great Holly was. I would highly recommend Atkinson Resort and Country Club to anyone looking for the perfect place to get married!

A dream come true!
The moment I arrived at Atkinson Country Club, I knew this was the place! Chloe provided outstanding service in planning the entire Wedding. She was always available on time when I needed her, very knowledgeable, very kind, very patient, and always with the best advice and suggestions. Our coordinator for the wedding day was Holly, and she was equally outstanding in every aspect.
She gave me the peace of mind I needed the moment I met her on the rehearsal dinner night.
I had my rehearsal dinner at the country club, and that night, I knew that my wedding was going to have the best food. All my guests were highly impressed with the food and service. The wedding was in the stunning Tuscan Ballroom, and the availability of an outdoor patio made all the difference. The ceremony was outside at the Trellis, which made the most beautiful memory.
I had many guests from outside the country and the state and they were all highly impressed with Atkinson Country Club.
I had the best team of vendors, also recommended by the Country Club.
Atkinson Country Club enabled me to have the best memories of my wedding day. We both highly recommend the Country Club to make your day as lovely as ours.

We recently had our wedding at Atkinson Resort & Country Club, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped foot on the venue for a tour to the night of our special day, the service and communication were nothing short of exceptional. The staff was always prompt in responding to our questions and concerns, ensuring that every detail was meticulously taken care of - which was very important because they took part in planning this wedding with us in less than 3 months. Affordability was another significant factor in our decision to choose Atkinson Resort & Country Club. Despite the luxurious ambiance and top-notch service, the pricing was very reasonable. We felt we received outstanding value for our money, especially considering the numerous amenities included in our package. A minor detail that went a long way & was a pleasant surprise was that we were able to keep the beautiful Chivari chairs for free because they had already been set up for a previous photoshoot. This gesture added an elegant touch to our reception without any additional cost, which we greatly appreciated. Everyone at the venue was incredibly kind and helpful, making the wedding planning process and the event itself seamless. Their professionalism and organization were evident at every step, ensuring that our day was seamless. A Dream Wedding That Came True
We had our wedding here on 6/2/2024 and it was absolutely perfect. We loved this venue the first time we saw it just by how beautiful the area and landscape looked. So many of our family members were complimenting us on how wonderful our wedding was. What truly made us choose this place was just how much we got for our money. Dinner and dessert came at a reasonable price and the staff were great. Chloe worked with us through the whole planning process. She was so knowledgable and answered our questions faster than a computer. Robin was our event coordinator and was always on top of things and decorated our reception room exactly as we envisioned. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wedding venue!

Wonderful and professional!
Thank you so much to Jennifer, Michelle, and the staff at the Atkinson country club for making our wedding day a true fairytale. From planning to execution, the staff know what they’re doing and they do it well! The bridal suite was large and cool allowing for all 7 of my ladies and I to get ready, eat and celebrate comfortably and the landscaping was immaculate. It ended up raining right before and during our ceremony and the staff accommodated our request to have our ceremony outside while our guest had the option to stay inside or go out. We had a VIP seating section for our parents/close family and umbrellas were provided for our family.
We’re looking forward to going back to spend a night at the resort ( this was included in our wedding package) and play a round of golf (also included in our wedding package). The food service was smooth and the bartenders kept up with an enthusiastic group. I would highly recommend the ACC to anyone looking for a wedding package with unique features such as cocktails for the bridal party right after the ceremony, we all pre-ordered our drinks, and a unique entrance for the bridal party- we were in the Brookside room and our ceremony was in the smaller gazebo so our guest sat on the tiered gardens and we entered from the left- it was magical!

Great Venue!
I knew the second we drove up to ARCC it would be where we got married. The grounds are gorgeous. Jennifer is incredibly professional and super fast to respond to any of your questions. If you send Jennifer an email, I can almost guarantee she will respond to you within 12 hours. It gave me SOO much peace of mind during the wedding planning process. My favorite part about ARCC is they are wedding venue machine, they pump out AMAZING weddings ALL.THE.TIME. Working with ARCC is like working with your own wedding planner, they will keep you on track and on schedule. I found this to be amazing!! If your someone who needs help with the wedding planning process or doesn't want to plan every single little detail like, where to put the dance floor, or when to cut the cake; then this is the perfect venue for you!!

We worked with Jennifer from the very beginning and actually ended up having her as our day of Coordinator. She was so patient with all of our questions. We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding. On the day of our wedding everything ran so smoothly, there wasn't a single hiccup (that we know of). Fantastic venue
Planning my wedding with ARCC has been an absolute dream, we booked our venue 2+ years in advance. The dates fill up quick, and for good reason. We chose an off season date, saved a ton of money, and the wedding was so so beautiful. There were many bumps in the road planning with COVID but we were still able to have a beautiful day thanks to Jennifer Chipman the wedding sales manager and Michelle Murphy our day of coordinator. I would absolutely recommend.

Simply amazing
Atkinson Country Club is outstanding. We just had our wedding on November 1, 2019, our sales rep was Jennifer Chipman and Michelle Burns was our day of coordinator. I can't say enough great things about the whole experience! From the initial meeting thru the planning to the final day, everything was so easy and it run so smoothly. I couldn't have asked for more.
My guests are still raving about the food, service and attention to detail from the whole staff. They made it so easy to plan and their execution was impeccable.
They even helped coordinate my formal photos with my Golden Retriever outside in the Gazebo. I'm beyond satisfied with all of their work.

Flawless job on our wedding!
The team at Atkinson Country Club exceeded our high expectations.
Everyone from sales (Jennifer) to the wedding coordinator (Julie) and the event staff, kitchen, bartenders and servers were very professional and a joy to work with. The facility was perfect for our event. We used the outdoor trellis for the ceremony and the full Legacy Ballroom. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to the careful planning and attention to detail by the full staff.

Oh my goodness! Where to start?! Well first off Atkinson was the ONLY venue we looked at! I knew from the moment I walked in this was where we would get married. From our initial meeting with Jen to the very end she was nothing but pure professional, kind, and so very patient with my thousands of questions. All of the information was so well laid out and easy to understand. There were endless options for food and ways to really design the menu to feel like our own. Jen really made things a cakewalk by providing us with a list of vendors for literally anything we’d need to make our day amazing. Our day of coordinator, Kerri, was so wonderful. She was literally there to help with anything and I had no need to worry about any little detail on my wedding day and could just focus on the fun!
There are really no words to truly express our gratitude for all Jen & the entire Atkinson staff did to make our day as special as it was. They really went above and beyond!!
I wish we could do it all over again! They helped to make that our wedding day the best day of our lives!!

The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! Jennifer was so helpful planning and providing multiple quotes of options for days, rooms, and meals to find the perfect fit for our needs and our budgets. She answered all of our questions promptly and was very friendly and helpful. The tasting went better than we anticipated (who actually enjoys wedding food?). The food was delicious!! We went with the bistro sirloin and the chicken Florentine. We each ordered one day of because they were so good we couldn’t pick! Our day of coordinator, Tina, was incredible. I never thought I would be comfortable leaving someone else in charge of our big day, but Tina is one of those people that you feel comfortable with right away. She asked plenty of questions to really get a feel for our vision for decor, timeline, set up, etc. We are so grateful for Tina making our day run smoothly and even stepping in to save me when my bustle wasn’t cooperating! We also did our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant on site and we had a great time! I would 100% recommend ACC! Especially if you want beautiful scenery for your wedding photos. The grounds are seriously so pretty.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning - from the grounds to the interior, we knew it was what we wanted as soon as we step foot inside. To make it even better, Jennifer was amazing to work with! She kept up with all of our questions and helped ensure we were comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and made our planning process so smooth! Our day of coordinator, Julie, was fantastic! Not only did she ensure we actually got to enjoy the delicious food that was served, but she also was able to get us a slice of cake at the end of the night (which we had both missed out on in the swirl of the day)! Early Fall Wedding- Great Experience
Jennifer and Julie were both a part of our wedding planning journey and day of and we couldn't have been more pleased. They checked in with us throughout the entire process and also provided us with a lot of the essentials i.e. napkins, signs, card holder that often add to the cost at other venues and they provided them without charge! I was absolutely amazed at the experience I had with Atkinson!! Everyone was great! Food is amazing! All staff was professional and on the ball with every last detail. I got nothing but compliments from guests about how beautiful this venue is and how fabulous the food was! Our day of coordinator was on point down to the last details. Gorgeous backdrop of the golf course for our ceremony and pictures. I have absolutely no complaints about any of our experience with Atkinson Resort and Country Club. We got a free night at the resort for our wedding night. They left Sparkling cider and some out cake in the room for when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. You cant beat the price for what you are getting with this venue! Absolutely gorgeous. All staff members, down to reception, were friendly, welcoming and professional! I really felt like it was all about us!

10/10 Best wedding ever
I cant even begin to express how thankful I am for Jenn, Tia & ARCC. From our first appointment to view the venue, through all our planning appointments, emails, etc, to the day we said I do, Jenn & ARCC was nothing but accommodating, willing to do just about anything we wanted. The price was perfect.
We got married in the gazebo area, surrounded by waterfalls and flower beds. It was absolutely beautiful. The reception hall was beautiful. Food all came out perfect & hot.
All of our guests are still talking about how it was one the best weddings they've ever attended.
Would reccomend them to everyone & so glad we booked there! Thank you again Jenn, Tia, and to the Atkinson Country Club!

We only checked out one other venue before choosing Atkinson, and Jennifer Chipman was a big reason why we chose them. Jennifer is the wedding planner you work with throughout 99% of your experience, and WOW! is she incredible at what she does! She made wedding planning and making decisions fun and easy! Everything is laid out so simply and she will walk you through it all. From food and drink options, to linens and all the small detail work.
She answered probably about 650 emails from us, usually with just one question in each :) sorry Jennifer! She was fast to respond with the answers we were looking for!
As far as the venue itself, we used the Tuscany room and Trellis. both were beautiful! The grounds are kept immaculate!
Tia Parziale was our day of coordinator, and just like Jennifer she was INCREDIBLE! Wedding day is such a stressful time, and she made sure every detail was tended to, even the last minute changes we threw at her! She kept the day moving, and kept everyone where they needed to be! There was a small misunderstanding with our bartender and she kept me informed and handled the solution nicely!
All the food was had was top notch and cooked to perfection. Appetizers: buffalo chicken blossoms, stuffed mushrooms, and sriracha avocado cucumber were all fantastic!
Soup was the apple butternut bisque (my favorite item of the night) and the salad was the watermelon blueberry feta, which was light and refreshing!
Dinner was chicken Marsala and the bistro sirloin. The steak was cooked beyond perfect (med/med rare) and was so tender. and the portion! wow do you get your money worth! I had guests telling me they felt bad they couldn't finish their meal! Much rather be told that, then complain there wasn't enough food! So, we'll take it!
**The only thing I need to mention about food is they did not have a legit steak knife come out with the steaks.. and although the steak was very tender, it was tough to cut through with the provided butter style knife. About halfway through the dinner I think enough people were asking for steak knifes where they just started to come around with them.. but It was a bit to late. I asked out server why they didn't have them out to begin with, and she mentioned big steak knifes don't look elegant on the table. I agree, and that's fine, but after dinner is served bring the steak knifes! Again, the steak was amazingly cooked, tender in the mouth and beyond flavorful! (Just ask for steak knifes right away).
Clean up was a breeze, I blinked twice and all our stuff was boxed up nicely by the staff and put into their holding closet for us to pick up the following morning.
The resort rooms were beautiful and well appointed. Beds were comfy and breakfast at Merrill's tavern was delicious!
I could honestly go on and on about Atkinson! Truly an amazing venue! DO NOT HESITATE to have your wedding or any event with them!

Exceeded Our Expectations
Venue: The Atkinson Resort and Country Club exceeded our expectations! From the scenic ride onto the property we knew that the Atkinson Resort and Country Club was special. Our room was spacious and modern which also included a private bridal suite. The Atkinson Resort and Country Club is open to the public for golf and has the Stage Coach Grille as well as the Tavern. Side note: Complimentary golf was included in our wedding package – major points with my fiancé.
Wedding Sales Manager:
The Sales Manager Jen C. is absolutely amazing. I do not have enough accolades and praise to thank her for everything she did for our wedding. Jen is very easy to work with and is truly passionate about her job and very well organized. I cannot thank Jen enough for always being prompt in replying to e-mail and always available to answer (the many) questions we had. Jen is the best in the industry - hands down!
Food:
The food at the ARCC does not disappoint by any means. The food tasting was so much fun and all of the options were excellent and priced fairly. For the wedding we opted for the Station buffet vs. the plated meal. We wanted to ensure that all our guests had options and ate enough at our wedding. The station option also includes a mini pastry display so that we did not have to buy a huge wedding cake to feed everyone.
Event Coordinator:
Julie A. the event coordinator is truly a blessing in disguise who made our wedding day perfect with attention to detail. Another major selling point for us to have our wedding at the ARCC is that the wedding package includes a day of event coordinator. For the actual wedding day, we had Julie from early afternoon up until the very end after midnight. I was upstairs with my bridal party and my fiancé and the groomsmen were in the bridal suite and it was like Julie was always in two places at once. Julie did so many things for us that day that I honestly do not know how we would’ve pulled off the wedding if it wasn’t for her! The experience with Julie was beyond personable. At the end of the night we went upstairs to our hotel room and Julie made sure to have two slices of our cake waiting for us with a beautiful hand-written note for us. It is the thoughtfulness and personal touches that make Julie an incredible event coordinator to work with.
Wedding day experience:
I have to say that my wedding day experience at the ARCC was impeccable, perfect, and a day I will remember forever. All of our guests continuously tell us that we had the best wedding and remark on the ARCC for the venue, food, service, and overall experience and service. The ARCC has a few items that you can ‘borrow’ for the day such as a card box, fun signage etc. The Trellis was stunning with the water fountain in the background and sunset views overlooking the golf course. We were also given access to the wine room which made for beautiful photos as well.
Morning after:
The ease and convenience of items that were cleaned up or left behind in the reception room are neatly placed into a secured storage area for pickup.
Misc:
This venue is truly everything you could need for your entire wedding. Everyone at the Atkinson is so easy to work with and is attentive to anything that is needed or requested. I truly feel that the Atkinson Resort and Country Club holds a special place in our hearts and we have become lifetime patrons. You will NOT be disappointed in the least by choosing them to have your wedding.

We had our wedding on 9/8/18 at Atkinson Resort & Country Club. We went to them in June 2018 to ask for available fall dates. We got 9/8 and they did an amazing job with the short notice. Jennifer and her staff answered all questions, provided excellent ideas, etc. And I can't say enough about the attention to detail. And our wedding guests are still talking about the food, the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I HIGHLY recommend Atkinson Resort & Country Club for your wedding, big or small. You will not be disappointed!

Picture perfect wedding!!
I got married her last September and it was absolutely perfect!! Wedding coordinators Jennifer and Tina were SO AMAZING, they took care of absolutely everything, from the ceremony, to the seating arrangement to the pre-order drink list for the bridal party during cocktail hour!! They made made everything so organized and made being a bride so much easier ! I still recieve compliments on how phenomenal the food was! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding, I would absolutely recommend to anyone whos looking for a beautiful day!!

Atkinson was amazing! They handled everything perfectly and were so accommodating to my wedding party and my family. By the end of the weekend I felt like my coordinator, Tina was family. They were responsive immediately to all of my questions, and Jennifer the sales manager was able to help with anything I needed, including the rehearsal dinner. Jennifer was an absolute dream to work with! She responded to every single one of my many many questions incredibly fast and as if I had been the first one to ask it. She responded late at night, on weekends and even on her vacation. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Julie was our day of coordinator. She allowed us to come the night prior to set up our own decorations for the wedding which was incredibly helpful. Our wedding ran so seamlessly thanks to the staff at ARCC! Surpassed our expectations!
Had my wedding at Atkinson Resort & Country Club 10/20/2018 and the team there was amazing. Starting on the first day that we toured the venue right up to our wedding day, Jennifer was AMAZING to work with. She's was so patient with all of our questions, and she is very detail oriented. She even answered emails on her days off- seriously- I'm fairly certain within an hour or two she'd be sure to respond to me. When it came closer to the wedding, we were introduced to Julie who was our wedding day coordinator. She made sure she understood our vision, and the day went smoothly! All the staff at ACC were amazingly accommodating, and we can't thank them enough.

I cannot sing my praises of Atkinson enough! We had planned for our wedding to be at the gazebo, but a sunny August day brought us thunderstorms and we had to go with Plan B inside. Since we had the "legacy" ballroom (food and beverage minimum met to open up the room to the Farview and the Brookside ballrooms) our coordinator rearranged the seats to face the beautiful draping and lights that separate the two rooms. Julie was so responsive to every detail and vendor that was coming and going on the wedding day that I didn't have to worry at all!! Our friends and family said the food was the best they have had at a wedding. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the Grille, and the food was amazing! It was SO convenient to stay in the hotel rooms upstairs! We checked in Thursday afternoon, golfed our complimentary round on the par 3 course, stayed for our rehearsal dinner, woke up on Friday morning and walked down to the bridal suite to get ready! The staff, the venue, the grounds, the food... everything was perfect. Best day ever!

The Atkinson Country Club was the first venue we visited for our wedding. We felt in love with it and all the staff are amazing. It is a top-notch Country Club located in Atkinson NH. Jennifer Chipman was great, understanding all of our needs and questions. She answered is great answering emails and detailing everything that needs to be done. Kristen Sinnott was our wedding coordination She was absolutely amazing making sure all details were taken care of and making sure that we enjoyed every second of it. The food was delicious. I recommend The Atkinson Country Club to anyone looking for great service and elegance.

She is very detailed and wants the best for you on your wedding day. As we got closer to my wedding day, there was an issue that did not involve the venue whatsoever but she was there for me by listening to my rant even though it had nothing to do with her and the venue. This is what I call customer service! Thank you Jennifer for everything, you are the best! Everyone raved about the food, especially the ice cream truffles. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to eat the dessert as I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with our wedding day.
Overall, I recommend Atkinson Resort & Country Club to everyone. You cannot go wrong with them. Thank you to everyone for making my day special :)

We had our wedding here in October and it was beyond perfect. From the first time I spoke to Jennifer up to our day, she very helpful and willing to answer any and all my questions. Her and Tina went above and beyond. They were very accommodating when my dad got sick and Jennifer even came up with a way for him to still walk me down the aisle. The waitstaff was very professional and friendly. The food was amazing and always is when we eat there. The grounds are well kept and made for awesome pictures. Tina was very attentive during the ceremony and reception making sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our wedding. Thank you so much!

I got married at Atkinson on September 1 and it was the most amazing day and experience. From the first visit to the day of the people at Atkinson were amazing to work with. Jennifer the Event Manager was super responsive, they are so busy so scheduling can be a bit tough but they try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. I'm Ukrainian so it was important for me to have some food from my culture and they were so accommodating in allowing us to bring in an outside caterer that provided some traditional food for our passed hors d'oeuvres. On the day of Julie was our coordinator and she was amazing. We have a large and loud family and they can be a lot to handle but she was amazing and somehow kept her cool. She made sure the day ran so smoothly and if there were any issues she handled them and made sure we were able to enjoy our night.
We definitely went over our budget for this but it was 100% worth it. They do everything and will try their hardest to to make it happen if they don't. I would highly recommend them for any wedding or event.

We have had the most amazing experience at Atkinson! It was the first and ONLY place we looked at! We first toured with Jennifer and she explained every aspect of the wedding. She answered any and all questions we came with and was super personable and sweet. We loved the venue right away, both the indoor and the outdoors spaces are gorgeous! We decided to book it at the end of the tour, its actually reasonable, by far the best value for wedding venue!! Jennifer was in contact with us before every major deadline, everything was explained super clearly and planning was made easy. I probably emailed Jennifer 1,000 times! They are unbelievably organized and all the paperwork was clearly labeled and very helpful. Throughout the year between booking and our wedding, we came to Atkinson several times to check if our centerpieces would look good and show loved ones the venue we fell in love with. Each time, whether We met with Jennifer or not, the staff was very accommodating and kind. We had our drop appointment the week of the wedding and it was a relief to be able to drop off everything (all decorations, guest book, place cards, etc.) and to only worry about ourselves the day of the wedding. Our day-of coordinator was Kristen and she was AMAZING! She somehow gathered our crazy large family and everything ran perfectly smoothly. She even held my drink while we took post-ceremony pictures! Overall Atkinson Resort and Country Club is amazing- it is the most beautiful venue for any wedding and their staff made everything easy!!!

Atkinson takes your breath away with the scenery and the flowers all over the grounds! The staff are all friendly and really become more like a friend than a staff. The food also got great reviews from guests. Jennifer knows her stuff and she always will accommodate your needs the best she can (food, layout of ceremony, guest lists, etc). I could email Jennifer at all times of the day and she would answer me within 12 hours, but normally within 3 hours if it was a work day. When my parents met her she got them to feel so relaxed and that their needs were being taken care of and we were all laughing and having a good time. I pictured planning a wedding to be stressful and a "have to do" thing, but for me and with this staff it was the most enjoyable time of my life! I got to create my dream wedding and watch it come to life with the help of Atkinson. My wedding planner was Kristen and she too made my stress go away. She took care of everything during the rehearsal and wedding day and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. My friends and family all have stated how much they enjoyed the staff on my wedding and how friendly everyone was. They also couldn't get over how beautiful Atkinson was, so if you want to have your guests' breath taken away when they arrive to your venue and want them to be helped by friendly, outgoing staff, take a trip to Atkinson country club and talk to Jennifer!

Our wedding was the most amazing day ever, especially because it was at the Atkinson CC. Not only is the place absolutely stunning, and the food delicious (filet and haddock), My wedding coordinators Jennifer Chipman and Julie were amazing!!!! They were so helpful in the whole process. It can be such a stressful time so to have someone answer all your questions and help you with all the minor details up until the big day deserves an award. Everything on this day was the best ever. Jennifer Chipman is the head coordinator over at Atkinson. She was absolutely amazing! She had absolutely no problem responding to my emails late at night or over the weekend. She was accommodating to all of my crazy emails with last-minute requests. I would absolutely recommend this venue. The service was great and we had an awesome time. My friends and family said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Tina Ramey was our coordinator for the day and she kept everything moving smoothly and handled everything so that we could enjoy our day. My husband and I got married and had our reception at Atkinson this past July and it was an absolutely perfect day. The wedding coordinators were exemplary- attentive and extremely professional. The entire day ran so smoothly and we owed it all to them. Thank you Jennifer and Kristen for helping make our day so special! Our reception was in the legacy ballroom- there was plenty of space for stations, tables and dancing. We received countless compliments from our wedding guests on the food and venue, specifically how delicious the station meals were (many saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had!). We have also been told by many guests that it was one of the most beautiful outdoor ceremonies they had been to- the grounds at Atkinson are so well kept and make for beautiful pictures. I highly recommend using them for both your wedding ceremony and reception!

I was married at Atkinson CC on 9/15/17 and it was the most amazing day of our lives. Jennifer and Julie were nothing short of spectacular. From the 1st time we went to Atkinson we were immediately sold on its exterior beauty then our meeting with Jennifer sealed the deal. She was so kind and sweet, organized, and has so much passion for wedding planning. We knew we could trust her. This was the 1st and only venue we looked at and we have no regrets! During planning all the way to the end of our wedding, every one from Jennifer and Julie, to the front desk staff, the pro shop, the tavern, and even all of the staff setting up and working our wedding - each and every one of them made us feel welcome, excited and stress free. Even a down pour right before our first look couldn't ruin our day! Jennifer rushed to get us umbrellas, Julie and her team set up a beautiful twinkle-lit back drop for our last minute indoor ceremony. Then they all worked together with our vendors to rearrange our game plan so we could get beautiful photos outdoors when the rain cleared after our ceremony. Friends and family raved about the service and the amazing food the next day, the food stations were a hit!
All of the brides who I know told me about little things that were stressful on their wedding day. I can actually say that my wedding day was the most calm and least stressful day of my life. I didn't worry once. And I attribute that to the excitement to marry my best friend, awesome friends and family, a great venue and amazing vendors. We truly hit the jackpot. We stepped in to the photo booth and the end of the evening to get some photos and my husband looked at me and said "this truly has been the best day of my life" - he took the words right out of my mouth. Thank you so much to Atkinson CC, from the bottom of our hearts, you were a HUGE part of making 9/15/17 the best day of our lives! We would do it all again in a heartbeat.

I posted the same on their FB page, but I figured I'd post here and the Knot because that's where most brides look:
Jennifer was PHENOMINAL with helping us plan our wedding! We got a great deal and she gave us her best recommendations for options. Very open and honest; certainly not out just for money--she wanted to make sure we were happy and put our money in the right places. Julie (our wedding day coordinator) was great also. She was great explaining everyone's role during the rehearsal and the day of. She directed the photographer to AMAZING photo opportunities; she and the staff made sure my husband and I had everything we needed for our whole event. The only negative I have to say is when we paid for a light breakfast for the girls in the bridal suite while we got ready, and I was expecting more than 8 pastries (on the smaller side) and more than 1 tray of assorted fruit for 8 girls. But gave us plenty of OJ, coffee, and tea. We had our rehearsal dinner the night prior in the Wine Room, Carroll (our waitress) was wonderful! My husband and I have eaten there. A handful of times and I have yet to have a bad meal or bad service from any part of Atkinson. We had the stations buffet for our wedding and everything was DELICIOUS, definitely recommend the stations buffet..gave our guests a variety of foods to choose from. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to book their wedding or other events, or even just for breakfast,lunch, or dinner!

Everyone at the Atkinson country club was so nice and pleasant when we met them. We had a fall wedding so everything was indoors and when they showed us our rooms for the ceremony and reception we just knew this was the place to have our special day happen. They are very quick on responding to any question's or concerns and they accommodate respectfully. I'm overall pleased with my decision and if I could do it all over again I would choose to have my wedding there again. I would recommend this place to anyone it's a nice beautiful place to share your special day.

My husband and I had our wedding here on November 12 we couldn't of asked for a better day! From the time I arrived there at 10:00am to the time we left the next day it was just perfect! We had people checking in on us making sure we were all set and that we were enjoying our night! It was perfect and they were so easy going and only wanted things our way!

My husband and I were marred at Atkinson Resort & County Club on October 7th, 2016. Julie & Jennifer organized our wedding flawlessly!! There was zero stress for myself & our wedding party. It was such a beautiful day, everything went perfect and it was all due Jennifer & Julie. They made our dream day a Fairy tale!!!

This venue is perfect and has everything you need- beautiful grounds, gorgeous and spacious reception rooms, and amazing food. Jennifer is great and responds to your emails within minutes, and our wedding coordinator Tina was wonderful and made sure everything I wanted on my wedding day got done! We could not be happier with our venue choice and our guests made so many compliments as well! They said it was one of the best weddings they have ever gone to and the venue was beautiful! We had so many compliments on how great the food was too! We cannot wait to go back to have dinner for our anniversary! My husband and I got married at the Atkinson Resort and Country Club on Friday Sept. 16, 2016, and it was hands down the best day of our lives! When researching wedding venues, we really wanted a place that was beautiful and well established. From the ceremony, to reception, to the food served, Atkinson did it all! The grounds of the resort are always perfectly maintained and make a beautiful back drop for a ceremony and pictures. We were also drawn to Atkinson because of their delicious food options!
From day one of signing our contract, we knew we were in good hands, especially when we met Jennifer Chipman, the wedding sales manager. She was in contact with us throughout the whole planning process. Jennifer is extremely understanding and detail-oriented, and she made sure we understood exactly what Atkinson had to offer. We were impressed at how she was always available by email or phone to answer questions, and she always responded promptly to our questions and concerns.
Several months before the wedding date, our day-of wedding coordinator, Julie Ahern reached out to us via e-mail to assure us that she had things under control, and to explain what she would be doing for us on our wedding day. We met with Julie a few days before the wedding for our "drop appointment." She totally got our "vision." We loved Julie the moment we met her and left our drop appointment with a real feeling of relief. On the day of the wedding Julie was our wedding chaperone, making sure that my husband and I were exactly where we needed to be at the appropriate times. She was great about checking in with us throughout the night to make sure things were going well.
Overall, we can honestly say that nothing went wrong throughout our entire wedding celebration at Atkinson! They did an outstanding job of making my husband and I feel at ease, and they made sure to take care of every important detail so that we could have a night we'll never forget!

Everything was absolutely amazing and beautiful and our guests were astonished. Jen was so amazing from the very beginning always there to give us a helping hand and assure us that everything would be perfect and to enjoy ourselves and she was absolutely right!!! All of the staff was amazing and the food was unbelievable! I would highly recommend to anyone to have their wedding here.

If you want a gorgeous spot for your wedding without breaking the bank, and someone to guide you through the planning process, look no further! Atkinson exceeded my expectations - and I had high expectations! From my very first meeting with Jennifer I knew this place was for me. She's so attentive to detail, organized, and quick to respond - she made the two year planning experience so easy! And these people have thought of everything- no question or need I had went without an answer or solution. AND THE FOOD!! I definitely prioritized food for our wedding and I was not disappointed. Seriously, someone please invite me to their wedding here just so I can eat their food again! The ceremony location was perfection - quiet, private, and pristine- great for photos. I've been to plenty weddings where the ceremony was surrounded by noise, cars, and distractions. This place made me feel like we were the only people on the property. Tons of photo opportunities - your photographers will love it here! and lastly, our coordinator Erin was awesome! I couldn't imagine going through that week/day without her!

Luckily we obtained the wedding venue about three months before the reception. Since our guest list was rather small we opted for the Signature Room. And because this was a second wedding for a senior couple, Jennifer suggested the wedding Brunch option. She and her staff gave my fiancé and I wonderful ideas for timing so that there was no dead time and everything went smoothly. Tina, our wedding coordinator was with us on the day for every step to coordinate the serving. We can't thank them enough.

We booked Atkinson for our wedding reception this past summer and it was incredible! The location is gorgeous and the people are fantastic to work with! Jennifer answered all of our questions in the months leading up to the wedding; she was always very professional, knowledgeable, and there was no such thing as a stupid question. :) The day of the wedding, Tina was our coordinator and she did a wonderful job! The wedding day was perfect; all of our guests continue to tell us that we picked the most beautiful spot for our wedding reception and it served excellent food! It really is the perfect place to have a wedding and everyone we worked with made the planning/decision-making process stress-free and enjoyable.

We had our wedding here this past June and it was the most perfect evening! The staff, especially Jennifer and Julie were amazing! The evening went so smooth from the beautiful ceremony in the Gazebo, the food, the service, the ballroom, everything went perfect! I'm so pleased with everything the Atkinson did for us and would highly recommend this venue. All of our guests said the grounds were absolutely beautiful, the ballroom was beautiful (brookside) and the food was amazing!

Atkinson Country Club met every expectation that my husband and I had for our 350 person Greek wedding. They knew what they were doing every step of the way, from being very organized with whole wedding process to being willing to stretch a few rules to compensate for a few things we could not do. We are still getting compliments on how gorgeous everything was and how great the food was. From day one Jen was by our side guiding us in the right direction and always got back to us in a timely manor. She then handed is off to Julie,who again made us feel so special and made our wedding day go off so smooth.
I would recommend this place 100% to anyone that asked it was the perect place for our perfect day!

My husband and I had our wedding here in July. We were so happy we made this choice. Our ceremony was BEAUTIFUL on the gazebo side and held about 160 people. Atkinson was great from start to finish. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. On the day of our wedding Julie was our wedding planner. She made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was EXCELLENT...our guests are still raving about it! We had many guests from New York who are used to MULTIPLE course wedding meals...they, too, have told us how wonderful the food was! We chose the petite filet and stuffed shrimp & the chicken saltimbocca. I would highly recommend Atkinson Resort & Country Club to ANY bride looking for a beautiful venue with excellent service, responsiveness, and professionalism!

My husband, Scott, and I got married at the Atkinson Country Club on June 12, 2015. We had an amazing experience, all the way from the planning stages to the final dance. We originally booked the Granite Rose as our venue. We booked it in November, 2013, with our June 12, 2015 date. In December 2014 I received a letter in the mail explaining that the Granite Rose was closing as of February 2015. We panicked! This was something that only happened in movies. Half way through the day, I decided to call the Atkinson Country Club. All I knew was that I had my prom there and it was beautiful. Jennifer answered and put all my worries to rest. They had worked diligently throughout that entire week to specifically design a menu catered to Granite Rose guests! They tried to keep everything within our budget, and honored our vendor packages! They were so accommodating and understanding and I am so happy I decided to call that day! We were even able to keep our date! Julie was our coordinator and she was so helpful! I could not have asked for anything better! If you are looking for a wonderful experience, call Atkinson Country Club!

We can't say enough about the Atkinson Resort & Country Club! The staff, the food, the accommodations, the atmosphere....priceless. We had the rehearsal dinner, bridal salon room, ceremony, reception, and breakfast at ARCC and spent two nights there. The staff made us feel very welcome and made sure we were well taken care of. The attention to detail and coordination among the staff made our daughter's wedding just perfect. It was a lovely venue and we are very happy we chose to have her wedding here! Our bridal coordinator Julie Ahern was awesome and made us all feel special throughout everything. Also thank you's to Jennifer, Christine, Carolyn, Bill, Wendie and guest services staff!

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. I dealt with Jennifer in the early stages. She answered every question and guided me through the process step by step. She quickly responded to every email, even on her days off! Her organization made it very easy for me to stay on track. She sent reminders for important dates, deadlines, etc. As it got closer to the big day I met with Julie, my coordinator for the day. She was so helpful. It was her job to make sure every little detail was in place. She nailed it! Everything was perfect. My bridal party loved her, as did I. The grounds at Atkinson were gorgeous, even in late October after a frost. The food was delicious. My guests had a fantastic time and I couldn't have been more pleased. Several guests spent the night and attended brunch the following morning. The accommodations were very nice and brunch was lovely. The dining room was decorated with several of our centerpieces from the night before. I was thrilled to extend the wedding for another day, even if it was only for a few hours. Atkinson gets FIVE STARS!! I would recommend them to any engaged couple looking for a memorable wedding venue.

We were married at ARCC on 12/6/2014. We knew we were looking for a place that was going to accommodate the things that were important to us: attractive setting, excellent food and spot on service. We have both been in the hospitality industry for years so we are sensitive to these aspects. ARCC met and exceeded our expectations! We met with Jennifer at ARCC back in April and from the get go she was attentive to our needs and very calming (considering how important this day would be for us and our families.) You could tell that Jennifer was experienced and genuinely cared about creating a wonderful day for her guests. We went back a few months later for our food tasting and could not have been more confident that we had chosen the correct place! The week of our wedding we met with Julie, she was going to be with us the entire day of our wedding to ensure everything went perfect. After our ceremony we arrived at Atkinson and there was Julie, big smile and headset, ready to make our day memorable. She escorted us down to our Bridal Suite where we, our bridal party and our parents had a little quite time to think about the day thus far and have some appetizers and cocktails before we met up with the rest of the reception. When we entered our reception (Tuscany Room) we were overcome with emotion! The tables looked perfect and the room was decorated with just enough Christmas to make it elegant! Our food courses came one by one, hot and steaming and in a timely fashion. Our toasting glasses, cake knife, etc. were all kept in the condition we dropped them off in. Keep in mind this is what my husband and I experienced through the evening but when our families told us how wonderful everything was from food to service to attentiveness, it only solidified that we made the right choice. Having your wedding at ARCC will not only provide you with great memories, it will allow you to thoroughly enjoy your day because you know everything else is taken care of.

We were married on 11/8/14 at the Atkinson Country Club. After doing a lot of research we met with the wedding sales manager Jennifer in January of 2012. She provided a flexible time for us to meet with her and tour the facility. Once we decided on the Atkinson as our venue they made the entire planning process easy and fun. Jennifer was ALWAYS available to answer questions even when she was "out of the office". Jennifer was helpful throughout the entire process and never once pressured us into spending more money.
The wedding day was just as good. Our bridal coordinator was Katie. Katie was fantastic. She was very accommodating to us and our family. Katie made sure everything went off without any issues. People had warned us that something is bound to not happen according to plan but that was not the case. Our ceremony and reception went exactly as we planned and the entire day exceeded our expectations. Including being able to relax with friends and family on-site after the festivities.
We would highly recommend the Atkinson Resort and Country to family and friends. The venue is beautiful, well maintained, well run, competitively priced, and staffed by extremely helpful and knowledgable people who truly cared about our wedding!

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Atkinson Country Club. From the beginning they were nothing but helpful, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. From our first appointment with Jennifer we got nothing but good vibes. They made the month by month process so easy with reminding you of deadlines and upcoming appointments. When the day finally arrived it ran so smoothly. The staff was amazing and they even reheated my dinner because I wasn't able to get back in time to eat it before it got cold. I didn't even have to ask. Tina was my bridal coordinator for the day of my wedding and she was also amazing. She made sure every step and event in my wedding ran smoothly. I did not have to stress and stop enjoying my day for one second. They had everything under control. It was such a comforting feeling. I highly recommend the Atkinson Country Club to any couple. I do not have a single complaint and my guests are still complimenting my wedding a month after it happened.

The moment we first toured the Atkinson Resort and Country Club we knew it's where we wanted to get married. The outdoor ceremony location is absolutely stunning along with a beautiful ballroom for the reception. When you have a guest list of 280 people you really want the most bang for your buck while spending as least as possible. Everyone always asked us why we chose a venue 75 minutes from where we live, and then they saw it and all understood. We had set up a room contract at the Holiday Inn Express in Salem, NH, roughly 10 minutes away, and hired our own shuttle service.
There were certain not-so-common things I wanted at the reception and Jennifer, the director if bridal coordinators, made everything I want happen. She was phenomenal. Not to mention this place offers an Ice Cream Sundae Bar!
I could really go on and on but let me just tell you, it's been almost two months since our wedding and people are still talking about how amazing the food was. We chose the stations package with a few adjustments to make it our own and it was awesome. Everyone was stuffed, no one was still hungry, plenty of food that was delicious and hot. I've been to 12 weddings in 2 years and not once have I heard the guests rave about the food like mine have from Atkinson Resort and Country Club. Also had our rehearsal dinner at the Grille downstairs, again everyone was raving about the food. Would do it all again!

All of the staff at Atkinson Resort and Country Club were amazing! Jennifer was there for us every step of the way. Any question I might had she made sure to get back to me right away! On the day of the wedding out wedding coordinator Julie was the best! She was always there making sure everything went the way I wanted it to go and if I needed something she was right there to make an adjustment.
The level of proffesionalism was outstanding and my husband and I highly recommend Atkinson Resort and Country Club to anyone who wants a country sheik wedding spot.

I could not have asked for a more perfect venue. From start to finish, Jennifer was there every step of the way! Emails answered late at night, dealing with crazy last minute details... and even some stupid questions (although she promised there was no such thing!) She was always on top of when I needed to meet or make any decisions. I can't tell you how many emails were exchanged! .
We were able to get ready in the bridal suite area... plenty of space for 10 people (bride, bridesmaids, jr. bridesmaids), hair dressers and make-up artists to hang out.
We had our ceremony in the trellis area. GORGEOUS. The landscaping and fountain made for an incredible backdrop. My pictures are beautiful and my guests loved it! Our reception was held in the Legacy Ballroom. The set up was beyond perfect. We fit 20 tables easily and even had an extended dance floor. The food was delicious. There are so many choices on the menu, they are able to cater to any couples needs. (We actually had a few minutes to enjoy our meal- thanks to Katie!) The late night snacks were a huge hit! My guests couldn't believe it when they came out!
Katie was my day of coordinator...I don't know what I would have done without her! At one point during pictures, she could tell I was getting a little overwhelmed... she handed me a glass of wine and my husband a beer! Katie somehow made it feel like all of the pressure and stress was off my shoulders. It was like she could read my mind! I really could go on for hours! She was my saving grace!
Atkinson Country Club went above and beyond all of my expectations. Jennifer was always welcoming, willing to help with anything you could ever need and always willing to answer any questions. Katie was my right hand the day of. I really could not have asked for a more picture perfect wedding day! The Atkinson Resort and Country Club was hands down the best possible choice for our wedding. From the time we walked through the doors to take a tour, everyone we worked with was so welcoming and friendly. The ceremony spaces and ballrooms are so unique and breathtaking. Friends and family are still telling us that our wedding was the best they have ever been to! The food choices are extensive and oh-so-delicious. The Atkinson offered multiple different wedding packages so they can cater to any couple's needs! I definitely recommend the Atkinson to be the first and only place you look at for your wedding

We couldn't have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding ceremony and reception and rehearsal dinner. It was beautiful, the food was amazing, Jennifer was always responsive to all my emails and Katie was an amazing coordinator for the day. Us and some of our guests had stayed the night and the hotel rooms are large and comfortable.

My husband and I got married at Atkinson Country Club on July 19th and there are no words to describe how perfect a fit this was. Atkinson was the very first venue we toured after getting engaged and they set the bar so high that no other venue was able to compete. We worked with Jennifer in the months leading up to our wedding and she was so incredibly helpful. She was responsive every time and didn't get annoyed despite my million questions or requests for new estimates. When we were assigned to work with our bridal coordinator, Julie A, she was every bit as helpful. She walked us through a smooth drop appointment, took notes on everything I wanted for the big day, executed an easy rehearsal and when the day finally got here, she was perfect. She was there every step of the way whether it be holding my drink during pictures, making sure the room was set up just the way I had envisioned, and pinning the boutonnieres on the men. Atkinson didn't miss a detail and I’m still hearing compliments of how beautiful a place we picked, how excellent the food was and how gorgeous the trellis area was for our ceremony. From start to finish, everyone there truly gave me the wedding of my dreams and I couldn't have imagined it turning out any more perfect.

I had my wedding at the Atkinson this past weekend and all I can say was, it was a dream!! My fiancé and I fell in love with the venue from the start, it is beautiful and very reasonably priced! We started working with Jennifer, who was amazing. She explained everything, she was kind, organized and SUPER responsive! Any little question I had, even if I thought it was ridiculous, she answered happily. She was always on top of setting up meetings and reminding me of things which helped a lot, especially in the last weeks when I was so incredibly busy! When the week of the wedding came, we met Katie who was our wedding coordinator! She was INCREDIBLE! From running an awesomely smooth rehearsal, to making sure everything was perfect the day of, I can't speak any more highly of her. She was always a step ahead of me, kept every thing running smoothly, she really tried to make a connection with my family and wedding party and she made sure that me and my fiancé were first priority all night! I wish I could say more, she was just fabulous! I have heard nothing but positive responses about how great the food was and how beautiful the venue was. I personally thought the food was amazing, even with everything going on I took time to eat all of it! Our wedding at the Atkinson was absolutely perfect, we couldn't have asked for anything better! We highly recommend everything about this wonderful venue!

ALL around AMAZING - I knew pretty quickly that my wedding was going to be at the Atkinson Resort & Country Club. Jen Chipman in sales was friendly, personable (we had a lot in common) & great to work with. She answered all of my questions and emails. During our food tasting we were not satisfied with one of the food choices for Haddock so Jen accommodated us and set up a second tasting (just my husband and I) with two choices for us. They were DELICIOUS. Jen even came to see my on my wedding day to see how everything was going since we just simply connected!
The suites upstairs were comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. We booked 14 out of 16 rooms! Kris Eiro was simply AMAZING. Kris made sure EVERY SINGLE detail was the exact way I had asked. She even helped me re-tighten my dress after the ceremony - She had done that quite a few times! Kris made sure the night went smoothly without us even realizing all of the small details and how much work went into them to make sure it was perfect. The Trellis outside is BEAUTIFUL. We were lucky enough to have a short time frame to have the Ceremony outside - Kris made sure it was flawless. We did not want evening to end & that is with ALL of the help from the staff at Atkinson Country Club!

I just got married a couple of weeks ago and had my ceremony and reception at Atkinson Country Club. We had about 90 guests and our ceremony was held outside on the gorgeous trellis. We used the Farview Room for our reception. The grounds and ballroom were absolutely gorgeous! Not only was the venue breathtaking, but the staff at ACC is OUTSTANDING! Jennifer Chipman is the sales manager and I worked with her throughout the planning process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! She always answered my emails and phone calls in a timely manner and had a great attitude! I don't have enough great things to say about her and her staff. Katie was our wedding coordinator. She was FANTASTIC!! She made our wedding look gorgeous! She didn't miss any details! She had great ideas for us and was very accommodating. She had re-arranged her schedule to meet us for our drop appointment on a Sunday afternoon! Superb! Katie and Jen are angels! The rest of the staff were also extremely friendly! We chose custom pairings for our entree selections (filet mignon with stuffed shrimp and filet mignon with chicken saltimbocca) both were delicious!!! Our guests loved their entrees as well as the hor's d'ouerves. We continue to receive compliments on the venue and food! All of our guests, including my husband and I had a great time at our wedding! I would highly recommend Jen, Katie and ACC for your wedding venue! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

I fell in love with this venue from the moment i saw it. We could not have picked a more beautiful place for our wedding ceremony and reception. This place is truly one of a kind!! Jen the sales manager was so great. She responded to all my emails right away and always had an answer for all my questions. Julie the wedding coordinator was just wonderful!! My family absolutely fell in love with her once they met her. She made our day one we will never forget. Anything we wanted she made happen and i mean anything!!! I felt like she was family come our wedding day..she even shared some tears with us. The food and drinks at this place are beyond words..more than we could have ever asked for. The grounds are so well taken care of and made for the most beautiful pictures ever!! I cant thank these people enough for all they did to make our wedding such a memorable day!

We decided to have our wedding at Atkinson Country club after we visited and both agreed on how beautiful of a place it is. We also met with Jennifer Chipman who we worked with through all of the planning and she was amazing to work with. She was extremely responsive and always found the answers to any questions I had! She was a pleasure to deal with. The Club itself is beautiful. So many people asked us how we had found such a beautiful venue! People also commented on excellent the food was. Overall we had a great experience with Atkinson Country Club and we could not be happier with our decision to have our special day with them!

We recently held our wedding at Atkinson Resort and Country Club (11/2/2013). From the beginning of the planning, the staff at Atkinson were excellent. We do not live in the immediate area; therefore email and phone communication was vital in the planning process. The staff were responsive to all questions related to changing/modifying plans. We dealt directly with Jennifer Chipman during the initial planning, who was a pleasure to work with and made planning such a big event (200 guests) effortless. The food menu and selection was something that originally “sold” us at Atkinson Resort and CC and it did not disappoint! Weeks after the wedding, our guest are still commenting about the quality and taste of the food from the cocktail hour appetizers to dinner. We chose to have stations which provided our guests with a large selection of options. All the food items were served fresh, hot and quickly. The butternut apple bisque was a HUGE hit.
The actual property at Atkinson Resort & Country Club is ideal for weddings. The large bridal suite was essential for the bridal party to come together to get ready, the large reception and cocktail rooms provided enough space for guest to mingle and the overall property provided the perfect backdrop for photos.
On the actual day of the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy celebrating with our guests verses worrying about certain wedding details, thanks to the staff at Atkinson. Kris Eiro was our Bridal Coordinator, who was absolutely fabulous!! She executed every detail perfectly! Kris wore many hats the day of the wedding…organizing the venders, ensuring that we stayed on schedule, made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the day and simply being available whenever we needed her. We can not say enough about Atkinson Resort and Country Club and will have memories that last a lifetime. If you are considering your wedding or event to be held at Atkinson Resort & CC, you will not be disappointed.

We had our wedding at Atkinsons's and it was amazing... We had an outdoor ceremony on the trellis, just beautiful...The food was fantastic, the staff was fabulous, the venue was breath taking...just amazing... Jennifer and Anne did a superb job at helping us though difficult choices, being flexible, supportive and attentitive...They took my vision and brought it to life, we received so many compliments about the food and the stafff... we would highly recommend you have your wedding at Atkinson's...

Amazing venue!
The staff is very helpful and flexible when it comes to helping you plan your dream day. Jennifer in the sale dept is great, but who really shines are their bridal coordinators! We had Anne B and she was simply amazing.
She helped us make tough decisions, was very organized, and made me feel as though I was the only bride that mattered.
One of the best parts of the day was the food! We got the cranberry stuffed chicken, which was perfect. it was moist, well seasoned, and not a single person disliked it. They also had great vegetarian options.
Overall, would not have picked a different place!

We had a perfect wedding day. Everything came together and was wonderful. The ballroom looked better than I even envisioned. The staff was attentive and reacted quickly to anything I asked. The food was excellent and the app's were soooooooo good. I could not have been happier with the staff and the gorgeous setting. It was a magical day and Atkinson was instrumental in making it all happen seamlessly!

My husband and I got married at the Atkinson Resort & Country Club on 5/24/13. Our day was amazing thanks to Jennifer, Kris, and all of the ACC staff, who were an absolute pleasure to work with. Planning with them was a breeze, and everything ran smoothly the day of thanks to all of their professionalism, organization, hard work, and kindness. Kris, our day-of coordinator, was incredible. She kept track of every single detail, both big and small, and made sure everthing was perfect so my husband and I could enjoy the day and not have to worry about a thing. Not to mention the fact that she hand-fed me appetizers and drinks! I think I probably gave her a few gray hairs because the weather was dicey and I wanted to have an outdoor ceremony, but she made it work because she knew how much it meant to me. This is an incredible venue, and I'd highly recommend it!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with the Atkinson Country Club for both my wedding ceremony and reception. Jennifer in Sales was amazing to work with. She answered every question that I had - from costing out the food and beverage several different ways, to helping us to pick our menu, and everything in between.
During the week of our wedding, our coordinator Kris was an absolute gem. She took charge in the best possible way - there wasn't a detail that we had to worry about on the day of the wedding. She kept order for us amongst all of the chaos, and everything flowed as smoothly as I could have imagined.
Because of the Atkinson Country Club's amazing staff, we had a picture-perfect wedding day and can't thank them enough for giving us the most wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

My fiance and I got engaged in late 2009, and after doing some initial research we decided to make our first on-site visit to Atkinson Resort & Country Club. It only took the one meeting before we were hooked.
At first glance: the grounds are absolutely beautiful, even when the sun is not shining. The Sales Office staff (Nicolette when we first visited, Jennifer by the end of the planning process) are amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The event rooms are spacious and have great views (we fit 18 tables/200 people into one room and it never felt crowded).
As we got more involved in the planning process, our questions to ACC staff were many, and sometimes a little silly, but every time we got immediate responses. Working with Jennifer made the planning much less anxiety-ridden and therefore easier.
On our wedding day, as impressed as we already were, ACC staff completely blew us away. The food was amazing (and our guests continue to rave about it), Kris and the wedding/event staff were SO attentive and made sure everything went absolutely smoothly from start to finish.
We had a day-after brunch which was just as awesome.
I cannot say one bad thing about ACC, and even five days later, almost all of our 200 guests continue to tell me how amazing they thought ACC was from a guest perspective.
