Aterno Estate & Vineyard Reviews

We booked Aterno for our 40 person wedding weekend, using the property as our main accommodations and the venue for the day of. Throughout, we worked with the property manager, Kelsey, on the contract and details of our stay. Kelsey was amazing, answered all our questions, and was very responsive and kind throughout the entire process. The venue itself is GORGEOUS. Pictures do not do the view justice, every one of our guests was amazed by the property. It feels like you’re in Tuscany on your own private estate, very romantic and charming. Staying in the main house and guest house for the weekend with all our friends was so much fun. The houses are spacious, well equipped, and just so peaceful to be in. Thank you again to Kelsey and all the folks at Aterno that made our wedding an absolute dream!!

Where to start? I can’t say enough wonderful things about this incredibly special home, property and its management. We recently rented the main house and guest house for 3 nights and held our wedding there. As a rental, this home is spectacular. While the online photos are certainly beautiful, it’s difficult to do justice to the home, its views and the incredible landscape. It’s perfectly appointed, but comfortable, and you feel at home the minute you walk through the doors. This large estate was more than spacious enough to fit our extended family of 12 and the backyard suited our small 60-person wedding (though you could definitely fit a somewhat larger event).

Our wedding was spectacular. Our ceremony took place in the backyard overlooking the vineyards where we said our “I do’s” before wandering the property to take photos. Our guests were escorted to the front of the property for a cocktail hour, while the backyard was transformed into a beautiful, intimate reception. When the wind kicked up and we got a bit chilly, we easily and seamlessly moved our reception indoors, where the welcoming home and its cozy fireplace were spacious enough to accommodate all of us for an evening of visiting, dancing and drinking Paso Robles wine, of course.

This all went off without a hitch thanks, in large part, to the efforts of the property management and their wonderful onsite wedding coordinator, who made our day and indeed our entire stay, stress-free. Whether considering Aterno Estate as a vacation rental or for a private event, you will not be disappointed. Your experience will be personalized and tailored perfectly to suit your needs. These two properties housed a large wedding party and significant others. It’s a beautiful location up on a hill among vineyards outside of Paso Robles. The property manager was accommodating and made sure our stay went off without a hitch. Truly a gorgeous place to stay for a memorable time.
